Luxe Nails

First time visiting this salon. Walked in with no appointment on Sunday evening with my daughter for my pedicure and her acrylic nails. My pedicure process was painless and nicely done. As for my teen daughter’s first acrylic nails, her technician, Hanna was very thorough and did an amazing job with the French tip with powder flower design with the gem. She showed her the design she wanted and she did it exactly that. My daughter’s first acrylic experience was wonderful and she was so happy with her pretty nails. Because Hanna was so thorough and did not rush with my daughter’s nail even though we were the last customers, she offered to do my acrylic nails if I was Interested. I appreciated her not rushing through to get the nails filed, tipsOn and go through the French tip design to final coating. My nails also turns out beautifully with no flaws. I always find a few flaws here and there, but NONE this time. I think we have finally found our new favorite nail salon after three years of searching around and we will be back. Thank you Hanna!!

I loved this nail shop!! Everything is so clean and everyone is so friendly .. they took me in last min and did a wonderful job!! Best I’ve seen in brentwood / Oakley area! For sure will return !!

I got my nails done, but really bad experience and ugly the lady also is rude I told her that was not good she said is ok.

Been going here for years. Very clean and prices are reasonable.The ladies are also wonderful with my toddlers Mani/Pedi.

The nail technician took my young daughter in with little wait and gave her a lovely experience. It is clean and comfortable. We have very sensitive skin and my daughter came out with a gorgeous manicure and pedicure and feeling cared for. Her nails still looking good and holding perfect for a number of days yet. We will return and I will love to get mine done too!Thank you friendly staff at Luxe Nails!

The ladies that gave us a pedicure were not very professional or friendly and acted like theyd rather be anywhere but there. No idea why they dislike their job so much but it was not a very pleasant experience. I need a heavy touch or I am very ticklish. When I said as much the lady just stopped scrubbing and didnt even complete the rest. Did not file toenails either. Just painted them badly and was done. Wouldnt return.

Cindy did my nails and they are absolutely stunning! She did five different colors in celebration of pride weekend. Not only do they gleam like diamonds, but they are always staying on for weeks after I’ve had them done. This was actually my first fill and they were done lickety split!

DON’T even think about doing waxing there, I did my eyebrows, lips and chin and the lady first didn’t clean any area of my face, she had a terrible bad breath and the worst thing she BURNED MY RIGHT EYELID AND MY FACE AROUND THE CHIN it is so painful and the way that she pulled the hair so rude and unprofessional, honestly terrible experience don’t go there to do your wax , unless you want them to burn you 🔥 because that if they make it perfect. 😡😡😡

Technicians are personable and capable. They do good work with a good attitude. This shop has a goodvibe. Prices are competitive too!

New to this place, Nice lady but She tried to overcharge me $10, alot of gel stuck to cuticles, on some nails she didnt get the side edges and I like all my nails to match shape wise, she didnt match them but these will def do, happy with the color

Terrible customer service. Had been getting my nails done there for a few months but as soon as I decided to have my nails removed they all of a sudden act like they were too busy.

Bad customer service i been loyal to THIS place for TWO years when i got there they ignore me seen like they dont want to do there jobs I always provides a good tips and seen like they dont appreciate a loyal customers Im very disappointed with the employees service
