I’m originally from Asia, and one thing I’ve really missed since moving to the US 20 years ago is a professional massage that targets pressure points. Tonight, I had the best massage of my life. I’ve been struggling with severe pain in my neck and shoulder lately, and I was so lucky to find Chrystal Luxury Spa. It was truly a luxury to receive treatment from both Lucy and Jojo, and they were both amazing! They genuinely go out of their way to provide the best care for their clients, with a true desire and capability to help. I felt immediate pain relief and noticed an improvement in my shoulder’s range of motion. This will definitely be my go-to place for massages in the future. If you want to experience what authentic Asian massage feels like, this is the place. Highly recommend!

10/10. This is my second time visiting but 1st time couples massage with my husband. Lucy and Leo were fantastic! My back and neck have never felt better thanks to Lucy! We will definitely be back every month!

My wife and I went last night for a massage, full body scrub and facial to relax from a stressful month. I can not say enough good things about Crystal Luxury Spa! This was the best massage I have ever had in my 41 yrs. They were very thorough and worked out some problem areas that no one else has been able to get in multiple sessions. They always checked to make sure we were good with the pressure and to see if we wanted more or less. Picked up on little signs when they hit an area that was tender or felt any discomfort and adjusted immediately. My muscles loved it all. Then we had the full body sugar scrub we chose orange because I’m allergic to lavender and the scrub was worm and felt amazing not to mention afterwards my skin was so soft and glowing. Definitely a nice little refresher I can see doing once a month or so. Then the facial oh it was heaven they placed a Dead Sea mask that was nice a cool felt amazing in my skin and after they took it off my face feels and looks so much lighter and younger. I definitely recommend giving them a shot the prices are AMAZING and they’re services are exceptional!

Was a bit skeptical because of the great prices, however the couples massage was incredible. Jojo, Cici, and Lucy were all lovely to interact with and the massage was very thorough. We will definitely be returning.

We went in on a rainy night for a couples massage,it was our first time here. We were a bit skeptical because the prices were so good. We had JoJo and CiCi, they were both phenomenal! Both tiny but strong women we got the best deep tissue massage. Extremely impressed. Give Lucy a call get an appointment, we will be going back soon!

I had an amazing experience here! The massage therapist listened to my needs and was very thorough. She made my back and shoulder feel SO MUCH BETTER! And the body scrub was amazing, I feel brand new! I would highly recommend visiting!

First time getting a massage here today and Lucy was amazing! Great hand pressure and techniques to work out the knots. Hot stones were a great addition.I work alot of hours and my back, shoulders and neck feel soooo better after coming here. I didn’t even realize how tense my body truly was until now. First visit far exceeded my expectations. my husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and I waited several months to use it just because I had never been there before and I was skeptical because they were relatively new. I have had a couple of really bad massage experiences in Bristol (shops are now closed). All these ladies are so friendly and welcoming. It is refreshing to be treated like your patronage is appreciated. It is nice not to have to travel to Johnson City or Abingdon for the spa experience. You get every minute and then some and their services are very reasonable. Lucy is amazing and I highly recommend her. I also met JoJo and she was super sweet. I cant wait for the next time.

Luxurious massage! This is hands down the best massage place in the region. I get a deep tissue for 90 min and the quality is excellent. They add on hot stones. I usually do a couples massage with my husband. We leave feeling great with increased laxity in our muscles and is wonderful for pain relief. The environment is excellent, the place is immaculate clean, the staff is so friendly and super accommodating. I highly recommend this incredible facility!! Crystal Luxury Spa is my, and my wife’s go to massage place. This place is brand new and very clean. All the therapists here are very nice, and professional. I try to go a couple times a week due to multiple orthopedic surgeries that I have had to have. There massage techniques are unique and really helps with my pain, and flexibility. I highly recommend them.

Booking a massage was the perfect use of this alone time I had been gifted, and Crystal Luxury Spa was amazing! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and a darling masseuse (I didn’t catch her name, sorry!) made my experience one of the best I’ve had. I had a deep tissue massage and she did great, not timid at all and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend, and I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in this area again!

One of the best massages I have ever had, and I have had a lot! I was just in town for work and found this place. Prices are very reasonable, especially when booked online to take advantage of the grand opening specials. Lucy was wonderful!The only negative was my 90 minute massage was interrupted 4-5 times. Lucy was the only one there and had to stop to answer the door and the phone. She was very apologetic and I kind of felt bad because she mentioned they cant find a receptionist. Luckily the massage was so good that I was able to overlook the interruptions, which normally would have really annoyed me.The place was very clean and smelled good (essential oils, not fragrance). I chose to add essential oil scented massage oil for $10, but diffused essential oil is included.

Ive seen Leo, Amy, and Lucy here and they are all amazing! Lucy is super sweet and keeps a clean, relaxed atmosphere. I have several chronic problems and they always help. As long as they remain open (which I hope is a very long time) Ill exclusively come here.

I had a two-hour 3 service package with massage, facial, and body scrub. The massage by Lucy was amazing. The chocolates at the end were an extra nice touch. I highly rate this business for a relaxing and beneficial service.

This was such an amazing experience. I walked in with a headache and in a bad mood, and walked out all smiles and and feeling like a brand new person. The masseuse hit 1 spot on my back and I thought I was gonna melt into the table. 100% recommend this place, they are amazing here.
