I am a regular at this business. The staff is always friendly and helpful.They recently changed their register. They now scan your ID before purchasing vape products. It helps checkout be a lot faster bc it pulls your account up immediately. The store sells age 18+ products so I dont think its a big deal just be aware thats how they do it now!

You guys are amazing clean refreshing establishment. Sarah is by far one of the most knowledgeable individuals at Rocky Top Vapors. She is quick accurate and very attentive.

OUTSTANDING service on Black Friday of 2023. The sale was great at 30% off but the employees is where your store really shone. They both were so knowledgeable and smart and friendly and helpful that it was actually shocking in this day and age to have that sort of customer service. I’m hoping they are compensated accordingly as they are the backbone of your business. We spent over $300 between us and walked out extremely satisfied and plan to come back to this location over and again. Im new to vaping and was very impressed with this establishment and the employees. Larissa was very knowledgeable and had such a great customer service demeanor. She was able to answer all my questions and recommend products without hesitation. The product selection was massive and I was able to get everything I needed in one stop. I’ve been going to Rocky Top for all of my vape needs. Went in recently to pick up coils and now they want to scan your drivers license. Same people see me every time I come in. They will tell you that the id is to verify your age but in reality their systems will collect information of you. I won’t be doing business here againEdited:Tennessee law does not regulate a business’s practice of scanning IDs or retaining information obtained from a scan.

Good prices, good deals. All disposable vapes have worked and all of the full price vape juice has been in date.

We stopped in to this RTV location yesterday to buy batteries for our Mods and Larissa was extremely helpful and a pleasure to interact with. She answered all of our questions and even gave us some helpful information about Bristol, as we are here from Florida!! We will definitely be coming back to this location for all of our vape supplies! Updated to add that this is still my favorite go to shop for all my vape supplies!!!!!

This store is clean and Chris is always friendly with all of the customers. He has everything I need and if he doesn’t he will try his best to get it. RTV is my only vapor store. I drive a tractor trailer and have to stock up for the long haul. Have had to stop at other stores all over the country for emergency supplies but always look forward to getting back to RTV. No other store compares to RTV.

I have been a Rocky Top customer for a very long time, probably a decade this year. And never once in all that time have I ever had a bad experience. In any of their locations. I have seen many people working there over the years, and every single one has always been helpful and respectful. I will always recommend this shop.

This was by far one of the best vape shop experience I’ve ever had. Larissa helped me with everything, I’m super new to this whole vape thing but she gave me all the information I need from different devices to different juices, she is so knowledgeable and helpful, I will be certainly coming back.

I will tell everyone I meet shop at Rocky top. Im telling you this place saved my life. I stopped smoking, my mom stopped smoking. This place is amazing. And I trust 100% the products I buy from here. I will not shop anywhere else for vape items. If I cant get it at Rocky top well I guess Im not getting it. The guys here are amazing. They are so willing to help with anything you need and dont mind to talk you through anything if youre new. Risa and Chris are my absolute favorite people. We always end up spending a couple hours here talking to them about everything new and I learn stuff every time. Their rewards deal is just amazing and helps out so much when Im in a pinch but need stuff. Dont buy from anywhere but rocky top!!! Im telling you. This place is where its at! I dont trust anywhere else and yes Ive shopped around a lot in the tri citys for vape. But we have been coming to rocky top for like 10+ years since they were in the flea market and hands down rocky top has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Thats why for the past 2 years no other vape seller has gotten our money but rocky top. Seriously I cant stress enough how much I love and appreciate this business!!!

I have made 3 purchases with rocky top vapor and been to their locations a total of 6 times. I have never had a good experience with any of the rtv locations. The employees are rude and if you come in ten minutes to close asking prices for your vape needs they will tell you to leave. It only takes 2 mins to tell me the price on 2 sets of coils and 2 bottles of juice. That was a 200$ dollar loss to your location. Be better or continue sending customers to your competitors. I spend on average between me and my wife 300 a month on vape supplies and this is why rtv does not get my money.

I went into the Bristol location last week for the first time looking to get a pod device. Abby helped me and recommended an awesome device that was on sale at the time. She was extremely knowledgeable about the flavors of liquids and how they hit and was a huge help. Im super happy with my purchase and think she did a phenomenal job as well as the other staff members there who helped with any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be shopping there for all of my needs from now on.

I was travelling in the area and ran out of juice and found this shop on Google Maps so I figured Id give them a try. They had a pretty good selection but mostly a lot of fruity flavors...which I dont care for at all. When I explained this to the salesman he went through and explained the non fruity flavors they did have and assisted in helping me pick something out. It wasnt my favorite but it was still good and Ive almost used all it already. Go visit if youre in the area.

Very professional and allowed me to help my service dog train while we where there. My dog was very good and the staff was amazing! Some of the house juice could use some work, but im always willing to pay more for brand names (: again- AMAZING STAFF!!!! they even primed and changed my coil for me

One of the best vape shops I have been to and the only one I go to in the area. They have an amazing selection of e-juice. I highly recommend their line of premium e-juice AudioFog, it has some of the best flavors I have ever tasted. Unplugged, Flux, and Distortion are my favorites. Great prices and deals going all the time and the service is exceptional as well.

The employees that Ive encountered here, are very courteous and knowledgable about the products they’re selling. Also, the in-house flavors are bangers. If Im going to shop locally, its here … and you should too.

This shop seems friendly to a certain extent. They seem to be more up to date with the newer stuff happening with vaping devices. They come off as inexperienced when asking questions about coil wire for building, they are limited to the type of cotton they sell. Their collection of RDA’s are very small. I rated this 3 stars because I felt like customer service wasn’t what it should of been. After the type of experience I had I’ll probably stop shopping at rocky top vapor.

All around good place for your vaping needs. I recently purchased a Geek Vape Aegis pro which has been excellent. I hope that you all will start carrying the different accessories for this device. Fingers crossed

The 2 lovely ladies that was working on sat night the 3rd or August at the Bristol location on volunteer parkway were absolutely amazing. I was a few min past 9 but they allowed me to come in and get my juice before I left town which I thought was awesome its the only juice I like n going where I am out of town they dont have rocky top. I didnt get to catch their names but they know who they are by the time description. Thanks again ladies.

At the Rocky Top Vapor onVolunteer parkway today 5/4/2021 there are 2 new guys that just started there one is named Phillip and I forgot the other ones name but they are both wonderful at their job and very helpful, I was a few dollars short on what I needed and they had some extra change so they gave it too me and I was able to get my new vape,Thanks again!Also Phillip picked me out the Blue Razz and it has a wonderful taste and also helped me pick out a new ecig that works way better for me then the one I had not even for a month that tore up

Got some vape juice this evening along with a mod system. The Dragons Blood juice is good. Will most definitely will be going back to get more. Recommend 10/10. The employees were very helpful.

Exceptional customer service, employees have a vast knowledge of all the equipment and supplies, and the best bargain with an enormous selection. Yesterday was actually my 4th trip to this store and location, but I invested in myself and my own vices upon this particular visit lol 😆. I have switched from smoking 🚭 menthol cigarettes 🚬 to vaping. I havent had an actual cigarette 🚬 in 2 weeks and vaping has definitely helped me through this stressful time uggggg. I got a Vaporesso Translucent Vape with 2 bottles of liquid for $28!!!! I highly recommend visiting this location and purchasing any of ur vaping supplies and needs from here as well. Keep up the great business and customer service.
