I visited Virginia shop many times. Now I live in Turkey, and I can’t tell if he is worse than Turkey’s president Erdoğan in many ways when it comes to being a tyrant. I cant tell which one is the best among competitors, Putin boy from Russia or Grady Mask boy from Virginia OR Erdogan boy from Turkey. And its such a competiton that these cute boys are not as bright minded as they think that they are all trying to get the silver medal in that competiton bc they dont have the perception of “being actually good at something”.

My partner and I always love going to vapor 42 whether it be in Johnson city or Bristol☺️ They always have a large variety of disposable brands and flavors. There’s hundreds of vape stores in the tri-cities but vapor 42 is always our #1

The lady working on 11-28-23 after 4pm was very rude and treated me awful. I use to only use this store but haven’t since they moved to big building and was over this way and needed a pod but not ever again. There is a way to be nice to customers and treat them with respect. I am a general manager myself and understand customers are ppl as well as the reason we all make a pay check. I always treat ppl with kindness when out shopping for this reason I know what it’s like to deal with customers and she was the rudest person I have encountered in a long while. I am truly sorry I interrupted her personal time or whatever. At the end of the day I was totally blown away how someone could just be so rude for no reason at all. The boys that use to work at the other location across the street always welcomed you from time you opened the door til time you walked out the door. Such a shame this place is not the good vibe it use to be. One customer might not mean a lot to at the end of the day but how many will you loose in a year with a woman with this kinda of attitude with your customers. So sad truly is. If you don’t like your job go find another one but don’t be angry with customers who provide you a pay check at the end of the day.

I have been to Vapor 42 twice, today being the second time. The service is amazing, prices are really good, and the lady who waited on me was very professional, knows the juices and vapes very well. So, I bought a new vape and I love it 😀 I highly recommend Vapor 42, awesome place and the juices are full of flavor 😀 I drive from Kingsport.

New to the area. The selection here is good. But the best part was customer service. I had Haley (“like the comet”) helping me out. She had a delightful personality and in spite of her being a trainee, she was extremely knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction. I’m very happy with my purchases.I have noticed a lack of personalized customer care in many stores lately, and not wanting to be negative, I rarely offer feedback. But Haley was a very pleasant surprise! I wanted to acknowledge it.5 stars for the store, 5 stars for customer service.

Bought a bottle of vape juice that issupposed to be grape and it has very little if any flavor. Guy that sold it to me said it was good to him, I guess when your making your own product you can call it good if you want. Would not recommend......

As a long time customer, I highly recommend Vapor 42.The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Its a comfortable, laid back atmosphere and their new building is very nice. Additionally, theyre happy to do curbside service when Im unable to come in because of my minor child being with me (obviously, no under 18s allowed in the store), which is far better service than Ive ever gotten at other local vape shops.And some may scoff, but, as a woman, sometimes vape shops make me feel... uncomfortable or unwelcome but Ive never experienced that here.

Please educate Josh” on simple variation license dynamics and I will change to a 5 star, since this is the original store and you guys teach new stores I presume. Super professional environment, i got a great deal on pods for my vape, and the employees (receipt says nick so shoutout nick) were not only very nice but helpful and knowledgeable about my vape and what pods worked best etc. definitely coming back!

I have a wide selection of gear and flavors. The staff is courteous and helpful. They were more than willing to help with any questions that I had and offer suggestions based on my preferences. The flavor selection is quite varied so just about anyone should be able to find something they like. The staff did not hesitate to make recommendations and encouraged sampling of the flavors.

Pretty good place. I get all of my juice and coils here. The only issue I’ve had is asking for specific coils only to realize after opening them that they gave me the wrong thing, and then they will refuse to exchange or replace said item. If you buy anything from here, even if you specifically tell them what you want, double check it anyway because even if it’s their mistake, they won’t help you.

Stopped in while visiting friends and fell in love with the place. Awesome decor and friendly service. Owner seemed very knowledgeable and further chatting lead to finding out he went to culinary school, which might explain why the Strawberry Cheesecake juice he gave me tasted so damn good. I called the owner, Grady, a few days ago and placed an order for more juice and some cupcakes, but he refused to send cupcakes :(Still a great Vape Shop and I wish theyd open one in my area.

Nobody likes the masks, I get it. I also get that its a vape store.But employees just hitting their vapes over and over, in my face, I mean.. like it or not, theres a respiratory pandemic and thats well beyond not wearing a mask - not that even a SINGLE EMPLOYEE is doing that either.I know most of your customers are gonna do what theyre gonna do, but how about having the staff make even the slightest adjustment towards responsible behavior?Ive left a 5 star review before, both of these are equally deserved. Common sense is hard to come by these days, wont find it here.Second star because the juice is still pretty dope.EDIT: Response - LOL! Who has breathing issues that are too bad for a mask, but they still vape!? Anyways, its a respiratory virus spread by droplets in the air, regardless of what you believe.If you want to operate a business in Virginia, adhere to the Virginia mask orders.. Do whatever you want in Tennessee.

The sales associate that helped me was SO nice! He was as patient as could be with my fully ignorant self and, once I finally let him help me by answering questions instead of just looking for myself, he got me exactly what I was after and saved me almost $100. I will definitely be back.

Every juice Ive gotten from this place has been amazing. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and kind and courteous. They make the experience very enjoyable and were able to help me out immensely in staring my vape journey!

Decent vape shop, all around--but also, the best prices on delta-8 that Ive seen in the area. Their stock isnt consistent (as of November, 2020) because its such a new product, and theyre still figuring out the market. Regardless, they consistently offer better deals than what Ive seen at CBD shops, even if its not always the same thing and often goes out of stock. Id recommend calling ahead to make sure they have it, but Im sure the stock issues will be resolved soon.

Really cool staff and prompt service. My complaint has to be about the higher than I am used to prices and the juices are not phenomenal. They will do in a pinch but we would rather order ours online. All of their juices seem harsh and the flavors dont really match what youre expecting. Really wish they would bring in some other brands

Great place cool vape mods, expensive but its well worth it in the end

Second time being there. Staff is knowledgeable. I got introduced to some vaperesso coils for my cerberus tank. Best coils Ive used so far. Theres a broad variety of flavors to choose from. You can also try the juice before you buy. I thought that was really cool. Juice prices are great for what you get. Go there on a Saturday, if you buy three juices you get one free. Cant beat that.

Drove from Kingsport because none had what I needed. I spent $60 and 2 of the vapes are fake. I got 2 Hyde strawberries and cream which I’ve gotten several times. My wife is the one who went in and she tried them as she was walking out to make sure they worked and said these don’t taste right at all so I tried them they taste like chemicals with a after taste of menthol we have bought fakes before and that’s what they taste like went in to ask for the box (they open and took the box ) to see if they have authentication code and it didn’t.

Vapor 42 is a great local resource for people who vape. They have a huge selection of devices, and they make really great juice. Its more expensive than buying on eBay of course, but thats the trade off of having a brick and mortar business, great folks to help you out, a 30 day warranty and the convenience of being able to get your goods right away. Ive visited them for a long time and will continue to do so.

Best vapor store around by far. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was smoking two to three packs of cigarettes a day and they helped me find a device that would ease the transition. I love my Koko caliburn and the Get Lit juice they offer was great for switching, now Im weaning off nicotine all together. Ive been cigarette free now for years thanks to them. There juice flavors are fantastic, there competitors dont compare, this is where you want to go. Thanks Vapor 42 yall are the best!

Traveled 1 hour to visit this shop and get my Lavabox Dna200. Great service awesome staff. We had a mishap with the credit machine and the owner took care of it so I wouldnt have to make a second trip. They deserve 10 stars in my book.

We are visiting the US from London, and my wifes vape device packed up which is not good trust me, so I searched for a vape shop in Bristol VA area and were very lucky to find this store near our friends place. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, as well as loving our accents!! The range of devices and accessories stocked is phenomenal, so if you need advice or have any problems or questions about vapes, this appears to be the place to go in Bristol. Hopefully the new device they recommended for my wife will last longer than the previous one, but so far so good, she is getting on well with it. Highly recommend this store as they know their stuff and cant do enough for you. And they played some Tom Petty while we were in there which always scores bonus points for us!!

I’ve bought several devices and lots of juice from these folks, but my most recent experience has made me reconsider shopping here again. My brand new device had a factory defect, and I still had my receipt and box and no one was willing to work with me. Sucks n/c the juice is good but I’m not willing to spend my hard earned money where it’s not appreciated anymore.

Ive been to a lot of vape shops and truly find the interior decorating to be top notch. They have everything anyone from beginners to advance would need. They are up with the trends. They have more selection than any other vape store in tri cities area. Not only have I tried 100s of juices but Im convinced they have the best mixologist around. The e liquids all taste great and vape long lasting, easy on the throat and easy on the coils. Bravo!The staff are hands down best educators in the industry with experience and tech advice. It is a must visit in person place because the website does not do it justice on whats inside.

This is an absolutely awesome vape store! I don’t have enough good things to say about it.I recently visited the one on West Market Street and it was great, both individuals working were very friendly and helpful to me and the other customer in the store at the time.Here’s what’s so awesome: their selection was the best in any local vape store I’ve been to in the tri-cities, THEY LET YOU TRY BEFORE YOU BUY (I’ve never been to a vape place that lets you do this), it’s very spacious, and very clean.It has that “vapor wavy” feel of a well known noire film adorned in hues of pinks and purple, now all they need is a statue of David to seal the deal lol; definitely check it out!! 5 stars hands down.

I had the most amazing vape shopping experience today at Vapor 42. I actually live over an hour away but happened to be in the area and was looking for vape shops in Bristol and this one caught my eye. I will be making the drive regularly for my vape needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I am fairly new to vapeing and the girl there today was amazing with helping me find my perfect flavor!! Their juices are fresh and their product selection is huge! Probably the largest selection of any vape store I have been to in Virginia and I have been to stores as far as Virginia Beach. I highly recommend this store.

Fantastic service! My go to place for all my mod upgrades or replacements at an affordable price. Juice is a little pricey, but better than waiting for it to come in the mail.

I gotta say, the nicest , friendliest, least pretentious Vape Shop I have ever been to. Wonderful flavors, Ive never tried something that a big company didnt mix that taste so good. They have mid/high end mods, rdas, rtas, mechanicals, they do crazy builds, they have a MAJOR selection of juices, and it was a really cool environment I could spend all day in and spend A LOT of money at haha ! This place surprised me it was very clean, friendly, & pricing was amazing in my opinion. They however do only sale like disposable vaps, juice, mods, etc. They dont sale many other items you normally see at most vap shops but the price sure makes up for it.

While visiting family in the Bristol area I was in desperate need of a vape shop. Grady(the owner and juice wizard) REALLY knows what he is doing and has great taste in decor...the shop is beautiful. The knowledge and creative expertise that went into his juice is absolutely mind blowing(try the juice named Acid from the Addiction line, thank me later). They were ready and willing to let me try every juice that my pallet would allow. I bought over $100 in juice alone on my visit. Sorry this is so long but I want to be thorough. Up next is hardware selection, probably the best Ive ever seen in a vape shop. I walked out with three new sleeves for my Limitless mech mod and a Sigelei 75w TC at VERY competitive prices. Im not sure what else to say besides when I got back to my home \town I gave them a call and put in an order for more of his amazing juice. A $200 order, its THAT good. I could go on and on, the sheer variety of juice and hardware make this a must stop for any vapor! If you live within an hour of Bristol, lets just say my envy runs deep! Oh, and the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!!!! VAPE ON!!!!

Hands down one of the best in the area. Found myself in here for the first time a few days ago needing a replacement part and fast. Luckily found them online and stopped by. Got the piece I needed for less than what I normally pay and left with some goodys I didnt intend on getting but couldnt resist their awesone selection.

My Facebook post says it all! There are things about the wonderful people of Cold Smoke that all businesses in the Tri-Cities could take a page or two out of there book of customer service. Having visited hundreds of vape shops across the country, this one easily ranks in my top 5. Selection is always a huge plus for me and no other shop Ive been to comes even remotely close, even shops three times larger.Typically Im not someone who like house juices, but something kicked in me to try some. I was EXTREMELY pleased. Like many hardcore vapers, I use both tanks and drippers. The house juice worked in both, but was best in a RDA #CloudsBroClouds. Next time Im back in the area, this will be my go to spot to load up on everything (coils, wire, wick, juice, schwag). The prices were good, juices were great, and if I had a few spare presidents, I probably would have left without my lunch money 😉.I took a street view (photosphere) picture inside for yall driving by to get an idea of whats inside.
