Dropped in the store and was greeted by a girl who was the most polite person I probably have ever met in a store,This girl should get a raise. Had some great convo,The store didnt have what I was looking for but what you gonna do,If they end up getting it in I will be there more often cause I have to travel an hour to get it and with customer service like hers would be a regular.Hard to find people this nice anymore.Thank you for the great customer service!

Ive been coming here for awhile and I really enjoy the service and their vapes. They have a really good selection of everything a smoke shop should have.

Staff are very welcoming and polite. Huge variety of vapes with great prices and a points reward system. Shop is always clean. Ive been going here for almost a year now since I found out about them and its definitely saved me money .

So many things to see in this store!! Prices are really good. You can even buy certified raw sandals 😂 I highly recommend this place 👌🏼

No wonder theres never anyone in there when Ive stopped... overpriced and faulty product. They have no problem making the pitch and swiping your card, but wont stand behind what they sell.Wont be back and will definitely steer others elsewhere... thankfully there are plenty of other options.

I love this smoke shop. They have a lot of different options and great customer service. My only advice would be to update your business hours online; it says you’re open at 9 but it’s 10am and doors are locked

Great smoke shop, and the man working the front is always helpful and nice. my only recommendation would be that he gets a little more strict on iding customers. everytime ive come here theres children in the parking lot talking about how theyre only 16 and always get away with buying vapes underage. yesterday 2 kids in a row went in and were talking about the fact that they arent 21 and always come here because he doesnt check ids.

Very helpful and well stocked. Gave me the wrong coils accidentally and were great about switching them out. Very nice shop.

The cashier is very polite and is very professional! This shop is a lot cheaper than the other vape shops in Bristol! I highly recommend this shop!
