On October 5th, 2023, I purchased the Aarhus Pro from a store, enticed by its touted auto draw feature that eliminates the need for a button press. However, just two days later, on October 7th, the device stopped working on the a you to draw. Frustrated, I contacted the store for assistance, only to be met with an explanation that this issue was common with the product.They assured me that if I brought it to the store, they would examine the settings and replace it since I had purchased it a mere three days ago. Trusting their word, despite living 13 miles away, I made the trip to the store. Much to my dismay, upon reaching the store, they informed me that the device was still functioning, albeit not as intended by the manufacturer. Therefore, they refused to exchange or refund it.As a long-standing customer who has never encountered such issues with this store before, I was deeply disappointed. It is perplexing that they would knowingly sell a product with a known defect. Furthermore, their unwillingness to honor their promises and provide proper customer service is disheartening.Most reputable stores typically offer a minimum 30-day exchange policy for faulty items, but this particular location doesnt seem to uphold such standards. The lack of warranty coverage and their unwillingness to rectify the situation are major letdowns.I have informed the store of my intention to report them to the Better Business Bureau, as this experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I will not be returning to this store in the future. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and honor their commitments.

If their store card machine is down, NEVER pay cash! I paid cash for a $25 battery about 7 weeks ago. I need a manual receipt to now call manufacturer and Eco Vape will NOT provide. In April 2024, the card machine was down. Their employee working told me they couldnt put my purchase in system record later. Now I have a problem & am screwed.FIND A BETTER Place to purchase from is my best suggestion.

Always professional. And very polite people. EDIT.....ITS SEEMS LIKE ALL THE GOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT. THE ONLY ONE WHO NOWS HIS HAND FROM HIS HEAD IS THE MANAGER...I DONT THINK I WILL BE BACK. WHAT A SHAME.

Good experience, but check your product before making claims about the product. I specifically asked for a specific style of pen with a usb charger and they assured me the product was correct before I left the store. Thankfully I opened the box and checked it before I left the parking lot. The staff was apologetic when I went back in , but this issue could have been easily avoided if they open the product when it comes in to verify what it actually is. I drove to this specific store out of the way to get a specific product they carry and I was clear in the store when I asked them about it.

I came to this vape shop for the first time this evening, and I was very pleased. The store was bright and clean, the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the flavors all looked amazing. Very affordable for the quantity of juice!I bought a bottle of Candy King Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum from the clearance shelf and enjoyed it very much, I look forward to coming here many times in the future to try their house juice. Would recommend to anyone, this place is awesome!

Avoid this store. Go to the one in Tulsa if you want good and helpful service. Wife stopped by this store this morning, 12/13/17, to get new filters and ask why they kept burning out so fast. The guy was very rude and obviously didnt really want to help since the only explanation he would give was probably not using it properly. We have been to the BA store 3 times and 2 of those times the employees have been rude and not helpful in the slightest.

Fun staff. Mask required. Their prices are incomparable to other shops Ive been to. Ive used them exclusively for 3 years. Always updated mods and big selection.

I bought a new tank the salesperson recommended very highly I didnt have it more than 2 days it started leaking took back and all they said was no cant help because it was opened. They do not stand behind their product will never go back again and telling everyone of my family & friends not to go back. If I could I would give this place a - * they dont deserve a star at all

This is my favorite vape shop. The employees are very knowledgeable, and always willing to help you out. They have the best juice selection Ive ever seen, and by far the best prices. My only problem is that I spend way too much money every time I go there. They just have too much awesome stuff!!!

Just stopped by there, the girl working the counter was awesome. And I absolutely love the flavor juice I just got. Plus theyre open late on sundays which is a big plus in my book

I stopped smoking cigarettes almost 2 years ago and have completely switched to vaping. In that time, I visited at least a dozen shops trying to find the best balance. After all this time, Ive finally found the one. Best prices, best selection, and friendly/knowledgeable staff. I would go out of my way to go here.

FYI: This is one of those places that gives you a discount if you leave a good review on Google. Thats why theres so many 5 star reviews.Used to be my go-to place. Theyre doing some complicated ordering system and wouldnt let me inside the store because of covid. Is a vape store really that high-risk? Why can I walk into the gas station or FedEx, but not this place. I drove a couple miles over to Buzzn on 91st & Elm and had no problem whatsoever. Buzzn is my new go-to place I guess.

Nice place. Best selection of tanks Ive found so far. The guys there are helpful and friendly. Plus you get rewards points when you spend your money there.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of all vape needs. Came in for a drip tip, ended up buying a tank. Employees were extremely helpful, knew my needs as I wasnt sure what I wanted and I walked out a happy Vaper

Just quit snuff and am new to vaping. CBD/nicotine mostly, waiting on Tulsa area dispensaries to open. This is the only place Ive been to that was helpful and didnt treat me like an idiot. They got me set up with a new mod kit that works way better than what I had.

Love the vapes they just never hold a charge and we have broken about 7 so far :( ...... it’s been a bit of a challenge traveling with the vapes and them breaking then not holding a charge.
