The waiting room was clean, quiet and comfortable for the 90 min I waited for my husband’s session to complete. Time went by quickly.It was his first session in many years and was with one of the best deep tissue massage therapists I’ve encountered. It was a positive experience for him. My hope is that he will continue to work through old running injuries in this way.My 60-minute session, following, was appropriately light and well-adjusted to my temporary medical condition. It was with the same therapist who ASKS, LISTENS, and provides MASSAGE accordingly.Our therapist is already very much in demand; so, selfishly, I hesitate to give name. However, fair is fair and Brenda deserves to be recognized. She is excellent in every way.
CLOSED ... this was a great location and everyone was always friendly and the massages were top notch, but they closed in August with NO EXPLANATION and I cant even get corporate to return a call and provide me a refund.I have tried going to other locations in the area but they never have availability unless I book 2 or 3 months out. Come on people - hire enough employees to provide the services we deserve!
I’ve visited many different Massage Envy locations and the Vista Highlands location has topped them all. Friendliest staff. Great recommendations. Very receptive and respectful massage therapists!I will be visiting this location from now on!I have also followed Sean from the Thornton location to the Vista Highlands location. I HIGHLY recommend booking a massage w, Sean!
Closed with zero warning and no notifications to members. Which…. whatever, bad business, but it happens. But I now cannot join at any other location because I somehow am still tied into a membership with them. Pretty sure they broke our contract when they closed without warning and failed to provide services any longer. Very frustrating!
Angel is always great. Great massage. In general with all the providers- One thing I would say is that I need like a minute or less to get dressed afterwards- shorts,shirt, shoes on and go. Don’t need to stop massage at 10 minutes left. So for some of us quicker dressers, maybe you could note on account that don’t.need 8-10 min at the end?Same with undressing and laying down. I need like 30 seconds then I lay there for 7-10 minutes sometimes waiting to start. Other than that it’s a great bunch of folks and the desk staff is always nice.
Massage was great. Other than the coughing throughout the entire massage.My wife purchased a 90 minute massage for me for our anniversary. When I go to pay with the the gift card, I’m told I owe another $75? I ask how and I’m told by Shelby that my wife paid for a member 90 minute massage? I asked her how would they have not caught that we weren’t members when it was purchased? She replied sorry, but the Thornton store must have made the mistake and didn’t offer to honor what was purchased.I’ve been up charged an additional $75. Shelby was pretty condescending and the young man at the desk kept cutting me off and not allowing me speak. They blamed it in the Thornton location and would not honor what was paid for. Needless to say, I went from be relaxed to quite perturbed by the customer service that I was receiving.I’ll never recommend or return here. Poor, poor service at the front desk.Review edit- it’s now been a week later and still haven’t heard from the manager as promised last Tuesday. Poorly ran facility. I’ll be contacting corporate.Massage Envy - Vista Highlands after speaking with owner, the poor service that I have received is obviously a reflection of their leadership.I’ll be filing a complaint with Dora.
Was excited to finally use a voucher I received for a 60 minute massage. Facility is nice and my massage therapist, Lisa, was amazing! 5 stars for Lisa.BEWARE IF USING/PURCHASING A VOUCHER - when I went to check out I was informed that the voucher (not a gift card) that was purchased at this location for $51 during a previous promo period had expired and I would have to pay the difference from the purchase price of the voucher. (A 60 min massage is $125)The voucher clearly says DOES NOT EXPIRE. There is no mention in the fine print of any specific dates or that the bearer might have to pay any price difference from the time of purchase.They eventually honored it but told me that next time, for my other voucher, I would have to pay the difference. Maybe their system has changed since it was purchased but, seems like a scam to sell vouchers at a discount then try to charge the recipient unexpectedly!
Therapist was fine. She didn’t do anything wrong. However, I specifically asked for someone who can do deep tissue massage. I scheduled with that person only to have my therapist switched without telling me. I had the worst massage yesterday that I’ve had in the last 20 years. I received a 90 min back rub. No happy.
I love coming to Vista Highlands Massage Envy! I used to go to another franchise where I felt like a number- but at Vista Highlands the entire staff is great!! Steve is my go to therapist! He truly is wonderful and very skilled working on my sciatica and extreme neck issues from sitting in front of a computer all day!!! Feel like a new person after each appointment!!!
I was at the Broomfield store for a long time and was happy when Vista store opened. No the new store is only about 2 mi away from my house. Ive been lucky I both places to have great people to help me. Walt has been a very good person to take care of me. He always does a great job and I refer him to other people all of the time. Your people at the front desk are always very helpful again Im very glad with your service.Thank you Mike p.
Naomi has been nothing but helpful for my skin care. She explains what she is doing and the benefits. You can tell she cares about her work and is very professional. She has an amazing vibe and will make you feel like you are working with an old friend.
Brenda is an incredible therapist! We had a great conversation and I felt so much better, not only physically, but emotionally as well. I’m glad I got to meet her.
I’ve had several facials at different locations, including other ME facilities. Naomi is hands down the best aesthetician I have ever been to for facials. During covid, having to wear masks daily for my job, I had issues with breakouts. Naomi treated and gave great advice for facial care and my skin conditions improved drastically. I highly recommend requesting Naomi when it comes time to schedule. She is friendly, competent, and makes you feel like an important client every time.
Sam was an amazing front desk who helped me get settled in for my appointment. Naomi is an excellent esti and is very knowledgeable in her products and her routine. They both were very professional and helpful!

Ive had a membership for several years. I had recently moved and was wanting to check out the massage envy near me. I booked my appointment online with no problem. Vista highlands called me and stated they had $15.00 convenience fee for massage envy members. I inquired about this fee and was told that they are independently owned and therefor charge this fee because massage envy members fill up a lot of the massage slots and their “own” members challenge to be seen. Therefore they apply this charge!!! They than proceeded to ask if I had any other questions or wanted to cancel my appointment. Didn’t seem like they wanted my business, they were so quick to ask if I wa ate to cancel my appointment so I proceeded to I canceled my appointment.Its rather frustrating that massage envys website and app does not indicate that their vista highlands location is “independent” and therefore this location thinks they can charge additional fees. What is the purpose of being a member when you can get additional charges/fees. It doesnt seem ethical.... Very disappointing in this Vista Highland location , along with Massage Envy!
Never expected to pay so much for a massage. Took months to get an appointment, finally got one on a random Wednesday I was able to take off work. They were super cryptic about price and even though I got zero add-ons, it still cost $250. Even Spavia doesn’t charge that much and yet I find their service superior. The atmosphere was cold and bright, like I was laying on an operating table. Giving 2 stars, because I still walked away with a massage. But I won’t be returning. If I get anymore gift cards, they’re getting regifted.
My partner and I had a great messages and we’re feeling relaxed.We went to leave and the front desk asked for just him to pay even though we had already worked out using credits a few days prior on the phone. Rather then trying to work together and figure out what had went wrong on their end, the assistant manager demanded payment and blamed us. When we asked for the manager she called her on the phone and described the situation incorrectly.Not only was her tone condescending, her facial expressions and body language was all around something anyone would want to avoid.By this point we were both stressed and I was physically shaking.Minutes after we left the guy at the desk supporting the extremely rude manger called and said they did find our credits. Why didn’t she call? Maybe she also felt bad about how she treaded the situation.To the owner, if you hope to have clients return and run a successful franchise, you should reconsider your management.
If there was a 0 rating I would do 0. Shelby who is supposed to be the one that helps customers and be empathetic was super rude on the phone told me I did not have to come back. Was not accommodating. She told me the manager will call me when she has time. Lastly she said that she had the right to hang up on a hostile customer, she was the one that was hostile. Super rude location and not helpful at all. She refused to give me the owners number. I never leave google reviews, but this situation was unbelievable. When I told her I worked for customer service and that I would never speak like that to someone all she said was oh well.

HORRIBLE customer service and communication. On top of it, the massage therapist coughed a couple times during my massage... then afterwards in the lobby was coughing more and excused herself to the back and said I feel horrible. This was supposed to be a nice treat for my husband and I for Christmas and thought going there they would have extra precautions and great service.I arrived at my appointment on time, there was another lady in front of me paying and trying to book future apts. By the time I was up it may have been a few min after my time. I told the gal I needed to wait for my husband to come by and she said not to worry I can fill out the paperwork and it was no big deal. When the massage therapist took me back she asked if Id like to use the restroom so I did. By the time I laid down it was about 15 min after my check in time. Everyone was relaxed and seemed fine. The massage was okay but when she was done I felt like it had gone super fast. Wed paid for an hour massage and an additional foot scrub. When I looked at the time I had only been back there for maybe 40 min!! I asked and she said she had another appointment right after and I was late. Well maybe if you had more that one person at the front, you told people that their time started right at the scheduled time I would have been back on time or much closer to it! As I was paying at the front desk the massage therapist who had an appointment right after me walked out with her jacket and purse. So she obviously was lying.I was so upset with the way the manager and front desk treated me. Massages are a treat, especially in these times. My husband was scheduled to come in afterwards and decided against it due to their lack of service and the lady potentially being sick. I was charged $115 for a 30 - 40 min massage.WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! I recommend people in Erie to go to a local business, not this chain. When looking for their facebook page to also write a review there I noticed their is a Massage Envy Sucks page with over 1200 people on it. So sadly, I am not the only one who had a bad experience.
When I walked in today, I was informed that my massage time would have to be cut short so that the therapist could eat lunch. This appointment was booked 2 weeks ago, and was confirmed yesterday. More than enough time for them to manage their schedules. This particular location does not care about its customers.
This massage envy location is great. Very professional and competent customer service and my massage therapist, Sean, was fantastic! I had almost given up on my membership with massage envy but this location, specifically, changed my mind.
Becca is definitely a skilled therapist but my experience was not great because she was coughing throughout my session. She said it was allergies but regardless, nobody wants to be coughed on for an hour.
Extremely rude therapist. Cut the massage short. Desk staff was not helpful in anyway. Was meant to be a couples massage but got put in separate rooms! I get massages 2-3 times a month and have never been treated this way before!!Owner was helpful however it shouldn’t ever happen in the first place. Definitely shouldn’t have to get the owner involved to solve customer service issues! Out of all the massage and spa options near by please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!!!
As others have said, this location charges an extra fee because theyre independently owned. Im already paying for a membership, and now im not getting the service that the membership covers. This is a shameful business practice and my next call will be to cancel my membership.
I had great massage at Massage Envy. Walt was very attentive to my needs. I left feeling relaxed and ready for my weekend.
Went in for a facial today and left feeling so pampered. I saw Nicole and she really knew her stuff! Professional, good communication, great touch, and perfectly executed. I will definitely be visiting her again!!
Steven is an excellent massage therapist. He is sensitive to his clients’ needs & is very skilled at determining just where & what pressure to apply.
Anna was great! Super knowledgeable and did an excellent job with my facial. I can tell my skin is much brighter and plump.

This private owner charges an extra $15 if your membership is thru another location and you want to get a massage here. I stuck with massage envy thru the pandemic when they were begging members not to cancel and this is the gratitude shown. Apparently very few massage envys are privately owned like this one. Im surprised corporate allows the extra fees that go just to this jackwagon. Hes greedy and Ill never get a massage here again due to that.
Steve was considerate of my condition after surgery and gave me a wonderful massage as usual and relieved all my tension and tight muscles. I’ll be back.
The massage was great, got some relief, set up a second appointment with Steve, his knowledge and experience was very helpful.

My facial was great but I thought they were supposed to rub your shoulders and neck. She rubbed my arms and hands which was great but needed my neck and shoulders for that much money I think I should have gotten that as well
Joslynn is very knowledgeable. She offers alternative remedies for what ails you. For example, using a specific CBD lotion for relaxing tension spots.
This is a wonderful place for a massage. The staggered start times are wonderful. My masseuse is one of the best I’ve ever been treated by!
