I received a massage on last month. When I arrived there was no receptionist. The waiting area was not air conditioned. But once you step into the quiet room, the air conditioning is quite comfortable. As for the massage...I wanted sports but got Swedish. Not to mention loud talking coming from the room beside the room I was in. I thought it was the employee lounge. I’d like a refund and cancel the membership.

Loved this place. I received a gift card to Massage Green Spa for an hour massage and 40 minute sauna. Nick did a great job. Professional and friendly. The whole staff was nice and helpful. The facility was beautiful, clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend!

Just used their infrared sauna and definitely will be back! Front desk Stephanie was kind and let me know that I can purchase packages to save money, however didnt push me to commit right then and there, (even though I will keep coming back) :-D Easy and fully relaxing. I also appreciate the little things, such as the lemon water and cold eucalyptus towels as well.

At the Broomfield location I have to many issues. Over 2 weeks ago they called an hour before my appointment to cancel due to the therapist called in for flu symptoms that started the evening before but when I called her back it was therapist called on 20 min prior to them calling me an she was having flu symptoms that started that morning. I mentioned that this was the 2nd time that this was done to me and that its expected of me to call the night before by 9pm to cancel or I will be charged or less credit on account!!! She said she would call an talk with her manager/ owner to see what she could d fr me and said it may be Monday before she gets back to me I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING! I am glad I was not already on my way as I was running a few minutes late. As for this last appointment the therapist was awful, I am not sure if that was to be a swedish massage because it surely was not a deep tissue as I was scheduled for plus shehardly worked on the right side as this was the side with the issue, she would have known that if she w okuld ave took the time to listen. At the end she was real short and quick to leave and she puts the hot towel around the front of my neck ahh not sure what that was but not impressed by no means. I will not go back o this location I hope Westminster is better or I will cancel my membership soo much better service in the Sprigs and therapist. The girls at the front desk here at this location I have had to go over an over with them about questions on my account they could not figure out. Unwilling to pull payment made me call other location myself would not do it fr me or even offer. Scheduled me a 90 minute assuming thats what I wanted never asked or confirmed. Horrible!!

We have been members since shortly after arriving in Colorado. We moved 25 miles further away and we still come back here. If theres ever anything wrong, Allison makes it right. Dont be afraid to tell your therapist what you like, what you dont, and how much pressure to use.

Hought it was a great place, was wrong. Started as a monthly customer shortly after they opened. Lori was fantastic....then she left. Tried another person who was awful - she left. Moved to a third who was also good - and he left. Then onto a fourth....who was so/so.Spoke to them about canceling my monthly membership and was told I had to do so in writing a few days before the billing date and was given the email address. I had previously tried to email them to cancel and had an issue (no response) so was leery about trying to use email again but HAD to do the cancelation in writing.I did just that - four times. No response on any email that I sent to them. As I was out of the country I also tried to email corporate for assistance since I could not call and was told had to do it in writing. They had one contact on all of their page....and that email bounced back.No shock when they charged my card for yet another monthly charge. No response on my VM to them, so I have to now dispute the charge and block them from being able to charge my card.So, I have to cancel in writing, do so via email provided by them (4 times), every email ignored and they claim they never received anything (again) and the corporate website only serves as a pass through for the list of sites but offers no real help? Yeah, run far away.I now understand why their turnover is so high for both front desk and therapists.

I joined and was excited to continue, my regular massages, but when I call on a Monday and have limited choice for appts the following Sat, that doesnt work fort me. Will be using my massages, and canceling.

I tried several massage places in the Boulder - Broomfield area. This is the only place where I could get real help for my upper back pain. They have very caring team, and they really paid attention to my needs. Thank you for your help Massage Green Spa Team at Broomfield.

I love this facility and staff. They have a new infrared sauna that’s amazing. Shelby is the best therapist I’ve had work from in over 14 years of massages for pain management

The masseuse was very friendly however my massage was cut short 10 min. Probably because it was the end of the day and she wanted to go home, I left feeling as though I did not get my money’s worth.

Save your money and your time. This place is poorly run and customer service is TERRIBLE. Good luck getting a massage or facial booked as well - apparently it’s not possible for this business to retain employees.

Blame the customer mentality. Customer service lacking with no responsibility taken; and with this business model...Im actually quite shocked still in business. Utilizing groupons as main marketing source, could be a good indicator? Its the owner.
