Elements Massage

Unfortunately I have had two poor experiences with Elements as a chain - one here and one in Lafayette- which is cause enough for me to cancel my membership and stop patronage. The first time, during a 90-minute massage, my therapist had to stop after 60 minutes because he “ate too much candy and his stomach hurt.” I understand this may have been an acute incident explained by something not as embarrassing, but my husband had the appointment after me and they asked me to tell him he would need to reschedule and they never followed up with him to explain.At the Broomfield location, my intended therapist “misread” her schedule, despite me booking days in advance. I waited thirty minutes and no one could get in touch with the therapist. The assistant manager was more than professional, but the solve from the therapist was for me to come back when it was convenient for the therapist. As a service, not only is this unacceptable but patrons should not be expected to move their schedules around twice because of a company error. Ultimately, this brand needs to work on their therapists’ professionalism and their customer service. The solution they are told to put forth is to reschedule you. Maybe that seems ok as a one off fix but two incidents indicates there is a huge lack of accountability. I would advise people to look elsewhere, and if you do choose to support this business, call before you leave for the appointment so they don’t waste your time like they have mine and my husbands.

I always have a great experience here. I have tried two other corporate-run massage companies and this one is the best by far. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and I always get a good massage no matter who I see. I highly recommend Elements Massage and so sorry I put Massage Envy in my first review. Your service and massages are better than the rest!

If you waitlist people please do not email them with an exact time and date saying “1 hour massage” only to show up and find out that it’s still a waitlist, and you don’t have an appointment.

Unprofessional and boarder-line inappropriate massage. I tried contacting the company multiple times but they have yet to address any of my issues or concerns.

I don’t go here much because I don’t live super close, but the masseuses I’ve been to are always great. They provide very calming environment and I leave sore but better.

I was happy to see,Lee , my therapist that I used to see in Brighton . I new in the area and was reluctant to make the much longer drive to Broomfield . Definitely worth the drive because he has helped with my pain most of anyone in CO. Have been here 1 yr and have a history of spinal stenosis and terrible sciatica . Also find Dendra and Amanda at front desk very welcoming and helpful .

Walked in for an appointment but no one was there and after waiting almost 10 mins decided to walk out to my car to grab my phone and call hoping maybe someone was just in the back and would come to the front. As I walked out the lady who had been standing outside in jeans, T-Shirt and flip flops smoking a cigarette on the curb while texting walked in and apparently she was the receptionist but unfortunately didnt feel it was important to come in and check me in for my appointment. When I told her I was there for an appointment she told me my appointment was canceled and claimed to have tried calling me but had the wrong number. Unfortunately she didnt have enough common sense to notify me via email either so I drove there for nothingUnprofessional/ poor customer service.5/3- Response:100% false, infact I was the one who requested your smoking receptionist have a manager call me to see how the situation could be rectified. I was never contacted so I wrote the poor review and after reading your other poor reviews, looks like canceling appointments is a common theme for you which is probably why your overall rating is so much lower than the other locations

Particularly after spending two years in a love-hate relationship with Massage Envy (loved our therapist, hated our experience with the front office and management), being members of Elements has been a refreshing and welcome experience! The therapists are great here too - I’ve had six of them so far and they are all good! - but the best part are the owners, the manager and the rest of the team. It is such a personalized experience and they have gone above & beyond for us multiple times to accommodate our schedules. They are warm and welcoming whenever we come in or speak with them on the phone and they always recognize us and call us by name. One time I left my engagement ring and wedding band in the cute little cubes they have for you to put your belongings in, I didn’t realize until I got home and they were already closed. I left a panicked voicemail and asked them to call us first thing in the morning to confirm they had the rings. They opened at 9 am the next morning and we got a call at 9:02 am that they had the rings in a little envelope at the front desk for us. It’s rare these days to experience the type of customer service we experience here and we are so thankful that they opened up this year! Please don’t change Elements - Broomfield!

Honestly, this was one of the best all around massage experiences Ive had. All of the staff were so incredibly friendly- Gabrielle is awesome. Its a beautiful space...and its new and fresh, very clean. And Avery has to be one of the very best massage therapists Ive been to. She is incredible - I went in with pain in my shoulder and neck and she was able to target every muscle and tension spot - and shes so sweet! I cant say enough good things!

This massage was gifted to me for my birthday. Being so close to the holidays I was so stressed walking in. JEN was HANDS down the best. Just what the doctor ordered. Omg I will be back! What an amazing experience. Thank you Jen for changing my whole mood. 💓

My husband booked a massage for my birthday and I was really looking forward to it (so much so that I extended the 60 minute appointment to 90 minutes)! I was in my car on the way to my appointment when I got a call that my parent was sick and I had to turn around and meet them at the doctors office. I turned around and asked my husband to call and reschedule due to a family emergency. He told me he was charged $45 for a cancellation fee. I called back, a little surprised that they would charge a fee for a genuine emergency, stating that I understand things like schedule change, etc. and the need for them to make up for the therapists time when something changes so late. But this was a genuine emergency, and I really felt like it was a little heartless to charge us a fee for it. I expressed my disappointment and felt the response was a little condescending when I said it was sad because I likely wont be back now. Its unfortunate, I was very excited, not only my day was ruined given the circumstances I had to reschedule, but this was my only gift for my birthday, and all I ended up with was a $45 fee and feeling a little stupid based on the reaction of the staff when I called in.

Ive been a member since their soft opening!! Then I started to work here...The studio is super clean, the staff is so friendly and all the therapists (Ive tried them all) are AMAZING! They all have different specialties and can cater to your needs. My favorite enhancement is Refresh (helps reduce stress and anxiety). If you are in need of massage this is the place for you!

Miss Amber did an incredible job releasing a terrible amount of tension in my upper back/shoulders. And first time for cupping therapy was a huge success. So grateful 🙏🏼

I booked a massage and arranged childcare for it. They called me less than an hour before my appointment to say they moved the time.Edit: it was 30m and while I think it was kind of management to move the apt of the customer who was originally impacted, I dont think it makes sense to change every single clients appointment to accommodate that.

I have had several massages at this location and none of them have disappointed. The therapist know what they are doing and listen to your needs. I cant recommend them enough. Will definitely keep going.

Pre-natal massages have been wonderful they have helped with aches and my body changing for better comfort. Highly recommend

My therapist is Chris. He has done awesome in helping me relieve my pain. He has firm to deep tissue pressure and he is the best. He always works the area that is causing me the most trouble. He listens to what you say. He is fantastic
