I love this store. I have bought all my kits and juice here for the last 2-3 years. In a pinch when they didn’t have the pods i needed they gave me exact days to check with them or would direct me to where i could find them. Even called me one time to let me know when they were in! I’ve tried every other place in the area prior to coming to this store and nowhere compares. If you ask for a specific flavor type they give the best recommendations and try to keep their customer’s favorite flavors in stock always. Their prices on pods are the best in the area and their knowledge on all their products is again, incomparable. This will continue to be my #1 vape store. Sold me me a FAKE MR FOG that tastes nothing like the listed flavor and fails the security check on their website. Who knows whats in them, DO NOT BUY MR FOGS HERE. I knew it as soon as I saw the silicon tip.

I have not gone to any other vape shop for many years. You cannot beat this selection they always have great deals on their mods. and the e-juice you cant beat. they have a jar where they allow you to grab as many bottles as you can in one handful, for $14 dollars. Specifically Ive been dealing with Alyssa for about three years, and I will tell you she is absolutely the best person you have working for you. She absolutely deserves a promotion.

The customer service was excellent. Inconvenient location inside a mall. I paid about $85 for a new mod and nearly $20 for a pair of batteries. I was in a pinch so i paid up. Gotta say, I felt slightly used after paying these kind of prices after I left the store.

I went in there yesterday on 02-19-2023. I went to pay and observed the employee very sneakily press the 10% tip button on the iPad as he was turning it around for me to pay. This is theft. I wonder how much money this employee has gained and stolen over the time he has worked there.

I was just a guy in a younger crowd store a little above the normal aged group that seem to visit stores if this type. I was helped. They provided information that was good for choosing the items that I was there to purchase and it was all a nice experience.

Been using CBD cordyceps & lions mane mushroom gummies and my memory/mental clarity is through the roof. The young, blonde, female clerk suggested this product to me. She was really knowledgeable in helping me pick flavors of vape juice and coils for my vape mod, too. Vape Pros really has a lot of great products besides vape juice. I would recommend this store to everyone I know for the CBD benefits alone. They even have CBDs for dogs!

So Ive been in several times and even drive from boulder because of how much variety and knowledge they have on juices. I have Made several purchases but my last visit I got two juices, same company, that were just gross in my opinion. I had opened them and I understand they are unable to resell them but I feel like they could have used them as a tester bottle or something? Unfortunately they wouldnt let me return them but gave me a discount off another juice. So I went in to fix my problem and actually ended up spending more money. Did get a deal but was a little disappointed. Have definitely gotten juices at other places I wasnt a fan off but since they were both from the same company I felt like something else could have been done. Really used to like the store though!

I ran 2 vape shops in northern VA so ive had expirience, I know how hard it can be to make everyone happy. But Im really easy to please. But when the young guy is on the opposite side of the counter talking to friends for quite a few minutes before acknowleging us it doesnt look good. I didnt even know he worked there until he stepped behind the counter. I really like how the shop looked and their device prices were great . little high on the pods/coils . But I just like to see employees that match the quality of the store. I wish the best for you guys though.

This shop knows exactly whats good, as an avid daily smoker both (medical and vape) I received lots of help finding anything I might need even if they dont carry it they will get it if they can or direct you where you can. Very helpful, very good product. Plus excellent reward program. Great for almost all my smoking needs.

This was my first trip into a game shop for a while, and I was treated really well on both the phone and in-person. I would very much recommend this shop to anyone new to vaping, or any pros in the area.

Showed up 5-10 minutes before closing to grab some juice real quick- they closed. Chick at the register standing there, but decided to close early despite hours being posted that gave a different impression. Won’t be returning to this sad excuse of a business. 👌

Sold me fake disposable Hyde vapes. Boulder banned disposables and I can no longer get them from my regular shop. I bought 2 from Vape Pros and both of which burned within a few days. The same vapes last me 2-3 weeks in the past. Upon further inspection none of the logos, markings, or even the size of the vape is the same as the verified ones. They look the same however the quality is not the same. Will not be back.
