Desk and management is friendly. Pricey. Be prepared to pay well over $100+ per hour massage between membership and tips. Massages are usually good/great depending on who you get, but some are chronically coming to get you five minutes after your start time, ten or more minutes to let you get ready and lie down (which only takes 2 minutes) and stopping 5 minutes before end time, a 90 minute massage is only like 70-75 minutes of massage time. Overall, recommend membership if you’re comfortable to afford it. They have other good services like facials and such, so if you like that kind of spa service on the regular, you might like it.

My customized facial with Gabby was awesome! She did a great job and gave me a few helpful skincare tips. All of the staff members were very friendly.

So disappointed. I received a giftcard to use, I set up an appointment. I told the therapist that I wanted medium pressure and this guy went to town and medium pressure was not used. He dug so hard it was uncomfortable. I was sore in this one area around my neck and he worked my trapezius so hard on the one side that I am still in pain and now its worse to where I cant turn my neck and now making it hard do certain things. I cannot say and I can only hope that they are a certified therapist. As soon as the hour was up he was out the door, no time to relax just your times up and out you go.

I had no intention of going to Massage Envy in the foreseeable future based on the reviews. I was gifted a massage for Christmas and didnt want it to go to waste, so I used it and im so happy I did. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful and my massage therapist, Luis, was phenomenal. Ive never felt so safe and listened to during a massage before. He not only listened to me, but really paid attention to what my body was telling him. I just moved here from Texas and feel so fortunate to have already found (hopefully) my forever masseuse.Ask for Luis, you wont regret it.

I had a membership at this location for several years - and through several management changes. When an investment firm took over a few years ago, it was obvious the pressure was on sales instead of service. The staff at sites run by this operator were often miserable; I ran into many after they transferred to other locations or competitors. Appointments became impossible to get in the past few years at this and all the other locations connected with the same investors. The therapists were mostly fabulous, but management couldn’t seem to balance staffing with membership sales. The owners of this location owned many in the area - except for the Vista Highlands location. It became almost impossible to get appointments anywhere in the area. Eventually whoever operated this location, who also operates or operated nearly all of the others in this area of Colorado, started charging fees to use credits at sites outside of their group of stores, like Vista Highlands. Customers had to jump through hoops to use credits. Calls often went unanswered. (Vista Highlands’ management and owner was great and often had appointments. The front desk staff had great attitudes, and the therapy staff was wonderful. Like the Broomfield 287 location was many years ago. Some of the staff came from this location and from Thornton.) I would never become a ME member at any location again after experiencing the decline of this brand. Once it started expanding, the focus became too much on profit, changing products used and sold by aestheticians, upselling, and competing with other ME franchise operators. Eventually the newer, more customer-focused Vista Highlands in Broomfield closed. I can’t help but assume the tactics used by the Broomfield 287 (+) franchisee had something to do with it. ME corporate seems to not care about how it impacts the brand and customers. Emails to the corporate office and to the investment firm over the Broomfield 287 store were ignored. Eventually I just cancelled the membership. Buyer beware. Unless or until something changes, this isn’t a brand that can deliver what it promises anymore in this area of Colorado.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. It is almost impossible to get an appointment. Then you finally get an appointment. They call to tell you they have to reschedule, send a confirmation text which states the penalty if the client cancels. Then you arrive on time for the confirmed appointment and the girl at the counter shrugs her shoulders and says there must have been a miscommunication because you don’t have an appointment. They collect their monthly fees, are unable to provide service. AVOID. This place is a scam operation.

They have cancelled two massages last minute over the last two months. When I asked why and if it COVID related they said that is personal information and could not divulge unless I came in contact with the person. So, a worker could of been in there yesterday with COVID and they would still be open today. Also super hard to get appointments for good masseuses last minute. If I cancel with less then 24 hours notice I have to pay if they do that to me I do not receive a credit or discount. I book 5 weeks in advance so two cancellations in a row is frustrating but after understanding their COVID policies I will cancel my membership.

No stars. When I activated my 3 month membership, I have had nothing but trouble with this location. From mixing me up with another people, failing to call when changes were made to the schedule, errors on my account. The manager was flippant and dismissive of me when I called to clear this up. When I stated I never wanted to use their services again he didnt care. He is in customer service and should care. I wonder how many other customers left because of this locations staff. The front staff, clearly does not know what they are doing and are unprofessional. The manager doesnt know what he is doing. It is too bad, I started at this location in 2011 and was really happy with it until the new management took over and now I have no desire to ever use them again or any Massage Envy for that matter.

This location has truly horrible customer service and fraudulent/predatory billing practices. I’ve called for MONTHS in a row to try to put my account on freeze because I have so many unused credits. (During COVID I thought I had frozen my account but wasn’t checking closely enough and they charged me on an old card for 17 months- fine, my fault). Every time I call and re-send the freeze form I’m told that this form will be “put on my managers desk” and that a manager will call me back. 4 almost 5 months have gone by now and I’m still being charged against my consent. I’ve called, emailed, and asked every way possible and they keep taking my money. I also asked for a reimbursement for the months they charged me and they told me it was my fault for “not sending the form in time”. I’ve sent the form close to 10 times at this point while on the phone with their front desk staff. I am at my wits end with this place. I’m held hostage by the fact that I have hundreds of dollars of credits to spend here but I’m tempted to just cancel anyway to save the headache. DO NOT buy a membership here. It will haunt you for years. Also, if a manager sees this - yes, CALL ME BACK as I’ve been requesting since November. Thanks.

Every time I have called it goes straight to voicemail and then they try to text me back instead of giving me a call. When I asked them to give me a call back to confirm transferring my membership to a different studio (one that is more responsive) they ignored me. If you are interested in a massage envy membership stay clear of using this studio as your home studio.

My girlfriend scheduled me a massage here as a present for finishing up school unfortunately my grandmother went to the hospital the morning of my massage my girlfriend called to let them know I had a family emergency, they told her that she needed to reschedule the appointment and she wouldnt get charged so she did for the following morning, however my family had stayed up with my grandmother for most of the night so when I woke up I called them to see if I could reschedule the appointment for sometime this week somewhat rudely they said unfortunately we are going to have to charge you half of the cost of the message. This was supposed to be a present and ended up costing us money because my grandma was in the hospital and they couldnt be more accommodating. I get it its a business they cant loose money if they have someone show up to give a massage and the client doesnt show up, I teach music and thats part of some of our policies if its a no show we still have to get paid, HOWEVER I have had students not show up multiple times because of some kind of family emergency and I STILL credit there account and give them the lesson without penalizing them financially. The other thing is they were still going to have me as a client regardless I really wanted the massage and they would have made money, and probably had a returning client... now for them not being understanding they lost this client that they would have made a lot more money from and they are getting a one star review...my grandmother was in the hospital potentially on her death bed...thanks for being understanding massage envy....yeah right.....Im pretty disappointed that something that was supposed to be a stress RELIEVER and a present turned into a stressful situation where we lost money...

I thought they did a great job with Covid precautions! I was a little skeptical going during a pandemic but my neck hurt so bad I couldnt take it anymore and made an appointment. They did such a good job to limit the risk of exposure! Thank you so much!!! Great massage, great people, great atmosphere. Shout out to Louis for a great firm massage. My neck feels so much better!!!!

This is one of the worst managed places Ive ever visited! The management is so bad that after being a regular customer for almost 20 years, I will never go here again! I would not take a chance with a terribly run place like Massage Envy. There are many other nicer and better run massage places to give your business that wont screw you over in the end. No wonder they can barely maintain a three star rating. 😄

I was so impressed by the massage that I got from Hai! He is very adept and knows his anatomy, and was able to target specific areas of tension in my hips and shoulders that have been bothering me. Even with “Firm Pressure” he is strong and delivered the perfect level for me, and I regularly get deep tissue massage.

Not impressed, go somewhere else if you want a relaxing experience. I have three stars because my massage therapist was good. The waiting area is not relaxing at all as youre bombarded with more stuff they want you to buy, the guy at the front desk was not at all professional in the way he dressed. My husband booked my massage and didnt ask him or me when I got there if having a male massage therapist would be ok. When I asked to upgrade to a hot stone massage the stones werent warm. Overall not a great experience.

Love the massages miss the ability to hang onto a good therapist. Having a membership forces you to take care of yourself but having to switch therapists every 6 months makes consistency an issue. I sometimes feel like Massage Envy is a training ground before therapists open their own businesses. That or they just need to pay more to hang onto the handful of talented therapists they have.

Massage envy called to cancel my appt because the therapist is sick. Ok. But I took the day off work and I’m supposed to comply with a 24 hour cancellation policy. Where is my compensation? If I was sick I’d still have to pay you. Not acceptable you need to have a plan to fulfill your obligations to your clients.

WoW...Totally impressed!!! I was late (Went to the wrong Massage Envy- Long Story) Front office was kind/ friendly at the Broomfield office!!! Celene my therapist, was SO awesome & extended my time with her. What I thought would only be a 45 min session, due to my tardiness. She was able to do a 90 min session for me ( Much needed, after achilles surgery)!!! Celene, thank you for your above & beyond customer service!!! I will see you guys on Tuesday!!! Thank you for the AWESOME service!!!

These places are scams they will not tell you if your not getting the massage until you show up. They will not cancel taking your money. Basically theivs do not sign a contract they rip you off even though they do not live up to there end of the contract. They will auto renew and keep stealing emailing cancellation is a waste of time. They ignore them you have to go into the location and get treated rude and disrespectful to get them to stop stealing from you. I would not recommend doing business with this place what so ever on any level..... Run....

Stay away! I booked a 30 min body stretch for my 16 year old son. When booking online there is a question about being a minor. I clicked yes. The appointment books with Shannon. I take my son and Im informed that they dont do 30 min only 60 and that Shannon doesnt do minors. They acted like I was so dumb for not knowing that. I explained that I booked the appointment online. Shannon was extremely snotty to me! The lady behind the computer was equally condescending. Such a money grab! I know that they could have done 30 min but they want you to think your only option is 60 min. Such a SCAM!!

BUYER BEWARE! I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now and they still refuse top cancel and continue to charge my bank account. I get one excuse after another. Steer clear of this location, this particular franchisee and the front-office policies they employ. BBB is next. Then the state consumer protection agency. I am fed up!
