My absolute favorite from their products to the atmosphere and attention to detail. Wonderful massages and of course nail service! I love my nail tech Jasmine she always kow exactly how to make my pintrest vision come to life. Definitely worth every penny!

First time going and I loved the service. Everyone is super friendly. My nail tech Cinthya did such an amazing job. She was very sweet and took her time. I had to book my pedi with her also.

Always a great experience every time I go. Mandy and the girls are awesome! Haven’t had a problem booking an appointment in advance or for same-day service. My latest were my October nails “Nightmare before Christmas”I go about every 2-3 weeks for waxing services and every month for nails

I had my first experience here at Luxe a couple of days ago and I am in love! The service was great and my nails turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend going here and I will be making this my forever nail place. I also loved the nail tech who attended to me and I will for sure ask for her again.

I asked for a pink and white ombre. From the photo attached, you can see the lines the technician created using a brush. I have no words. It looks terrible. Also, I do not find the services very relaxing. They try to do too much at one time; servicing hands and feet at the same time. I am most dissapointed about my nail design. If you know you cant do something, just say so.

Best place in Brownsville to get services!! Their mani and pedis are amazing. Massages are a dream. And the facials leave your skin feeling amazing. Thestaff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner strives for you to have the most wonderful experience there.

Not impressed. Shop is gorgeous, they offer many services, it looks impressive when you walk in so spa and glamorous. They are clearly lacking management. When i called to make appt. I couldnt get thru, they didnt answer phone, kept going to VM. Then they made me wait on hold too long. First time i walked in door of salon they made me wait 15 min, but stressed that i needed to be on time. Got there 3 min late. Also be aware they make you leave a $10 deposit.(been doing nails 15 yrs never, ever was asked to leave a deposit). I asked for either sculpting gel or acrylic powder gel they gave me overlay. What is this, i ask? Just like what i asked for. They say. Turns out it is nothing more the 5/6 coats of gel polish. They didnt last, the typical 3 wks. Disappointed. Would NOT return.

I 100% Recommend Luxe Nail & Beauty Bar. Their customer service is amazing. I have never Had my natural nails, so long and healthy. They always make you feel welcome and have wonderful suggestions.

Love this place!! You need an appt which is great because it’s never crowded. The salon is nicely decorated and clean. No acetone odor. The ladies are very nice. Highly recommend this place!!

If you want clean beauty, look no further. Luxe Nail + Beauty Bar is it! I am so glad I found this hidden gem. Their products are all “clean beauty” free of carcinogens and endocrine disrupters. There is a huge assortment of polishes to choose from, too. On top of all of that there is a boutique shop which offers dainty jewelry, rings and statement earrings as well as bath/soap and skin care products. I am so happy with my services, Shannon and Evette were terrific. 10/10 recommend!

I was absolutely happy with the service I got at this salon, everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I especially love the service Naomile Martinez gave me, I went in for a pedicure and shellac and I was in love with my results. Definitely recommend getting an appointment with her great service.

I would rate this place a zero, they have no online presence, price list accessible to customers, and it seems like they are annoyed by all the easy questions that could simply be answered if they would post this information. They dont allow any adjustments to appointments and it requires a deposit. On top of the deposit if you have to cancel because of you know life they keep the deposit and charge a cancelation fee.Service wise they are super slow and dont deal with the manicure and pedicure at the same time. They have no efficiency to get clients out quickly.

Highly Recommend - very clean pretty space, service is excellent and beauty techs are lovely ladies. I enjoy taking my daughter for mother daughter mani pedis.

Great experience. One, the place is beautiful. Two, the employees are wonderful. Three, the products are trustworthy. I am able to relax without feeling rushed. The services that i love and recommend are their gel with overlay manicures, gel pedicures, eyebrow threading, eyelash perm, and their facials.

My friend and I decided to get our nails done on our lunch break. Saw amazing reviews thought we would give it a try. Now I’m leaving my own wonderful review. The best nail experience I’ve ever had. The establishment was extremely clean and well thought out loved the color scheme. It had a very relaxing ambiance to it. Will definitely go back. The nail techs were amazing as well super friendly.

Luxe is the best beauty bar in Brownsville. I love that they use green products and everything is beautiful and clean inside. All the nail technicians are so friendly and professional. I truly love everything about it!

I have gone multiple times and for many different services. I ALWAYS leave feeling relaxed! You can tell they take pride in what they do and value their customers. The nail techs are so sweet and patient. The aesthetician is so gentle and always makes sure I’m comfortable whether it’s getting a facial or lash lift. I’ve just started using some of the clean and cruelty free facial products (cleanser, moisturizer, and eye cream) that they have for sale and I’m impressed with the results in my skin so far. I told them my skin concerns and they helped me pick out the best products to fit my needs. I would highly recommend making an appointment their services and checking out their clean and cruelty free products.

Wow! I am very impressed! Extremely clean! They have an amazing staff! My sister and I just had a facial and pedi’s and we enjoyed every second of it! Beautiful decor and the Mimosa touch made me feel I was in Park Ave in NYC! Ladies highly recommend!

I wanted to come and try this place out for the first time. Not a great experience as expected! First they made me wait over 30 minutes past due my appointment. Secondly, i would ask for some simple designs on nail art and they said they didn’t have any of the products available to create it. Lastly, nails only lasted a week and three days. Three of them easily fell off completely (felt like the sticker nails you buy at HEB). I wanted to give it a try to see if maybe they lasted the same as acrylic but they didnt. Not worth 60$ i paid for.

I love getting pedicures here and recommend them to everyone. The music is fun but not too loud where you cant hear anything. They also are really accommodating to peoples last minute requests or appointments. Will continue to go!

This place is just amazing, I 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to relax with an organic mani-pedi. They have a great variety of odor-free, rich gel polish colors that last up to weeks! The owner always keeps everything impeccable. Equipment is kept sanitized at all times(they offer hospital grade sanitation). I always keep an eye out for cleanliness; You can never be too careful when it comes to your skin and nails! Ive been to several beauty places and all I can say is there is no other beauty bar like this in the valley!

This place is what every nail bar should be! It is a girls paradise! Spacious and aestheticlly beautiful. First time here and very pleased with the service from the moment I walked in to when I left. Their staff is friendly, I got offered a drink twice. Did not feel rushed once. The girl took her time with my nails and left them looking wonderful. I got a mani and gel nails done. This place is a little pricier than others in town but it is worth every penny! Highly recommend.

The best place to get treated as a queen or king. My hubby and I go constantly for our body and bath essentials all animal cruelty,organic my baby with ezcema loves it.Great environment, super friendly staff, and always welcoming.

Total rip off. I purchased a $55 combo on Christmas that included a manicure and a pedicure. When my relative made the appointment she told him she had a gift card. They never asked to look up what kind of gift card she had. She had no way of knowing what the combo included but she asked for a manicure only. Once she was having her manicure done, the lady decided to stop what she was doing to check on the status of the certificate. Because she didn’t book both the manicure and pedicure on the very same day, they notified her she would have to pay for her manicure. They wanted to stiff her with the bill!How was she supposed to know how the combo works if she didn’t pay for it? To make matters worse, when the owner arrived, she had no solution for the problem and made excuses about not being there or her receptionist handling it properly. The client therefore lost her pedicure and was simply stuck with an overpriced manicure and a couple of dollars left over on her gift card but not enough for a pedicure. RIP OFF! SHADY! POOREST customer service EVER! Shame on them!

Ive been looking for a nail place to visit when my sister and I are in town. We just discovered Luxe and its the one were sticking with.They were able to fit us in on a Saturday in the evening with only an hour and a half notice. I recommend you call first and make your appointment because this place is busy.My sister and I got luxe pedis and I got a gel nail polish application on my hands. The work is great!Anna Marie and Shana were very calm and soothing. They treated us like we were the first customers of the day instead of the last.The atmosphere is relaxing, no heavy beat music blasting at a ridiculous volume. Very sanitary conditions and instruments, and organic ingredients available as well. I highly recommend this place when youre in Brownsville.

My friend and I called right when they opened and asked to schedule an appointment for noon. They said they could probably do it, but would need to call back after someone returned with their appointment book. They took my name and phone number. We drove from the Island (thus the appointment), but received now return call. We ended up being at the location about 10 min after 12. When we told the receptionist that we had called to make an appointment, but no one had called us back. The receptionist acted like she hadn’t heard our name. I pointed at the pad in front of her that had my name on it. She then said they didn’t have any appointments for the rest of the day and didn’t apologize for not calling back. She just made it super awkward.The salon was very pretty and seemed very clean. There were only two technicians working. However, the customer service was lacking. We ended up going to Carriage House Spa and loved it! Go there!

The most thought out nail salon in town! I love that the concept is organic and less-toxic in all the products that they use and offer plus the gel colors are super beautiful. The owner really makes sure that us customers get top customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

On Instagram they advertised a special discount for a massage. I bought a gift card for the special. A few weeks later, I tried to book a massage but they told me they didn’t have a masseuse anymore. They said they should have one in a few weeks. I continued checking in regularly, and was never able to book. This has continued for eight months now. They will not give me a refund. They continued to advertise this massage special when they did not have a person to perform the service. (See the screenshot below) They have offered other services (manicure) to use the gift card. That would be like buying a gift card for a mani/pedi and only having the option for a haircut. Very disappointing as I have been willing to wait almost a year and now am moving out of town.

Love this place SO much!! No strong chemical smell, spa atmosphere, excellent customer service and environmentally friendly. Couldnt ask for more. All staff is amazing but Anna is my girl. The best nail place I have been to by far!!!!

This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to! The atomosphere is peaceful and calming and there are absolutely no fumes or chemical smells! The customer service was AMAZING! I got a gel mani pedi and I have been getting daily compliments from strangers. The store owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products sold at Luxe and she even helped me pick out an organic deodorant that I am thrilled with. All in all, this was a fantastic experience — you must try this place!

I am absolutely in love with Luxe Nail Bar. I LOVE that I can take my 5 month old without worrying about the harsh chemical smell because there isn’t one at Luxe! The staff is super friendly and they are amazing at what they do! I’m always beyond satisfied with my manis and pedis and definitely need to try out there other services. I highly recommend Luxe to everyone I know! Their polish is cruelty free and they have some amazing colors. Give them a try and you won’t want to go anywhere else. Another thing I love about Luxe is the fact that they focus on quality and not quantity.

This place is so beautiful, I wanted to love it! We walked in without an appt and they accommodated me and my mom. The place is lovely and the concept is well thought out, but the end product is not great. If you want a delicate “push your cuticles back” type of mani and pedi this place is for you. There’s no cuticle trimming and the polish is “organic” so it bubbles and chips easily. Needless to say, after paying for a mani and pedi, I am back at another nail salon for a redo. Customer service and environment was 5 Stars, end product and value for the money 1 Star....averaging a 3!

I Love luxe I’m a loyal customer and I have to go there at least once a month today I’m getting lash lift and tint and I’m sure it will be very relaxing and my mom is getting the luxe signature facial.There facials are so relaxing and they will answer your questions about maybe a device there using on you and they really know what there doing.And there nail art is just beautiful love everything about luxe there staff are so kind and the owner is so kind and will help you with any questions or helping chose something from there little store they have which is all very good for your skin they use very clean ingredients and they also sell really good skincare brands.

Went in with high expectations for their “overlay”. I did not know it was simply a few layers of gel polish. They were out of most of the colors that were shown to me, and they did not last more than five days. I will not be returning.

Walked in for a pedicure and nail fill. Was not greeted. Told the next opening for a pedicure was Tuesday … allegedly. I took my business elsewhere

Mandy did an amazing job! I went in for a gel manicure and the job was done beautifully. I myself am a cosmetologist and I recognize great quality when I see it!
