Really good selection of vapes, bongs, glass pipes, delta - 8, cbd and a small selection of Kratom products. Everything is a bit pricey compared to purchasing the same type of products online. Great customer service from the majority of the staff that work here. Location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also can earn reward points on each purchase. These points can be redeemed for in store credit ( excluding Cbd, Delta 8, and Kratom products).

My favorite spot to go I always go to the 1 on Southmost but wanted to go check out this location and I highly recommend these locations they open 24/7 for all your smoking needs they gotcha trust me .

Called in and asked for a specific product. Female worker said yes we have it. I come in 30 minutes later and the same woman says oh no sorry I didnt check, we actually didnt have it. I then ask about prices on other, higher priced products. Employee then told me I was being rude, and refused to sell me anything. When I asked for her managers name, she threatened to call the cops on me. All because I came in trying to give them business for a product they lied about having in stock. Wow will never be back and I hope you fire the employee that is losing you business!

Oscar deserves a raise! He was so helpful . I had an issue where i always break my carts. He showed me this one item that hides your cart so you wont break them. No one in a vape city has ever been so helpful. THANK YOU OSCAR!

Is it cheaper (than other stores in Brownsville) and conveniently located? Yes, but the product I purchased hardly did anything, bought 3 boxes for nothing and girl was eating while she was charging me.

The worst experience ever would never come to this store. Manager the worst just purchase an item told 60 days for return and told they sell the pods. And come out that they don’t even sell the pods on either store. Manager says that I can’t change return the item.

Dont like that on the blunts they over charge you all the time depends the cashier is what you will be getting charged,maybe they do the same on other items idk..but Ive bought the same 3 different packs of blunts and they always charge something different ,is getting ridiculous 9,10$ fr 3 packs of blunts,, myself Im going back to gas station blunts atleast there u pay what the blunt says!!

Bought a $100 vape about a month ago and the sales person said “oh yeah, we usually keep these in stock” been to 2 different stores and do not carry the Z series. They up sell you . Do not shop here. Spend your money elsewhere. they never restock.

Very good attention and patient while explaining. Good prices and pretty good promos. Had a bunch of questions and they were able to answer them with ease. Do recommend. Additionally open 24/7 even now so makes it my to go place.

Predatory prices due to being open 24/7. If you cant afford to offer optimal pricing while maintaining competitive pricing, there is no advantage to going to you guys. Base score is 1 star, but based on staff communication and helpfulness I raised it to 1 star. I went in knowing what I wanted so I interacted minimally and the employee was just a cashier basically and was just nice and quick.

Letty was very helpful, friendly and gave a sophisticated experience. Super clean great music will absolutely come again.

Chris Carr manager does not know anything about customer service needs more time in training , the young kids that work there know more about there inventory and customer service then the manager. Before you do your perchase make sure youayou happy with what you buy manament does not except returns it doesnt matter if you have the receipt .

They sold me 2 vapes that dont work, I went to change one because it didnt charge and they stayed the same, they came with a very bad appearance even though they were sealed, I dont know if its the brand, but I dont recommend this place, they both came out with the same charging problem
