Michelle is brilliant! My facial was out of this world! She gave me such an amazing first experience at Woodhouse. She was so nice and helped me achieve glassy skin. She made the experience so relaxing that I could have slept on the table. Definitely going back just for her specifically!!

I received a gift certificate for Woodhouse Spa and fell in love with the spa as soon as I opened the door! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the atmosphere is amazing, everything is so clean and smells amazing. This was a nice treat but the prices are a little high so I won’t be coming back for a while but it was worth every penny!

First time at a spa. The deep tissue massage was fantastic. The facility was clean and calming. The pedicure was ok. The stone massage wasnt great. I have had much better at my usual nail salon.the employees were friendly.

Had my first facial ever here. Booking was easy and the staff was very helpful. I had the Signature Sculpt facial with the dermaflash & eye treatment add ons. The facial was great and my skin felt so fresh & clean after. Everything and everyone were great minus one of the fellow spa goers. One of the workers brought me into the locker room to change into my robe/put my stuff away. She opened a locker for me that was empty so I put my gift card that I had printed out to use that day & the clip board in there. Thankfully I brought everything else into the bathroom with me. When I got out my stuff was moved. As it was my first time there, I wasn’t sure if I could just pick any random locker so I pressed the help button. When the worker came in she was very nice and helped me grab another locker. The other spa goer was very rude as I was trying to explain that my stuff was moved out, saying that that was her locker and it had her name on it. Obviously neither the worker or I saw that. Throughout the rest of the time there, every time she saw me she would just glare at me, as if it was my fault that I put my stuff in the locker. I didn’t let that get to me though and fully enjoyed my facial and plan to make another appointment soon, hopefully without this “lovely” guest also there.

I had an absolutely lovely experience at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Buffalo! My esthetician, Darra, took great care to keep me comfortable, and deliver a fantastic facial, while keeping me well informed.. I really appreciated the level of detail and I left with a new understanding of my skincare needs. My massage was Outstanding! Justin has magical hands, and days later Im still feeling the zen he provided! I would highly recommend spending a few hours, or a full day, enjoying some self care at this wonderful spa!

Such a relaxing and peaceful space they have created for the Woodhouse Spa. We were greeted warmly and taken on a tour. We entered the changing area that also included showers and lockers for our convenience. We went to the quiet room to relax and sip on pineapple infused water prior to our massage. My masseuse took time to understand any needs and explain what she would be doing. It was so relaxing and comfortable. The pressure was just right. She poured another glass of the refreshing water to make sure I was properly hydrated for the ride home. We will be back for sure. Thank you Megan and Jen🧖🏻!

Wow! I am not one to leave reviews often, but this was an incredible/luxurious experience and I feel as if I need to make a 🚨 PSA🚨. I went to Woodhouse for a facial and my esthetician was Michelle. From the moment I walked through the door there was a sense of calm, peace, and serenity. The staff was warm,friendly, and welcoming. I felt like a queen being waited on. Michelle made me feel comfortable and was able to accommodate all my needs. This was the most luxurious/effective facial I have ever had!! I’m glowing! I will definitely be returning to Michelle! Thank you 😊 She curated the cutest basket for me of products she used and educated me on. I loved that I never felt pressured by Michelle or the staff to purchase anything - I personally do not like that about other spas. However, I did buy an eye cream and it’s lovely so far. I’m thrilled with my experience and I hope you get to enjoy it too!

I went today and was massaged by DeAnna and she was absolutely fantastic! I will be back and I will most certainly be requesting her!

I got the an anti aging facial and it was magnificent. Every detail of my appointment was relaxing. Welcoming and lovely staff!

From the moment I walked into this spa I felt so welcomed and like I was at a very nice resort. The attention to detail and the level of care for their customers was evident. If you are looking for an amazing gift for any occasion I’d highly recommend wood house spa. The masseuse Sarah was nothing short of incredible.

I took my aunt to Woodhouse for a spa day earlier. We loved every minute of it. The staff is so lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The facility was beautiful! I had a tranquility package that included acupressure, dry brushing, massage and reflexology with Chris. It was the best massage of my life and my back pain is gone! We will definitely be back. Love this place!! Was given a gift certificate for my birthday and opted for the deep tissue massage. From beginning to end I had a lovely, calm and relaxing experience. The woman who I had the massage with was so nice and really took note of what I felt I needed the most help with. 10/10 would recommend

Loved this experience will be back for more. My advice to guest give yourself time go a little early so you can relax also speak up if you want more or less pressure it was only my second massage and I should have asked for more pressure. Also love the assortment of products available!

I recently hosted an event at the Woodhouse Day Spa. From the very beginning, the service was top notch. I worked closely with their event manager as well as one of their owners in scheduling services for 13 women. They were both responsive and accommodating. On the day, we were able to secure a room for our group and the staff was extremely helpful in getting us settled and comfortable. Everyone was happy with the quality of their services. It was overall a relaxing and enjoyable day - even for those of us coordinating! I would highly recommend the Woodhouse. Im looking forward to returning soon!

My review is for the shop only as I did not try the spa yet. The lady at the desk was polite, helpful and not at all pushy when I asked for help finding a moisturizer. She was lovely. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products in the shop area. This is a perfect little spot for gifts. It was also calm and quiet and cozy inside which is exactly what you would hope for in a spa so I bet its a nice treat if you get to try the spa services. I was able to pick up my moisturizer, a couple satin pillowcases and a pretty little bracelet while I was there. I definitely would like to try tye face mask options, lotions and soaps next time I stop in!

I recently got the classic Hydrafacial prior to my wedding and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish I was treated very well from all the staff. It was so relaxing and I really feel like it prepped my skin well for my wedding day. You don’t have any healing time and my skin reacted well to the treatment. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a nice glow before a special day. And my esthetician was so wonderful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had a gel manicure by Jillian and she was FANTASTIC. I have had many gel manicures in the past at upscale salons and Jillian gave me one of the best ever. She shaped my nails exactly as requested and she was gentle and so sweet and genuine. She should be commended for her excellent work and professionalism!! Tysm Jillian

I love a spa day and my day at Woodhouse exceeded every expectation! It was a fabulous experience. My massage with Tricia was amazing. I have had many massages and Tricia was the BEST! Very professional and I felt so good for days!! My sculpt facial with Michelle was lovely! She was so tender and really knew her craft! My skin was glowing when I left! I can’t wait for my next visit. It was a 45 drive to the spa and SO worth it! Thank you all for this incredible experience!

This was my first time here and loved it! I had the hydrate and soothe facial and left with my skin looking and feeling great. Michelle made me feel comfortable, she was so sweet and amazing. She addressed my concerns and recommended products to help with my skin issues. I already booked and excited for my next service.

As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is calming and very friendly. My massage therapist, Kelly, was amazing. She is so friendly and her hands are magic. I have issues with my neck and upper shoulders from work and lower back from and injury. She addressed all these issues during a deep tissue massage. The add on of hot stones was amazing. I for sure will be back and I’ll be asking for Kelly

I was treating my friend for her birthday so I wanted everything to be perfect for her, and it certainly was! The beautiful botanical aromas filled the air as we entered the Spa. Check in staff promptly checked us in and was very cheerful and engaging. Both of us were extremely pleased with the ladies that did our massages & facials. The day was wonderful! I will definitely being visiting Woodhouse Day Spa again and Ill be gifting my daughters this fabulous expierence! Two thumbs up for sure!

I started coming here 3 months ago. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend my massage therapist Kayla. She has done wonders for trouble spots I have. She is the reason I will continue to retutn.

It was such a great experience! I don’t typically have time to really ever have a self care day, and this was the perfect treat! I had the head-to-mistletoe package which consisted of the calming retreat massage, hydrafacial, and Holistic pedicure. All three ladies were comforting, inviting, and knowledgeable! They made me feel comfortable and provided me with the most luxurious experience. The wood house spa is a beautiful establishment and made me feel like I was spending a day in the royal life lol. I would highly recommend

I had never gotten a massage before and was very excited but also nervous as I was not sure what to expect. Thankfully the staff was so friendly and welcoming! My boyfriend and I went for his birthday for a couples massage and the staff walked us through the whole thing from start to finish even what to expect in the locker rooms. I immediately felt more comfortable and the cozy robe and slippers definitely helped. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was very professional. I had Corin as a massage therapist and she was phenomenal! We will definitely be back for more massages and to try out their many other services!

I had heard so many good things about Woodhouse but never went because it is priced higher than many other spas in the area. I finally decided to give it a try and I was so excited, but I left feeling disappointed.The spa itself is very nice and clean. The robes and sandals are comfy, the locker room was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with toiletry items. I really enjoyed the quiet room, as this is something many other spas in the area do not have. It was beautiful and the couches and the chaise was super comfy. The cucumber pineapple water was delicious and something I have never seen before. I filled out the paperwork and waited for my name to be called. I have had many massages before at various places with various people, and I didnt know who to make an appointment with at Woodhouse. As soon as Jennifer called my name, I knew I made the wrong decision. The tone she used was unfriendly, she sounded annoyed. She looked at me with this weird look as I got up, and immediately felt self conscious about leaving my water glass in the quiet room - so I said should I bring this with me? She responded in a rude tone, You can if you want to. You can always have more water. I was so taken aback I left the water there and followed her into the room. As soon as we get into the room, she reads through my paperwork and says in an unfriendly tone, this massage is light-moderate pressure and you stated that you like moderate-deep pressure. I said oh thats fine. Again, I was a little taken aback, as pressure is subjective and different for everyone. I have had many Swedish massages and I have never had anyone infer that what I wanted was not part of the massage choice I had selected. I was not expecting a deep tissue massage or anything like that; the paperwork asked a generic question and I responded. Then she points out the list of add-ons sitting on the table in the room, talking about how nice they are etc. I politely declined. I have never had a massage therapist try to sell me something while I am in the massage room standing there naked in a robe. Those options were presented to me when I booked online, and I did not appreciate being presented with an opportunity to make an impulse decision to spend more money on top of an already expensive service. This may be a company thing and not specific to Jennifer; I dont know as I have never seen anyone else there. Regardless, I was surprised at this. Then, its time for my massage. I usually dont request anything too specific, other than neck, back, shoulders, areas of tension etc. However, I really enjoy scalp massages and in my experience sometimes its included in a Swedish massage and sometimes it isnt, and I rarely ask and I am usually disappointed when it isnt. So before she starts, I asked if she could include a scalp massage at the end. She responds, rudely, The end? We do them at the beginning. I said oh that is fine. I have only experienced scalp massages at the end, and I dont care if its in the beginning or end, but why did she have to be so rude, annoyed, and impatient with my simple question?The massage itself was good, not amazing. The pressure was to my liking (as a typical swedish massage pressure usually is), and she did include a scalp massage at the beginning AND end, which I enjoyed. Overall though, the massage was sort of fast and rough, and she didnt speak to me after about any tight areas she noticed etc, which I expected for a high end spa. All of the comments and tone of voice used throughout the process just left a bad taste. Most massage therapists are friendly, attentive, speak in a calm relaxing tone, and want to make you feel pampered. I just did not get that feeling. I would go back and see someone else, but Im not sure who that is and its tough to continue to spend money on experimenting. I wish the website had a list of all the employees with their names, photos, and bio. I know you cannot tell personality from that but at least its something to help get a feel for the person so that you are not making a blind decision.

This was my first time coming to a spa and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The entire facility is very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful, and the technician walked me through which facial was best for me and recommended some products at the end for my skin. The facial was so gentle and relaxing, and really cleared out my pores. I definitely plan to go back again.

Went here for a package retreat that lasted 2 hours as a birthday gift. Beautiful aesthetics, staff was friendly and welcoming. For the prices they charge though, there could have been better attention to detail. My reflexology portion felt as if I were getting my toes wiggled, my hand massage lasted 30 seconds. I’ve gone to Oceart Reflexology and Spa & had less ambience but way better quality and for about $300 less I might add. My massage was decent and the hot stones were ok. They were extremely welcoming though and I did like the nice quiet room after. I would be willing to try again in the future, but I do hope they find better technique.

This whole experience was amazing, from the welcoming smell, to the smiles and the service of everyone going above and beyond to make sure both myself and my boyfriend were well-prepared and understood how woodhouse works! All of the licensed therapists were delightful, and gave much-needed feedback when asked. Both myself and my boyfriend were first-timers for massages, and everyone was so great at explaining each of the steps and what to expect. The quiet room was so relaxing, and much needed! It was truly a fantastic day, and I set up another appointment before leaving! This place is perfect, and I am excited to return!Oh! And I have to give a shout out to the lady who took my phone call when making the appointment. She was kind, and answered all of my questions (and trust me, there were a lot!) with upstanding quality and ease. She helped quiet my nerves about going to get a massage, and did her best to work in my last-minute booking. This display of customer service before an appointment was even booked was above and beyond.So, thank you to the team that serviced my boyfriend and myself! I cant wait until next time!

I came here with three of my friends and had the perfect girls day. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and confirmed our services. We arrived early enough to enjoy the quiet room with champagne and fruit that we brought in and the staff was very helpful getting us set up! The scheduling of our massage and pedicure was perfect and we never felt rushed. I have been to many local spas and massage therapists and I can honestly say that it was one of the best massage and pedicures that I have ever had. I cannot wait to go back and try their other spa services, as well!!

Visited Woodhouse today for a Mother-to-Be massage. It. Was. Magical! Kara was a wizard and made me feel like I had a new body after my 80-minute session -which I didn’t want to end! From start to finish, the staff and atmosphere at Woodhouse makes you feel like royalty. I wish my budget would allow me to visit the spa more often but I will be back as soon as I can for some pampering. Thanks again, Kara, for such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience. I had my first ever facial (the Hydrafacial) and my esthetician was amazing. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout and I cannot believe the glow I have. I definitely plan to return for this treatment. I also did the seasonal manicure which was great. The scrubs and lotions used smelled amazing and the manicurist was friendly.

Today was absolutely amazing! A massage with Wendy S was as usual perfect! My second facial ever was with Emily and it was also amazing! Wish I could do this every week! Looking forward to another day at the Woodhouse Spa!!

From the moment I walked in I knew that this place was more luxurious than Excuria which Ive frequently gone to. I loved how professional and calming the staff was. I had Becky and she was awesome! Everything was so clean and modern, I loved the decor and loved your the showers! I cant wait to come back and am looking forward to when I can get the warm oil procedure done. I hope that it will be offered soon!

My experience at Woodhouse was amazing! I had been looking for a day to pamper myself since this last year has been challenging and being limited to travel anywhere, so I thought why not book a spa day. I had the illuminating facial and it was pure heaven! My skin felt so fresh and clean right after. I absolutely loved every second of it! Superb service and a wonderful facility!

I just left my Hydrofacial appointment with Chris and her treatment was the best I have ever received. I am extremely impressed! My skin has never looked this good in my life. I took a picture and sent my friend and she said it looked like I had a filter on my photo. I never realized how much the skill level of the service provider would impact the results. I will absolutely be booking future appointments with her. Thank you Chris!

Edit: Pleased to update my review with a positive resolution. Michele took the time to call me and discuss all of my concerns. She went above and beyond to make things right and Im happy to continue using Woodhouse as my go-to spa.I booked massages for myself, my girlfriend and her daughter who was in town. I was really excited, as this was their first time to Woodhouse and I couldnt wait to show them how amazing the spa was. As usual, the spa was spotless, welcoming, and the staff were wonderful. Im happy to report they both loved their massages. We all enjoyed the quiet room.My massage started off quite well. The lmt was friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable. We talked about pressure, I said whatever was normal for Swedish but nothing too hard. During the first half of the massage she had checked in to see if the pressure was okay, and it was. Aside from hearing the hot towels being tossed, and subsequently plopped on the floor, it was really nice. The second half, my back, was a different story. I should have spoken up. It was very, very uncomfortable. At one point she was using her forearm to massage, but her elbow kept hitting my shoulder blade, repeatedly and hard. She stretched my arm behind my back while pressing hard into my shoulder blade with one finger, then intensely masaging that same spot with my arm still bent behind my back, it was very painful. The rest was very intense pressure with sharp movements. I opened my eyes instinctively and could see she was leaning her entire body into these movements. By the end, my shoulders were in intense pain, throbbing and felt bruised. The three of us went to dinner later on and it hurt to lean back into the chair. Hours later and it still hurts to be hugged or even lift my arms.Im disappointed bc my previous visits were 10/10. I know every lmt has their own techniques and pressure can vary between people- but Ive never left a massage in pain before.

I have been coming to this spa for the past couple years and the service has been nothing short but amazing. However, today they were exceptional. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on my Birthday after being booked, they gave me a gift bag of goodies! There weremacaroons, a bunch of beauty samples, and a beautiful card with a handwritten note just to me. I also received 10% of my next service. I am just blown away by the quality and respect they show their clients. Thank you guys for an awesome experience. Special thanks to Breanne for being so accommodating and sweet. You cant beat the service.

Serene escape and everyone was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend a facial! I loved my chamomile citrus tea, the quiet room was divine, lovely showers and robes, and every single person there was super mindful and kind.

My facial here was AMAZING. I havent felt that relaxed in a very long time, and Dara made sure I had an incredible first experience. Staff is spectacular. Dara performed my peel and was incredibly kind and educational about skin care specific to my skin, as well. Ian and Sam at the front of house were very sweet and accommodating! Definitely going back again.

My spa day at the Woodhouse day spa was the best spa experience Ive never had. Everyone was so nice and friendly, the services were amazing and I was not disappointed in anything. The quiet room is so cozy. I came there to relax and I was able to do just that! I felt great when I left. My daughter and I went together and we received facials, massage and a pedicure. I enjoyed every minute We were there! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in each of their fields. The Woodhouse is a clean and professional facility and I will most definitely be returning!

I had a wonderful experience with both Justin (massage) and Emily (facial). I will absolutely be back and will be requesting them both again. I left relaxed, refreshed and both of them were able to answer questions that I had and provide excellent insight and advice pertaining to their specialty. The facility was spotless and all the little details were thought of. Thank you for such a relaxing visit!!

My husband and I purchased couples massages back in February and our experience was amazing! We loved it so much we booked another massage for May. My husband enjoyed his experience, mine was awful. Im incredibly disappointed because it was $300 and I did the right thing and still left her a 20 percent tip to be nice, as we plan on going back. The massage specialist recommended deep tissue for my neck and shoulders so I said sure to the upgrade. Honestly, it was the worst massage experience I ever had. She massaged the hair line of my neck in circles and barely pressed at all. She did not massage my shoulders at all, as I requested. She rushed through my massage and flipped me over about 15 mins prior to my husband. She was just wasting time by putting the sheet over me like 3 or 4 times and touched my back. You could tell she didnt want to be there and had no interest in performing the massage. If you purchase a massage dont book it with Trish.

I had a gift certificate to use and was so excited to use. I had used it for a package of an Illuminating facial and hot stone massage. I first had the massage. I was asked where I wanted extra attention. I stated to my neck and shoulders. No extra attention was given there. The pressure was extremely light. I should have spoken up but didn’t. However, I am usually asked. After I left he massage I didn’t even feel like I had one. Then it was time for my facial. She asked if I needed anything special. I said that my skin looked and felt really congested and could I have some extractions. She promptly told me that my facial did not include extractions but maybe she could try to fit some in. We finished up the facial a few minutes early and she stayed she did not have time for extractions and reiterated that it’s not part of the facial. So, 250 later, I left like I hadn’t had a massage and had a facial without extractions. I feel should be more customer service based. Especially for the steep price!

So, on February 25, at the end of my vacation, I went to Woodhouse Day Spa for some relaxation. I called the day before to see if I could add a service for my 9-year-old daughter, such as a manicure, but the person at the front desk stated they were completely booked and didnt mention anything about the services minimum age. When I informed her Id have to bring her with me, she answered, THATS OK, and shell stay in the quiet room.Next day, the front desk ladies appeared uncomfortable and kept looking at each other and whispering when they learned that I had brought my daughter with me. They made me feel quite uncomfortable, and I desperately wanted to go. They agreed to have her join me in the treatment room after 20 minutes of back and forth between them. The person I spoke to the day before should’ve told me that they won’t allow to bring my daughter and would’ve respected that instead of embarrassing us like this.My facial service by Chris was ok. I really liked the decorations and I thought I’ll just give this place a second chance so I booked a massage therapy after 2 wks. I tipped my therapist well and I even bought some of their products.Later tonight, I called to rearrange my appointment and request a therapist from their list of recommendations. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I was hoping to ask about a birthday package for my daughters upcoming birthday. She instantly cut me off and stated, We dont do services for 9-year-olds, and added, By the way, if you ever bring her with you again, we wont be able to accommodate her! I was in agony, and her unforgivable rudeness had left me speechless.Ive visited other spas in 5 star hotels across the world, and my experience today was by far the worst, owing to the unprofessional front desk employees.

Out for a mother/daughter day and we wanted to try a spa we hadnt tried before. Comparing notes afterwards, my daughters experience was decidedly better than my own. She was offered a choice of a selection of fragrances for her facial, I wasnt made aware there were any choices. Beyond that, my facial experience was just ok. She went in 10 minutes before me for her massage, and my massage ended a good 5 minutes before hers. Pretty easy math to know she got a 15 minute longer massage, even though they were supposed to be the same package. Also, I kept telling the massage therapist, I wanted a deeper massage but she simply would not comply. The pedicure however, was probably the best Ive ever had. That woman was worth her weight in gold. Shes the reason I gave Woodhouse 3 stars, otherwise I would have given only 2 for the disappointment of the facial and massage. Ive had much better facial and massage experiences at other spas in the area.

I’ll always refer my friends to the Woodhouse Day Spa! My husband and I went in for a spa day for our anniversary and got a deep tissue massage from Sarah and Ariel. We both couldn’t stop talking about how great of a job they did. Their pressure was perfect and found every knot in our back and shoulders. 100% will be back for more sessions. The lounge room and pineapple water was the best finishing touch to the service.

I was a little bit late getting to my appointment because I couldn’t find the facility which was all my fault. I did feel though that my massage was rushed because of it so that was a little bit disappointing. I know people have other appointments besides me and I wouldn’t expect for her to be behind all day because of my tardiness but it shouldn’t effect my treatment. In general though I really enjoyed my experience and I will definitely come back!

The spa decor and atmosphere was very upscale and the reception staff was very nice and welcoming. Slightly disappointed as the pedicure started 10 mins late and the time was not made up. Technician was nice and the did the treatment well however her hospitality could of been better considering the level of service you’d expect from a spa of that caliber. Would not run back, however, would try another service in the future.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our experiences greatly! We were able to schedule massages for the same day that we called, and though the couples massage room was taken, we loved relaxing together in the quiet room before and after our separate massages. The staff was welcoming and made us feel pampered. My massage therapist was very skilled and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and professional. The rates were higher than previous massage places Ive been to in Buffalo, but the experience was fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Woodhouse Spa. They were very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in the door. The massage therapists were wonderful. Our first visit we were accidentally overcharged for our services, they called us before we even got home to tell US about the mistake (we wouldve never known). It is rare to find this kind of honesty along with amazing service. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service! Highly recommend you to everyone.

EDIT: So happy to update my review to 5 stars after my experience here this past Sunday. I came in for the calming retreat which is 110 minutes of different types of massage. As I didnt love my massage with my last therapist, I went with someone different this time as they were kind enough to offer me a 50% on my next massage here. Ariel was amazing. From the time we met, I felt so comfortable with her. She made sure to check several times that the heat and pressure were both good. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. This was one of the best massages Ive ever had. It was pure luxury. Ariel was so accommodating and her techniques were incredible. She worked out all of my tension and left my skin feeling soft and and relaxed.Previous review: I visited Woodhouse Day Spa for the first time yesterday with a gift certificate my fiancé bought me. The spa itself and the staff each deserve 5+ stars. Exceptionally friendly and courteous service. The spa itself was beautiful, elegant, and relaxing. I felt amazing my entire time here. I loved the robes, sandals, and clean locker room, as well as the very relaxing quiet room.The only reason I leave 3 stars is because for $100, I expected my 50 min swedish massage to be above average and incredibly relaxing. I have gotten A LOT of massages from dozens of different LMTs, so I understand everyone has different techniques and styles, but I did not groove with Sarahs style. It wasnt a bad massage in itself - it just wasnt relaxing at all and her movements felt rushed/aggressive instead of smooth and slow strokes like Im used to with a swedish massage. I was left pretty disappointed as she applied decent pressure in some spots but almost none in others. I also asked her to focus on my hands, feet, and neck and felt only my feet god a good massage. She barely massaged my palms or the base of my neck, which are my two favorite spots to be massaged and why I always ask for a focus on them. The massage simply didnt feel good and didnt give me that euphoric feeling I normally get. Sarah herself was very polite and accommodating but I guess her style is just not up my alley. She did have some unique techniques that I dont always see so Im sure shes great for a lot of people, just not for me. I did still leave her a tip because she gave me a decent massage but certainly would have tipped more if it was an above average massage.I was going to ask my fiance to buy me another massage this year for Christmas but was left pretty disappointed by this one so I may go somewhere else or try a facial here instead. Like I said, the spa itself is amazing and the staff were so kind, so dont let my experience deter you from going here completely.

My wife and I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. The whole experience was incredible and the people working there were very professional and welcoming. The massage was great for my sore back and the masseuse was very attentive to my needs. We certainly will be back and cant wait to experience some of their other spa options.

My mother & i went this past Saturday 1/28/2022. My first time there, her 2nd. It was our Christmas gift for each other, purchased a spa package that included massage, facial & pedicure. The massage was very nice & accommodating for us, especially my mother who has a bad shoulder. They were kind enough to give her a pillow to prop under. Our facials were the illuminating one. (We didn’t get to pick for package) I felt it was rushed was suppose to be 50 mins. I was started AFTER my mom & was done, & back In the quiet room before her facial was done. The esthetician just said my skin was “congested” didn’t go over anything she used or would recommend for purchase. Which I would have if she did. Pedicure was fine it’s only regular polish so it unfortunately chipped quick. Would probably just go back for a massage.

The massage and facial were very good. The pedicure was the worst! I was not asked when I booked my package if I had gel polish on. When I was put in the pedicure chair I told her right away that I had a gel polish. The women said “I don’t have time for gel polish! I’m completely booked. Did you tell them you had on gel!?” I told her they did not ask me when I booked it and I told you right away. She was visibly annoyed and completely rude the entire time. The acetone was not “working” so she then SCRAPED the polish of each nail and filed the rest off including the skin around all my toes! She didn’t have enough time to give the proper massage that was included in this 50 minute $70.00 pedicure. To boot I was charged an extra $15.00 upon check out for the gel removal.

I received some gift cards and decided to go with a spa experience that included a massage, facial and agave nectar pedicure. The facility is very clean and serene, and well decorated. The front desk was very personable and gave a brief tour before showing me to the changing room, which was very spacious, with areas for changing, showers and toilets. The robes were also nice. Once changed, I was taken to the quiet room, which is very serene and relaxing. Unfortunately, there was a group of ladies that were talking (despite signs deterring this) that interrupted the relaxation, and there were also a couple of people on phones/laptops which also killed the relaxing vibe. I would suggest not allowing electronics in the quiet room. First up was my massage, and Wendy did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and the massage was wonderful. I next went on to my facial, and Jane was great as well. Very friendly, explained what she was doing and why, and did a wonderful job. You also get a mini massage with your facial, which is nice if you are only there for that service. Next up was the pedicure. I wish I could say the experience was the same as the first two, but the nail technician - I dont know her name because she didnt introduce herself - barely spoke, didnt smile and was not very inviting at all. Once in the nail room, the lights were on full brightness, and someone was stocking shelves during the majority of my pedicure. There were massage chairs but they were nothing great. Others came in to ensure I didnt need a drink or anything else (which the nail technician did not do), and were friendly, but the person actually doing my nails did not seem pleased to be there, and was quite brusque in her techniques.I enjoyed my massage and facial and would return for those services. I would not, however, return for any nail services.

Overpriced and not worth it! I took my husband for his birthday to get a couples massage, and the massage was super mediocre. There was no pressure and I felt the same tension that I did before the massage and after. My husband also didnt enjoy his massage at all! It was completely useless.I also got a manicure while I was there, and the filing was awful! The lady doing my nails didnt clean my nails well nor did she file them properly. The nail polish is already starting to peel and its only been one day. I overpaid for the whole experience and wont be going back again!Even the quiet room is not that great. I have been to other places to get a massage and this honestly was just not worth it at all! Way too expensive for a useless experience.

I think Woodhouse Day Spa had incredible customer service and incredible facial services. I felt so relaxed the entire time and my face felt amazing after receiving the HydraFacial. BEST facial EVER! They even recommended products following my facial that would best suit my skin. Incredible staff, building, and service. 100/10

We just had a duet massage and it was amazing. The setting is so calming, their locker rooms are beautiful and the showers are huge. There is fruit infused water, snacks and hot tea that can be enjoyed in their quiet room. We will definitely be back. Our massage therapists did an excellent job.

Had my first facial there. Environment was very calm and restful, and the staff was excellent. The product reviewed afterward was appropriate, and I was given other alternatives that were a lower price, which is great customer service. I felt I could trust their recommendations.I will be back!

I took my sister here for a mellow mama maternity massage, she is 36 weeks pregnant. We had a great experience! The spa is so nice and relaxing. Ariel was fantastic, very thorough and attentive to my sisters needs. Before we even left the spa we were planning the next service to come back for!!

Overall, my experience was very nice. This was my first time here but I have gotten massages and facials from other spas before so I knew what to expect. So the swedish massage with Darlene was very nice. She made me feel relaxed and refreshed so it was great. The facial with Emily was ok. She talked me into getting a more results showing facial, not sure what it was called. Overall the facial was great until she started doing the extractions. I had a pimple under my nose that was still under the skin and not ready to be extracted but she used a hook and poked it numerous times and squeezed it until it bled and now I have a scar. It was painful and looks awful. Also, when she was waiting for my mask to dry, I though I would be getting a nice hand and arm massage for a little while but all she did was put some lotion on my hands and feet and took a total of a minute on both to rub it in. It may not have been part of the facial but it would have been a nice relaxation point. After the massage and facial, I went into the ladies changing room and decided to take a shower in one of their 2 shower rooms. The showers were huge and were great because they had several shower heads. There is sign on the 2 shower doors that say they have been sanitized and after use flip the sign so the staff knows it has to be washed for the next person. After I got out of the shower, I went to the mirror and I saw a staff member go in the shower that I was in and I thought she was going to clean it. She was in the shower room for about 10 seconds, came out, and flipped the sign to say it was sanitized. Honestly, I was grossed out. Obviously the showers werent clean when I used it and this was not ok to me. So....all that aside I am not sure if I would come back. The experience was good but not great

The spa is beautiful! My husband and I came for a duet massage. I had bought this at the end of last year and got pregnant in January so I asked to change my massage to the mellow mama and they did that with no issue. The quiet room was very relaxing. They gave up hot neck warmers to wear while we waited. They also had snacks and water in the room. We had our massages in a couple rooms and it was so relaxing! After the massage, my masseuse gave me belly butter to use on my pregnant belly and got me tea. It was wonderful pampering before having a baby! I would highly recommend!! I apologise to the spa as I tipped 10% after misreading an article and wish I would have done more! Ill just have to make up for it next time ☺️

Obsessed! This was my first visit to wood house and my first massage. I was blown away by the entire experience! It is the most zen atmosphere. I have already told many people about it and am already wanting to come back!

The Woodhouse day spa has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We were so excited to use the spa the day before my wedding to have all of the girls get their nails done and other services provided. My mom set this up in March to have 12 girls get services with the luncheon option provided from D’avolios. She signed the informational paperwork to set this up for a big group of people. She contacted them two days ago to give the final count and they told her they wouldn’t be able to do it any longer because they had two nail technicians leave and two were on maternity leave. They did not even call her to inform her of the problem so she had to call many other spas with much less notice to set up for 12 girls. This is absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional. If they would have notified us when they knew instead of waiting for us to call with the final number 4 weeks prior to the wedding. Something so relaxing turned into something so stressful and could have been avoided if the spa handled it professionally. The owner reached out to my mom and although she was friendly, she offered a 15% discount, which is pretty insulting for all of the trouble we went through. I am sure they offer better discounts around holidays. This spa lost a lot of money that would have come in one day. We plan to never go back to this spa and we will make it a point to tell everyone we know in the area of our bad experience to deter them from encountering the same issue. We are happy to be going elsewhere and receiving services for a much better cost.

My massage and pedicure at Woodhouse were some of the very few outside-of-the-house self-care outings Ive had since the pandemic started, and they were WONDERFUL. Ive had massages all over the world and my Swedish with Darlene is one of the best Ive ever had. The facilities are gorgeous and everyone is so friendly.

It was a slice of heaven! I had no idea what I was in for and was very pleasantly surprised. It truly felt like I was on vacation for an hour! I came with a group of 4 for pedicures and the service and timing was great. I also greatly appreciated the staffs willingness to keep our wine glasses full with the wine we had brought. I will most definitely be returning!

(Sorry you had to use the cheese grater, its been so long for me since Ive had a pedi!) You guys honored a GC I had from over a year back due to covid and I am just so grateful. This was my first time here. I had a massage with Sheea, not sure of the correct spelling sorry. I had an 80 minute massage and enjoyed every minute. It was so relaxing!! Youll love the quiet room before and after your service. Definitely will be going back!!

Arrived early and did questionnaire, was taken back showed briefly where to change and to come to hallway and wait for therapist. 5 of us ended up in the hallway all at the same time. Not socially distant. I was scheduled for 12pm, was in the room at 12:06 on table a few minutes later. Was off table and changing at 12:51. I was scheduled for a 50 minute. Not Cool!Massage was sub par. I had a maternity massage and asked for a good amount of pressure before hand told him that I was pregnant but a trainer and very athletic and needed normal deep tissue but with pregnancy options for lying down. It pretty much was a expensive lotion application.To expensive for the quality of work.

Loved the atmosphere & relaxation. Would never get a facial again because of burned skin (started with Anti-Age, then switched to Hydra--too late). Face looks windburned & very sore. Havent used usual night products (Tretinoin and/or Clinique Repair Laser Focus Night since Monday. I am a retired Senior; received a gift card for $150 for this. Would not come again--too pricey for my budget.

Once again a wonderful experience. Justin was my massage therapist again today. He is fabulous. Then I received a facial(first timeHere). Absolutely wonderful. Pedi was to die for!! Can wait to come again

Beautiful environment. Would been 5 stars, except in the Quiet Room, several women pulled out cell phones,. I booked a deep tissue massage, facility had me down for Swedish massage, facial was booked for Sensitive, facility had me for an Acne facial. Massage was wonderful, facial was great but would have been better if items and techniques used were mentioned during the process. Appreciated the fact that I wasnt upsold on products. Would return.

The best spa I’ve ever been to! It is so relaxing, clean, tranquil, and the staff is excellent. Been going here for over a year but just returned after COVID. The salon did an outstanding job preparing for opening. Everything is extremely safe, spacious, impeccably clean and surpasses the guidelines. The whole experience was wonderful. I had a 1 hour Swedish massage with Trish. She is so kind and her pressure was perfect.I loved it. So relaxing and I loved the warm towels on my feet and back.

Really enjoyed our time there. Has a high-end feel to it, the only downside is the snacks they offer are lacking. As you go in to get a treatment you want to feel healthy but then they have mass produced individual wrapped snacks like chips, crackers, and snack bars that arent really healthy at all. They would be better off with some healthy selections it would really add to the atmosphere.

I had never been here before, but had a gift certificate & was not disappointed!! I chose the classic spa package (massage, facial & pedicure). From setting the appointment, in-take and the treatments themselves, I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. Beautiful & clean environment, very relaxing atmosphere!

The Swedish massage was fantastic. Also, I decided to have a foot reflexology session because I go to the gym a lot and have a bunion. That was fantastic. My feet feel great, so I plan on having another session as recommended. Very nice treat!

Experience was okay. The spa is beautifully designed. I could hear banging over the tranquil music... which seemed to be turned up to prevent that, but it didnt. Being around so many people in the relaxation room was actually more stressful than relaxing. The massage therapist was wonderful. Price is on the expensive side.

I have been to this spa before and it was satisfactory but this spa has changed. I booked a double massage for myself and a friend and neither of them were satisfactory. Both massage therapists were sub standard. We booked a deep tissue massage and didnt even get what would be considered half decent swedish massage. It was clear our massage therapists were inexperienced and in addition, the locker room was congested which was unsuitable and unprofessional during covid times. I mentioned this while checking out and they offered a 20.00 discount on one massage. This does not make up for the poor experience I had. Everything about my experience was fantastic. From the initial booking to the service while at the spa. I had initially requested a female to perform the service but I received a call the day before apologizing because of a staff schedule change but they were so apologetic and wonderful. I would 100% cross the border again just to come back!

Pretty and nice staff. However, bathrooms in women’s locker room were not that clean - toilet paper scraps on floor, new tp roll just sitting on top of empty one, water around - for how “high end” this seemed. I like that there were rooms to change in. I didn’t like the quiet room. It wasn’t quiet (group chatting). I liked there was water readily available.Massage was not worth the money and I am soooo disappointed. I have two very young children and was so sore from exercise - I’d been dreaming about my big alone day and to get some relief. Pressure was so light (I wrote moderate to hard pressure on my form). I did ask that she increase pressure and for about 5 minutes things were great. Then downhill again as pressure faded. Also I requested specific areas (again on form) to get attention. I specifically wrote hands - she barely was on them for a min and basically pulled at my fingers. Just 😩. I pay $83 at Excuria and leave feeling amaaazing. I wanted to try somewhere new and expected this to be next level massage and it wasn’t.Facial with Jane was great!! Big points here for getting stars. I enjoyed the facial more than I thought I would. I enjoy that they say the products but don’t put any pressure on you to buy them.Took a day off work just to come here so I could have childcare coverage. 🤷🏻‍♀️. Left $350+ less money. Crazy.

The Woodhouse Day spa has many things right: lovely smell, nice use of space, warm robes, a choice of tea, but it lacks the conceptual understanding of relaxation. The staff is hurried. Doors are shut carelessly. The massage was not helpful to sore muscles. The quiet room is not quiet. Products combatively hit the customer upon arrival, signaling buy this rather than we will care for you. Woodhouse Day Spa has much potential, as the building itself is well designed, but currently, the ideology inside is not quite right.

The therapists where great, very personable. The only issue I had was we signed up for a deep tissue and the 4 hand massage, and when we arrived received the couples. Great time, just not what we reserved.

Beautiful inside. Massage was OK. Do not like stretching. Waste of money. I like elbow grease put into it. Price was much higher than typical for this area. If you like a relaxing massage it was very good. Was not deep tissue though.

Very high-end/upscale spa, and the staff were incredible but you could easily go somewhere much cheaper and achieve the same results as you would here. You’re paying for the experience here.
