I had a deep tissue massage and Jenny was great. My back felt a lot better afterwards . I plan to return.

Very good deep tissue massage, I’ve been looking for a long time for a good place around the area and this is the best I’ve had so far.

Had a terrible terrible terrible massage. My back is now in much worse condition after this place. Rude staff- answering calls mid massage. Leave mid massage. It’s all sooooooooo weird. I don’t recommend. Especially for the amount of pain I’m in. 0 stars. Not sure how this place is still in business???

I got the 60 minute Swedish massage. It was a very professional and high quality massage. I felt cared for and valued. I appreciated the relaxed environment without any upselling. Definitely one of the best in the area!

I was there and girl who took me to get massage wasn’t friendly, she barely speak English, her massage was ok, I gave her a tip but she wanted more, I told her if next time is better, tip will be better, but I think she didn’t got me. But her massage is too basic.Price is as other spa around.Store is clean enough.

Stopped on my way home from OHare after skiing in Montana. After a poor judgment decision to ski a little run I had no business skiing, I fell and tweaked my back in a bad way. I called Lavender Spa and they were able to take me immediately. Amy (I think her birth name is Nǚshén) worked my back and shoulders, did an awesome job and I woke up the next day with so much more mobility than I expected. A first class deep tissue massage. Thank you.

I highly recommend Lavender spa. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities are spotless. My experience was enjoyable and therapeutic and I will definitely return.

The ladies are wonderful. Awesome..deep tissue massage. They always ask if the pressure is correct and change as needed. The spa is clean and welcoming. Same day appointments are possible and i really appreciate that.

Very nice staff. But one of the worst massages.You’re provided a towel to cover yourself instead of a heated blanket like most places. I felt too open.The table had a place cut out for your face instead of the traditional table that has a cushioned place for your face. It was weird.The massage did not feel like she was trained on proper technique. It hurt as she poked her fingers on my bones instead of focusing on the muscles.She also left to answer the phone which took awhile. Lastly, she basically forced me to tip her. Two other reviewers state the same thing. Do not recommend!!

The massage I received was ok. However, the lady climbed on my back without letting me know or asking first. After the massage, she literally forced me to tip her. I gave her $8 but she refused and asked for more while insisting that the service she provided deserved a tip. Just a word of advice. Tipping is optional. Don’t ask people to tip. Let people tip you per their free will.

This is a very nice place to get a massage. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The staff is always professional and efficient. Im always impressed with the quality of services. I highly recommend it.

This was my mom and I first time. They took great care of us. I did the deep tissue and the raking. Best 45 min of my life. I have no more knots on my backside anywhere. The place was super clean, and easy to find. I was able to book an appt with in 20 min of calling.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Lavender Spa! Easy to book. Wonderful staff. Jenni is GREAT! Amazing massage! Its become a monthly routine to get an hour deep tissue massage for my husband and I.

Went for 60-minute Deep Tissue treatment. Pretty good overall, quiet, soothing dark cool room ambiance with relaxing music. Resonable price. Ask for Jenny, very good. Nice close easy location for me in BG. The $2 added fee for using a CC for the cost/tip not so much, but hey business is business and I realize I should have brought cash. 😊

Kind of a different little place. My husband and I usually go to a chain massage place where we live in CO, but we decided to try Lavender Spa while we were visiting for the weekend. The rooms are quite small (especially for a couple’s massage), and they had to answer a couple of phone calls during the massage (hence the deduction of a star). However, the ladies working there are very nice and the massage itself was wonderful! Both my husband and I left with our back and necks feeling much relieved.

I was able to get a last minute reservation for a couple massage which was the good part. The space is very small where they did the couples massage, the tables were literally next to each other with no space in between. The therapist seemed like they struggled a little bit due to the space. I felt like one side of my body got a decent massage while the other was kinda left out. From the previous reviews, I found it a little weird that they got on top of the table too but that actually felt great, not going to hold they back for that. A heads up that its about to happen would be appreciated though.The price was good, $140 for a 60 min couple massage.They did rush us as soon as the massage was over. They did not offer to use the shower room. The sandals they offer to wear seems very unsanitary, they are not cleaned after every person that wears them.I would suggest paying a little extra and checking out the Heavenly Massage in Buffalo Grove for a couples massage.

I highly recommended this place…Jenny awesome massage everytime i come, she always asked me if its soft.. medium.. hard..Ambient is great.. quiet.. clean place..Cant ask for more… thats why.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND…See for yourself and try for yourself..

Lavender Spa is a newly opened therapeutic massage place in Buffalo Grove. I paid a visit as a walk-in client. The interior is neat and clean with hard wood floor. The therapist whom I got massage from is Jenny. She was professional and took care of my shoulder and neck tensions well. One thing I liked most about Jenny was that she didnt rush the session. She worked slow paced and thoroughly worked on all major muscles. I highly recommend her.

Lavender Spa is legit deep tissue. Ask for Jenny - she run her elbows deeply over every guarded muscle in your back, calves, and thighs. Not for the faint hearted.

Though the massage was okay I was not prepared for when she climbed onto the table and got on top of me. I feel like I wouldve been more comfortable if she explained what was going on and that she uses her legs for warming up your back. It was strange and I felt violated. Also theres no blanket they just throw a towel over you so I was quite cold the entire time. Overall, I would not go back but if you want an experience to remember...

Went in for a hour long massage, and was surprised at the quality of the massage. My therapist was great, made me feel so relaxed, will be returning again. would like to try a different massage next time, i got a swedish this time.

Lavender Spa is my place for a tired and sore body after golf or other exercise. I have been a regular customer since the spa opened several years ago. Two knee replacements and hundreds of rounds of golf later, nothing can describe the recovery affect of a relaxing professional massage from a licensed massage therapist!

I loved the vibe of the place, really great customer service. Jenny is the best!!! She went above and beyond to ensure I received the best services. It was my first time there and definitely not my last. A must go to ❤️

This place was awful. My husband and I went for a couples massage and both masseuse kept talking and answering calls the whole time during our massage. To make matters worse, they basically forced us to tip them and then asked for a higher tip. By far the wrost massage place I have ever gone to. Dont waste time or money here.

I got a massage here a few weeks ago and the girl that took care of me was able to do a fair massage but she had very bad odor and with her hovering above me in a confined space it was really just too much. I know they work hard but that was very hard to take.

Fantastic massage! Loosened up tight shoulders and neck with a wonderful walking on back massage. Also cleared out stuffy fall sinuses. Highly recommend deep tissue massage.
