Hello, I had a massage yesterday with Kayla and I have to say she is amazing! I just wanted you to know that she is an amazing woman and amazing at her craft. I have arthritis and she was mindful of that I walked out of the building feeling renewed, refreshed and ready to take on the day! What a great addition to your business when you brought her into the family. I am so grateful I went outside of my comfort zone and went with a new massage therapist I am sooo pleased!

I went to receive a deep tissue massage for some shoulder pain i couldnt be happier ?Kayla was wonderful and addressed where I was feeling pain and I left there feeling 100% better and without my shoulder hurting .I recommended this place to a friend and she is making an appointment. I scheduled a couples massage for mine and my boyfriends anniversary. My boyfriend had Kayla who he really enjoyed! She was friendly, calming, and communicated with him before the massage asking what areas he wanted her to focus on and what pressure he was looking for. I had Dena (who costs more hourly than the other therapists!!) and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with her and the customer service she provided. Our massage started late because Dena was still with another client when we arrived. Not a big deal at all - we didnt mind waiting one bit. However, I then felt rushed once she was ready. She grabbed me from the waiting room, didnt introduce herself, and didnt even tell me where I was going / what room we were in. Its as if she was relying on Kayla (who was speaking with my boyfriend halfway up the stairs already, introducing herself to him) to do all the talking for her so it was very awkward for me because I did not receive any attention or direction from my own therapist. I reminded the receptionist and Dena that it was our first ever time getting a massage and we would need things explained to us just a little bit. I wasn’t expecting a room for room tour but just a quick explanation of where everything was or what to expect during the massage would’ve at least been nice. Kayla did a great job explaining how the massage itself would work to my boyfriend but again, Dena did not do the same for me. She didnt ask me what kind of pressure I was looking for or even ask what areas I wanted her to focus on. It also seemed as if Dena and Kayla had never done a couples massage together before this because Dena asked Kayla how she should start the massage and I felt that was something they shouldve discussed and prepared before we got there. At the end of the massage, Kayla offered my boyfriend a beverage. Dena did not offer me one and she didnt even really make it known that the massage had come to an end.... She just kind of said how do you feel and then walked out. Overall, Im really disappointed with my experience especially for it being my first time receiving a service like that. To pay that much money and leave unsatisfied is upsetting. Maybe I was just expecting too much and had a different idea of how the experience would be? I still tipped each therapist more than 20% but really only feel Kayla deserved it. On the bright side, my boyfriend enjoyed his portion of the actual massage from Kayla so If you do go to this facility I would recommend asking for her or one of the other therapists.

Massage therapy is extremely effective. Out of all the therapists I’ve seen at other places Katrina has done the best job. More progress is made in a shorter time period for 1 hour compared to 2 hour sessions at other places.

Michaela is a WONDERFUL massage therapist. She takes the time to ask questions about her patients and what they are experiencing so she can make your visit as impactful as possible. Buffalo Holistic is a wonderful place and they offer many important services. I would recommend anyone to visit and learn, and if considering a massage, ask for Michaela!

I have now had 3 massages by Maggie and they are the best and most in tune with my body I have ever had. I have horrible neck pain and she is the only masseuse that has ever taken time to get the knots out of my neck. My last one, I was having one of the worst days, after a really bad couple months. Maggie was so patient with me, and really made me feel so much better for that hour.

Today was my first time getting a massage at Buffalo Holistic. I just happened to call last minute and was scheduled with Scott for a deep tissue massage.The massage was amazing and he targeted the areas that were giving me the most issues. Some muscles I did not even realize were so tender and stiff. I was tensed and so stiff as my back was in a lot of pain and its been a while since I received a massage or even physical therapy for my back. The massage was well needed.I instantly felt relief, however my back still needs work as the tenderness in my lower back wouldnt allow me to relax. I plan to schedule another appointment possibly a longer time slot in hopes to loosen these muscles up more. This time I will not wait so long in between massages. The ambiance of the establishment and the massage room was comfortable and relaxing. The receptionist was really nice and friendly. I will be back for another deep tissue soon. Thank you!

Was a great first infrared sauna experience! Very quiet, you have your own personal room so you can get undressed before the sauna and they provide towels to wear. They have a shower to clean off after and I even used a foot massage in the common area afterwards!

Very nice facility and employees. I had a massage by Jesus and it was really wonderful. I wanted a stretch massage and I was fortunate enough to have a masseur that has been trained in Thailand. As someone that gets massage monthly, I have to say that this was one of the best.

I had the most INCREDIBLE experience for my birthday Spa Day! The massage was EXCELLENT! The sauna was private and EVERYTHING that I needed. The environment was clean, calm and tranquil. I definitely recommend a pampering session with them.

My very first time was nice. Attentive, for the most part. Besides missing my main trouble area (upper left shoulder blade). It was REALLY NICE. I was offered water at the end but I never seen my Masseuse or the water. I still booked another session after.My second visit was very off. My room was a tad bit chilly. My masseuses hands was ice cold majority of my session (and I arrive 5 mins late, enough time to run them under hot water at least)The massage oil was chilly also. I figured that it would get better once the hot rocks was pulled out. But they never was used this time around. The first time i definitely enjoyed that part. The massage was nice and more focused on the areas I mentioned to target this time. As I left I was offered water again, but was not greeted with water. As I put my shoes on and went to go get my own water, I saw a cup sitting on the water machine. I saw my masseuse in the room and I had to ask is this my water. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Today was my first time at Buffalo Holistic Center. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Maggie. WOW, WOW, AND WOW WOW! She dug deep into my glutes, lower back and neck muscles that I didnt know were even there! My headache is gone, my sinuses are clear, my back and neck feel amazing! I never had a massage that involved stretching. For the first time since my car accident in 2019, I feel great! My birthday is in a few weeks so Im hoping to get another massage! Thank you so much Maggie for the incredible massage. You DEFINITELY know your stuff!!!!

This place is such a lovely space with very welcoming staff. I booked the sauna and a massage on separate days.Infrared sauna was spacious, hot with plenty of towels. It also had a shower for afterwards which was very nice with space to get ready.My massage was done by Greg who was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and great at his job. Would recommend him!Can’t wait to book more appointments here!

Massage therapy has helped me a lot ! I received neck, back massage due to an injury.The neck massage has done wonders with the pain in my neck and shoulders ! If i went could go weekly, it would be very beneficial for my back pain.Highly recommend Buffalo holistic center! And I recommend my massage therapist Ann , very good at what she does!!

I have been getting massages here for several years now and have ALWAYS been impressed by the Staff’s professionalism and knowledge. Everyone is very warm and welcoming and the massage therapists are top notch. I have been seeing Ann for a while now and am very happy with her. She does a very thorough job and always offers practical solutions to my muscle pain issues.

Really a huge fan of Buffalo Holistic. The office is relaxing, clean, and conveniently located. I have seen a few different therapists there. However, I found one that I believe is my favorite - Maggie. She always begins each session by asking me what is going on with my body and works hard to make sure her treatment is effective. Katrina is LITERALLY a gift from God! I don’t know what I did to my back, but I’ve been messed up for over a month. One visit with her and I’m back to normal! Went there for a sauna. Very nice. You get the a room with a shower. Great, if you like to build up good sweat then jump into a cold shower.

I booked 2 hours of deep tissue with Maggie and the experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I explained my focus areas and she did a perfect job of working out the knots and trigger points but also making the experience relaxing. I’ve had a couple other treatments here and have always been pleased. I will definitely be returning on a more regular basis.The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the rooms are spotless and it is easy to sink into a chill vibe and enjoy yourself. I get massages for migraine maintenance and because I have a desk job, and I feel a million times better after my massage.However you need to get to Buffalo Holistic Center, just get there and start feeling amazing!

This place is such a hidden gem! Getting into the routine of using their infrared sauna weekly and recently got a facial done by Pam which was AMAZING. Looking forward to getting a massage done soon as well. Love all the services they offer and the space is really cool.

This is such a lovely, calm space and so welcoming. I could not be happier with the dermalogica power peel facials I have been receiving from Debbie P. After just 3 sessions, the improvement to my skin is UNREAL (I am 59!). Debbie takes such good care to do a thorough job on my skin and makes recommendations for necessary maintenance. Her demeanor is very authentic. She also gives special extras during sessions too - - like who wouldnt want their feet rubbed while your mask is settling?! I should mention too that Debbies skin is beautiful so it makes sense that she will make your skin beautiful too. I highly recommend seeing Debbie!

The atmosphere of this facility is relaxing, peaceful and quaint. The staff is beyond amazing, kind, accommodating and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else for my massage therapy. The massage therapist I see is Katrina. She knows exactly what to do. She is amazing, she gets deep into your muscles, and you will feel relief and feel so much better. My muscles are much looser, and I have had less migraines after going through treatments with her. I cannot say enough good about the office, and the care you will receive when you are there. They offer many different services and treatments for what ails you.

Amazing. My back and shoulders have never felt better. I sit at a desk all day for work, even with it being a standing desk, my shoulder still kills. Scott has made such a difference in how my back and shoulder feel. I usually do the sauna and a massage, I feel great after. The relief I’ve felt is amazing. The place is cute and very clean. I always feel calm and refreshed leaving there.

Took my fiancé there for a couples massage on her birthday. Very nice place, very home like and nice decor. The rooms are very relaxing and the massage was amazing. Both of us said it felt like they could feel everything we wanted them to fix. Also we got in a little late and they still gave us a full hour. And it was very nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax with a cup of coffee after the massage, instead of being rushed out like most places. We will definitely be returning.

I had my first massage with Katrina today. This was a birthday present from my parents. It was absolutely life changing. LIFE. CHANGING. I have never had some of these modalities done on my body for and even though I may not be able to afford this all the time. I am going to find the money to see her at least every couple of months I am amazed.

I have gone now 3 times to see Katrina and every time I walk out floating on clouds. Her massages dont just feel good the HEAL the body! I was able to move my body in ways that I havent been able to in years! Each time I have had her target different areas of my body and each time I walk out not feeling pain I forgot I had been living with for so many years! She truly changes lives in 60- 90 minute sessions! Today even my husband noticed my stance was straighter and my walk more even! Katrina and her team are constantly educating and training to become even better at their art.

Buffalo Holistic Center has everything Im looking for in terms of clean and peaceful atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff and variety of holistic services that are offered at a reasonable cost. You cant go wrong scheduling with any one of the amazing experienced therapists there! Katrina and her team has managed to incorporate all aspects of healing the mind, body and spirit and Im very blessed to have been welcomed into their family! I look forward to adding my own experience and skills to their Center and help heal people one body at a time!

So...I had a massage here by Candice. For like 5 mins I was under the impression she had no clue what she was doing!! LOL! Boy was i wrong!! She was actually figuring out my body and following nerves to the knots in my shoulders. It took ME 5 mins to figure out that she was locating all my issues without me telling her where they were!! She did an amazing job. Actually.....she gave me the best most efficient massage Ive ever had in my life!! I never leave reviews......like ever. But after my massage lastnight I felt compelled to leave one. Candice is leaving to go to Utah to learn more techniques on how to manipulate ligaments so she can be even BEtter! Ive already booked her for when she returns. I honestly didnt want to leave this review because I dont want yall booking her up and taking her from me. LOL.......But its ok........just....go easy...She is amazing.

My facial with Deb was perfect. She was 100% considerate of COVID protocols and explained each step of the facial as we went along. She made sure I was comfortable and that I had the best experience possible. The products she used were smoothing and deeply moisturizing to my skin. Her calm demeanor and even the way the room was arranged were so relaxing and pleasant. What a refreshing, regenerative experience - Im definitely coming back!!

Samantha is extremely intuitive and her Gua Sha Immune Therapy is an out of body experience. She’s extremely in tune with the needs of your individual body. She had even pinpointed a few things I thought would NEVER come up from when I was younger. I truly valued her insight and felt changed after leaving. I had a sinus infection for eight weeks and I have no doubt what Samantha did helped me finally shake it. Hands down I recommend this for anyone looking for answers about their own health they haven’t been able to pinpoint on their own. Samantha will figure it out for you!

I went in for my massage. First time at the facility. I had an appointment that I booked the morning prior. I go in and they said that my appointment was “cancelled in error”.I was told that they will “waive my cancellation fee” and my next massage will be discounted by $20. Is that all that our time is worth when you work your evening around an appointment at a professional office? It’s already hard enough balancing two young kids, two jobs, etc.very frustrated with how they handled the issue.

Best massage I have ever had, Kunji was able to alleviate my nagging back pain I was having, the pressure was intense for a deep tissue, but I needed it!!! Be careful if your not that keen to a little pain though, I would recommend getting a medium deep tissue massage and work your way up from there. Definitely going to go again soon!!! Also the house they worked out of was very clean, I loved the pictures and the way they dressed it up, the environment was relaxing from first entry!!! A must see and go!!

I had a Luxe Facial done by Debbie. It was without a doubt the very best facial I have ever had! I loved and totally relaxed through the whole process! My skin feels & looks better than ever!I also had a massage by Sue K. It too was a wonderful experience. I went in with many areas of concern and pain. Sue massaged away my pain and left me (as I told my husband when I got home) feeling like a wet noodle - I was sooooo relaxed. I slept like a log all night without waking in pain and still feel the aftereffects of relaxation today.Both of these lead me to say I highly recommend BHC and will definitely be a return client!

Ive been to the Buffalo Holistic Center four or five times now and Ive never been disappointed. Its always clean, calm and relaxing in the waiting room. The staff are friendly and professional and the massage therapists really know their business. Never been disappointed by a visit here.

Buffalo Holistic Center has an inviting atmosphere with professional staff. Katrina has created an environment that is welcoming with services for every persons needs. With her advice, I have been seeing Jesus. He has helped me with my low back pain using a combination of techniques including massage and stretching. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Katrina is the best, as well she is the owner. Katrina never gave off that feelings that she was the owner. The moment you walk in it’s a welcoming place of business and that they are there to support your needs. Katrina takes the time to get to know you as well she gives off the most positive energy all while working on your needs. A 5 star rating is a understatement she needs to be given the more. I walked in having a bad day and left feeling better. I really wish more doctors would recommend this place of business. Katrina thank you for your professionalism as well loving what you do and to be there to change the person mind, body, and soul. I can’t wait to see you again in September. The positive I felt after leaving can never be explained.

Truly and amazing place to get a massage. My massage therapist was Kieta and she was great! She makes you feel relaxed and really helped my problem areas during the massage session.

Katrina is the BEST! I have terrible joint and alignment issues and Katrina fixes me every time I go. I am amazed by her knowledgeability about the human body and what she is able to accomplish in one session. These are issues I have just dealt with for a long time. If you are in pain, go see her, you will not regret it.

Nice facility, I have been having neck and back pain for many years. After a couple visits, My range has improved and my pain levels have decreased significantly. Kunji is the best massage therapist Ive ever had hands down. Her technique and skill level is unparalleled.

I HIGHLY recommend Buffalo Hollistic Center. Fantastic massages!!! They have a relaxation area upstairs for anyone who has come with you - a driver or older child which is wonderful and very, very relaxing. The actual services offered besides a custom massage are pretty extensive.
