I absolutely love Dank. I’ve been a customer since they opened and although many other dispensaries have opened since then, I continue to remain loyal to Dank. The staff are so kind and friendly, and SO helpful. On 4/20 weekend, even though it was busy, one of the staff took the time to help me find something to take the edge off my chronic migraines. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. It’s so great to have access to their knowledge after growing up just getting whatever brown trash the neighborhood dealer had 🤣 The vibes in the store are 10/10 and their customer service is top notch. You can tell they really want to take care of their customers. I cannot recommend them enough!

I visited Dank a week ago. I wanted to try a balm for the arthritis in my left knee. Dan recommended a topical. He was very helpful. I cant believe the relief I have had using this product! Ive told a lot of friends about it and they are going to try it themselves. When I run out of it Ill be back for more.

The staff was extremely friendly but overall unimpressed with the product. However I purchased two 1g containers of what was supposed to be wax, it even says wax on the packaging. When I got home I noticed it was much darker than any other wax Ive had. I opened one up and it was pure liquid and smelled like reclaim, the taste isnt much better... Im hoping this was a packaging error because this is not wax, at best its mid-grade shatter that was kept warm; possibly leftover cartridge filler but definitely not wax. Wax looks like ear wax, shatter is a solid golden brown plastic looking chunk, and rosin is the cleanest and meanest. If this is the future of legal cannabis Ill drive 40 minutes spend half as much for 3 or 4 times the quantity.

Man the quality of flower is laughable at best. The one jar I got was legitimately brown. The flower was brown from being so old. No smell all the terps were completely gone. Tasted like hay and cost 50 bucks. The 60 dollar for an 1/8 stuff wasn’t much better. Low quality outdoor that was fluffy and seemed premature. This is not a good representation of the quality of cannabis that’s being produced here in New York, this was a complete joke and a waste of money. I would be embarrassed if this was my shop and this was what I was serving people.

And they carried on with their personal conversation about a place not having cheese tf.Again It’s understandable my purchase was made already. But honestly the VIBE wasn’t it and I don’t understand why the place is so hyped besides it being close by.But it’s Just business and leave. And by just looking around for the 3 mins I was in there. All I saw…. Was just corporate business. Nothing welcoming. Nothing making me want to come back and buy something. Just nice little statues and a tv with names and prices.Good thing I don’t need to show face there no more cause I wouldn’t even bother coming back. No hate at all congrats on the business but get people that reflect you want your business to be about. Idk:response: yeah they didn’t seem new they were holding down the fort just fine by themselves. But having customer service isn’t something that’s taught it’s something that should be natural. Went in yesterday, got a few 1/8s .not from the area so I figured I would stop by and see what they had .Staff was very friendly and helpful. It looks good and smells good but my issue is that the flower is so dry I can use 2 fingers and turn the flower into dust .wish they where cheaper because other places I go to I can get a whole oz of fire for the price I paid for these 2 1/8s. I also believe that the rove carts shouldnt be over 100$ for a One gram.

The gentleman who waited on me is highly educated (please excuse the lame pun) on his products and very knowledgeable. I felt informed and heard. I chose the purple punch rosin infused after inquiring about a few things. They were a good smoke and idea in theory. But pulling of said idea can present challenges. This brand in particular has some very clear quality control and product consistency issues. All 5 were different sizes first and foremost. The rosin was only at the tip instead of throughout which is sacrificed pretty much when its lit. For almost 11 dollars a half gram infused joint x5. I wouldnt buy them again.
By far the most accommodating dispensary, dank 716 has super friendly and experienced staff, that are actually genuine. I mostly like this place because the products are clean and safe if it’s not to your liking, then go elsewhere, but I have many years of experience in this industry and they are amazing. I would put a couple names on here of employees, but to be honest, everybody is equally as nice thanks Dank! see you soon.

Great store, great people, great service. When you go in ask for a menu, they will have everything available to you. They have Gorilla Glue which is an amazing indica. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming going into dispensaries, but these people know their stuff. Very happy with my purchases and look forward to being a regular customer.

The quality of the product didnt match the price. I bought two 1gram prerolls that were supposed to be triple infused. But definitely wasnt a gram, maybe with the rolling paper and filter it weighed a gram.Also quality wasnt good, wasnt strong, and tasted old. Overall not impressed and probably wouldnt go back. Parking sucks downtown and thats enough to keep me away.My reply: What a unhelpful response. If your company truly cared about my opinion you would of left a email address to respond to the matter. I never had one issue with any of the native American dispensaries,or local growers. Its not our fault you opened downtown and you have 7 people working like its a fast food restaurant. Its not our fault your rent is so high. This is why people grow there own. Because they cant trust dealers. 80 bucks for a cart thats.356 grams. I cant support that. Never will again.

Finally a real cannabis dispensary in Buffalo. They are not perfect, but they did such a great job with customer service that I think its worth 5 stars.Cons first. They are hard to find. Thank the silicon overlords that we have gps, because otherwise you have to be standing on top of it before you notice the branding. This might be intentional to avoid bringing the neighborhood down, but it does the opposite, making it look like the adult bookstores that used to dot Chippewa back in the 80s.The prices are also higher than one would like, especially compared to the local black market rates. But here you know the products are legit and they are actually what they say they are.Now the good parts. Once inside the storefront is excellent. It is clean, well stocked, and professional in appearance. The staff are all attentive and very helpful. They also seem honest, willing to admit ignorance rather than make something up.The product itself is excellent. Everyone in the city claims to have live rosin vapes, but this is the only place with full spectrum live rosin rather than the melted diamonds. I noticed immediate differences in potency.Best part was the customer service. I had a small issue that I contacted the store about. I was contacted back almost immediately by Dyan, who helped me out to my complete satisfaction plus a t-shirtBy far the best shop in town.

Make sure youve got your ID ready as you stroll in. Therell be a guy checking at the entrance. If youre still deciding what to get in-store, the left-side glass case is your contemplation spot. Folks in line usually already know their pick or have pre-ordered online. I went with the online order route, and they shoot you a text once its all set. I got the notification in about 15 minutes, walked up to the counter, they handed me dank, and I handed them the dollars. The whole transaction took less than 5 minutes, and I was out the door.Bye.

Limited products ie tintures ,edibles , concentrates.I’m fully aware NYS is new to rec retail and the regulations are diff each state but as someone who spends anywhere from $150+ on products regularly, I feel like I’m not getting my moneys worth. I still encourage everyone to give them a try. I’ll give them another try in 6 months or so. Good place, staff are very friendly. Got a couple eighths that looked like stale brown weed and had seeds in it. One was dank runtz ether, RS11 had seeds too but I realize dank doesn’t grow the weed so I didn’t complain about it. The rove vapes and mfny live resin is really nice. If only the prices could come down. It’s pointless to have safe tested weed if nobody can afford it. Ironically this was the first seeded weed I’ve smoked in at least ten years and probably the most expensive seeded weed I ever bought lol. Nys office of cannabis mismanagement is failing so bad compared to other states. But as for dank itself I give 5 stars, owner seems mad chill and staff are all cool, nice, and honest

Fast checkout is the pro of this spot forsure there was no wait and I left within a minute of showing which is great along with everything I ordered correct and prepared in advance via website. The con is that its not very easy to buy ounces and overall weight for weight cannabis instead its all prepacked so if you want an oz you have to buy 8 1/8s or whatever the math is. No general freshly grown cannabis where you can see various ounces and smell them overall. Maybe this is a new York law thing Im not sure Im from Colorado but I do find that to be a big con imo. This is still a superb shop I wasnt let down I just wish there was more data and general genetic transparency about what youre purchasing flower wise.

I visited here during my stay in Buffalo and it was a great place with lots of bud selection and the atmosphere is nice the people are super sweet xI came from Canada and felt very welcomed I would definitely go back and would recommend others to go 🥹🥹🥰🥰🥰
Overall seems like a good place, the people were very friendly and generally helpful. They had a pretty wide selection of things to choose from that all seemed to be of quality from the information I could gather. I got a 3 pack of pre rolled joints and a creamsicle dab pen. Now I am always one to give a fair shot to anything, however at the rates these products are going for I am going to be naturally critical. I have to start with the joints, not sure what pack I got as they had ran out of what I had originally asked for (doubt it mattered) but I was overall not impressed in really any way. They were 35$ pre tax for 3 0.5 gram joints. The weed itself was not good enough to sell in that small of quantity regardless of the price. Not enough to do the trick. Now I can’t say the same for the pen. The pen was very good, obviously made in a lab with good quality marijuana. The problem I have is the same one everyone else will have with it though and it’s just plane out not a great value. Yes the quality was fantastic but at 120$ pre tax per gram, it’s just going to be a difficult thing for people to afford consistently.

So I’ve been a avid recreational smoker for 10+ years. Visited despendarys across the country Massachusetts, California and Las Vegas. This by far was my worst experience. The one thing I will say that really puts this at 1 star is the actual purchase I made. On a Friday night went in and bought an 8th which was $62 lol which is comical, but the kicker was when I got home opened the product and as I always do weighed the product for accuracy.I was astounded to find that a sealed NYS stamped dispensary bag had only 2.6 grams. Literally 30 dollars a gram. This was my first and last purchase from this place. Bad bussiness all the way around and absolutely no responsibility was taken on their part. When I called and brought it to their attention they casual shrugged it off and offered no resolve. Just basically saying there’s nothing they can do. I have a feeling this place won’t be around long. If your new to rec stay away you will be taken advantage of. For us OG smokers don’t waste your time uk where to go lol

Didnt like it been to dispensaries all over this is a small dispensary and it really doesnt have anything on display where you can actually smell anything youre going off a look and their research which who knows is this accurate but I will give him a second try just to see if any improvements was May
Hate to say it, because the establishment is very nice and the workers aswell, but NYS weed Ive been getting is seeded Ive had multiple different strains, from all different price points and I keep finding seeds, especially from Revert, and I tried the Dank 13th floor and had seeds, and its not just dank herbal weed from the same growers are suffering from seeds, ive not once had a seed from Nativa Weed from the Senecas, and honestly the weed is so much better, quality wise and everything, buds from NYS just so damn dry also, no good looking fire buds nothing that tastes great or makes me say wow and Im trying their best stuff. Keep coming back to support local business but I damn near shouldve went to NF.
