Stayed here worth my family and 2 tweenish aged kids. Pool and hot tub were good. Location is great. Rooms were really well appointed and comfy. The resort itself felt old and dead. I think if there were more people to give it life its a really nice place. The staff were all excellent and really respectful and hard working. Its a very confusing resort to navigate around because of the floor plan but it seems really well cared for. The elevators felt old and need some work but all in all its a really nice place.

One front desk person excellent, man when we checked in wasnt helpful and didnt explain anything about hotel grounds anything. Saw a wedding going in noticed staff worked hard and main room was beautiful. Hotel room would prefer king size bed . Clean room. Bring laptop w DVDs. TV selection was a waste.pool area messy probably from parents not cleaning up after kids. Hot tub nice and hot

I was up that way yesterday to see a football game at the high school. I used to work at this resort 20 years ago when it was called Pocmont. I did a quick drive-thru to see what it looks like nowadays and it is absolutely disheveled. There was a man and woman standing outside one of the cabins yelling at me to get out of there and I have no idea what that was about. Its a public road so chill out. There were two other people in matching shirts standing outside where the kitchen used to be watering a small patch of grass. The lake there which used to be really nice is now full of lily pads and looks disgusting. There are hay bales outside of the main entrance. The pool looks like it hasnt been cleaned in forever. Im not even sure this resort is open. Shame.

The hotel is big and clean. However, we had to wait a lot at the front desk as our room was not ready. The room is good but tea , coffee, microwave are not provided. They have a good gaming area but none of the machines were activated. When asked, we were told that it is managed by some other vendor and not hotel. Its a decent stay if you are not looking forward to use their amenities.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. We were mostly pleased with our stay. Comfortable rooms with great bathrooms. Great food in the restaurants. The staff was helpful and mostly friendly. The only negatives were the restaurants were very expensive, and we got called very late at night by the front desk telling us they were asked to call the police by someone who stated that a disturbance was happening in our room which it was not. Found out the next day the problem was across the street from our group of rooms. An apology for disturbing us would have been nice but never happened. All in all it was a nice place for normal folks to stay. Not run down or overly fancy.

Great experience... stopped in late at night and there were only 4-rooms rented for the night (was a Monday night). Pool was fine, hot tub, room was a suite. I did have one issue, which was nothing major... battery for remote in bathroom mirror was dead and they didnt have any replacements at front desk.We just stayed one night but enjoyed it.

Stayed in the cabins for my honeymoon. Well appointed rooms... Coffee and fridge in the room, comfy bed and couch. Huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub! There are so many amenities that you dont really have to leave the premises. The complimentary breakfast in the steakhouse was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant was peaceful. All staff members were nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was a little surprised to be one of only 2 or 3 couples staying there though. Maybe March is off season, because Ive been there when theres a bunch of guests all interacting with each other. Good place to meet people, rest and relax, and take part in a bunch of amenities!

Great hotel for a get away weekend. For the coast I payed I would have expected for more to be included such as continental breakfast. I stayed for 3 days and had to buy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They offer dinner but you have to pay extra. They also did not have room service which most hotel have. We stayed in a Kings sweet which we fell in loved as we walked in. Nice king size bed, Jacuzzi and shower in the bathroom, small bar to enjoy wine and beer. Balcony was a + to sit and relax during the night. We also enjoyed the indoor pool since it was a little chilly outside. Overall, the service was great.

The buffet meal was wonderful. I could go onThe bottom line is, my experience as a wedding guest at the Bushkill Inn was a very good one. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I had my Super 17 birthday party here a few years ago and it was amazing. The staff was incredible. Ron and Lauren made the vision for my party come to life. I could not have asked for a better experience. My family members and I stayed at the hotel after the party and they loved it. The food they prepared for my party was exquisite. My family members are still talking about it and that was years ago. If I could relive that day again I would. But you only turn seventeen once. If you are looking for a place to celebrate you or your loved ones special day this is the perfect place to go.

The private bungalow rooms are the best! The beds are so comfortable and the whirlpool tub was so nice after a long day of hiking. The trails around the property are great for a secluded walk through the woods. The “Steakhouse” restaurant inside was totally empty and the wait staff was very prompt and polite. The steaks were over cooked though but the beer was cold. The lounge was in the same floor as the restaurant as well as a huge ski lodge style fireplace. We will definitely add this to our list of favorite hotels in the area and we will definitely stay there again.

If youre looking for a place to get away for the weekend in the mountains in PA, this place is great! Its pretty cool that all of the rooms are cabins, gives you that woodsy/outdoor feel. We came for Valentines day weekend & stayed in a suite. Had a nice living room area, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Only downside was that the wifi did not work well (not sure if our cabin was too far) and our cellular service was terrible. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel which was very good at a great price. Theres also restaurants/diners close by so you dont have to go far from the hotel. Would definitely come back in the warmer months.

We were there October 17,2014 with great friends as we both booked the King parlor suites with a shared a porch outside our rooms. While the Resort offered many activities on the grounds, the staff put together a bomb fire just for us which we never made as we were dining late in their restaurant and was well worth the time.Christopher, the manager, took us for a tour of the Resort and grounds and was very cordial and gracious, The staff was also very polite and accommodated to our every need.I look forward to visiting in the spring as we never got to the pool or spa because of weather and time.It is perfectly located for other activities, like to the Falls and a winery not far from there.A great weekend, thank you.

The conference center was very easy to get to. The room was nice & they were clean (except for the cocoa puff I found). Now for the rest of the story. The only food was a lounge/bar with yummy, but limited selection & very limited hours. They did have 2 restaurants - closed (in July). The free breakfast had only black coffee to drink. No creamer. The ATM machine was broken & so was the room fridge. They stayed that way our several day stay. Yes they had wifi in the building but not even to our car.But closing on a good note...I did a very good check for bed bugs & found NONE. YEA.

The rooms are nice and reservation and checkin staff were very nice. However, I brought my daughter’s family to see the Falls and we opted to stay here to sleep. It seems there will be little sleep since a fraternity party is going on. It’s only 8 and the amount of yelling down the hall, slamming of doors, etc is unheard of in a decent hotel. The front desk staff said they can’t do any thing but talk to manager...tomorrow. I’m paying for a suite and adjoining room and we have a baby and 3 yr old. I’m even having to pay an extra 20 for the baby to have a place to sleep, despite only 3 adults and the babies in 2 rooms.Stay in town at the Hampton. 😀

The staff were all pleasant and as helpful as they could be. The area is beautiful and theres plenty to do on the grounds from hiking, to volleyball, fire pit, basketball court, indoor pool, gym, and workout stations along the trails outside just from what I seen. I went in late December so their other cabins were closed but I will return to give those a try.

The Worst hotel I’ve ever been . We stayed at the cabin. At first the room they gave us was sooo dirty than they gave us another room we asked for somebody to come and clean it cause it was dirty under the night stands. The windows were dirty the bathroom not so clean. They didn’t change the sheets or the towels. And they charged us extra money for room service which is ridiculous because they didn’t clean what we were asking for . They just folded the towels. We paid a lot of money and in the end they charged us for staying in their hotel , makes no sense at all when you’re already paying for your staying there. I would never recommend this place it was like a nightmare to me. We were going to stay 4 nights there but I couldn’t sleep any longer in that place so we canceled it. Never going there again. 👎👎👎👎

Lets get it out of the way, yes this place is dated, and it hasnt aged that gracefully. That being said, it is quiet, our unit was clean and stocked on arrival. Did a little fishing, the lake didnt produce anything, however the little pond by paintball place on the way in had bass in it. Its scummy though, so its top water all day. Anyways, the place is small, quiet, and feels secluded. They have a playground, mini arcade/game room and an indoor pool, all of which are pretty decent. The indoor pool is pretty nice though.

We spent 4 days at this hotel in October. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We initially parked on the south parking lot and I checked in while my son and wife stopped at the playground. It’s a confusing layout in the hotel. To get to the lobby from that lot you have to take an elevator, stairs, cross the bar area and then take another elevator. We had a king suite on the far east of the facility. Parking is somewhat limited on that side but if there’s space you can park very close. The room smelled slightly musty when we first entered the room. It looked pretty nice at first glance though. The bathroom was large but cold. There was a separate heater for it but the knob to control it was missing. The king bed was very comfortable. The phone had a large lcd display that we couldn’t figure out how to dim at night. We ended up setting it on the floor and laying a pillow over it to block the light. The pullout bed wasn’t comfortable at all and it creaked a lot. There was free wifi but it didn’t reach the suites very well. This could really be an issue depending on your cell service provider. We had T-mobile and it’s service stopped north of the Pocono Hills Golf course. The pool had nice warm water. There was a hot tub section that made the main pools water seem cold. We spent about an hour each day at the pool. The pool itself was clean but there were cobwebs underneath the pool furniture. There are bathrooms next to the gym adjacent the pool that you can change in. They have showers but there wasn’t any soap in the dispensers when I was there. Flip flops are recommended. The gym seemed very nice.If I visited again I doubt we would choose the same suites. The walls were thin and let tv noise through easily. You also can’t leave the drapes closed on the door easily when you leave the room. Our safe had an error code on it so we locked valuables in the car when we were away from the room. There was a very dated game room as well.

I just spent the weekend at this hotel (6/26/15 to 6/28/15) and would NOT recommend staying there. When we arrived, we noticed there was a Cteen conference going on, which was not surprising as this is a conference center as well as hotel and resort. After checking in, we went to check out the hotel and amenities. We noticed that the indoor pool was closed during many hours to accommodate the conference, which was disappointing. The dining room was also not available to hotel guests as the conference basically took over the entire facility. Later in the evening, we were permitted to use the indoor pool, but there were only dirty towels available. The fitness center also only had dirty/used towels. There were cheerios scattered all over the pool deck for two days and I never saw anyone go in to clean it up. There were also boxer briefs left on the pool deck. Our room was nice enough and clean. However, the cable did not work. The front desk informed us that the cable for the entire resort was not working. Another amenity we paid for but were not able to use. We rented a movie from a kiosk in the hotel. The movie was supposed to be $3.99 but we were charged $15. The movie was severely damaged and did not work. The hotel itself was extremely dirty. The conference took over all of the common areas. The guests basically trashed the place and left trash all over the floor, which was left there the entire weekend.Out of three dining facilities, we were unable to use ANY of them. The conference guests used the steak house and we saw that it had not been cleaned up by the next afternoon. We asked if any of the dining facilities were open and we waited at the lounge, but no staff ever showed up. The website stated that there were three restaurants that were open 7 days per week but we could not use ANY of them. One of the conference guests asked ME to sweep and vacuum her room. The only staff I ever saw were at the front desk. The rest of the place felt abandoned except for the conference guests. The front desk was run by college or high school kids who had no clue what they were doing. No one told us what dining facilities were open or what areas were off limits due to the conference. We had to ask about everything. There was zero service.Basically, we paid for a resort with amenities and all we got was a room to sleep in. Staying at a Holiday Inn would have been better. The conference guests made us extremely uncomfortable.I will not be returning to this hotel and I will advise any and all friends to AVOID this place.

The property is beautiful and features many activities including tennis and basketball courts, along with play gyms for the kids. It is within walking distance of Bushkill Falls although that is not where we ended up hiking. Three stars solely because of the staff who were friendly and courteous. The bartenders in the lounge were on point and managed our massive crowd and the demand for beer and wine with grace. The building is a little dated and the Wi-Fi was non-existent which was frustrating. If you bill yourself as a conference center, ideally thered be better infrastructure in place to handle the needs of a company staying there. The fitness center is tiny and way too humid because of the vicinity to the pool. There was an AC but it would weakly blow cool air for about 5 minutes before needing to be turned on again. We just had our wedding at the Bushkill Inn and Conference Center last weekend and there are not enough compliments in the world for how perfectly it turned out. This was a large wedding (250+) with a lot of moving parts and complicating factors and they absolutely nailed it. Adam, their event planner, was a true professional and went out of his way to make sure that everything went according to plan. All of our guests, including some who had stayed here when it was the Pocmont, were impressed with their stay. The food has been excellent every time weve visited (4x, including the wedding). The rooms are beautiful, modern, and nicely equipped. The public spaces - the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, main lobby, restaurants - are all very nice and inviting. We are very thankful that our wedding turned out the way it did and we recommend this venue a hundred times over.

We had confirmed booking through Expedia for the Presidents Day long weekend for a suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa for 6 adults(paid additional charges for additional people).1. The first surprise we get after calling in the hotel several times as we were reaching late is that we got a suite with just ONE BED, and two sofas which was NOT what we booked2. After 5 conversations with different staff each time, where we asked multiple time to talk to manager. But she did not bother to come out to talk to us. The staff who confirmed they will work with us so 6 Adults(some with chronic back issues) would be able to sleep comfortably under the same booking where we paid $750 for 2 nights. Finally, second surprise for us was that the manager who we met after coming back on day-1, essentially told us in a condescending manner to either check-out or pay extra for another additional room.3. Dont expect that you will get the room you booked, especially if your booking was done through their partner like Expedia, they will shrug off their responsibility and give you an incorrect room under the pretext of this is what they recieved confirmation from Expedia.Avoid booking at this place, there are better options within the vicinity.

If that isnt enough the staff are amazing, and the rooms are very spacious the Suites are ridiculously big and the price cant be beat I had expected to pay double what I did. I read horrible review about noise during conventions, well this place is poorly maintained without conventions. From the pool full of dead bugs, to water leaks inside the room (after rainstorm), to a filthy baby crib that costs $10/night. I dont know how this place averaged 3.5 stars, thats a very generous rating in my opinion. Not to mention coming back home finding out I was charged the same amount on three different credit cards.

Very nice looking from outside, but when we came into our cabin it smelt musty and humid. It was clean, but then we were right next to the laundry area, so we could hear very loud noise until 10:30 pm. It was impossible to take a hot shower since the Got water would only get lukewarm. And there was a spider in our shower when we got there. We came after the main season, so all of the places on the premise were closed. On the website it said there is a steakhouse, and we were hoping to not travel anywhere for dinner. It was closed too, so we had to drive again. In the morning we were told that we had complimentary breakfast, but apparently we needed to get vouchers, and still the breakfast would have been coffee+muffin.I understand that in season this might be a great place to be since everything would be open and available for guests, but not after season. I would rather stay at an airbnb next time, at least Ill know what Im getting and wont have problems with website overpromising and actual place underdelivering

Booked this hotel for mine and my husband mini honeymoon. We booked a room with jacuzzi. We were only there for two nights and the first night the jacuzzi tub gave us a hard time plugging and when it did we couldn’t unplug it to drain it. We called to let them know it was broken and right away someone was there this was about 730. Unfortunately he said he was just a groundsman so he would have to tell the front desk to send someone else. We waited until 9 o’clock and no one came. We called the front desk again to ask if it was ok for us to go to sleep or if someone else was coming. They then informed us that they wouldn’t be able to send someone until tomorrow. The next night they fixed the drain which was great we filled the tub and then tried to turn on the jets and they wouldn’t work. Went to talk to the lady at the desk who told me that there wasn’t anything she could do and that I would need to speak with the manager in the morning, I said that that was fine we would be checking out in the morning and I would speak with him then. The next morning I was informed the manager would not be back until two because he was in a meeting so I left my name and number. 2 o’clock came and went and I did not receive a call. So at 330 I called, they then told me he was still in a meeting and he would call me tomorrow. This went on for a week. I called once every day asking to speak with the manager explaining why I was calling and every time they said he would call back. It’s now two and a half weeks later with still no call. We paid to have the room with the jacuzzi because we specifically wanted a jacuzzi and the two nights we stayed it was broke. However on the plus side the only reason this place deserves any stars is because the bar within the hotel has amazing staff. The kitchen staff was amazing at breakfast and the bartender that was on the night we were there was funny, easy going and made good conversation.

Disappointing from the moment we arrived! When my husband checked us into our Exterior King Suite he was informed that the Steakhouse restaurant on the premises was closed due to a low guest count at the resort, problem #1 although manageable. Besides, we were already bummed to learn Bushkill falls & Dingmans were closed for the season, it was such a beautiful day to take in fresh air we were looking forward to the views the entire drive from home. We proceeded to our room, which still has traditional key lock knobs on the doors, and we were quickly discouraged by its size, especially the bath. It seems as though panoramic lenses were used for the online photos since the spa tub was a traditional house tub and my own shower is bigger. The room was a bit musty, but it is nature so thats understandable. However, the furniture in the room has seen better days. The molding was falling off the cabinet that concealed the mini fridge, while the light trigger in the mini fridge was being controlled by duck-tape, and the coffee table was badly stained. At first the quirks seemed bearable, normal aging like any home with need for paint & spackle so we sat a couple minutes after Id placed my toiletry bag in the bathroom, washed my hands, and waited over 5 minutes for warm water to move through the pipes and about 15 minutes passed before hot touched my hands. We walked to the main building to have a look around at the property which is again quite dated & seemed very empty, but with nothing much offered to do you wont have customers. Even the spa was closed as we passed by at 5pm. The property was confusing to navigate inside and we were sure if any food was offered in the lounge it would be a traditional bar menu so we decided to venture 18 miles out to have dinner at a delicious restaurant we know about. On returning, Id entered the bathroom ahead of my husband finding my toiletry bag on the floor & rummaged through with items left scattered around. Absolutely unlikely for me to ever do, and I needed nothing from the bag prior to leaving the room. I have Lupus so Im quite careful with my belongings and exposure, yet Im not over excessive about protecting myself from elements either. The toilet also blocked & after 5 flushes it went down while my husband contacted the desk about the problem. When he returned the call to cancel maintenance was when I discovered the most disturbing sight and our End Game to acceptance. I flicked on the light at the door entry inside the room to see its fixtures filled with dust, mold and several dead bugs, GROSS! If this is in a light fixture, whats in the room you cant see?!? Living in Pa Id like to add Id be lenient seeing bug carcasses in a light fixture from May to October, but its March... the damn bears are still hybrinating, let alone bugs running about! Yet nothing excuses dust, dirt & mold growth! ENOUGH, my husband took off to the front desk to learn there was no manager on the property so the receptionist spoke with the manage over the phone. He offered to comp the room & move us but it seemed the other suites were booked up. My husband then made it clear, it didnt matter, we wanted OUT! These are dangerous conditions for any normal immune system, but a compromised one is in for havoc. He never even got the chance to tell them someone entered the room while we were out, but luckily nothing had been missing. They agreed theyd refund our money, and we drove the hour back home to our own clean room, and lost out on a romantic getaway evening, but slept better much better in our clean home.

We went just this weekend and they had a camp staying there. It was filthy! There was stuff all over the hotel! Very run down place. The lounge and steak house were boring and werent open or serving when the people at the front desk told us they were. The pool was old and run down and had things floating in the pool ( used bandaid) !! The only nice thing was our room (king jacuzzi) suite, but it also seemed a little run down. We especially had the greatest experience going to dinner in their very own Steak House Restaurant. The chef made his own specialdinner at the request of my husband who absolutely loved his fine cooking. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM/pastor who also shared some of his stories and experiences that took place here at the Bushkill Inn/Convention Center, we also had the pleasure of meeting Tara, a wonderful and very attentive Food Handler, overall I would absolutely recommend to all to come and check it out for yourself as for me and my husband we will absolutely be returning some time down the road. This hotel was situated in a very senic and peaceful place.it is situated close to lots of diners and Bushkill falls. However there was much difficulty with telecommunications. There are no phone signals for the entire stay and intermittent wifi. When the weather is bad (rainny) the phones and hot water do not work in the room. The indoor pool was out of service that was a great disappointment. The jacuzzi tub had no hot water and I had to be relocated to another room. The nearby lake was unattractive with moss like precipitation through out which was not encouraging to fish or do paddle boating. The breakfast was not complimentary but has very basic continental items with little variety. The front desk personnel were very helpful. vb

Stayed at Bushkill Inn for two nights. We really liked our Esterior Jacuzzi King Suite. All people, including front end and waiters were very helpful and friendly. Nice location, Bushkill falls was closed, but we went to Ditmars and Raymonds Falls, both were 30 minutes away. We went on the blue and red trails, entered deep into the forest. Very nice small lake, my husband likes to fish, even if he doesnt catch anything. We ate at the Steakhouse twice, dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious. The only complaint, the jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived, and dust was everywhere. But it wasnt a big problem for me. I am used to cleaning everything. What I noticed for two days, cleaning service is not priority in this hotel. We had some neighbors, who drank and smoked marijuana two nights in the row. They were very loud, sat on the bench next to our door. They left empty bottles and cups, nobody picked up after them. We definitely will come again, because of the location and friendly staff.

I stayed here with my 2 little kids . Highly disappointing . The good things...housekeeping very friendly and room was clean. The rest is all disappointing.Dont eat at their restaurant unless you enjoy waiting an hour for mediocore food with no bread or chips to wait with. The amenities were probably terrific 20 years ago. The playground is old (which is ok) but not maintained. Garbage all over, old food, scissors, i found these several days in a row. The pool is gritty on floor from sand?concrete? I felt dirty just looking at pool especially with dead bugs in it. Slippery floor my kid fell on and I almost did too.The game room is also covered in garbage and old food. Change machine broken, front desk has no quarters they told us to drive in pouring rain down to a deli for some. Broken wooden paddles in game room too along with half the machines out of order. There was no brochure or explanation of any extra amenities . I think there is archery and paddle boats on website. I didnt see anything for these things nor did front desk talk about them. Oh and basketball/tennis court covered in cracks and weeds.Giant hotel a bit odd to navigate but it doesnt matter since there is nothing worth going to there. If you want to sleep one night and leave its nice enough. Just be aware spotty reception and crappy Wi-Fi .

Stay far away! Really bad experience overall - the place is a dive. We arrived at 3:15 pm for check in on a Saturday and they said no rooms were available. We decided to go to a local bar/restaurant and wait for their call because there was no bar or restaurant open on site even though it was a Saturday afternoon in the summer. The conference center is a dive - Old and very outdated. Spa was locked and no one was in there so we could even see about making any appointments. When we finally got into our room about 5:45 - the cabin we rented didn’t have any info in it about WiFi or room service, etc. we didn’t have any hangars in the closet - found out there is no room service. The bed was comfortable - small tv in the living room and no way to order movies

Overall this was an extremely, extremely disappointing experience. Ill start with the positives, but unfortunately theyre largely outnumbered by the negatives. I was pleased (and even impressed) with the room amenities & general hospitality. With that being said, the entire staff just seemed to be disengaged & detached from all the happenings at the hotel. Our dinner in house at the Steakhouse was a complete disaster. Everyone ran around like a chicken with their head cut off. From what I understand, the issue was in the kitchen. We waited 45 minutes for our two appetizers. In addition, our celebratory glasses of champagne that I requested just never came & there was no mention whatsoever, After our 2 1/2 hour exhausting dinner we headed to the bar- only to leave 30 minutes later when it closed at 10:00. The music blaring was the absolute WORST elevator music Ive ever heard. When we politely asked the bartender to change it, she told us she was not allowed. What kind of atmosphere is that and who closes a bar at 10 pm? The following morning I woke up to learn that the hotel does not even offer room service. The only breakfast option was a buffet, so paying $15 for a bagel did not start my morning off too well. Overall, my one night stay at Bushkill Inn was a WORLD away from the first class service that was promised in their welcome letter. Definitely will not return & wouldnt recommend unless you have very low & simple expectations of a hotel.

Came here to celebrate my 40th birthday with my family was excited to check out all the resort had to offer especially to have a birthday dinner at the steakhouse. Two stars and that is only cause they are super close to the Bushkill falls and the pond on property had great fishing. This place reminded me of the shining and as I waited for some one to come to the bar I half expected to look up and start having a conversation with Lloyd. The front desk staff was as about as helpful as google without internet. The website is very misleading and shows a place that is happening and a well updated resort with a lot to do. The images on the site have to be a few years old. While the room itself was decent the rest of the resort was in shambles. I wish they would of told us while booking there was construction and that they started work at 7 am so much for a relaxing vacation. The tiles around the pool were broken and loose. Make sure to where shoes and watch the back pool gate as it is broken and falling off the hinges. The paddle boats looked like you had a better chance of surviving a ride on the titanic. Never found the arcade or the archery range, could of asked at front but see my first comment. Also make sure to use a umbrella if on the third floor or elevators if it is raining. I tried to explain my issues to the front desk person but they just sat their smacking their gum and said ok and did nothing to show any form of customer service.

Cant do 0 stars? Well thats a shame...Because thats what this place deserves, I cant tell you how pissed I am about this place and my 4 nights there this past weekend (7/11/16). We went here last year and had to fight to get the towels for the pool, but wait theres more. THIS year, they wanted a $5 deposit for a towel!! What?!! The hotel had no items for hospitality purposes, things like tooth brushes or shaving cream. Nothing, just nice empty shelves. The indoor pool had pieces missing from the edge where there were supposed to be ceramic tiles. All that was there was pressure treated studs...(last year the tiles were just broken/missing).The jacuzzi jets were inoperable and when I asked the staff, they told me they have never worked since their employment began. The glass roof above the pool looks like it was shattered by ice over the winter...its July! This places is horribly run down and just not maintained. You can see where shoddy repairs had been made, such as flashing that was patched but then fell off. The parking lot was completely full since there was some sort of event going on but still, overflow parking was a terribly long, uphill walk away. We came to hike the trails, not the hotel!! The carpet in the halls is hideous and filthy. The housekeepers clean everything with bleach which ruined my wifes swimsuit, since it was all over the bathroom counter where she put her suit to change. Nothing like walking out to the pool deck with a nice white spot on your ass! Thanks! And while we are on the pool deck, there are 40 lounge chairs but exactly 7 cushions!!! Deposit for those too? 33 chairs blazing hot, black chairs to grill yourself on in the hot sun. I wish I would have taken pictures of this dump to post but, needless to say, we spent most of our time AWAY from this place.IM NEVER STAYING AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

GREAT place overall! Unfortunately, the only three things I have to say that there is no cell phone service, unless you have Verizon, or so I have been told, and Bushkill Falls (which is not part of this hotel) is closed during the Winter. I was excited to see it, but it reopens back in March (I came here on vacation in late February). Lastly, if you come on foot (like I did, aka without a car, because you dont drive) its hard to get around, nothing is close enough to get by in foot (due to the fact that the town has no cellular service). This place overall was great, good rooms, good service from everyone, and the restraunt was good. Restraunt prices are crazy cheaper than what I thought (FYI I come from NYC where I pay mostly $15-20 mininum a plate on the usual) and serves breakfast, and dinner (which was convinient for my non car issue). Indoor poor/Jacuzzi was awesome!!! Gym was super clean! Theres a spa too, but never visited, seemed interesting though.

First The back entrance door was accessible without any type of security. Anyone could park in the back who was not staying in the hotel and no one would be any wiser. But the last straw was when a bus parked in the back at 12 am with new guests. First the new guests were very loud getting in at that time. Then the bus would not turn the engine off until around 3 am. I called the main desk at 1am and complained and at the desk I was told there was nothing they could do because only one person was working at that time. There is some crazy issue with security in that place. Then the bus turned on its engine once again at 6am. Needless to say we checked out at 8:00am the place was too loud to sleep. It’s unfortunate to say that the pictures posted of the rooms are very deceiving! I had picked out the exterior king parlor with a jacuzzi and once arrived I was very disappointed to see that the tub wasn’t even big enough for two people. The bathroom as a whole looked more spacious online than in person. For two days I have been finding bugs in the room due to a gap between the top of the door and the frame. The bath robes were never provided, and the bed felt like a stone tablet. The food in the steakhouse is over priced and not much to choose from. In order to get food you have to drive 10+ miles into another town. No microwave. The WiFi never connected to our phones so we couldn’t even use it, it would constantly disconnect. The only real parking is one guest parking lot away from all the rooms which are located on a hill. Therefore you would have to lug all your belonging up the hill and into your room. Other option would be to park in the grass next to your room with the potential that it can get hit by another car because of tight roads. There are no lights on the road and its unsafe at night. Don’t waste your time or money!!

Managers are clueless. Item, was stolen from my room. I called and the manager said ii was threatening his staff. LOL my words were not threatening. I recorded all my conversations and will take to a lawyer.I told them i work for Wells Fargo and were planning a place to book for XMAS party. I dont think they can handle the load of that many people. Mt Airy Casino here we come.We felt like we were nt cared for since they should have blocked off the hotel for a special Jewish party. All the people that werent part of this i believe were 10 couple received the same treatment. This is unfair and they should do better when booking and cancelling sections of Resort.

Staying here for mothers day weekend. Drove 2 hours with my kids and they told me the lounge opens at 4:00 and the steakhouse opens at 5:00. Well 5:15 and we are still waiting for them to open. The main office told me they were waiting on a bar tender and if we want to go somewhere else. Not pleasant.

This place, while close to Bushkill falls and having plenty of on site and off site activities to do, was just plain not that great. The rooms are stale and just plain outdated. The mattress springs sqeuak way too loud (also so does every door). And you can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms and hallway.I probably wont stay here again.

This is a best kept secret in Bushkill Falls. This location is up to date and modernized. The staff was friendly and well prepared to answer our questions, as well as took as much time that was needed to provide us a tour of their facility. I put one star because I cannot put none. The place is a Jewish breeding place. Towel smells and bathrobes are ancient. The room is cold. On Memorial Day weekend the outdoor pool had a dead raccoon in it and maybe 30 gallons of brown water. For 300$ a night? Find another place

Bushkill Inn and conference center is a great place to really get away from it all. It is a fair distance from everything surrounding it and there are many activities to do such as paintball, hiking, stargazing, boating, walking under the falls etc. When staying at Bushkill, my group of 50 guests requested that we all be located together as much as possible, unfortunately we were fairly spread out and were not all right next to each other as requested. The lounge and the steakhouse can be quite pricy but you will not be disappointed with the quality of the service at either of these. Overall I would rate Bushkill Inn and conference center a 4 out of 5 stars.

I was extremely disappointed in the hotels staff and service ...after I checked out I noticed I forgot my bag with 500$ in the room hidden.I called them and they sent someone immediately and said they didn’t find anything .... I told them to check again in the exact spot behind the couch that I hid it .They then found it and sent it back to me through ups with the money gone .When I contacted the hotel they didn’t help /compensate me with anything .They were unprofessional ,denied anything and didn’t agree to look into the cameras even though they have on every floor .It was obvious the money was taken out after they found it . I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst and it’s the first time money was stolen from my hotel room.Im writing this review only because I’ve contacted the owner of the hotel to no avail.I don’t recommend anyone stay here .
