I just in came into this shop about 45 minutes ago (5/7/23, 17:30), and had an AMAZING experience. I initially called this shop (after a recommendation from Race Street Vapes) looking for a replacement part for my SMOK X-Priv vape mod. They said they didnt have it available, but their sister shop on Pearl Ave did. So I set up with the Pearl location to come in today, but I ended up here because I apparently dont know how to read 🥴Despite showing up at the wrong place because of my own stupidity and lack of reading comphrension skills, this shop STILL went out of their way to help me. They went so far as to pull the part off of a display model, and let the other location know that I wasnt coming in because they had gotten me settled. If you want high quality customer service, I highly recommend this shop!!! They are so friendly, so helpful, and so patient with even the most braindead of customers (me!). I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name, he was awesome. This was quite the drive for me (I live in Sunnyvale) but I am VERY glad I came in here, and I would come back in a heart beat should I need to replace my current model mod, buy a new model, or make any other vape purchases. 1000/10 highly recommend, please give these folks your business. Great store, been semi-following for years at the south San Jose location but since SJ sucks and implemented the ban, been going here. Dude who works the counter is great and informative. Recommend going here for your vape needs!
