I’ve been going to Massage Envy Campbell for about 6 months and I’ve had a pretty good experience up until now. Yesterday, when I went to check out they told me I owed a $30 “market rate adjustment” above and beyond my membership. They’ve never charged me that before and didn’t tell me about their policy change prior to receiving my service. The front desk person insisted I owed the money and they have the right to change the charges at any time. That’s fine, but I need to know before I get the service if you’re going to charge a different price. She refused to waive the fee and charged the credit card without my consent. So much for my relaxing massage! I’ll never go back there. What terrible business practices!

Had a massage last week by a guy that very clearly had ZERO massage training. What a waste of money and time. Super frustrating. He had no idea how muscles connected to each other and often stopped right when he got to the part that was actually hurting. I asked for deep tissue, which should be slow and painful, but what I got was weird fast pressure that rocked my whole body but healed nothing. And though I told them about the issue at checkout, they did nothing to rectify. I would not roll the dice here. Book at a reputable spot with trained therapists. I tried to do research on my therapist and found out Massage Envy does not post their actual bios or background. Hmmmm......Not so reputable.

Same experience. It’s hard to cancel a membership. It took me months. Then they don’t wanna refund me bc they don’t have any proof. They don’t have proof bc they never responded or followed up with me after I contacted them several times

Had the Massage Envy membership cancelled after relocating away from this location. They continue to charge my credit card after multiple attempt to contact the manager, but the manager is never available. I am back charging my credit card every month, and I suggest others in my situation to do the same. If you are thinking about signing up for new membership, google Massage Envy class action lawsuit before you do.

They are short staffed but this place is never lacking on their customer service skills. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. I have been a member for about 5 years. I really liked Paul. Staffing has changed but nevertheless they are always impressing me and are always striving to improve their quality of service. I forgot the name of the therapist that worked on me. He did an amazing job. The receptionist was so polite and helpful to answer all of my questions and give a recommendation for a new service they have.As always thank you Massage Envy Campbell for continuing to provide the service that keeps me coming back for more! ❤️

My experience at the Campbell location of Massage Envy has been fantastic. The receptionist is very accommodating and coordinates with my busy schedule. Most importantly, I continue to book appointments at this location because of massage therapist David Le. He has been instrumental in relieving a chronic shoulder/ neck pain I’ve been trying to get under control. I highly recommend this location ~ S Nelson

I booked my first massage after giving birth 4 weeks ago. I went online and there were no options to book any sort of special postpartum massage nor was there anything that suggested I required a special massage so I booked a standard massage.  It was supposed to be one of my first outtings for myself after having my baby. When I arrived, the woman at the counter asked standard questions about changes to my health.  I told her I had given birth 4 weeks ago. She then said she didnt have a therapist on staff that could service me because I required a special massage and then called someone to confirm this was true.  She didnt apologize for the inconvenience or try to accommodate me in anyway. She just said I had to reschedule for another day. When I asked her if this was a legal requirement that I do a special massage she claimed it was.  She was unwilling to work with me and was completely inconsiderate of the fact that I had to arrange babysitting to come out there for an hour. She didnt care that I left the place in tears. This was a terrible customer experience for me. I felt discriminated against and denied services as a recently pregnant person and a new mother. I question the legality of this practice and will look into it. Either way, as someone who has used Massage Envy for years, I will not do so again.

I had an issue with this location but the management team, Jillian, really did go above and beyond to see that the matter was attended to.I have heard good things about this location and I am sure it is a great massage envy. Located inside the Pruneyard Center, allow extra time to park and walk to courtyard area (where the massage envy is located).

Been going here for years, the pandemic has really hit staffing hard. My 2 fave Massage Therapists left.Advice: be extremely explicit if booking on what your priorities are -- I asked for deep tissue sports massage and got a glorified $25 foot massage

David is my new massage therapist and I had a wonderful first session with him. I will miss Aziah, who is taking a break while going to school, as she really understood my massage needs and took the time to learn about my various health and pain issues. Both these massage therapists I highly recommend.

Most pathetic branch. I am a regular customer of one of their aesthetician, Shawn. I came from Cupertino branch to this branch because Shawn moved. Shawn is a great aesthetician so this 1 star is actually coz of him.I had a facial and a body massage booked with this branch back to back so that I dont have to go twice. They called me to reschedule/cancel the appointment coz Shawn had to take an emergency off. My facial was with Shawn and body massage with someone else. I told them to book me for next Friday for both the services. They are like, for Shawn we will reschedule, but for the body massage we will deduct 50% of the fee since the appoint is already confirmed. How fair is that? I have cancelled my membership with them coz this is not the first time.This is not all, they did not let me use the outstanding 2 hours of service. Unfortunately because your membership is suspended, you cant use those hours. You have to pay the full price.

Tonight I hired a babysitter so I could get a deep tissue massage. I was really looking forward to this since I just moved from across country and have been under a great deal of stress. After looking forward to this appointment for over a week, I show up on time and try to check in. Turns out someone randomly cancelled my appointment. The girl at the front desk (one of the dumbest Ive encounter in a while) tells me I must have cancelled it. Um, no. Shes says theres indication that I communicated with someone over the phone. Um, no. She laughs and says sometimes this happens with trainees. Really funny. I ask what she can do to make it right. She says rebook your appointment. Later jerks.

My husband and I do couples massages and have our favorite therapists, sometimes scheduling can be difficult when trying to get two of them together but it works more often than not. Terry is great for lite to medium pressure and Paul is good for medium to deep. Both are very fluid in their technique and good at what they do.

Terrible customer service, dirty lobby with used plastic half empty glasses, and empty wrappers on the counter. The attendant asked several times for my name and could not find my appointment even after they took my credit card number, phone and email on the phone when I made my appointment. The girl was sitting with her leg up on the chair, looked dirty and unprofessional. The massage therapist never showed, so no massage for me.

They cancel on me 1 out of every 3 massages I book. I ask for concentration on my feet and neck and they spend 40 mins or more on my back.
