Horrible experience. I purchased the scrub and massage. I have previously had a body scrub and massage at another spa. They do the scrub, have you rinse off in the shower, and they change the sheets. The way you guys have designed the scrub leaves the guest laying in body scrub in their sheets for the entirety of the massage. The massage I got felt unorganized and like I was being rubbed the whole time. At one point I nearly asked to stop the session I was increasingly more frustrated as it went on. I came to relax and I left pissed that I paid to lay in scrub and get rubbed for 90 minutes. The only part of that was halfway decent was the face massage part and she kept getting product in my eyelashes and on my lips.I arrived early. My session started late and ended on time, so what was supposed to be 90 minutes ended up being closer to 80. As I was trying to leave the receptionist asked me to sign the waiver AFTER my massage because while I was sitting and waiting for 10 minutes prior to the massage she forgot about it.

I had a Custom Organic Facial with Carolina and I absolutely loved the experience! It was incredibly relaxing and I almost fell asleep at multiple points throughout the facial. I appreciated how personalized the facial was to my skin. It is a little pricier than other places I have been to that use the exact same products, but a good once in a while treat!

This location is convenient for me. The environment is quiet, clean and welcoming. My Esthetician Caroline is absolutely the best. I feel so comfortable with her and the care she takes to discuss my needs and what she will be doing. I will continue to come here bi-monthly and receive an exceptional facial from Caroline.

I have had a facial with Jun a few times and she never disapoints! She is the best esthetician I have ever frequented. I refered two of my friends to Jun and now they are also regular clients. We just love her! I will definitely keep coming back to see Jun and will always refer her to anyone looking to have a spa services to her. The facilities are super clean and the reception area is cozy. Thank you to Jun and Touch to Heal Spa, Im a very happy customer!

Danjiels deep tissue massages are absolutely incredible! Hes the best masseuse Ive ever had. He finds your stiff/knotty areas and works them right out. I always feel so relaxed after..like butter.

Sooo this is place is ridiculous. I had a terrible experience trying to book massages (4 to be exact) for my birthday earlier this month and they were NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL! I didnt care to go back because of their poor customer service but my sister asked me to book a massage for her and my parents so I did online, under my account and they called me to cancel. In their words, Weve saw that you left a negative review and so we feel this is not the Spa for you instead of making things right with a repeat customer they doubled down on their terrible customer service. I dont understand what kind of business theyre running here. Definitely beyond disappointment and angry that I would even waste my time with these people.

Really great spa. It has a wonderful relaxation area - one to the left of the front desk where you can have some drinks while you wait and fill out a reflection journal, the second one is a bit more private, it’s to the right of the front desk and you can chill there after you receive your services. This place has a nice, clean sauna. It’s small - so it fits 1 or two smaller frame people. I’ve enjoyed their massage and facial services. Their skincare line is pleasant as well.

Had a couples massage here and thought the massages we received was average. My specific lady barely spoke English. I specifically asked one of the areas to focus on is my feet and she skipped it entirely. Her technique was okay. Used lots of elbow for a Swedish massage. Kept speaking Chinese and laughed at me when I asked if I can have the bed hotter, which is unprofessional. Their venue is very clean, nice, and relaxing, but overall the massage experience didn’t match the premium price tag charged.

Cannot recommend enough! My husband and I did the couples reconnect package, well worth the price. We both felt so pampered and serene afterward!Facilities were very clean and accommodating. Parking garage located in the building. And our massage therapists did an amazing job on our sore tired muscles. My therapist even incorporated body stretching!Hope to return next time we are in the area 🩵

Very bad experience at this spa.I had called in prior as I am out of country and wanted to know if the massage therapists were certified and if I could claim with my insurance. She said I would be able to, but I would have to submit the insurance receipt myself, which was fine.Got to the location and received a 60 minute massage, which, to be frank wasnt very good.They had then sent the receipt to my email, which again, I confirmed if I could use to claim through insurance, which they said yes to.My insurance company needed more information (ie. massage therapist registration number and practitioner ID), which was not on the email receipt they sent me.Upon following up via email, I was informed All our therapists are certified by CMTC. However, we dont work with insurance companies and dont have any numbers associated with them.Ultimately, very disappointed. Please train your staff so they dont lie to your customers that will now need to foot the bill.Thanks,

The place is very clean and looks pretty new. Had booked a couples massage, very spacious room. Added the hot stone option but felt that it was very distracting since the masseur had to frequently replace the hotstones from the heater in the middle of the massage. Overall, a very good experience.

A great experience several months ago. A great deep tissue massage that left me feeling great for almost 4 months. My massage therapist listened to me, and did an amazing job. Relaxing place as well, with a nice room to spend a few minutes in before you leave as well.

It was my first massage ever and the person who did my massage made me feel very comfortable. She told me that if at any moment I wasn’t comfortable to let her know. The room was very clean and the music was very peaceful. I really enjoyed my first massage here and would definitely go back.

I loved both the treatments Ive gotten so far (Gemstone Gua Sha Facial and Autumn Spice treatment), they were great. The private infrared sauna is a really nice touch. Reception is wonderful, everyone Ive interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. Lastly, it being so quick and easy to book online is super convenient.

My spa services were wonderful and so relaxing! The massage therapist and aesthetician were both great! I’ll definitely be back!

Incredible massage from Lena! I could definitely feel the difference and my body felt relaxed. I also was impressed with her knowledge of the body. I felt comfortable with her and I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. I look forward to working with her again.Would highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience. The therapist took multiple breaks and ended the session on time, even after starting late and taking breaks. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with their service, they were not polite in handling this. Customer service could be better, and I dont recommend anybody going here.

A bad experience with the front desk. Double charged tips on the gift card and credit card. When I called, the person started throwing out excuses and lying about not being able to credit back (credit card directly charged from this business). Funny thing is she then wanted to switch topic and blame me for not wanting to give tips. I wanted to ensure tips and thats why I followed up explicitly as the front desk didnt mention it during checkout. Not a trustful place.

We arrived early by accident, so they gave us extra time in the relaxation room. Our masseuses were professional, respectful, and gave extra attention to our high stress points. Cannot give a high enough rating, guess Ill settle for 5 stars.

This is my preferred spa in the south bay. Everyone there is very warm, welcoming and focused on providing a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Its kinda easy to miss it if you are just driving by on Winchester, but its really nicely decorated inside and, most importantly, exceptionally clean and well kept. They are great with scheduling too, even if its just for a quick mid-week sauna. I highly recommend Touch To Heal if you are looking to get rid of some stress and just have some chill time.

The spa that I have been going to for about 20 years just closed a couple of weeks ago. I was devastated as it was my special retreat away from everything. I had seen this newer spa often while driving by and saw the good yelp reviews. Two days ago I went in for a massage, dry brush and facial package. Best decision ever!! I normally request a female masseuse but decided to take the available appointment with Juan. I quickly realized how experienced he is in massage therapy. I had booked a deep tissue massage and he was great at communicating and adjusting pressure as necessary. Im a tiny bit reluctant to rave about Juan because I dont want him to get completely booked up and not be able to accommodate me. However, he deserves a 5 star rating as his massage skills are excellent. Trust me - you wont be disappointed. On the facial side, Lena was my esthetician. She has years of experience under her belt and that was clear when she addressed my skin type and customized my facial. She is incredibly talented and professional as well. When I came home I felt like my skin was radiant and glowing. Sasha at the front desk was also quite accommodating and provided good customer service. She was helpful in explaining packages, products and her personality is perfect for greeting valued spa guests. I highly recommend this spa for all of your pampering needs. On one last note...the products used in the spa and sold in their retail area are also very high quality. Luxury at its best!

Do not book a massage at this place! Terrible cancellation policy. I had to cancel due to illness and they still charge you for 50% of the service. Basically, this establishment encourages their patrons to come in when they are sick, instead of rebooking for another time. It feels like Im being punished for doing the right thing and staying home when Im sick. Needless to say they have lost my business.

A great place to be spoiled and to relax. The spa has a very soothing environment - they have a quiet and comfortable relaxation room for before and after your treatment. Everyone was super friendly and always smiling and the place was very clean. The therapist made sure to ask questions about injuries and trouble spots and pressure levels. If you have extra time try to also book the infrared sauna!

Today was the first time I did a 30 minute infared sauna session. It was amazing. Came out feeling relaxed and my skin tingling in a good way. Tatiana was amazing with the service and very pleasant to talk to. I will be back soon.

Great service. Hidden gem. Came here to try their Infrared Sauna, one of the few places in the South Bay that offers it. Left rested and re-energized. Will def come back and try other services.

What a lovely place and amazing massage! Fabiola was so wonderful and it was one of the best massages I have ever had- not to mention she was super experienced and a super sweetie! Highly recommend Touch to Heal and definitely ask for Fabiola!

Booked because I saw it online that they were having a special and I knew that area and it doesn’t hard to get to on the weekends or find parking. I absolutely loved it. It was amazing.

My massage and facial by Kelsey were excellent. The spa is clean and relaxing. The products are gentle and I was told vegan. The only reason I did not give it a five star is I wished they had more services :)

I had a teen facial with Lena. I was a bit hesitant about getting a facial, but when I went I felt super safe after entering!COVID:- No one else was in the waiting room- I had a mask on at all times besides the time I was getting my facial- I was required to wash my hands- My room had an air purifier- Esthetician was wearing an N95- Entire place was super clean.+ So many other things I cannot list them. Look at their website to see a full COVID precautions.FACIAL:The facial itself was an amazing experience. Lena did a great job doing everything I asked. She was also there to inform me on how I can take care of my skin better and recommended products. Overall, if you can get an appointment here, I would recommend going :)

Had several terrible interactions with the team members there regarding my appointment. After being told the team member would connect with the manager and speak with they did not. I then found from my email, my appointment cancelled and charged for a mistake that was on their end for booking. If I could score it lower, I would.Afterwards they cancelled my appointment without calling me back and charged me for 50%. I called back several times and left a message without a response.

Thu and Euriel are incredible. They never rushed us and consulted where our problem areas were. Ive never had a better massage. Thu is the one to go to if you want a female massage therapist wholl work on your body the way you want and provide you excellent service and immense consideration. If you are good with a male massage therapist, or need someone who can for sure dig into those knots and really give you the massage you need, Euriel is your guy. Ive never seen my spouse so comfortable during the consultation. Euriel was literally the only one that was able to get into the knots in his body and actually give him a deep tissue massage. Overall, Im over the moon with our experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have been going to touch to heal spa since it opened. They have created a wonderful, relaxing and friendly atmosphere here. I usually do 90 minute massages with hot stones and I always leave completely relaxed. I highly recommend them!

Rebecca is very welcoming! This is their new & better location from Forest Ave in San Jose. Plenty of parking spaces, good schedule & hours. Membership pricing are reasonable. Therapists Patty, Brian, Amy & Gigi are awesome👍🏽

Massage therapist spoke little English!When asked for a Swedish massage (soft, restorative) I received the opposite.I left after 30 minutes having booked a 90 minute appointment.First time for everything. Maybe I was unlucky.

I just went today with my husband and the experience was being nice, we took a couple massage and then sauna, the massage was good and effective, the sauna was also good but in the end after we paid the receptionist got upset and told us that we increase the time of the sauna, they put the sauna for 33 minutes and then we increased 2 more minutes and for those 2 minutes she came and told me that they were late for the next appointment, we took a shower after the sauna and we dressed that took us 15 minutes, so what we want to say is that if they schedule the appointment so close to one another then they should have scheduled better, we didn’t know they had an appointment just after 15 minutes of our sauna, if they told us this before, then we could have left before the next appointment, the end of the experience was a little bit sour

It is over priced massage place with sub par massage services. Basically similar to walk in massage service but triple the price.

I love the sound healing and meditation class, I look forward to it every week! Rebecca provides an awesome and calming experience every time. I highly recommend it!
