Stopped in today on 420 to pick up some hemp wraps after my visit to AYR Cannabis dispensary and they were having an amazing sale on all of their glass products in bundles!

Hands down, the BEST vape shop in town. Spend half the price here for the same products! Selection is massive, and its rare that they dont have what youre looking for. This is without a doubt, my go to vape shop in town. Ive tried many others but they pale in comparison.Also, its nice to give your phone number. You accumulate rewards quickly which can get you extra discounts and/or free products.✌🏼

I had emailed Tom about my horrible customer experience here and still no response!! This location tries to sell items with less product and quality for more, simply because they cannot scan it. Furthermore there ID laws go against the current state regulations. And seeing as I havent received a response from management after more than a week it appears like they dont care if they overcharge customers or go against state law so...dont go there!!?

First off, most of the staff are nice and try to be helpful but the shop has gone down hill considerably over the past few years.They used to carry a huge selection of vape mods, tanks, and juice. They’ve shifted nearly all of their vape mods to be all in one which highly limits your options and now they don’t even carry most coils for the pieces they do sell. Every other local store has access so it isn’t a supply chain issue.I’ve also experienced buying juice only to get home and see that it’s a completely different juice in the box. When I called to see if I could come back and swap it out I was treated like I was trying to pull one over on them and they wouldn’t exchange it.If you still choose to shop here then check any purchases throughly before you leave the store.

Julian really went above an beyond just a few minutes ago ...I had what I considered a pretty big problem with a product I bought from another location. Julian did an acted in the professional manner I would expect given the situation. I hate to tarnish a good review but I have had other problems in the past, and was told sorry for my luck. I truly hope he sticks around, because managerial skills such as his will help untarnish the reputation a few bad characters give this company thank you so much again Julian!!!! This location did not ID me, I went back in because the new disposable vape that I bought was burnt. They did not honor it, I had to buy another one, they didnt ID me a second time.

My boyfriend and I have been in this shop multiple times. We’ve never had a bad experience. However, today was an exceptionally good trip to king vape. The young lady, Becca, helped us out. She provided us with a lot of knowledge and had no problem answering all the questions we had. She was great!!

This place is so great!! Whenever i come into this shop, Becca is usually working. She is one of the sweetest, most helpful employee! She’s also great with regular conversation; jokes always up her sleeve. she’s so pretty.

Always a pleasant experience coming into the shop to buy accessories I need for my mod and so much more. These guys are extremely knowledgeable about every type of mod, vape juice, you name it. Even though masks are a thing now in the New norm you can still see that they always have a smile on their faces and greet you when you walk in the door. Always an excellent experience at this store, because of the customer service! I didnt like the business at all until I visited this location because of other recommendations by friends, maybe because Im older? not sure but they have a good vibe and I feel like I get treated like a customer should be. Also, a nice variety of products! For me this location has much better customer service than the Santa Barbara location which I have gone to and always feel like I dont want to come back.

I bought a 5 pack of leaves for 20$ and they had mold and I’m 90% sure there fake cause the packaging a different color then normal and when I buy the box off of the website their all fresh and it took 3 packs of exchanging bags to even get fresh ones and they were evenly uncut which is very weird I think there selling fake loose leafs

I love this shop. Employees are always helpful and the products are top notch. I like how they have a rewards program so you can get discounts. Matt is my favorite though. He knows me by name and always has a big friendly smile. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a real friendly helpful experience.

The shop is great, has many different options. However the only complaint I have my husband bought 2 cbd vapes from there and within 2-3 days they stopped working. He tried to go back in and show them and they werent willing to do anything about it. There should be some sort of policy if something stops working within a few days of purchase. Buying a vape for $60 for it to stop charging or the pen to leak out? I understand you buy these from another company but atleast replace it or give a discount for another one. Other than that the shop is good, and most vapes have worked well to the very end.

Ive gone here for various items and have a rewards account with them. I spent $59.83 cents my most recent visit, entered my phone number beforehand so I could get my points. Upon retrieval of my receipt the Customer Name was not of mine, so i told Graham, the employee listed on the receipt that I didnt get my reward points, even checked them by entering my phone number again on their tablet. He told me, Oh, sorry man theres nothing I can do about that.I checked in for a reason and you gave my points to another customer, and didnt care that I didnt get them, horrible customer service. I would have returned my stuff if sales werent final. He just didnt want to deal with having to figure it out or give a solution.If I cant get my points then theres no point in coming here, it was the one thing I loved about The King of Vape. Itll be my last visit here, its filled with people who really just dont care about their customers and are too busy eating pizza on the counter.

Geoff & Joey are simply AMAZING!I had a box full of errant parts, some broken, some mismatched, had no idea what went with what or how to take them apart or put them back together. It was like a mad puzzle.Although they were extremely busy, they found the time to solve the puzzle & to teach me (AGAIN) how everything goes together & how it all works.I cannot say enough great things about these guys. They are extremely kind & patient & they have great senses of humor.They also maintain a high level of professionalism within a relaxed (& actually kinda fun) atmosphere.Go meet them! King of Vape has always been our favorite store since we first found it a couple of years ago. The other stores just don’t touch their large selection of premium juices and large in stock vapes and mods. And their staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. My latest experience was with Geoff and he spoke with me for over an hour and a half to help me find a new vape and wanted to make sure it had everything I wanted and I was happy with it. He was very patient with all of my questions and even my indecisiveness. He went above and beyond and I can’t wait to go back again! Thank you so much for all your help and we’ll see you soon!!!!

Went to purchase cbd; did pick one out after conversation given a price for and agreed in purchasing. upon payment, i realized for $53.00 there were only 14 pills in the bottle! i brought that to the clerks attention and felt that was not reasonable. he had not even given me change yet and informed me it was too late to cancel transaction. (1) i had not taken possession of it yet and (2) no even received my change back.i felt in questioning the product he should have advised the quantity differential for the product i will shop elsewhere where the value of the consumer is far more important than the value of the sale.

I am a first time CBD user. I walked in a little hesitant because I don’t know much about it. Julian approached me & helped me by asking me questions like what brought me in etc to help find the one that would be best for me. After his help, I left with some great product & would recommend this place to anyone due to the great customer service and their huge selection.

My husband, Michael goes here all the time. Today he went in because his mipod was defective and stopped working. Dean and Gonzi were fantastic. He didnt have the original box with him but They made a quick call to the manager to get the ok to replace it free of charge without the box. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly service.

Julian was very kind and informative. He helped up decide what was the best vape option for someone in the process of quitting smoking who isn’t quite used to the way a vape hits.

Dont do business here, they sell you the wrong product them refuse to give you a refund or give you the exact brand of the product you purchased because conveniently that brand isnt made for your vape. Well its not the fault of the consumer who relies on the expert advice from the people who work here and are suppose to know the products they sell. King of Vape you just lost my business. Back to the Vape Store where the employees are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and offer unwavering customer support.**UPDATE**After writing this review I was contacted by the store, they told me they had over charged me for the coils I had to exchange and ask me to return to the store and get a refund plus they offered me a 50% discount on my purchase. I greatly appreciate them resolving this issue for me.

Never been to this store until today and I was very impressed with the massive variety of vapes and juices. One of the employees named smith was a huge help to my wife and I with our search for a good vape. He was super knowledgeable with the different products and we enjoyed the smooth and friendly process purchasing our new vapes! The prices for this store are by far way better than any store I’ve been to so we will definitely be back!

Sold a broken pipe for 150$. Refused to budge on policies that only benefit the business if your product is my problem when I walk out the door they should probably ensure they sell quality product. I won’t spend any more money here. Buyer beware check your glass before you leave.

The most friendly and the most convenient place for any vape/glass need that you have. I recently came into an issue with some hardware that Id purchased the day before, Dean and Steven where incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place more!

Ive been a customer of king of vape for a while now. They have a good selection of juice. But I warn you do not buy any equipment in this place. If you buy a mod, charger or even a coil and it malfunctions they will not replace or refund. Ive recently had a charger burn out after less then a month. I was told they could do nothing for me. Now just today I went in and got a coil. Well the coil was bad, instead of replacing a 5 dollar coil the employee tries to tell me all the ways it could be my fault. Seems silly to risk losing a customer that shops regularly at the shop over replacing a coil. I may have to think twice about shopping there again.

I bought a smoke v8 from this place 8 days ago never worked right from day 1 they said bring it in well look at it and exchange it but we have to talk to the manager in Port Charlotte first.. well long story short they made every excuse in the book and wouldnt exchange it. I live in east Fort Myers and the drive is worth it!! All of the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful!! Several of the other vape stores DO NOT keep themselves stocked with the vape juices as well as The King of Vape on del Prado does.

All them employees go above and beyond for your every need, and always try to help find everything suited for your needs!!! Im new to the area and really was just looking for the closest easiest place to get butane for my torch. At first when I walked in I thought it was a really nice Vape shop; but didnt think they would have what I needed. I know I looked lost, but I was immediately greeted by both friendly staff. I was excited to see they not only had butane but a very high quality one for a low price. Then I saw a little tin that had hard candy lozenges made with nano thc, cbd, cbg. Well I hadnt used my medical Marijuana all day it was late afternoon and I was feeling super anxious. So I decided to try them. I popped one in as soon as I walked out the door, and honestly I was feeling slightly more calm before I even finished dissolving it. I had to wait 15mins for an Uber, so I popped another one in my mouth and let it dissolve under my tongue and by time my ride got there I was completely relaxed. I Absolutely love them, and will be using these as my emergency anxiety med. I highly recommend. Beautiful atmosphere tons of Vaporizer products and a nice section for smoke or Dab needs. ✌💚

The first time I went in there was fine. The guy helped me get a new tank because Im from out of town and they didnt have any of my normal coils. So I got a new tank and I like it. The problem is that the new tank wouldnt open at all. I brought it back to see if someone could help me and they told me I was out of luck. The guy the second time I went (which was the next day) was different from the first visit. He said it comes apart which I know it is supposed to but it wouldnt. I used plyers and everything I could think of and it wouldnt come apart. He tried and couldnt get it. I know all sales are final but it was new and I had it less than 24 hours and he wouldnt even give me a new one. I just wanted one that worked right. He was very rude. I spend a lot of money of vape stuff and if I was helped in the right way I would have gone back there again. Im disappointed that I have a new tank and I cant even use it.

Let me say first I have lived nearby for 4 years and have EXCLUSIVELY shopped here for all my vape needs and have purchased probably over a thousand dollars of product before.Today I purchased a 4 dollar wrap and when I got to my car I noticed it was crushed. I took it back in to exchange and was told they don’t exchange those products and I was stuck with it. Wouldn’t even let me swap it for a fresh one. I’ll be thinking long and hard before going back in here

I recently visited The King of Vape store on Del Prado across from Caloosa Middle School seeking a Puff Bar or two. The guy who helped me was named Julian. Not only did he give me some insight on the different flavor profiles of the Puff Bars that were in stock he also talked to me about the different variations of CBD gummies and other CBD products. We also had touched base on the use of a CBD edibles that were dog friendly, talking about how it helps with older dogs with arthritis and other health issues. My 5 minute stop and go turned into a 30 minute conversation about CBD and it’s effects and benefits for the body. I’ll definitely be going back to this store just to solely see him and get my products with confidence in the company which I’m buying from. 10/10 to that guy there. He’s really doing his job right and is very knowledgeable of the products in which he is selling. Most definitely will be going back for all of my CBD, Vape, and Tobacco products.

So we all agree that we do not need another vape shop in SW Florida, there is one on every corner. This Gem, however is worth the extra mile or so, because they go the extra mile. There was a bearded boy who claimed to be the manager of the store. while attending to another client I observed that there were several vapes in the counter and I assumed it was to be tested. grabbed a vape and turned it on and the manager got brave about it. Hey!! If you don’t want the costumer touch your products don’t place them on the counters. I was about to buy one vaper to try it, but because of his reaction I just decided to left the store. Not recommended at all!!!!!

Absolutely trash they are judge mental and don’t even know what there talking about. I’ve had several pieces and products absolutely go to waste, and be sadly very cheap from this place. They don’t let you return or exchange what they sold you which they promised and reassured it was going to fit and it was going to work but they were wrong everytime I don’t know if I’ve just encountered the rude people who work there but it absolutely disgusts me how their customer service is and how disposable their products are........

With the help of Geoff and Jacob, my boyfriend and I were able to get a product called King Kalm CBD, doggie CBD, for our 15 year old Jack Russell thats been having some anxiety issues. Hes been put on so many different meds that just havent helped him. We got our bottle last night and went right ahead and dosed Brutus. Im amazed at how quickly this stuff worked! Brutus, the dog, who whines constantly all day and night, hasnt whined uncontrollably since his first dose. Its now the next day and he is doing great! Very happy with this product. Thanks Geoff for all the info, and Jacob too for the great customer service. Well be back for our next bottle soon.

Overall great experience unfortunately this last time we were in there the associate working sold us 1.2ohm coils and said they would work just fine in our kangertech subbox mini c which takes 0.5ohm coils lesson learned and also they sold me a tank that nobody not even they carry the coil for it... But overall and excellent store choice and i will continue to use them as long as they have what i need

Had absolutely little to no knowledge about CBD and Julian over at The King of Vape got me the knowledge i needed and hooked me up with one of the best CBD drops i have ever had the selection is amazing cant wait to try them all!

After spending $300 there I know now we were lied to twice. First we were told 6mg was the highest nicotine you can get,which we were told by another store is common now with the smaller stores. The guy working also told us you cant sample them anywhere and that the law was changed. Which also isnt true. I understand having to compete but now you lost my business for being dishonest.

They have the best selection of ejuices around at reasonable prices. I use to shop Naples Vapor until I showed up at the King of Vape. Great employees that are knowledgeable and very helpful when you let them know what your looking for. You wont be disappointed.

I really hate giving a 1 star because I have been going to the king of vape for years but this time when I purchased a vape system, they told me if there was any issues with it then to bring it back. It started leaking so I brought it back and they wanted me to buy a new pod for the smok trinity even though its been less then a month. All they could say is I would have to buy a new pod and see if it still leaks. I shouldnt have to spend more money on a brand new system. I wasted my time to drive over there to be told they couldnt do anything.

Love this shop. It’s clean and the customer service is the best. They will answer all your vape questions with out making you feel stupid.

STAY AWAY! Owner is a wanna-be bully and is awful. Bought $250 of merchandise and one of the vaporizers that they opened in store did not have a working tank as advertised and he would not let me return it until I had to fight and be refused and insulted. He also threatened to throw me out of the store for sarcasm even after I explained that my mom was waiting at home with terminal cancer. I originally went there to get her cbd oil to help her pain and anxiety. I had to wait for almost an hour to resolve this because my ride had to go give my mom the oil while this super unethical owner refused to let me return the vape when it had never left the store. He eventually did but I think that was the only time he actually did the right thing in his life after about an hour plus ordeal. STAY AWAY!!

I was beyond frustrated with my new device & burning coils too soon. I’ve been Vaping for years & couldn’t figure out what was up. Jimmy said come in & he would help me figure it out. He watched how I vaped, how hard I dragged it & knew exactly what what up. I needed a different coil based on how I vaped my new device. I was ecstatic. This cape store is awesome! They have a wide selection of vapors and CBD oil, edibles and dabs. King Vape has sales and when you buy stuff it goes on a point system so you get discounts or free fluid. It is my favorite store!!!

Worst vape shop in cape. They have no knowledge of what they are selling and because one of the employees knew I that I knew that he has no clue what he is talking about he began to be rude at me. Save yourself some time and go shop at the 15 other vape shops in town. They are overpriced and Very rude.

Place is a rip off. Came in the other day and got a cotton candy salt nic, only vape shop that I have been to where you cant smell or actually try the product before you buy it by the way, and it was completely awful. I go into the store thinking they will work with me, they told me they couldnt help me and wouldnt offer a refund or even exchange. Plus they tax their juul pods by $8.

When I went in the girl and guy that were working were awesome (wish I had gotten there names) bought a METAL PIPE yes a metal pipe it fell off a table onto carpet no padding just carpet in sunroom. I was shocked never had metal break, so I called today 7/22/17 at about 1230pm the gentlemen who answered the phone said word for word we dont back our products, now I mentioned about the vaporizer I was gonna order when I got home to North Carolina, and was educated on the cbd oils. He said he could call his manager and call me back , he did , manager says well come on in and buy the vaporizer now and then well replace the METAL PIPE , Im like what ???? I gotta spend more money for you to replace a faulty product you sold me ,lmao no way, so if vaporizer breaks they tell me the same thing. DONT GET SCREWED BY THERE FAULTY PRODUCTS THAT THEY DONT CARE WETHER ITS JUNK OR NOT , THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND THATS ALL .

I will never buy anything from this vape store again. First of all the guy working when I came in was completely rude. And when they didnt even have the coils I wanted he suggested a different one that is awful. Such a waste of money
