Love air, Milly is absolutely fenomenal!! Like I told her at the end of my session, I have not felt this good in ages. She is friendly, listens to your desires & makes sure to hit those spots. Hope there was more than 5 starts to give her.

Never have I ever walked out of a massage before feeling worse and in more pain than I was initially. It was the worse massage I have ever had. The massage therapist (I think her name was Sylvia but not sure ) didnt seem to have any clue of what she was doing which really made me question if she was actually licensed. The front staff was nice and didnt seem very surprised when I shared my poor experience. They did give me a discount but sadly it was not worth the amount of neck pain I have that was not present prior to the abysmal massage. Do not recommend at all.

This was my first time with her and will definitely be going back. Pressure was perfect and she took a lot of time of my knots while making sure the pressure was OK. Highly recommended

I thought my recent Massage went well, just wished I could have received the last 10min of a 90min Massage as Services are not cheap. I also had to pay $30 balance Due upon exit which I thought was too much for a 90min Massage. I pay a $80 Member Fee per Month, and a 90min Massage with no adders is $90 I seen on the site when I got Home. Should have been $10 for remaining Balance. Overcharged $20! Still left a $20 Tip for the Masseuse.

I’m a fitness and dance instructor and I always need a therapist that knows where my tough spots are. Didier is amazing at what he does!! I’m feeling so great!! I’m ready to continue with my activities!! Thank you, Sir!! You are Outstanding!! 🤩👍❤️

Place is awesome. They have different Therapist that can do firm or not as firm whatever your preference, I like firm and I’ve got names in my contact list. I make my appointments with. They have a new therapist named Leanet and she’s very firm, I really liked her.

I have seen Danny twice now and he is phenomenal! He really listens to what I want and slays it! I like that he pays attention to any muscle spasms he finds as he is massaging me and really attempts to get them to simmer down. His deep tissue pressure is amazing! He is firm everywhere that i ask and lighter where i ask. He is a genuinely nice person. I think the fact that he is studying to be a physical therapist has really amped up his game. I am really looking forward to my next appointment with him!

I received a facial by Kelly. She was very knowledgeable about all aspects and benefits of each of the treatments offered by ME. Her technique was gentle and relaxing, and my skin felt nourished afterward. I would definitely ask for Kelly again.

The receptionists were very nice and welcoming! Katana did my facial and it was great! She made me feel comfortable and super relaxed. I would return to receive additional facials from her and would recommend her to others!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! It’s like Jacob knew exactly where my pain was coming from. He really knows his anatomy, which makes him an excellent masseuse. He has a professional way of making it feel comfortable. I will definitely make the trip to see Jacob again..

Had my first Massage with Sylvia yesterday she was awesome! She came in and asked what areas I felt I needed worked on the most and did an amazing job! Would definitely request her for my next one!Hannah who works the front desk deserves a huge shout out. My first appointment was supposed to be at the Pine Island location and when I went there they just stated we don’t have you in our computer called Santa Barbara and sent me there. Santa Barbara did have an appointment for someone with the same name as me but was not me. I was pretty frustrated having to drive all over town but Hannah did the right thing and got me set up with an appointment within the next few days and I was given points towards my massage . It’s sad how the Pine Island location was just sorry we have no appointment for you and Hannah at the Santa Barbara location went above and beyond. Great customer service at the Santa Barbara location is what got me to sign up for a Membership!

Shyanne was excellent. This was my first ever massage and she made me very comfortable. And she is very skilled and uses perfect pressure.New comers yall should go to her for sure

I recently visited MassageEnvy and had a very disappointing experience. The masseuse who attended to me did not seem well trained, which resulted in a less than relaxing session. It was clear that the technique was lacking, and it made the overall experience quite uncomfortable.However, I do want to highlight that the front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional. They were welcoming and helpful, which was a positive note in an otherwise frustrating visit.Overall, while the front desk service was commendable, the quality of the massage itself left much to be desired. I hope MassageEnvy addresses the training of their massage therapists to improve the experience for future clients.

Massage is approximately 45-50 minutes and provider was good. Only downside was wanting to simply pay and leave, yet forced to listen to a forced membership overview, after stating not interested and waiting to finally pay to leave. I assume this is mandated by management. But when a customer says they’re not interested, would like to pay for services and leave that should be the end of the selling pitch.

Milly gave me one of the most relaxing massages Ive ever had. She was firm but gentle. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I was a walk in who needed a massage, hadn’t had one in a long time, I was not a member but now I am, I was greeted by Melanie at the front desk who was over the top friendly & helpful, I also met Telesha who was also the same. My massage therapist was Jacob who was very professional & my massage was fantastic! I have had many massages in my life & his was up there on the top of my list!

Danny is wonderful! He got so many knots out of my back and made me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend. Will definitely book with him in the future 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Nice franchise but I prefer the smaller independent massage places. Feels a little rushed and commercial - not really my thing. Prices are high and staff gets a small cut. Prefer to spend more on the massues and not all the fluff.

I was hoping to get a decent massage with massage envy, I really was hoping for a deep tissue but was told it would be a firm but not deep tissue so I accepted an appointment, hoping that most of the areas the therapist worked on was my back shoulders and neck! I really didn’t receive much of a massage, the therapist was nice but wasn’t very firm, I did tell her it was ok to be firm but didn’t receive what I was hoping to relieve! Hoping to reliever some tension in muscle tissue and got nothing, I still tipped the therapist but I think she might have been new or not skilled with being firm, I’ll have to shop around!

She was experience and gave me a great massage. Diana was excellent but the receptionist that was a girl with light eyes was very rude she told me to shut up when I was talking just 2 minutes very low and when I left she didn’t even say bye . This isn’t a way to greet someone I’ve been a customer with 8 months in massage envy but in miami. I was traveling in Cape Coral that’s why I came here . I hope that me being a Latina isn’t the problem that this is a racist issue

A good massage therapist is quite subjective however Greysis is very very good at her job and listening to you! Highly recommended and it is a bit obvious as she is generally booked up.

Jacob is hands down wonderful. I love how he massages my head and feet and really works out the kinks in my upper back and shoulders. Jacob is always courteous and professional. He is definitely my “GoTo”!

I stand on my feet all day so I deal with everything from feet, back, shoulders, and neck pain that lead to severe headaches. But any time I see Greysis I know I’m in good hands. Best of the best!

Milagros in the ME on Santa Barbara in Cape Coral gives the best facials! My skin feels amazing after she’s done, I’m so relaxed and feel so pampered!

I joined a year ago. Ive had a few massages, microderm and chemical peels. I would say for the price of the facials, go some place else. I mean the ladies that do the stuff are nice and all but I think the facial stuff should be done elsewhere, I saw no difference or improvement oat a hefty price.Most of the front desk staff is amazing. One person has a bit of chip on her shoulder but it could be a personality conflict. It happens. But, I cancelled IN PERSON... and they are still charging me. Now, a month later I have to fill out a cancellation form and they will call me back and tell me when my membership will be cancelled?????? what?? I dont think so.. So if I was reconsidering, I no longer am. Just beware.

Moni was very good and quickly identified areas that needed extra work as well as areas that were painful to the touch! All-in-all, the whole experience from walking into their business to leaving was great! Thank you!

Moni was amazing! I feel less tight in my shoulder and neck than I have in a few months. Firm when needed. She did a wonderful job!

Had the best massage with Didier. I’m very picky when it comes to therapist. They don’t always give you firm pressure like you ask or hit the places you need them too. This guy was on point. You can tell he really knows what he is doing.

This might’ve been the best massage I’ve ever had!! Daniel really paid attention to what I said was hurting my hip was in extreme pain and of course my neck. The Pressure was perfect 🩷

My fiance called for to schedule an appointment for me on Tuesday April 7th for 6:30pm with Danielle.. I did not think I could make it on time so my fiance called twice and there no answer & a voicemail was left “saying that I would not make it on time that we need cancel” I asked my fiance since they did not answer how about you meet up with me at Santa Barbara get our son because if I drive all the way home - I won’t make it back by 6:30pm - it worked out I was there at 6:15- I arrived to my appointment and the young lady at the front said oh your appointment was for 6 o clock… I’m like how so my fiance scheduled it for 6:30 with Danielle - she said no it was for 6pm and it was actually with Rubi…& I asked is there anything else available today and she said yes for 8pm with Dan. I said ok I’ll take it… went home came back & as I walk in they mentioned that they did hear my fiancés voicemail & because I canceled they need to charge me half of the massage because it’s policy… I said well that doesn’t make any sense because my appointment was for 6:30pm with Danielle not at 6 with Rubi…. Once again… the young man said well this seems like a big misunderstanding for the trouble we are going to add points to your account & we can offer you aroma therapy for free… I was like sure I’ll take it… & I said I am still having my massage today right? They said yes. Perfect…. 60 min later when I come out, they bring up this whole situation again, the young lady tells me she spoke to her manager and the reason why I was rescheduled was because Danielle had an emergency and I was called and left a voicemail & I asked what number she mentioned my phone number & I said I have not received any calls look… and she’s like I don’t need to see your phone & I said yes you do because you guys did not call me… the young man picks up the phone and calls me & he’s like it’s going straight to voicemail & i responded well yeah I put my phone on DND when I’m getting a massage… I removed DND, he called again… my phone did not ring, I asked them for the locations phone number - their phone rang… all the young man said wow this is weird. The young lady says well I’m going to need to charge you for the aroma therapy it’s $10 dollars… ( it’s just $10 dollars but you offered me something for free & once you had more information on my situation you took it away & either way massage envy messed up everything like they do most of the time that we schedule appointments) & we will just credit this session to your account… to be completely honest I felt like I was being interrogated not before my massage but after as well, my massage 60 min massage ended & 9pm. I’m exhausted and do not wish to be interrogated over something that they needed to figure out instead of questioning me 3 times… the young lady had an unfriendly like if I was causing any trouble…I sincerely think you guys need to figure a lot out, starting off from your systems to your miscommunications within your own team & then the miscommunication you guys all have with clients… this isn’t the first time this miscommunication happens with the Santa Barbara location & today drew the line for me. and let me add that maybe you shouldn’t offer anything for “ free” without having all the facts straight… because charging me after for something was offered to me for free was quite ridiculous & last but not least - interrogating a client for something that should be your responsibility to handle & still get everything mixed & stop me after my 8pm massage for more questioning… that was foolish and poorly handled by everyone, including the manager.

Didier is one of the most gifted massage therapists Ive ever met. He knows how to target all the sore spots so that I walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. He is excellent at deep tissue, but he also can adjust pressure as needed. Cant speak highly enough about him.

I had Moni as a therapist, she was amazing. She always made sure I liked the pressure & I was comfortable. She took her time!

Great experiance with Leanet from cape massage envy. Shes not afraid to work on muscle tension. Glad i got her!

Dayanis was good. Nice 90 minute massage with medium pressure. Good check in and check out service. My biggest disappointment was using Tippy. I opted for 25 percent tip but 50 percent was taken out of my account! That is too much and not what I selected. I tried calling to resolve but nothing so far🤷issue has been successfully resolved as of now.

I visited on vacation and the massage was very poor, itvdidnt seem like she knew how to give a proper massage and she didnt respond when I mentioned I needed more pressure. It was honestly a waste of money and based off of her lack luster performance I would hesitate coming back and giving more of my business to this establishment.

Viorica’s massage technique incorporated my requested medium pressure that found triggers that needed relief, which she addressed. Had my second massage at their new Pine Island location with Ludia and it was wonderful. She really found my tight spots and listened to my concerns on how deep I wanted the pressure to be.

Daniel listened to my concerns and provided a relaxing massage while targeting troubled areas of tension in my neck and shoulders. I appreciated Dans use of small slow movements. I felt relaxed without pain.

Monica was fantastic. I have been looking for a new “regular “ therapist and I believe I have found her.

Kelly was great! She was very honest about my skin and what I needed to do and not do and I really appreciated her not tip toeing around what my skincare issues were. I feel it’s important to be straightforward and honest and that’s exactly what she was. She recommended some products that she said were not as harsh as the ones I’ve been using and pharmaceutical grade. Very well could’ve just been a sales tactic but it worked and I spent an extra $140 on product so I’m excited to see my results. I usually buy Clinique from ulta and the pricing was similar so I’ll update my review if I have issues with the products recommended. It the day after my derma facial and my skin is glowing and the texture is a lot better.

I have to thank ShyAnn, after getting a well needed message, I feel better and slept better than I have in years!!

Scheduled a spur of the moment appointment with Jacob at ME Cape Coral to help alleviate a nasty headache and I’m so thankful that he had an availability. I walked in feeling horrible and walked out feeling relaxed, renewed , and pain free!

Shy-Ann is wonderful- nobody helps me to relax like she does! Jailen does my dermaplanning and I can’t say enough. Sharon is my husbands favorite for firm massages.We’ve been members for over ten years and continue to be happy with the therapists at the Santa Barbara location.

I just want to say that I consistently get better massages here in Florida. There is less turn over of staff and the massages are more individualized. My experience was great at Massage Envy! Moni was a great masseuse who made she I was comfortable during the whole massage. She definitely kept the “firm” pressure throughout, focusing on all of the tense muscles. I would come back for sure!

I had an appointment scheduled Saturday at Massage Envy with my daughter. Somehow the front desk screwed everything up and neither one of us were able to get our massages on Saturday. We rescheduled and unfortunately they couldn’t fit us together so my daughter had to get a massage on Monday. I got a massage on Tuesday. I got there and they at first weren’t going to accept my free extra service that I had gotten because of the mixup the day before. Somehow they were still an error in the computer system, and I ended up getting a That I’ve never used before. They insisted that I would be happy with her services. Unfortunately I was not. It was not a very good massage at all. I was very disappointed in the whole process. I’ve been with Massage Envy for years and feel like the Cape Coral location maybe under new management or something but it’s really not getting the job done at this point. Considering changing my membership.

Sorry to say that I am going to be out of the area for a few months AND boy am I going to miss these massages. I so look forward to my 90 minute massage with Diancy. It is always so relaxing and rejuvenating!! Diancy focuses on my areas of concern and is very focused and intentional with just the right amount of pressure. You will be one of my first stops when I get back!

Achilles is wonderful but way too hot in room and WAY WAY too much oil!!! I dont need to be slippery walking out of the massage store! He pressure and technique went well....but NO OIL the amount that was applied each and every time

I have been working on a big project in my workshop so my shoulders were tied up in knots. Janet was able to find tight muscles and work out the knots. I’ve been seeing her for my massage every 2 weeks for over 4 years and I always look forward to my next massage session with Janet.

Greysis did such a great job with the deep tissue massage with bio freeze and hot towels. My whole body was jelly when I stood up; I had to lean on the table for a minute. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Didiers massage makes minor muscle aches disappear.He is a courteous and dedicated professional who improves my flexibility and eases my arthritis. He checks frequently to make sure the pressure is comfortable.

Massage Envy provides the best massage experience I have ever had. Silvana is my therapist and she is amazing! Each massage is specific to your individual needs. Very professional atmosphere. I can’t believe how reasonable their prices are. I have to say that getting a massage by Silvana every 2 weeks has been so beneficial to me both physically and mentally. The whole experience is great! They also have many extras available such as aroma therapy. You can add one on for a very reasonable cost. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage.

I felt the necessity to do this .?I’ve gone to many masseuses throughout my life, dealing with post trauma from injuries, and she is the only one that’s been able to specifically pick out the tightness & many knots, diligently working them out. I find much relief after a visit with her.

Time after time I come in for a massage with Greysis and not only is she super consistent but she is very good at what she does. I will not use another therapist as long as she is with this company. Dayanis worked out some really tough knots from a sports related injury and brought some much needed relief from the day to day work of a contractor. Dayanis firm pressure is able to get deep to the troubled spots, but also has the touch to help you relax and be refreshed. Her considerate nature was much appreciated

Massage was good. Facial would’ve felt better had I not been flat. Maybe have a recliner or other seating for facials. By the time my facial was done, my back was in spasm after the great massage I just had.

Azalia provided me a wonderful and relaxing full body massage and still was able to work through the tightness in my back and neck and provide me relief there.

I have had many facials but I absolutely love having my facials with Milagros. She is so knowledgeable and professional while being very friendly and easy going. She takes the time to analyze your skin and determine what treatment would be best. My sessions are always incredibly relaxing and I always leave with extremely soft, smooth and radiantly glowing skin. Everybody always notices my super glowing skin after a facial and not only do they compliment me on it but they say they want to go get a facial too!Thank you Milagros!

I usually visit massage envy when I’m hurting, sore back, stiff neck, achy shoulder etc., which is why i only go to Diancy. She provides a nice deep tissue massage without ever applying too much pressure to where it could cause discomfort. She always asks if the pressure is good. I book a 90 minute with her and look forward to her making me feel better, which I do each and every time i visit her. I highly recommend visiting this lovely conscientious LMT.

Jacob asked all the right questions about my pain and I knew he listened, he worked out all my kinks with a relaxing deep tissue that I almost fell asleep, highly recommended.
