Had a Swedish massage with Deb! She was absolutely amazing. I was very comfortable the entire time. 100% recommend. I’ve had a few massages in the past and this one was one of the best.
I have been here several times in the past when i use to live in Cape Coral. It was always a great facility with friendly staff. I called in last night to book an appt for my daughter and her husband and had the worst custoemr service> sami was the reps name and i could not get a word in and any questions asked would aggravate her and she would answer quickly and use words like Like I said and Once again .... I called back this morning and spoke with Molly who was very kind and helpful.If it wasnt for me purchasing gift cards for my daughter last Christmas and needing to use those, The way i was talked to by Sami would had been enough for me to go elsewhere!
I had an uncomfortable situation with the front staff in my last review. I didn’t expect it, but a sincere phone call came from-Stevie Ann, the assistant manager the following morning. She took the time to help me resolve my discomfort. I appreciate good empathetic leadership skill and she definitely pulled a 180 in changing how I felt about the business.If you’re going for a facial! I recommend talking to Becca! She’s has the greatest personality and is very gentle with extractions.
Lovely environment and the front staff were super sweet! The manager was so helpful and the new spa was beautiful. I had a massage and facial with Rebecca and Angelo, highly recommend this location! I will be back!
I had a month-to-month membership a while back, and paid for 4 1/2 hours of massages. We ended up going to Michigan, and then didn’t make it back down there with the hurricane and economy. I am going down for Christmas and called to see if I could use some of that time that I already paid for and they told me no. They can see I racked up 4 1/2 hours but there’s “nothing they can do” unless I join another month-to-month program (which I told them I can’t do, since I live in Michigan now, and she tried pushing me into a monthly program anyway… and let’s not even discuss the fact that I shouldn’t have to join another monthly subscription to use services I already paid for!) I am pretty disappointed that they won’t even try to make this right. Those month-to-month programs aren’t super cheap, so lucky them, they got to pocket all of that money. The place itself is fine, but don’t enter a monthly program.It also appears the owner only responds to positive reviews - that should tell you something. They don’t care to make things right if someone is unhappy. My rating made the overall drop from a 4.0 to a 3.9 - fix this issue entirely and I’ll adjust my rating.
My aesthetician Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she would get five stars.However the customer service at front desk needs work. This location moved to the other side of the plaza & the person who booked my appointment same day didn’t bother mentioning that. It’s unpleasant to start out a relaxing experience disoriented because the place you’ve been going to for years isn’t where it’s always been. Then the person at the front desk was super rude & dismissive when I was said that was frustrating, stating they sent an email, as if that was sufficient. It’s not. Tell people the new location when they are on the phone scheduling. She couldn’t care less. If my facial wasn’t wonderful I’d give 2 stars probably for the customer service aspect.Rebecca was awesome though & I’ll book with her again.+edited to add: I searched my email & not a single message anywhere mentions a new location.
Recommend this establishment the worker May went above and beyond. she answered all my questions/concerns professionally. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, with explaining the memberships. The spa looked very neat. I’ll be coming more to this location in the future. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience and will definitely be coming back. My massage therapist was Luis and he did an excellent job. Very professional and knowledgeable. After our session we talked and I learned he is a 40+ year orthopedic. Wonderful location, and the girls at the front were also kind and personable. Will definitely come back!
This was my first massage ever. Timothy was incredible! I did the 60-minute massage and it was so relaxing. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Give that man a raise! The rooms are clean and the whole vibe is just what I expected. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. There was no pressure to buy into a membership. I will 100% be going back.
Very unprofessional place, I called first thing in the morning to make a same date appointment. The lady confirmed my appointment at 4. I called them many times during the day because they were supposed to send me some forms and I never received them. No one answered the 5 times I called in different times of the day. I got there just for the lady to tell me the appointment wasn’t for today but for next day. I confirmed with the other lady that the appointment was for today at 4. So I ended up leaving the place because there was nothing they could do about it. Place was empty and there were 3 ladies at the front door. So my guess is that they don’t care if you call they’re not going to answer anyways.

If I could give a 0 I would . I paid for 1 hour and had credit for a massage . My second monthly payment didn’t go through because I forgot to call and update so they said I couldn’t use my credit until I paid the second month . Which is fine . But my problem was the front desk sassy attitude ! Disgusting attitude and unprofessional. They need stop hiring little young sassy girls . Facials are not cheap and I work hard to be able to afford the things I want to go to a place with sassy attitudes .Becca the facial girl in the other hand is amazing. But she lost a client due to front desk .

The massage therapists are thorough, friendly, and has various skills depending on what you’re looking for.It’s so rare we find fantastic, friendly service in SWFL these days but this place has it.
Massage Luxe in SE Cape Coral is exactly what one expects in a nice spa experience. It took me quite some time to find an acceptable place for massages locally. Many places I tried, including expensive spas, were noisy, not clean, were in need of cosmetic repair, or did not have a relaxing atmosphere in general. Some have therapists who talk nonstop, as if you’re there to make new friends!!Upon entering the bright, glass-front lobby, which is in the Coralwood Shopping Center, you’re greeted by friendly, soft-spoken staff, who assist with check-in, help with the skincare products displayed, take payments, and answer any questions you may have. They direct you through an impeccably clean glass door to the equally clean, dimly-lit waiting area. The comfortable chairs are suede-like and always appear to have been freshly vacuumed. No matter what time of day I arrive, the chairs always look like they’ve been freshly done! While you wait, there is a TV displaying specials and the wide array of services available. This is where your therapist will come to take you to their room for your massage.Jeffrey gives an excellent deep-tissue massage, which is my preference. He displays a friendly demeanor while maintaining professional decorum, putting me at ease and giving me a sense of safety in what could feel like a vulnerable position. He is always sure to remind me of the alert button positioned under the table, within easy reach. My only disappointment is when the massage ends, but I always leave feeling calm and de-stressed.The cleanliness, ambience, quality, and professionalism of Jeffrey and Massage Luxe makes it my #1 place for massages!
Nice place, kept clean, got a massage for the fiance and I. My massage therapist was Tim. Guy did a fantastic job. Not only knowledgeable in his craft but knew a lot of medical terminology. Getting a massage but also answering my body health related questions? Definite plus, thanks my guy. The little boards with tip percentage were very helpful btw. I saw someone on here reviewing about how they did not tip. I believe its rude to not tip, sure turn the percentage down if you believe the service was sub par. But be human, we all have to make ends meet, tip.The hydro bed was decent! Only thing I could take a picture without being weird.Final plus was the fact that they make sure you feel comfortable. A lot of thought is put into make a safe environment here, its smart and probably necessary for some customers. I felt more than comfortable but im glad measures are taken for those who might not.Further details: came in on a Saturday, 4 o clock appointment. They helped us figure out our groupon discounts and got our appointments lines up within a 24 hour window. We would have been 30 minutes off from eachothers appointment but they gave us a call when a 4 o clock called out. We appreciated that. That front desk girl was JocelynGreat place, great people, 5/5

Just ok. The “60” minute massage include “prep” time so it’s really only a 45-50 minute massage. There are a lot of private massage people who actually massage a Full hour for less money and do a better job. Facility was very clean.

I called to schedule an appointment, the ladies at the front desk are very attentive and kind. Michelle, the massage therapist was very thorough and made the hour very relaxing and calm. 10/10!! Hi have visited MassageLuXe - Cape Coral, I was very excited to get a massage, everybody knows me know work hard in I have no time for myself.so this was definitely a treat for me.the front costumer Service was very poor and disappointing. The have no customer service. There Expressions on there face was more like way are you here !, That made me feel very unwanted .When I walk to the massage roomI meet this dear lady named( Daisy) ,She was nice in care , I can not believe talking to her.She work in the same place that I just walk in , She have customer service,she was nice in caring , she is a people person for sure, I was impressed.I had a wonderful massage and wonderful experience with her.she was so amazing , I would definitely recommend her to anybody.Is I was leaving MassageLuXe - Cape Coral people, the front was more concerned about if I was going to be a member, when I say not i was not going too purchase the membership.She the not give me the time or the day after that. she even did not say ( have a good day) , o goodbye .I was very happy with my massage Daisy was amazing , but I left extremely disappointed of the front desk and their lock of customer service in care for the people who spend their money there.
Masseuse looked unkept. Massage was deep tissue, I explained that I wanted a very firm massage that focused on my lower back. I get about 2 massages a month and this was one of thee lightest massages I have ever received. I felt like she was pawing at me like a cat. My lower back was not addressed. But she did decide to focus on my face for 20 minutes out of the hour, not addressing pressure points but lightly feathering my chin and forehead like I was being dusted off. Never wanted to leave a massage in a hurry like I did today.
I came here today with a Groupon and wasnt sure how they would take it cause some one in the reviews said they acted funny when she tried using it. But I did not have any issues they even helped me find it on my phone. I had the 1 hr Swedish massagewith Juan and he was very polite ans professional. He worked out kinks in my shoulder that I did not even know was there. I will go back and try again and want to try out there facials. The ladies at the front desk was very outgoing and welcoming. This is the office in Cape Coral I can not say anything about the other one. I will be returning back to this one and I also think there monthly program in a good deal and you can gift your time if you can not use it for some reason.
I had a facial. From previous facials Ive had elsewhere, this was not as relaxing. It was supposed to be an hour, but it was more like 45 minutes. The tech who did my facial was a bit rougher and more hurried than I like. I was expecting more of a gentle massage based on my previous facials.I had a first time offer for $55. Which was reasonably priced, however they did say subsequent visits are $100. I dont think what I had was worth that much.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find several excellent therapists here. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing.
Have a lot of experience in receiving massages, now 6-8 per year after several years of monthly massages. I know what to expect. I have used this location before but this was my last time. This was by far the worst massage that I have ever had. The massage therapist left the room and told me to get on the table, face down. After undressing, I discovered the table height was above my waist. No robe in room so I wrapped myself in sheet and waited for his return to lower table. He said they did not have robes. After he lowered the table and left, I was able to get on table. Rating his massage ability from 1-10, its a 2. Rating his personality from 1-10, its a zero. I had to dress before moving to another room to receive a facial. The facial was very good and I was very satisfied with it. I was informed that they do have robes but none were clean. After the fact, I discovered the massage therapist was just to lazy to get one for me from the laundry. I was not satisfied with the package that I was sold last Nov. due to lack of not explaining how you could really use it. I tried to cancel after four payments and was told I must come in and do so in person and I would have 30 days to use all of my hours accumulated. I did so before scheduling this session. I do not recommend the monthly package and certainly do not recommend this location.
I would have given my overall experience a 5 if the larger set front desk girl with short hair and a mustache wasnt rude to me. I made a mistake on filling out a section on the forms and she proceeded to say Ill do the difficult ones for you, like I wasnt capable of doing it myself after I made one simple mistake. I didnt appreciate her comments on me taking my time to fill out the rest of the sections as well. Being condescending in a nice tone is insulting... Everyone else I interacted with Heather, Jeff, and Becca were amazing!
I understand that it is time that the traffic is very busy, but the massage therapist tells me that she is already leaving and she is going to give me the massage only until the time that she has to and leave with such freshness. What a lack of professionalism and I understand that you want to go home to prepare for Christmas but then that you do not work, one is paying for the service and the woman at the front desk did not tell me anything before entering so I would have made the decision to go or not to the place since I was going with 5 minutes late because the Delprado traffic is unbearable.
They were great until my masseuse quit or was fired, they did not call to reschedule or just rebook me with a different person. They said they called, they didnt...they have my email, could have texted, they didnt. They did send me my safety forms via email 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, which I promptly filled out. Husband had a massage scheduled at the same time (we had a membership) they could have called, texted or emailed him, they didnt. So I drove 45 minutes for lousy customer service and excuses and no massage. Cancelled my membership and going to their competition.
First of all I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the masseuse Ludia. Other than that I am very disappointed about the following:1- The way they lure people into entering a contract by saying you can cancel after 2 months, however; they don’t mention that you have to go in person to cancel even if you have COVID. I tried cancelling over the phone on 3 separate occasions, I requested the document via email and also sent my daughter to cancel for me. They refused and indicated my credit card would continue to be charged unless I cancelled in person.2- They advertise a 1 hour massage and when you are actually there they tell you that in reality it’s a 50-minute massage. Wow! Talk about false advertisement!
I was not impressed with this location. The website reads 50 minute standard massage. My massage therapist didnt come in until 6:15 and ended at 6:45. Thats only a 30 minute massage... I have had many massages before and this was definitely the shortest in terms of time. Maybe I am misreading it? My therapist was good but I just didnt feel the length of time was appropriate. Also, Id like to add, Ive been a client at Massage Envy and even at my first session, I received the entire 50 minutes. The person was prompt to come in and did not end early.
I had gone here for the first time right before covid hit, and the experience was just not good. The front desk girl working at the time wasnt friendly, and the therapist was also a bit non communicative, once she arrived that is. My one hour massage ended up being not even thirty minutes long, as my therapist was late by over 15 minutes, and she was seemingly in a rush during our brief encounter. She focused on areas I had expressed no concern, and just overall was very subpar. I contacted the business to explain my displeasure, the therapist being about 30 minutes late, and how I wasnt given the time that I paid for, and the only response I got was that Id be offered another $39 discount to try it again once the business reopened from the covid shutdown. This doesnt help me with the missing time I had initially paid for and didnt receive though, and to be quite honest I dont feel like I should have to pay for a courtesy session. I never got a follow up call or text once they did open back up, which also didnt surprise me. Your experience may vary, but mine obviously wasnt good, and how it was handled afterwards is what is preventing me from returning. If I was offered a complimentary session to make up for the disservice, Id perhaps have a different view on how this business values their customer service reputation, but unfortunately that doesnt seem to be a factor to the ownership. Ill update this later if anything changes in regards to my scenario.
Just as the other person mentioned, my therapist was nice, the location was nice, and the atmosphere was nice, but I paid for an hour massage and only got 30 minutes.. I was told to be there at 6:15 for my 6:30 appt. I arrived at 6:10 and didnt get seen until 6:45. When it was finished I got all my things together, and then I looked at the time and it was just after 7:15. Guess I should have read the comments and reviews first.

I scheduled a massage online. Received a text confirming my apt. I show up on a Sunday afternoon only to be told I do not have an apt. That I needed to call and confirm. Then why schedule online?Todayvi went and tried to use a gift card. I was told it expired. When I brought up the fact that they had been closed for the pandemic and could not use, why wouldnt they add the closed time to the date, I was told she cant.So I cancelled my membership, remembering that in order to keep my already paid for hours, I had to pay a smaller fee or loose them. Does not seem fair as this was not on the contract I signed, but one can never plan for a pandemic. However how you conduct business is important.1) NEVER SCHEDULE ONLUNE2) Use your gift cards asap. They will not honor them3) Pick a company that will honor thier contract, want to please thier clients and have management that can do something. Dont tell me you are the manager, ask to help, then explain you are the assistant manager and cant do anything. Why Evan ask if you can do something when you wont?Please go anywhere else.
I hate to give a bad review, and this review is not meant for the massage therapist or the esthetician, they were wonderful! My daughter gave me a voucher for my birthday for a facial & 15 min massage. I called to schedule and explained what I had & would like to schedule. I asked if they needed my redemption code to get scheduled for what I actually had. They informed me they did not need it. When I get to check in, I again explained what I had a voucher for and gave them my paper with the redemption code. They needed to see the Groupon voucher when I checked in (never mentioned this before). I did not have it, as my mom ordered for my daughter. Luckily, they were in the same plaza shopping so my daughter ran it over to me. I stay for my treatments, and they go on shopping at a different location. When I am finished I go to pay for the treatment I had added to my services. The extra service should have been $30 additional, but it was $85 that I had to pay. When I ask why, they stated my massage was not covered with what I had! This is why I specifically tried to give my information for what I had. Then they asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership! Umm...No Thanks! I will not be back. I really like the ladies providing my services today, and was going to go back for products. My mom and daughter felt horrible that I had to pay an additional $55 for what was supposed to be my birthday gift!
Clean, relaxing atmosphere with skilled and professional massage therapists and staff.My massage therapist, Debra, did a wonderful job with the deep tissue massage that I received. She listened to not only my verbal cues, but my physical cues, as well. When the pressure was too much for a particular area, she backed off just enough to keep from hurting me, but still was able to effectively work out the knots that needed that bit of extra attention.Also, she only spoke when it was necessary, not engaging in idle chit-chat during my massage, which we all know is the worst when we just want to relax and get our zen on.In the end, I loved the experience enough to sign up for their monthly package, and cant wait for my next visit.Do your mind and body a favor by taking an hour out of your day to visit MassageLuXe on Del Prado, and get a great massage.

My neice and I found an offer on Facebook. An hour massage for $49. Massage LuXe is such a sanctuary, we thoroughly enjoyed our massages and signed up for monthly massages.
I went to get a massage here and had such a bad experience with a massage therapist named, Donna. Upon our first encounter, she seemed like she was in a bad mood. As I was exiting the restroom, she looks at me and says, “go straight down the hall and make a right and go sit in the waiting lounge”. She then comes and gets me a few minutes later and was not welcoming at all. I felt as if I was a bother. After she takes me in to one of the massage rooms, she asks me, “what is the reason you’re getting a massage?” I was thinking of a response and she quickly snaps back as she’s leaning forward and asks the same question - this time, she sounds annoyed. Needless to say, I was very upset with her behavior and told her I won’t be needing a massage from her and I walked out very upset. I let the manager know how I was treated and that my intention was to get a massage to relax not feel like I was being interrogated. I don’t understand why Donna made me feel like I didn’t belong there.
I like the fort myers location so much better this location doesnt really know whats going on they set up my appointments at separate times (my husband and I) even though I scheduled them on the same day/time then I couldnt get the guy I wanted due to their mix up. it was a mess but the manager was nice.
As I walked in everyone was so welcoming and so nice. I have never had a deep tissue before and they made me feel comfortable and safe. they were gentle and my service was absolutely amazing!! definitely recommend coming in. you wont regret it.
I would never pay to go here again. I had massages for my son that in payed for on contract that expire on Friday. Due to covid and my medical condition I have been unable to go with him as he is a minor. And they tell me the only way to not lose the $60 I paid for 4 or 5 massages he has left its to pay $20 per massage to keep them. Mind you i only canceled a few months ago so why do they expire already??In response from owner yeah you give 60 days to use hours but during normal circumstances thats fine but due to covid and me being diabetic I wasnt going out unless absolutely necessary.
My experience here was amazing. I came in for a 90 minute deep tissue and a facial and it was so relaxing. All of the staff were so kind. The front desk receptionists were welcoming as well definitely recommend coming in for a service!
I tried this out and dissapointed on deep tissue massage. I tried three different therapists and left feeling frustrated. Run of the mill cat pawing session. One therapist told me to leave my pants on if I wanted him to focus on my neck lol. I have had a lot of massages and never told that: he just seemed lazy to me. Not worth the money.
Phoenix gave such an amazing massage! I have chronic neck & back issues that were particularly bad the day before & day of my massage. Phoenix provided such relief! She really knows what she is doing. I couldn’t help but sign up for the membership to come back & see her!
Dont ever get a membership here. Its impossible to cancel. When you think youve canceled they call it freezing and still make it near impossible to cancel. Their massage therapists have gone down hill. Gabby was great and she left the company. I understand why now.

I have been coming here over a year , I have a new therapist that Ive been working with since this co vid 19 hit . Jeff is amazing ! I just bought some of the gift certificates for friends and family which hopefully theyll get , because I hate giving them away ( I like keeping them ) . Im selfish like that cant wait to try the facial.

Actually, kind of disappointed... massage was not the hour length paid for. Asked for hot rocks and only got a warm towel. Felt like the person was just going through the motions. I left no tip and walked out very under impressed.

I will never go back When I signed the monthly agreement the ladies at the desk stated I could cancel before the 1st month and not have to pay anything. This is not the case. The agreement is that you may cancel only after you pay for the 1st month.
This place promotes practices that border on being illegal. They say they don’t require contracts, but your membership is a contract that they force you to pay to end. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and found they have several complaints.

It clean looking music is calm and peaceful people are super nice and respectful only thing is if your are extremely sensitive on some area like arm,legs,neck or back be aware they do a deep muscle and it hurt a lot but the foot rub and treatment is super nice the the lotion make my skin soft and warm towel is pleasant and at the end of the massage or spa treatment you get water i love the fact they have goldfish snack i used to eat a lot and some of my favorite tea i would come back for something new instead of just a massage and see if they get a 5 star from me to proof a highly sensitive people would want to come to the place

Love the atmosphere an all employees were friendly an accommodating...massage was ok, was not a fan of my therapist massage he was very nice but just wasnt what I liked.
