Tonya was amazing on the Swedish Massage! I told her I had tension in my upper back and neck with headaches and she took care of it! The best massage I’ve ever had! Wonderful experience at this spa. Very relaxing atmosphere, therapy rooms are quiet, soothing music, very comfortable. Yvonne who is my therapist has been to relax and remove knots on my back that no one has ever been able to achieve. I enjoy the aroma therapy and whole body hot stone treatment. Booked a couples massage I purchased on Groupon. It was a nice relaxing experience and probably one of the best massages Ive had. Its a nice relaxing waiting room, and its just a relaxing vibe once you walk in. The massage room was big, and the tables were comfortable and were even powered so the therapist could raise and lower it. My therapist, Yulema, was fantastic. She asked me if the pressure was ok, and she worked out all my kinks in my back and neck. My shoulder feels better, too. My husband had Yoleibis, and he liked his so much that he fell asleep. We will definitely go back, and I even told my mom to book a massage, and I bought us another one to use in a couple of months.

I am a member and have a monthly 90 minute massage- each month is wonderful. I love the personalized service, reception, and the practioners, who all do a wonderful job- highly recommend

I got a deep tissue massage, my first at Wellbeing Theraputic Spa, from Eileen(Paneque) and it was fantastic. She was pleasant and professional. Already made another. Thank you for one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time.

Had a 90 minute pain relief focused massage from Groupon as a gift. Great for scheduling but once I got there I was informed that I would not receive 90 minutes on my pain areas. Apparently they claim that 45 minutes is for pain relief areas and 45 minutes is for rest of the body. I have had massages at 4 other places and never been told that I’m required to have areas of my body massaged that I don’t want massaged. I do not want my legs and arms massaged but I was told it was non negotiable. The worst part was before the massage even started, my therapist complained multiple times that 90Minutes was so hard to do and too long and then twice during the massage she repeated that out loud. Very unprofessional. The time she did spend in my neck and back was a great massage but I was not happy hearing her complain. Maybe they shouldn’t offer 90 minute massages if it’s too hard. Lastly, this is the only place that does not offer water after a massage. Professionals understand how important hydration is after a massage. I will NOT be back.Edit- I showed up with a Groupon expecting something totally different??? You are confused, I gave you the Groupon voucher # when I called to schedule and was never told my 90 minute pain relief massage would be different than you advertise.Also, as I’ve already told you, this was a birthday GIFT so it would have been hard to choose something else when I wasn’t the one who chose it. Believe me, I wish something else was chosen.And the drinking fountain? Where is this located and gross! No thanks.

What a great experience! The spa was extremely clean and my technician gave me the best massage ever! Definitely plan to go back.

Purchased the wife a massage through Groupon for this place (60 dollars). She was unable to use it before the Groupon expired, therefore, per Groupon policy that businesses honor, the Groupon still holds its face value (60 dollars), and it can be put towards a massage outside of the expiration window. Fast forward to two weeks ago. Speak with a lady on the phone who states that they honor this, but they charge an additional 40 DOLLARS, because it’s expired. She validated the Groupon so now it is “used”. Groupon now cannot remedy it because it is used, and they state the business should not charge a fee for this. Call the lady back and state that the 40 dollar charge is absurd. Why would I pay 100 dollars for a 65 dollar massage that they advertise. She states “I’ll have the owner / manager call you”. After multiple calls back to the massage place and being told the owner will reach out, our phone calls have went unanswered. Enjoy the free 60 dollars, but I refuse to give them anymore.

I had the BEST 60 minute massage with Yulema, she really got all of the knots in my neck and shoulders with great intensity. Definitely recommend this place!

Wow!!!I was a first time customer didn’t really know what to expect. I’m kind of picky when it comes to massages especially my deep tissue massages. Walk in and they have this amazing spread that I highly recommend you wait until after your massage I had Miss Fernandez for my deep tissue And scalp massage that I added on. She was amazing. She melted away my tension. I hold a lot of tension in my back between my shoulder blades. I was very vague with her when I went in and I said, I just want everywhere massaged and she instantly found my trouble spots without me telling her. The staff is all so kind and without a doubt has some of the best customer experience I’ve ever had I will be back this was an amazing experience, thank you Miss Fernandez for your amazing talent

I took my bf here on 1.11.2024 for his bday and we had Edmee & Tanya. The ladies did everything right because we felt amazing when we left. And that peppermint foot massage wow!! We went bowling after and our legs tingled all night with the mint feeling. Haha 😛 Elizabeth is the owner and is very nice as well. We are happy with the services and we will be back!! Elizabeth is by far the best masseuse I have ever had work on me. She asks what needs attention and if nothing in particular hurts, it’s the most relaxing hour of my week. I couldn’t help but get a monthly membership. It was the best decision! Once a month a walk into a serene environment and disconnect while she works her magic. Me and my husband went here for the first time for a couples massage. We were both very happy with our therapists. They did such a great job, although painful lol because we had deep tissue you could tell they we’re working out every knot we had, which is why we went. We both can’t wait to go back. This massage parlor visit was so welcoming. It was my first time and it wont be the last. The couples massage my partner and I had was super thorough and we agreed it was better than our last massage at gctc. The rooms themselves arent stuffy and the blankets were so soft. The whole business has high ceilings, relaxing music, and smells like citrus, camphor, and eucalyptus. The women helping us were skilled professionals. I cannot wait for our next visit!! I had read great reviews on how amazing Elizabeth was and decided to just go with it and booked a prenatal massage. Elizabeth was phenomenal. I’m not exaggerating when I say that may have been the best massage I’ve had. I’ve been to a variety of places, a big chain even, and nothing compares. She takes her time to really get you relaxed and feeling better. It’s clear she is passionate in what she does. If you’re looking to having a massage where you feel like your needs are being listened to, then book with Elizabeth.

After much research, I tried them out with a Groupon purchase and have never looked anywhere else. I have Yulema as my massage therapist and she is hands down amazing. They moved off of Vincennes and it is a much better spot than their former Del Prado location. Come check them out, you will not be disappointed. As fyi, they get really busy and book fast.

I’ve been here several times but haven’t requested anyone. Each time has been good massages. They have Groupon offers and you can receive emails with the current specials and package deals. It’s not a convenient location because there is only one way in and out and it’s far from my house. Also, the parking is tight.

Additional services beyond the monthly massage (like a facial or another massage) are also reduced and massage add-ons are free for members (like aroma, back scrub or hot stones).Your massage can be tailored to meet your needs. . . full body or a certain area based on what your body needs.Massage is part of the total health plan and this spa helps meet those goals. (Avid weightlifter)Edmee consulted me, she was kind and we determined my goals for the session. She worked me, and was not shy in applying intense, but necessary pressures during my deep tissue massage. Phew 😅 I’m used to deep tissue, but this was really exceptional. I felt immediate relief, and slept much better than I have been recently. I look forward to returning and maintaining a schedule for some much needed body maintenance. So happy to have found a place that I am pleased with, and can’t wait to go back.

Ive been on the search to find a new massage therapist since I moved to Florida. Because of the work I do my scapula / shoulders / mid back have repetitive stress. Elizabeth was recommended to me by one of my co-workers. Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! I had deep tissue, trigger point and cupping performed. She also did stretching of my back, neck , and arms. One the best massages I have ever had. I have found my massage therapist!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Worst massages I’ve ever received, the therapists are hugely unprofessional and intentionally waste time during the massage or cut your paid for time short with no explanation, not to mention I could feel/ hear my therapist texting on her Apple Watch throughout my massage, I cannot begin to understand the amount of positive reviews this place has, either they’ve completely restaffed or have just gotten sloppy.

Best massage Ive had in 10 years! I found this place about 6 months ago and have been going back once a month ever since. I get really bad knots on and under my shoulder blades, Elizabeth works some magic and instantly release that pain. She is Definetly a master at her craft. I also witnessed how amazing Elizabeth handled an unforseen circumstance today with an employee and how accommodating she was to the client. In my opinion Elizabeth went above and beyond to make the client relaxed and happy.

Ive been to this place several times and this is by far the best massage Ive ever had. My therapist was Elizabeth. She is very professional and listens to what your needs are. She will go as hard or is soft as you like. I cant say enough wonderful things about her skills.

If I could give this place more stars, I totally would! I had an amazing experience with these wonderful people. The therapist I had was Yulema and she was very nice and made sure I had a relaxing experience. I will absolutely come back and request her again!

I booked this as it was a gift from my sister. I got a flat tire during a rain storm. I called because I was already in my way to ask if I could possibly move it. And the lady said no sorry you have 10 minutes to get here I explained what was going on and she replied oh well I still have to pay the therapist if you don’t get here you loose your money. Horrible customer service!! Won’t refer anyone there!

This place is AMAZING! Elizabeth is the best! I have a very busy schedule, both at work and at home, which causes a lot of muscle tension. Elizabeth was able to work out any lumps and bumps, and even took away the headache I had when I walked in. I have problems with my sciatic nerve and she relieves my pain every time I come in. Her hands are truly magical. Very professional and respectful, and theres no invasion of privacy. She always makes sure you are covered during stretches and flipping over. The level of relaxation that is reached is unimaginable. I would give this place more stars if I could!

I am so happy to have found Wellbeing Spa in Cape Coral. I am Extremely ticklish and typically cannot even enjoy a massage due to my sensitivity. I went to Wellbeing Spa, clean, relaxing environment. And Edmee was great. The first few times she still tickled me. But after the 5th massage, not one tickle. Now I fully relax and enjoy her therapeutice massage. Thats Priceless. Try the lymphatic massage if you are recovering from illness or want to maintain health. And with my membership I upgrade for free Happy Hands and Feet. Ive never fallen asleed in a massage until. now. Love Wellbeing Spa so much I purchased membership. Now I enjoy relaxing massage every two weeks. We are worth it. Great experiences with super friendly massage therapists who were thankful for my visits! Frustrating experience with receptionist over a Groupon confusion. Was happy to pay the difference owed on top of Groupon not honered + a tip, however receptionist was abrupt and non-apologetic for my mistake and left me feeling guilty for not reading all terms & conditions. I then had to show the receptionist how to use her own POS system, ironically, to pay - opposite of relaxing.

I had scheduled an appointment a week ago to get a couples massage. My spouse and I are new to the area. This women on the phone told me the person doing one of our massages contracted COVID!! Not only that she had no one else and told me mondays and Saturday’s are not options. Between the availability and Covid I wouldn’t go here!!

Christy was wonderful. She used hot stones and hot towels too. Added just the right amount of pressure and I was almost asleep!Ill definitely be back

AiLyn is a skilled massage therapist who can adjust from deep tissue to relaxation on request. After my massage, I felt relaxed and renewed. The spa is beautiful, with a calming environment. I highly recommend Wellbeing Therapeutic Spa and AiLyn.

I purchased their 90 minute deluxe couples massage through Groupon. I emailed them to book my appointment. I purchased it on March 4th. And tried to schedule for May 10th (over 2 months in advance mind you) through their online portal. Their online bookings did not go that far out. So I emailed them. I was told I needed to call to book an appointment, BEFORE purchasing (this is no where stated on Groupon). And that I could NOT use my Groupon on May 10th because it is mothers day(again no where stated on their Groupon does it state it cannot be used on a holiday.) I was trying to use this in celebration of my two year anniversary. As soon as I sent them a screenshot of the Groupon page stating no where you needed to schedule an appointment before purchasing or that it couldnt be used on a holiday, they tried to cover their, you know what, by saying that only certain therapists accept the Groupon vouchers and that they all are already booked. Their Groupon is miss leading and a scam if you ask me. Which is sad considering I only bought this Groupon based off of all the raving 5 star reviews. I will be putting a complaint in with Groupon as well. Hoping to get money back.

I came in with severe neck an back pain that was making my arm go numb. Elizabeth’s technique with hot towels an stones really work the pain out! She is a Master at her craft an would recommend all to her!
