Sold defective merchandise and wouldnt refund or exchange it in less than 24 hours. Michelle kept swearing up and down how she wished she could help and when I pointed out the return policy for defective items on the receipt they pointed out the door. I was a twice a week regular so dont think loyalty gets you anything here.

I worked here for years. I just recently quit because the new manager got irate with me, swearing and being all sorts of disrespectful to me when I told her I will not do her job anymore. I had to train her but after so long, there comes a point where you gotta do this on your own. She wont even come up front to help customers when there are long lines. This company sends us 3 hours away for a training ALL ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, managers included! We had a few months with no manager so of course I got stuck doing a whole lot more than a CSR gets paid to do. They have never once given me a raise in the 2 years I worked there. I showed our district manager tons of proof on how she was treating me, including the store video of when she was screaming and swearing at me, but it obviously didnt matter. She just didnt want to train a new manager so lets lose great employees because those are just so easy to find. What a joke!

The new manger of this establishment is not fit to be in such a position. she’s disrespectful with customers and all around has a bad attitude. I’ve been coming here for years !! But no more after the disrespect she gave me . I work in customer service as well and everyone has bad days but this has happened more than once! billy jo is clearly unfit to be running a store especially when she’s supposed to be the one helping the customers!

They had tobacco that day, but no hawks. One day I will taste or smoke their sweet meat.

I go for the great people and excellent service! In the past few years that Ive been a daily regular they have had a little mismanagement happen. Caused me to go less often. The lady managing now is TOP NOTCH!! Best manager Ive seen in years!!! She is one of the best examples of how a manager should be and leads by example!!!! She has a solid team team there now and they make the experience beyond exceptional!!!! VERY NICE PEOPLE!!! They definitely deserve a chance to earn your money!!!

Can I just say this business has the best customer service. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. I go in almost daily to get energy drinks. Yes I could just order them from online, but this animal friendly business and top level customer service is why my fur babies and I will continue to frequent and support this local gem. Being able to tell they genuinely love animals and are excited to see them in addition to the smiles, pride in service and super clean store (they are always working on keeping the store prestine) makes this a must stop for anyone.

Nice store. Good selection of tobacco, tobacco related products, and they do have some things for flower and wax too. Dab tools, silicones, glass pipes, torches etc. Also every Tuesday you can win a decent amount of money with just a reciept number from the previous week and you dont even have to enter the drawing! They automatically do it!

The best tobacco joint in town. If for any reason, because my doggo loves the girls (and guys) that work there so much!! And they love him ❤️ he’s even got his picture on the wall, proudly displaying the big milk bones they give him. Smokes are cheap and they got a lot of vape stuff, which the staff are quite knowledgable of. A beginner to that frustrating sea of products would do well to go in there and get a tutorial! I was denied a sale here when I had a valid ID. Anthony (Store Manager) is very unprofessional and rudely stated “No thanks” after I got to the counter with my ID. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or was profiling but JB Hawks has without a doubt lost my business. If Anthony is working you’re better off at the gas station down the road!
