Legal Smile - Carbondale

Where to begin?Several years ago, I purchased a plastic grinder that broke within 2 days of purchasing. The owner(s) refused a refund and said I could come in and buy more stuff with a 15% discount.This year, we came in and purchased gummies that boldly said 50mg on the front of the label. The guy behind the counter didnt hand it to us to review. He took the product to the register and then came back. Come to find out, it had 15mg of THC and 35mg of CBD. We called to complain that it was misleading and we didnt have the opportunity to read it.(I attached an image of the gummies. Do you think we could read the fine print from four feet away?)We hadnt opened it, so he reluctantly let us come in and exchange it. This was only after several minutes of arguing that culminated in him angrily saying,we dont make the labels.No, sir, you do not make the labels. But you sell it, so youre responsible for making sure its labeled clearly, OR, handing it to the customer so they could read it.Yesterday, I went in carrying a bong. I had called ahead and spoke to a lady who said I should bring it in to get the size right on the piece I need more easily than guessing based on looks.When I walked in, I quickly said that Id called ahead and was told to bring it in as a way of explaining why Im carrying a used bong into the store.He said,Well, you didnt talk to me. Then tried getting me to buy a new bong instead.I have a feeling its the same guy who Matthew Otten referred to in his 2-star review. Where our mere presence is an inconvenience to him.I wouldnt recommend shopping here. It sucks that we dont have better options in town.

I love this place! The people are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Bought clones here and had my last harvest tested wich is cool as hell and only costs 10 bucks per test. Ive been happy with every transaction and I go here a lot.

Customer service was awful, apparently my questions and my presence in the store was an inconvenience to the guy working the counter. Unfortunately hes the only employee Ive encountered the several times Ive been in the store. However the selection was good and pricing on par for stores of this type in the area. Not sure if the guy behind the counter was the owner or an employee but the rating of the store would be much higher if not for his consistently negative attitude.

10/10. Customer service is some of the best youll meet. Incredibly helpful with all types of questions. Been coming here since it opened, the prices are so reasonable and they support a wide range of local glass artists and artists in general. Youll never leave empty handed. Thank you guys for your kindness and help.

You will not find another place like this! Anybody can build and create a business just to turn a profit. It takes REAL people that are PASSIONATE about what they do, ALWAYS go the extra mile for customer to have an experience, not just a transaction. This how you do business. This place is great everyone that works here are so nice! So much to look at like they even have a fish tank and sometime youll get to meet the shop dog super sweet! The grow place is awesome the guy is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to very helpful with my husband! So glad we heard them on the radio

Amazing service! I shop here all the time and have purchased many glass pieces, they have an amazing selection of glass and other smoking accessories. The staff is always so polite and fun to talk to. Never a bad experience or disappointed with them!

They always know their stuff. They will even have it ready for you if you need.

I’ve been to many smoke shops where the employees simply don’t care. So it’s very refreshing to have not one, but two locations in So. Ill where they go above and beyond for customer care! On top of friendliness, they truly are a one stop shop for all your needs. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you haven’t stopped in yet, you’re seriously missing out!

This is a new exciting shopping experience. They have all the tobacco products you will ever need. I especially loved the experienced and informative staff. This place also has CBD and essential oils. They have glass products and jewelry from all over the USA. Cool shirts.😍. If you are looking for a great place for glass products and all tobacco needs this is the place to shop! I cant wait to see all the success this shop will have in the future!!

Every time I’ve been there they have been nothing but nice and helpful. They didn’t have what I needed today but they called another store and even recommended another place where I was able to find what I needed but I would’ve never found it if it wasn’t for them. I’ve bought from them now a few times and every time they are extremely welcoming so I definitely recommend this place there always so kind and answer any questions that you have about any of there products! Definitely a 10/10 will be going back!!

I have read all these reviews and will say Humble Hawk is the shady one here. I mean anyone writing that many reviews with a private profile can 100% not be trusted. But hey even he gave it 4 stars. I give it 5 stars. Great people own this shop. Great products and great prices. You feel it when you walk in. Go support this place.

Great place, great folks. The staff here were kind and helpful. Their assortment of glass is phenomenal. (I think I have a new thing to collect) Dude threw in a house grown CBD preroll which was unexpected and very cool. You Cant beat the hand blown glass here. Beautiful stuff. Picked up a couple chillums and a little bowl. We will be back!!

The biggest variety of glass in the area, both custom pieces and standard, as well as all the other accessories you could ever need: carb caps, picks, terpene pearls, cartridge batteries, as well as a variety of CBD and Delta 8 products. They also have the best customer service of anywhere in the area. Probably my favorite place to shop!

I was able to visit this morning. I have been a medical patient for over two years now. Its nice to talk to people that understand. Great shop, sweet glass, and definitely worth the visit. I bought cbd flower and glass. I highly recommend.

Great place to go. Was on opiods for over 30 years due to several injuries doing factory work. I was able to get off that junk with their help. Im not in alot of pain, have a clear head and feel WAY better because of Legal Smile. Very helpful and caring people working there.

I highly recommend checking this place out, Jacob is very knowledgeable about his products and if you’re into the smoking scene he’s most likely got what your looking for. I got some cbd products there for some pain relief we’ll see how it works!
