Rainbow drop orion? More like cats in a bowling alley. But Im not picky, it hits good. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy and the staff was very sweet to me. They sell these cool mushroom felt crafts that were really cute and I felt at home. 10/10 would hit the vape again. Thanks.

Weird return policy, owner extremely greedy. The location in Anna failed I guess they are barely holding on. Elf bars 25$ here, across town at Hollywood vape only 14$. Won’t be back. Update- As you can see the owner is short fused from the response. The pack of coils was unopened and you yourself offered to return them until I got there. Good luck I’ll look forward to seeing a for lease sign on that store too.

The man who helped me whome I assume is the owner was amazing. He didnt try to upsell me he got me what I needed and then showed me how to use everything to. If you need a place for your juice I highly recommend going here.

Best vape shop Id say Ive been to, I like how they price their juice and coils, very convenient. The guys there are pretty cool, there have been a few shops I have been to where the guys rolled their eyes at a new customer asking about what they carry and what they would personally suggest. The owner is pretty cool and actually works in his shops and not just stand around and brag about being the owner. The best part is they dont sell cloned equipment at authentic prices, I dont think they sell clones at all. Keep up the good work guys!!

Update 2023, still the best shop around!Ryan the manager was outstanding and happily answered all my questions. They introduced me to the juice head disposables and they are the best Ive tried! Cant recommend this place enough!The best shop Ive been to. The customer service was outstanding and the owner was great and finding juices I liked and I havent found many of their flavors anywhere else. I will continue to come to this shop anytime Im in town!

Best experience Ive had at any vape store! Jesse was very knowledgeable about all the products without being pushy. Im a difficult customer because I know what I dont like but I have no idea what exactly I do like. He took it all in stride and did his best to send me out the door with a juice I would love. I will absolutely be back!

Absolutely fabulous customer service, products at an ACTUAL reasonable price. Came in to buy a new ecig and Ryan helped me. He listened to every single one of my complaints, and my rant for weird standards for a painful amount of time. Instead of selling me the highest priced items, he showed me only what would solve each problem I expressed. No distracting bells and whistles, or promises of technological magic I wouldnt understand. He ONLY showed me what would solve those very specific problems. If he had tried to sell me something super expensive, I probably would have just bought the ecig and felt a little guilty about spending money. But knowing I was getting *exactly* what I want, I absolutely bought everything that could go along with it (coils, batteries, everything) and am extremely satisfied. Great products, prices, and knowledgeable employees who have the patience of saints and good taste in comic books.

Bought 1 Delta 8 disposal vape on Friday by Monday the battery was dead with 1/2 the cart still left. Went back to the store on Monday hoping they would offer a new one or a discount on a new one. Nothing was offered to me to make it right. I was told that is why they have you try them before you leave the store. I hastily bought another one because the clerk told me that they had never had one brought back in because of this reason. It is Wed and the second one that I bought on Monday has just quit working, with 1/2 the cart full also. Disappointed in the quality and the customer service.

I had vaped a few years ago and went back to the dark side. My wife talked me into getting back into it. So we decided to stop here and see what they had. Im so glad we did, they are not only very knowledgeable, but extremely friendly. The store is very clean and very comfortable to be in. Youve not only helped a first time customer, but have gained some lifetime customers. Also huge PROPS to offering Civil Service Discounts for Police, Military, Fire, AND EMS!!!!

Visited late last night. The staff were incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are decent. They dont sell disposables because theyre very expensive and you thrown away shortly after the purchase.

Fabulous customer service! One of my friends that was with me had her toddler child & staff kindly explained she could not be in the store. We agreed that we understood the law/policy of this & she stood outside while I received service on my vape needs. The only negative subject matter that I have is the EXTREMELY small selection of vape liquids & brands. Would like to have a larger selection of liquid brands & flavors to choose from.

Best place in town to get quality juice. The owner is a really cool guy to talk to, the bar and island is hand built and he has a signature wall if youve committed to quit smoking. Comfortable lounge, personally I like killing an hour when I stop by

Always enjoy my visits at 618 Vape. They have a great selection of juice, mods and pretty much anything you need. The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. They answer most questions and give decent demonstration of how to use the product.

When I decided to use vaping to quit smoking, I did some research and found that 618 vape had pretty positive reviews. After stopping in, I see why. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, and made sure that I knew not only how to use my new vaporizer, but also how to assemble it and perform basic maintenance. Im very happy with the exemplary customer service, and will definitely be coming back.

Went in looking for a replacement tank for the battery I already had and the owner, I believe he was the owner anyway, was extremely helpful. He explained that unfortunately he no longer carried the style of tank I needed and he honestly seemed like he felt bad about it. Then he went to a box of extra parts that his customers gave to him when they upgraded. He found a tank that worked better then the last one I had. He had it cleaned and gave it to me for free! While he was getting it ready for me he showed us his vape bar and encouraged us to sit down and try some flavors to see what juice we liked. Theres not a whole lot of places with this level of customer service and even fewer places that save extra products to help out their customers for free. Amazing set up for the store and amazing customer service. Wether your a veteran or a newbie like me this store is definitely worth stopping in to check out.

Dont be fooled by the somewhat seedy area and so-so storefront. Inside is the classiest vape shop Ive visited (even including the shops I have been to in the vaping Mecca, the San Francisco Bay Area), yet the prices are very reasonable. The customers and staff are also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only shop Ive found that is its equal is Vaporized in Oxford, MS (the largest shop in Mississippi).

Had not been in the Dale in over 20 yrs. I would not even give this place a one star. Not only did the young guy mock me, he then was extremely rude when asking me for my ID. His eyes were glazed, and he had such tremors in his hands. Perhaps I should of drug tested him. Customer service is everything... this kid did not have it.

This place is fantastic for everything vape related. They have a wide variety of E-liquids, Mod boxes, Tanks, CBD oils and accessories. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, also if you are in law enforcement/corrections you will get a 10% discount. Will definitely keep returning for all my vaping products.

Great customer service , great juice . I visited Carbondale on a hunting camping trip and ran out of juice . 618 recommended me a apple butter juice and I must say its amazing. I ended up also buying a tank I have had my eyes on for quite some time just because I was extremely willing to support business at 618. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

So recently I decided that I was going to start vaping to quit smoking actual cigarettes. Keep in mind I had no knowledge prior to my visit about what I was doing or what to buy or how to take care of the device. I did some looking online and 618 vape seemed to have the best reviews in my area so I made the trip over after work. The shop was clean and the associate was ready to help as soon as I walked in. Told him what was going on and he showed me some options and explained the differences between the different kits. I ended up purchasing the smok alien 220w kit and all the accessories he recommended. He made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and taught me everything I needed to know about maintenance and proper use. I feel so bad I cant remember his name.. Collin? Maybe? Anyways i enjoyed my experience to the fullest. This shop is great! Awesome juice selection and pricing is definitely reasonable. Im loving my new vape!!! Will be back!

The gentleman at the Carbondale location that was working last night was very professional and made sure he waited on each person in order that came in. It was definitely busy for one person to handle, but he did great. He also showed and put together my new Smok. Definitely recommend to any who whats to start or is vaping, prices are fair, and atmosphere is awsome

Nothing against the store or the owner/employees. The only reason it got 4 stars was some of the juices were kind of high in price. I understand theres quite a but of overhead and you cant just give the juice away.

Me and my husband came in as total vaping newbies and Tyler c (I think that’s what the card says) was so patient and helpful with us, taking the time to show me how to use my new pen and advise my husband on a better tank/coil for his mod. We have officially found our vape store! Everyone really should check this place out

I never vaped before and decided to try it. They set me up there and explained everything that i needed to know. Plus the free trying station to pick flavors rocks. Everyone is nice there and is a cool place to chill with their Xbox and TV and comfy couches. Plus its super close to the SIU campus! Loved it!

For anyone who vapes and lives in or near Carbondale, I want to tell you about my favorite vape shop. 618 Vapes, the shop in same strip as don taco and papa john, it is the best vape shop Ive ever been to. The owner and the workers are amazing people. It is an amazing environment and they always have another useful lesson to teach ever time you come in. They make sure to educate and make you and expert vaper. I have learned so many things about rdas, coil building, and much more. If you ever have a chance stop by. I love it there.Jason and Andrea, and all the other employees make it all worth while. They are not just helping you they are teaching you and making it a lot of fun.

This is definitely the best vape shop in Carbondale and maybe in all of southern Illinois. Not only do they have all of the best, new oroducts, but the workers are friendly and very knowledgeable. My friend went here and was treated like trash for asking for 18 milligrams. The guy put him down for asking for such a high amount and told him hes better off doing meth. We have gone to 618 vape in the past but I can promise you we will never be going back. And the employee should be fired. How dare you put down a costumer for wanting to purchase a product you sell!

I walked into 618vape and was greeted friendly. Since shopping here for all my vape needs I have had 30 new tinder matches, I found a lost puppy and returned it only to find a huge reward, my boss gave me a raise at work, my car has been getting better gas milage, and I won a free trip on a cruise ship. I recommend the vape store because of the positive vibes it gives off really shape everyday life. Much much then any regular vape experience.

They were an arcade/ VR place for a short time it was fun but he is back to what he started with and I have no complaints everyone in there does a good job

Been my main place for awhile been buying coils four at a time cuz I dont have a chance to get in there all the time and Ive been buying my juice there too went in there last week they had 4 calls left told them Ill take all 4 guy refused to sell all four of them to me because he had other people that might want them later in the week

Its a nice place. Selection isnt as varied as others, and it seems as though every vape shop in carbondale is only allowed to sell 3mg and 6mg nic in their vape juices. Whats up with that?

Worst shops Ive ever been to the owner is one the rudest and dishonest people Ive ever met he is against people having there children in the shop and much rather have you male them wait in a car in the heat I would honestly never recommend going to 618 vape for not just that reason for the fact that there mod selection is poor and over priced and there juice selection is very poor and they always have the same stuff all the time I wouldnt ever recommend anyone to go here at all
