This place used to be great however the only good masseuse for me here is Lisa and she no longer works here. Ive asked the manager (Georgie) if he knows where she has transferred but he doesnt want to tell me. Im sure he knows where she works now because Im pretty sure he can call her and ask but he doesnt want me to know so I still go to this place. Ive asked for her email address at least but he doesnt want to tell me.Therefore I could have given 5 stars but Im only giving 3 stars due to my past experiences here and for Lisa.

Im giving two stars because of the Old Man that works at the front desk. I think he is the Manager here, he is really nice to me and quite accommodating and in all fairness the place is quite clean. However I think the Owner or Manager needs to do a bit of investigation because I believe theres something illegal happening here.Today I got a massage and the masseuse kept on trying to touch my private parts. I think this should be reported to the police. Its sad because they used to give good massage now they try something illegal in order to be able to ask for bigger tips.To the manager of this establishment, please investigate or else this place would be close down by the police

Prejudice against Black Americans. I was a walk in appointment. I called prior to make sure they had time for a walk in. The man I spoke with at the front desk seemed nice when I chose the service (reflexology + 90 combo massage). Price was good, $80. The man asked me to pay for my service upfront, while the sign next to him asked customers to “ pay after service to ensure quality massage”. I asked for clarification as to why I was paying prior to the massage (I have never paid prior to any service hair, nails or massages). He stated it was due to Corona Virus protocol regardless of the sign. I paid anyway and received a very lackadaisical massage even after asking for more pressure and suggesting my focus points. After my massage, I headed down the hallway and noticed he did not ask for the new walk in customers who were not my same skin tone to pay ahead of service. Definitely racial prejudice and stereotyping of Black Americans. Will not be coming back.

Pointless have stomach problems/issues and lady person was (couldnt understand) pretty much telling me I couldnt be eating. After leaving enough to cover my tip. I dont care ((My problem not yours)) about my nails also insisted (Insisted) cut my nails. I dont really care

First time at this location last week and it was INCREDIBLE!!! I am an athlete and was so tight and sore and Cindy did my deep tissue massage and it was a GAME CHANGER!!!! Her technique and how she relieved so much tension in my muscles and body was miraculous! Going again for sure and often!!! So grateful

So there are 2 locations that belong to this spa...this one and one over off of Oceanside Blvd and the I-5. Each time I make an appointment, the guy that answers the phone always wants us to go to the Carlsbad location, although, I much prefer the one in Oceanside. I do enjoy the massages we get since they seem to be the only spa that will give you every minute you pay for, but their biggest downfall is the lack of communication. Our last massage we got was absolutely horrible. My husband and I always get a couples massage, so we can be in the same room. When I first called to see if they had 2 masseuses to walk on our backs, I was told that there was but was told to use the Carlsbad location. I dont like this location because the rooms are smaller and the girls are always bumping the tables. I said fine and when we showed up there, he then tells us that walking bar is not available, but the girls would use their knees. Our massage was for 90 minutes but during the entire time, the girls were horrible rough on us. MASSAGES SHOULD NEVER BE PAINFUL!!! I kept telling the girl that it was too hard and she would ease up, then turn around and do it hard again. I dont think masseuses should have long nails either...she scratched up my back and due to her fingers being so skinny, she bruised my entire body. Another problem they have is that they tend to leave you completely exposed to the point where you feel so vulnerable. I believe this will be our last time at this location. I honestly feel the girl that worked on me didnt even know what she was doing. They both seemed mad that they were getting paid and I didnt even want to tip them, but gave them half of what I normally tip. Well not visit this place again.

Last time I went was awesome. This time was not good and Fevy Valencia described it perfectly in her review. The lady who did my massage, Cece, was too fast and grabby and I was unable to relax. After comparing notes with my sister and Mom I found out that they had their face and ears massaged and Cece didn’t do any of that. The time before was awesome and that’s why I went back. I called and got the masseuses name and if I go back I will make sure not to have her do my massage. Maybe some training would help.

I am very disappointed, after all the positive reviews I thought it would be a good place. The masseuse clearly didnt have proper training, she was groping and not massaging In addition to moving her hands so fast it took all the relaxation out of the experience. She then followed me to pay and hovered over me to see how much tip I had left. I felt very dissatisfied with the massage and the service. Will never be back!

Great time there Cece and Tami 4 hands massage was amazing very friendly and funny gals not to mention pretty and very hot bodies. I left with a sense of uphoria perfect timing since lately I been going through abad time trauma with my brothers suicide they have been like mind body and spirit therapy for me THANK YOU ALL LOVE YOU GUYS SEE YOU TODAY AT 10AM AS USUAL

Cons:Not enough oil used on back.Didnt sit on my bottom when massaging back. Its easier to apply pressure when resting on bottom. Maybe its just me.I asked for full body. This place is a rip off. On their flyer it says 10 percent off for military. I asked prior to the massage and the lady said yes, she would honor the discount. I did the 120 min massage for 79.99. Once it was time to pay, the guy charged me 80.00 and told me to give the women the rest for a tip. I showed him my ID card and he would not honor the 10 percent discount. I paid with a 100 dollar bill and he kept telling me to give the rest to the lady after he wouldnt honor the discount that was advertised. I did tip the lady because the massage was ok, but I will NEVER go back to this the place again. The manager is rude and once you confront him, he acts like he doesnt speak English. Stay away from this place!In response to the manager, You are RUDE and the flyer with the information is in your store. You DID solicit the tip and you did not honor the discount on the flyer in your store. Bad business! I recommend everyone stay away from this place. There are many other massage places in the area that are much better!

Massage wasnt bad but very unprofessional experience. During a couples massage, both ladies pulled our towels down so our bottoms were completely exposed while working on our backs then started giggling. My girlfriends underwear were pulled all the way down to her mid thigh. Made us super uncomfortable and difficult to relax and enjoy the massage.

This place is the best I couldnt ask for anything better when my back hurts and everything else the make the pain go away they are that good thats I come here highly recommend.I would highly recommend people go try it out.

Without exaggeration....this is the worst massage experience Ive ever encountered, EXTREMELY unprofessional .....left feeling sore and beat up WHATEVER THAT WAS IT WASNT A MASSAGE!!! it was more like a gentle beating with a lot of guess work ...Im willing to bet that the lady that gave me the massage has ZERO formal training....and as I was leaving I was told I HAD to tip ??? ....I will never give this place my business again ....youve been warned ...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
