So heres the deal. My 2 friends n I were straight chillin & cruisin eastside ALL night, then all our phones died, we decided to visit Puffs for not only refuge, but to window shop for when our money dropped. And maaan, Mr. Bush who works nights is the BOMB! Down to Earth, very intelligent for the job and in general, a good person to be around, & appreciated him so much & the 3 of us are happy to have met him.

Pricy but open 24hoursa day which is almost unheard of on the east side

I used to work at one of these locations. They definitely are one of the better smoke shops in the area when it comes to variety and prices. They are also open super late, some even 24 hours. Theyve usually got anything you need, and if they dont and you happen to catch the manager or a good employee and let them know what youre looking for.. they will do their best to get it for you. I think this is the channel view puffs page, Id suggest going to the humble location though. Its huge, well lit parking lot, and always has the best selection and the best chance of getting you an item that the other locations may be out of.

I love this place. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable. And they dont judge, or treat me lesser than when I go in and buy something.. if I could give Puffs 100 stars, I would.

Ive just experienced the worse customer service Ive seen in a long long time. I ended up putting all my items back on the shelf because the cashier did not acknowledge me and she wouldnt serve me let alone answer my questions, but served my friend and even took time out to gossip to my friend complaining that she worked til midnight last night and she didnt care about the people coming in. I will never ever come back again. Im a double amputee and dont come often

I used to love this place & the staff ...spent ALOT of money in here .So the other night i went in with $400 to spend & the doors were unlocked so i go in start shopping & one of the staff starts yelling at me, cussing me, looked like he was about to come over the counter then told me not to come back ...How was i suppose to know they were doing drawer count? The other guy never said anything that saw me walk in. So I will take my money elsewhere unless that employee is fired!

They literally have EVERYTHING and its so affordable that its almost unbelievable.... love this place!!!

Always a great experience when I enter a puffs store. Staff is usually on the nice side and educated on the items they sell. Very informative if asked specifics about certain products. Overall, great environment. Please take caution with certain words in these shops as they do not condone any illicit and or criminal activities. Please be respectful.

Customer service was good but not great. They are a little high on prices, they need a better kept inventory on products they do carry and also itd be nice if there was a broader selection of inventory with their butane choices & selection of torches. The store is very nicely maintained and clean. They have a nice variety of glass items!!

Awesome shop. I go to the smoke shop part and they always have what I want. Tabitha is a great manager, very friendly, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Prices are lower than just about anywhere Ive been to buy cbd or delta 8.

I had a need, They filled it indeed. I gave them cash, and took my stash. Prices are mid to high but their assortment and selection and knowledge make going to them with all your need a no-brainer. Just be careful getting into the parkling lot and leaving as the feeder road traffic doesnt slow for you. And if you are slow when leaving.....

I spent $$ at this place and the day i went i paid with my bank card ..it notified me when a purchase was done...the next day they tried to charge my card again..they had no right to do do now iive 20 minutes away from them and have to go and show my bank statment of what they did...just doesnt make since on why they would do suvh things..just make sure u pay cash because they will get u

These people are rude as hell and have an absolutely no return policy. My friend and I went in there with her vape and they sold her a coil that they said would fit. When it didnt fit, they refused to take it back. I might understand had we left the store. But she tried to change the coil on the counter right in front of the salesperson.

Smokin’ deals at Puff’s Smoke Shop! The employee greeted me as I walked in and was very helpful. He asked me if I knew what I was looking for and what was my price range. Quickly, found my items and purchased them. Definitely recommend shopping here for smoke accessories and novelties.

People working there are cool but they cannot control ridiculously high prices would give 5 star but too expensive. But i guess that is the wash since they 24 hours. Kills smoochies Much much better people vibes and puffs cheaper!!!!

Clean smoke shop where I buy my flavored nicotine vapes that are almost twice as much at the convenience store down the street. Worth the extra trip and its very clean and neat in the store. They also gave adult novelties if you and a partner are trying to get into something different. Cool spot

The urine replacement product I bought tested positive for opiates so not happy about that. I only used it due to having a very shy bladder andvnot able to urinate in a cup with someone watching. Luckily enough she let me take a second one and waited as long as it took for me to go......so I passed..

So my girlfriend and I went in there last October and the Manager (bald white guy with foil on his teeth) was very unprofessional towards her. We left without buying anything it was awful. So this past Thursday we decided to try again because a few of our friends had just went and said it just feels different there. We went to get kratom the guy working that morning, very tall with a beard, I think he is the new manager and it was such a great experience he was really nice and actually very knowledgeable he made my girlfriend really comfortable when she had questions about their toys he taught us both so much about the different CBD and CBG we highly recommend this smoke shop I think he said he usually works the mornings during the week I suggest you go then if you have any questions about anyting such a wide variety of everything and now someone intelligent managing great customer service

First time there so we didnt know what we would find. So when we left the girl inside store followed us outside and then asked us if we took pictures. We didnt! And then SHE asked us if we STOLE from the store? I have never been accused of anything like this! I was so upset and my blood pressure went high. I was thinking of going back soon because they had so many cute stuff, but after that, were never going back. Awful.

It is 24 hours, but majorly expensive. They must think glass is secretly made of gold and diamonds. A simple glass pipe that is more than 2 long will run at least $15. And those are very few. Most run about $40.

They have the best two Salesmen there, great customer service and they knew their stuff.. ❤❤ Definitely recommend

This is definitely a smoke shop, not a vape shop. What I can say though is that the staff are usually very friendly and will actually engage in conversation and do their best to help me out. The vape hardware is a bit pricy, but right where Id expect at a smoke shop. The e-liquid selection is limited, but decently priced (I recommend Black Label, and the house blends are good too). And did I mention its open 24 hours?

Very convenient that it is open 24 hours. There needs to be a couple more stores like this closer to Pearland so I dont have to drive so far out! Haha!!
