My first time was not bad at all. I had a focused massage with someone named Amy. While she was nice, I just feel like the young lady did not concentrate on the area that I actually wanted. It appears she did more of what she wanted to do. Normally, I would never allow this and would say something. That day I was just going through it over the loss of my dad. I just yielded. I will say she was extremely kind about that. I then decided to try again. I ended up having a focus massage with Mia and she was absolutely wonderful. She found my tense areas and even help me to relax a little bit more. I will be back. Hopefully I will get her again.

New to area. Wasnt sure where to go for a massage. I had read some nice reviews about Mia . So I gave her a try. What an amazing massage. She took her time worked on the focus parts I asked. Asked questions, used trigger points for pain. Needless to say she was fantastic. My next one is already booked with her again.

Today was my first experience at Zen. I have gotten Swedish Massages in the past but decided to book a 60 min Deep Tissue with Jordan.She was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable during my session.I expressed beforehand that I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and arms from work. She could tell exactly where I was having issues. I left feeling so much better and I will 100% be back to see her again.

I didnt know if i was gonna say anything because i know maybe my masseuse might have had really long night and was tired... BUT the place is beautiful the lady behind the counter was amazing.. but i paid over 100 with the tip for a deep massage because i really wanted to see if the knot in my shoulder would go away.... i dont think anything about the massage was deep i honestly expected so much more... the main reason i was upset is because once my masseuse sat down to massage my neck he kept falling asleep... mutiple times i look and saw he was nodding off like i said maybe a long night but i think its unfair bc im a single mom and still need this knot outta my shoulder! Other than that the place is very nice

Amy was great. It has been of 10 yrs since a massage. She asked me questions or concerns. I felt asleep but it will be a monthly SELF care for me.

Ive been going here for 2 years and its always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and professional. I leave relaxed and well. Ive come for relaxation and also for muscle aches from running and it always helps! I also think the value for the service is unbeatable.

New person at front desk. Much better service. I wish the turnover wasnt so high though. I just get comfortable with someone and they leave.:(

Ive had massages from walk in places all the way to full on spas and zen massage is up there with the full spa quality. I never have a problem booking an appointment and I love that you can pick who will do your massage. Staff is always friendly!

I walked in to try and get a massage or get information on how to do so since the phoyee t straight voicemail when I called 3 minutes before walking in. The girl at the front desk looked as if she was interested in speaking after I said I didnt have an appointment and proceeded to tell me to go online or call first which I did but none answered. I didnt get a massage nor did she try to schedule an appointment for me. I think she needs a class on customer service O am glad I didnt get a massage there and I wont ever try that spot again

I went in here first week of July to schedule a massage for a gift card I received.I informed the girl in the front it was for a Swedish massage. She scheduled without verifying info, like male or woman masseuse and even length of massage.I had to cancel that massage because she scheduled it wrong. 1st mistake.2nd girl calls a couple days later, and I inform her that I have a gift certificate for a 90 minute SWEDISH MASSAGE.The idiot on the phone, unbeknownst to me because I did NOT get a confirmation email, scheduled me for a 90 minute deep tissue massage instead of Swedish.3 weeks later, I arrive for my 90 minute Swedish. I get the worst massage of my life, so uncomfortable even after telling the masseuse twice the pressure was too much for me. I did not enjoy the massage.My massage ends, and I inform the girl up front, JORDAN, that someone in house messed up my appointment. She goes on to tell me I have to pay the difference in price, when it was THEIR fault I was scheduled the WRONG massage.There’s a bunch of IDIOTS working here, such a shame because I’ve been going there consistently since about 2018, this is the first time I had an unpleasant visit.And to make matters worse, my gift card had a $10 tip on in that covered the full massage. If the idiot JORDAN had just inserted the gift card instead of arguing with customers, she wouldn’t have lost the company business.Idiots!!!!

Customer service not as welcoming. Last 2 massages were rundownLast aromatherapy was only fairly done. 2 lymphatic massages earlier in year were exactly like later rub downs. Will give away $325 left on massage card to friend.

I had a massage today with Mia and when I tell you she was amazing it is an understatement. She took care of all my knots and pain. She was great. I will see her again in 3 weeks. Call and book Mia she is great.

Love coming here, its a very professional and clean environment while still being relaxing. Richard Cheever (massage therapist) does incredible work. Very gentle hands while applying a great deal of pressure to work out the tension in my muscles. He always takes time to check in if the pressure is too much or too little and always starts by asking what has been bothering me. I usually book at the last minute and they typically have good availability.

Your people at the North Charleston location, including the front desk and massage personnel, disrespected my wife. While we paid for a message as for Mother’s Day gift! The person performing the massage was mocking my wife’s English, nationality, and background, assuming she could not understand what he was talking about, nor she can communicate effectively. She’s a bilingual teacher in a good school in Charleston, and your personnel is racist! Aside from that, while he was supposedly doing the massage, he was on the phone texting with one hand and touching my wife’s body with the other without respecting her time or her half-nudity. At this point, it’s assumed that your personnel using the phone while a woman is half naked is for promiscuous purposes unless there is a family emergency where a call should be the primary point of contact. Your front desk was unable to address the issue but smiled at the problem and laughed at the complaint. What kind of service do you all provide?? This is ridiculously unprofessional, unnecessary, and disgusting! If I could give zero ratings to this location, I would prefer to advise people not to waste their money! For other nationalities, be advised their behavior is entirely unprofessional and segregating.

This was Tuesday after Mother’s Day. My sis yams I planned for a couples massage but everything went wrong that day. Car trouble topped the list. The therapist graciously took care of us. Richard did great he addressed my pain areas with a deep tissue massage while asking if the pressure was good. I felt great afterwards but I think Richard needed a massage 🤪thank you guys. We will be planning our next visit and pray the forces away

My appointment was at 12, I got there at 11:56, but he didnt come and get me until 12:05!! so by the time I took my shirt off, laid down, and he began, it was 12:10. I told him my lower back was irritating me the most and yet he only did my lower back 20% of the time. He mainly worked on my upper body and neck, which wasnt hurting me at all. When he told me I could put on my shirt and head back to the front and he left. I immediately looked at my phone and it was 12:57... so I paid for an hour massage and didnt get my FULL hour nor got the PROPER massage so yea. I honestly dont even know why I left a tip when I walked out, feeling the same as I walked in.

Initial review was not good, but the manager called me to make it right. I really appreciate it. My husband and I went back and the service was so much better. Will definitely continue to go there since they fixed their issues.Went for a couples massage and the lady at the front desk had horrible customer service skills. When we entered she said hi and that was it, we waited about 7 minutes for her to ask for our name and if we had an appointment. Honestly I felt like walking out and not even getting a massage. When we got to the back my husband told his massage therapist that his blanket was not on and it was cold. She said ok and it never heated up. He laid their cold the entire time. We normally go here, but I think this will be our last time. Time to try a new place.

Awesome 1st Experience! I received a massage as a birthday present. My therapist was Alicia. She was great! I was really comfortable working with her and telling her what I needed. She was great about adjusting pressure and making sure I felt taken care of. I will absolutely come again.

I went there for a massage today and while the massage was fine the experience was horrible! There’s construction going on next door that can’t be seen when walking in. The entire time I received the massage there was a bunch of knocking, beating, drilling etc! Absolutely no peace! The noise was so unbearable! I asked the woman at the desk why they weren’t advising customers upon scheduling. She states bc customers may not want to schedule if they knew and she would lose business! This let me know that they are money hungry with no regards to customer service. Let me as the customer decide if I want to deal with the conditions before wasting my time and money! She didn’t offer a discount or anything for this! Please look elsewhere for a massage in peace since they don’t know when the disturbance will stop and won’t tell you when you’re scheduling!

Had my first massage with Manny on 07/21/2016 and it was OK. Upon arrival I was hesitant on getting a massage because this was of course my first time. I went in with high expectations only from hearing others talk about how relaxing and good it is to have a massage. I was very tense and needed some relaxation and relief. Well my masseur (Manny) was very nice but he talked the entire time. He even burped a couple of times. I found that to be very unprofessional. I was hoping that he would have been quiet and allowed me to enjoy my deep tissue massage (that I ended up paying $59.95 for) but he didnt. I didn’t want to be rude so I allowed him to talk. At the end of the massage as I was paying the lady at the cash register asked me how was everything. I wanted to tell her it was not what I expected but Manny was still in the area. I told her it was OK. She said do you want to leave a tip. I wanted to say “Hell No” but I left one anyway. I dont think that I will return back to this location. I also think that if he was quiet and focused more on my massage my first visit would of went a lot better. First impressions is important and I am now turn off from this location. What a waste of money and a bad experience.

Clean and friendly. I went for a 60 minute prenatal massage. The massage itself was good but it was a 45 minute massage rather than the 60 minutes it should’ve been. Therapist stopped 10 mins early and from the time she re-entered the room to start at least 5 minutes went by. I was not offered water afterwards either.

Damien did a great job, was calming, gentle but firm and I will be returning for another massage.

My husband and I went here for a massage. Says on the sign they’re open 7 days a week. Called the number went through voicemail. Check their website it says open on Sunday 9:30am to 5:00pm. Walked out the car to their spa and door is closed.🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Booked my husband a 1 hour Swedish massage through Amber for Fathers day & she never mentioned a MALE doing it. My husband called me after and thanked me but asked why I booked a male. I told him I didnt. He told me that the lady told him I specially requested it. THAT WAS A PURE LIE. When I called up there to confront the lady she blamed it on Amber saying thats what Amber told her & that it was only 1 Male working all that day. I never knew a thing. Im very disappointed with the lack of communication. Money wasted! My husband couldnt even feel comfortable & he didnt want to be ungrateful.

First experience: The staff was nice and the facility is clean, but when I asked for a little more pressure I just didn’t get it. I pretty much got a little kneading and circular motion. I’ve had plenty of professional massages and there wasn’t a flow or technique in his massage at all. I’ll know to visit a specialist for these types of massages. I was expecting to walk out with less back pain due to me being 36 weeks pregnant, but honestly my husband probably could have done a better job at home. I guess you get what you pay for.🤷🏾‍♀️Update (Second Experience): The owner was a man of his word which in today’s world is surprisingly amazing and admirable. The office called, expressed their apologies and booked a courtesy massage the following week. The young lady I had the pleasure to experience was absolutely amazing. I didn’t even know pressure points existed in my hips but she surely did! She worked through every muscle knot in my back, she had a variety of massage techniques and I could tell she was highly skilled. I appreciated some of the motions that created better blood flow not only for me, but for my unborn child. I felt like a well cooked and happy noodle.🤣 I was so relaxed and the pressure in my back was tremendously reduced. She was friendly, welcoming and communicative. I’ll definitely be back. As a matter of fact I’ve already scheduled for my next session! I plan on receiving a massage up until birth and I have found the right place and right therapist for the task. Thank you for everything. Pregnant women are hard to please, but this has been one of the best experiences throughout my entire pregnancy and I owe that to this facility and particular therapist.💙

6/2/2019 3rd visitFacility looks great and is very clean. Young lady working check in was very pleasant and all smiles. Had a 5pm Swedish massage. Started about 5:15. LMT was pleasant but not well skilled. I asked for a light to medium and was light the entire time. My wife who is untrained does better at getting the knots out. Spent majority of time on my back and just enough time on my legs to put the oil on and smooth it out.***side note, I am picky about massages and usually get them about 2 - 3 times a month. This was my 3rd time here with only 1 being at the level I expect. Probably will not become a regular here.EDIT**The office manager contacted me about my first visit to get a complete understanding of why I was dissatisfied and we spent about 30 minutes talking. She set me up for a complementary Massage with Leslie and everything was great. Leslie took her time to chat with me about pre existing conditions and talked about what I wanted from the massage. She had a great touch and I wish it had been longer :). I will definitely be giving them a 3rd try in the near future.***EDITFacility clean and looks nice. Front staff was great. That is where it ends.Not sure if it was because I was their last appointment but if you have any medical conditions, avoid Jackie. I am use to as a new client, the therapist reviews your medical issues. I got the feeling she never read the paperwork.

Went in today for my first massage ever and received a deep tissue. I believe the lady that worked was named Candice, she was polite and patient. Candice paid extra attention to the areas I mentioned and it was definitely a great experience. There was no forced conversation either which generally turns me away from a business. Ill probably try to get in more often now.

Today I received my first massage from Manny and it was awesome! I absolutely loved the environment and the staff was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Thanks for helping me relax on my B-Day!

Im particularly new with massage therapy like this, but as a first timer this is the best freaking massage place Ive ever went! I went there because of a recommendation from my doctor. No one couldnt find the issue of whats causing my neck to killing me and get headaches sometime. Thanks to this massage therapist, Melissa. She thoroughly explained my issues and work the problems that created the tensions in my back. After that session ( I felt someone different and somewhat relief of the issues. Its not gone completely but 95% I felt relief! She knew what issue by just massaging the area where the pain ( probably) originally came from. People at my job havent heard about you guys yet so they asked me to tell them my experience. Ill make sure to tell them my experiences on Monday. Ill definitely will be coming back in the summer! Great place!

Got my first professional deep tissue massage done with Sandy and was super happy with my experience. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be rebooking.

Went in yesterday for an acne facial, my face HURT before hand. It was so painful. I was desperate! Jessica did my facial and within less than 24 hours these are my results! It feels so much better and it’s not as inflamed as it was. It doesn’t even hurt to touch anymore. Not to mention the pricing there is amazingggg! I’m so impressed with this place overall! Thank you Jessica!

Overall wonderful experience with Joni. Very kind spirit the entire time. Very talented, gives a sense of calm through transfered energy and extremely knowledgeable about her profession. Thank you for a wonderful Swedish + massage.

Just experienced my first massage from Mia @ Zen and absolutely can not wait to go back! She was very professional throughout the entire massage and the pressure level was perfect!

Made a reservation because this place was rated as one of the top things to do while in Charleston. We had a six hour drive to get there for our appt and left in plenty of time to get there for our 15 minute pre arrival time for paperwork fill out. We arrived at our hotel checked in quickly and was about to head over to Zen Message we received a call that one of our message therapists had to cancel. This was suppose to be a couples message session and my husband prefers a female therapist but was told that she cancelled. The person who called asked if I wanted to reschedule..really? When I originally called I told them we were coming from out of town for a quick stay. We were very disappointed. I have multiple joint arthritis and thought this would be great after my six hour trip from Raleigh. Very disappointing. I do not recommend!

This place is great! Its very affordable. And its just a great, down-to-earth, comfortable place...not over the top or pretentious like some of the fancier places in town. If you like fancy pampering, go ahead and pay twice as much and go to the other places. For me, this is a much better fit. I can be myself relax without putting on any airs. Front office staff is really nice. Meghan has been my favorite therapist...she has a kind and calm demeanor, listens well, addresses any ailments, and gives a really nice over-all massage.

I pay for deep tissue massage but get a Swedish massageCustomers are supposed to receive a 10% discount on services, but the receptionist neglected to apply the discount to my massage. I was also not called in until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

I came in for an hour massage. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. I only received a 53 minute massage. I spoke with the receptionist at the front desk about how my massage was cut short. She asssured me that this would not ever happen again. She also stated that she would speak to the manager about the issue and that the manager would probably do something for me. I have not heard from the manager and it has been almost a week since my visit. The receptionist was pleasant and seemed to like her job. My massage was great and I felt relaxed afterwards. The establishment was not inviting and a lot of the furniture was old and stained. I would not recommend this place unless you don’t care about how the place looks and just want a decent massage to relax.The manager called and spoke to me about my massage. She offered to give me 10% off of my next service. She explained that it is actually only supposed to be 50 mins (5 mins on both ends for consultation/getting undressed and dressed). I was not aware of this before I went in or when I brought it to the attention of the receptionist. Thank you for calling and explaining things to me.

Absolutely love and recommend this place! Pay per session. No fees or contracts. Ive been going to this place for two years now. I even live in VA now and come here when I visit. Hands down recommend to anyone! Even my husband loves this place. Leave feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Different levels of massage for exactly what you need. Deep tissue is my personal favorite. Just enough pressure to release muscle tension. But not too much to leave me aching.

I had my second massage with Joni today and it was amazing. She has such a kind and gentle soul and it really shows in her work. I’m looking forward to booking with her again:)

The only reason its a two and not a three is because the bad outweighs the good. You pay a good amount for what I feel is someone who is learning how to be a massage therapist. Ive had two individuals Ive enjoyed and the other times I prayed the person was as good. I dont think Ill ever go back and I suggest it only to those who dont care about where they spend their money. Dont go in expecting your moneys worth. Good luck though!

The massage was great and melissa did a great job. Only thing that wouldnt make it 5 stars was I had 1:00 appointment and didnt go back till 1:12 then I finished at 1:56. I paid for a hr only got a little. My wife went back at 12:54 and got out after I did. Dont know what policy is.

I did not have a good experience. I paid for a 60 massage and only received 40 minutes. The massage was supposed to be deep tissue which is extra and they gave me a regular Swedish. The front desk was not helpful when I complained, they made several excuses on why they advertise 60 minutes but its their policy to only give 50 minute massages. Its a ripoff and I would advise others to not waste your money here.

Greetings. I scheduled an appointment today 4/20 at 3pm. I arrive to the location. At 235pm to do documentation and the front desk lady stated that my therapist will be late. I continued to fill out the paper work and completed it. Reluctant to give it the front desk lady because the therapist would be 15 minutes late. So instead of waiting a full 30 minutes...I kept the paperwork and decided to leave. The front desk lady helped me make my decison. She also looked tired to from her pregnancy. Here is the kicker...this was my first time going to this place. First impression will get my bad review for this place. I was at the Rivers Ave location in Charleston SC.

I went to this establishment to inquire about a massage today. The lady at the front desk was rude. She was not listening to what I was asking her and she spoke over me. I left and will never get a massage here. If they treat you like that before you get a massage I can only imagine the quality of their services.

Let me start off by saying that I do not give 5 star ratings often, it is something I reserve for, well, 5 star experiences.My wife and I have been going to Zen for about 2 yrs. She more than me up until recently. I had, not bad experiences, but not great ones, so never really cared about going.I was severely wounded in Iraq several years ago while serving in the Army, and I am an orthopedic mess. Having broken 17 bones when an MRAP rolled on top of me due to an IED, I have constant pain, muscular and skeletal.In January of this year, my wife talked me in to going for pain management. I reluctantly agreed. I have seen the same therapist (Megan) 6 times now, and this is the best I have felt in years. She takes pride in my care, and gives me homework to do as to get the most from my massages.I go every 2 weeks, and I notice a huge difference in my quality of life now. I am able to do more and have less pain than before. I think the key is to find a good therapist and stick with that person. They are able to learn and read your bodys needs, and after several visits, you no longer have to tell them where to focus, they already know. This has been a great alternative for my pain management instead of the typical pharmaceutical treatments doctors push. I highly recommend this place.

I received a prenatal massage from Julius. The prenatal here is done on both your side and your back. This makes for a very unrelaxing set up bc you are flipping over so often. Other prenatal massages have been done on a table with a hole for your belly. The pressure was very light despite me asking for deeper pressure. The end of the massage was on your back which is extremely uncomfortable when you are pregnant. The massage was poor quality and short. We started at 7 minutes after the hour and I was in my car by 6:00pm. I expressed my concern at checkout and they told me they would credit my account for a future trip if there was anything she could do about it. Need less to say I will not be back for another visit. You get what you pay for.Miranda the interim manager called today and offered feedback including that I should have never been on my back considering how far along in pregnancy I am and also that pressure should not be restricted at this point in my pregnancy. She was unwilling to reimburse me for the time I was shorted stating that they cant issue refunds with their system, but offered another massage which I declined. I will not be back especially after the feedback from management.

I called Zen massage this morning hoping to get in for a massage. I was very surprised and thankful that they had something open for today. I told the woman on the phone that I was looking for a prenatal massage and that I was 39 weeks pregnant. Her response was oh wow! You are trying to induce labor arent you? I replied with yes! I definitely am! She then replied with Ok great! Well hopefully we can make that happen for you. See you this afternoon!When I walked in for my appointment, I filled out paperwork. The paperwork asked me what I was hoping to get out of the massage today. I wrote that I was hoping to induce labor. A couple minutes later, a massage therapist brought me back to the room and shut the door. She began to say Before we even get started and before I even touch you, I want to start by saying that I saw your paperwork where you said you were hoping to induce labor. I said yes. She said well I do not induce labor. I dont have children of my own, and Im not trying to have a baby be born on my table today. I explained that was my main reason for the visit today and I spoke to someone over the phone and told her that is why I wanted to come in and she said that was fine. The girl then said Well I dont do that, I would avoid all of the pressure points that do induce labor. I told her I wasnt interested in getting the massage done in that case and left.My point is, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way she spoke to me. I felt as though her response about not wanted to have a baby on the table was inappropriate and immature. I understand her not feeling comfortable doing that type of massage but she could of explained that so differently. I will not be returning or referring anyone there due to the lack of professionalism that I experienced today.

This is the BEST place to get a massage. I have travel a lot in the past few years and still havent found a better massage therapists than zen’s therapists. Andrea is my main therapist, but if for some reason I can’t get to her at the last minute and they put me with another therapist there, I’m still 100 percent please. They have NEVER FAILED me anytime and it’s been years. These therapist not only make you feel great, but they make sure whatever I go in with I don’t come out with. I may go in with a headache or a huge knot in my foot and there is not one time that I can recall I walked out not saying it was gone.

Big massage junkie here. I have been all over to different spas and even worked in the industry for a while. Zen is the absolute best place you can go for a massage in both price and quality. The therapists there are VERY good and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is wonderful. I refer all of my friends here and never go anywhere else!

Had my first massage with Manny today. And all I can say is Thank You! He listened to what I needed and did exactly that. I went in for a deep tissue massage and he was able to relieve so much discomfort. I will definitely recommend Zen Massage and Manny Vasquez.

I guess its all about time with this rating. The deep tissue massage I received was great! To do over I would have been informed of and chosen a focus massage and if I waited until ten after the hour then the massage would have gone ten past the hour.

One of my partner and my favorite places. We go get a massage every few months and were always pleased. The people are so pleasant and accommodating. They give military discount too so an added bonus.

My 9am appointment yesterday started right on schedule. Check-in was easy and everyone was courteous. Christian does a great deep-tissue massage! Will definitely be going back.

So Fri I scheduled a massage and went in only avail massage therapist. I never had a male masseuse but gave It a try. At first he was very professional. Once he got to my legs I started to feel very uncomfortable! I never had my inner thigh massaged like that . I even tried to keep my legs closed . He got way too close to my privates . I felt violated and very uncomfortable I didnt even enjoy it due to the awkwardness. I just wanted i t to be over with !! I payed and left thought maybe it was me so I talked to other friends and clients and they said I was definitely violated. I will never go back to zen massage on rivers ave and Id like to know if anyone else experience d this.

Place called me 3 hrs before our appt and said that my massage therapist is not available. They offered a male substitute that neither I or my GF prefer. I explained that we were from out of state and were leaving this afternoon and the place was not very keen on rescheduling us to help accommodate.

The massage was good but some of the spa things found at other spas were missing. No separate changing room, no showers,no robes, bottled water and just a lower level of spa-like feeling.

This was my second time going to this location and my first time going in for a 90-minute massage. I had been looking so forward to it. I am pretty sure the masseuse that worked with me was either preoccupied or texting during my massage. There were a lot of times (7 to be exact) that the masseuse was using only one hand and 2 times that his one hand actually stopped moving. Perhaps this is the protocol for 90 minutes? The massage was not even on both sides and the reflexology add-on that I paid for only lasted for 10 minutes...Im still not quite sure what the benefit of it was. I dont know what changed from the first time to this last time but paying $90 for this type of service was a little disheartening.

I recently had a facial at Moedim Spa on Ashely Phos. i am returning today to ask for my money back so i can come to Zen to get a real facial and massage.i have been to Zen several times and have only had the BEST experience. a beautiful waiting room and the staff is warm and friendly and they have always had a cup of cold water waiting for me after my treatments.their prices are amazing and they have always done an excellent job and tailor your massage to your needs.i highly recommend this place and i hope they will continue to exceed all expectations.and whatever you do...stay away from Moedim. come here instead!!!!

Horrible experience. Called to complain and was offered 10% off next visit. (Wow $5!!!) My wife and I were long time customers. Not any more. This place gas gone down hill. EDIT!!!! Ohhhh. now they care about me after a negative review. On all of your negative reviews you responded why didnt you contact us 1st?? .I tried that and got offered $5 off and was made to feel like I was lying and mistaken.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for. The linens were dingy (appeared to be clean and sanitary - or I would have left - but just old and stained and dingy). Also, my massage therapist seemed stressed out - rushed, sighing a lot. It just wasnt a pleasant experience. I probably wont go back.

I got the best deep tissue massage. My masseur was Ez. Hes amazing! I was very impressed by his skills and proffeshionalism. He was also very kind and engaging.

Best prices in town.When I am asked if I would prefer a male or female to do the message, I just ask for who ever has the heaviest hand. But I specifically go for the deep tissue massages.

Arrived at 3pm on Friday to purchase a gift card and it was closed and no one was answering the phones. Drove 20 minutes to get here in plenty of time before close, so Im unsure why it wasnt open. There was no sign on the door to explain why or when it would be open again.

I havent even been here yet, but I give them 3 stars just seeing that management is responding to all reviews. Good or bad. I will definitely be checking these folks out
