My favorite place to visit due to the faces (and sometimes hugs) that greet me as I walk in the door of Unique. Hunter, Xiomara, and Mike have truly gone out of their way to be kind, friendly, professional, sweet, and the most wonderful kind of people I would share a beer with any day of the week! What a fantastic staff. ♥️

Such a welcoming environment, defiantly recommend!Edit: I just want to remind everyone to do their shopping at Unique Tobacco & Vape because the workers are actually some of the nicest people ever. My car decided to not start in the parking lot, so I went in to see if any of the workers had jumper cables. Unfortunately, they didn’t, but they gave me a nice big plate of mac & cheese while I waited and asked the customers who came in if they had cables until we found someone who did. A lot of people would have just said no and sent me on my way since they didnt have the cables, but, instead, they did the best they could to help and it really made my Thanksgiving. Very thankful for these awesome employees!!

They always look out and help out accordingly to your questions and they always have deals going on. Prices are better than most vape stores Ive been to.

Ali, chandler and CO are by far the best employees up there I never have a bad experience and it feels like home every time I walk in! It’s a quick an easy grab and go some days and a sit and chit chat on others. I’m def guilty of spending 2 hours there with the workers some days!! So happy for a 24h smoke shop within a 20min drive. Only been in there past 12am and the guy working(topher?) made me feel welcome and made me want to come there over other smoke shops. Giant inventory is a bonus. Great lil spot if you need anything.

This place is amazing! They have so much cool stuff and their selection of products really makes it a one stop shop! And on top of it they’re 24 hours and the employees there are always super friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this place!

I purchased a dry vaporizer from this store for $50 and it did not work. I was told to call the manufacture, so I did. They told me to return it to the store. So I called the store spoke with the manager and he told me to bring it in and they would switch it out no problem. I get there and they won’t switch it out. So they lied to me. I purchased 4 elf bars a week from them so it’s their loss they lost $80 a week. Over a $50 product and the money they stole from me. The store should’ve taken the loss not the customer. Apparently they don’t know the first rule of customer service. The customers are the priority. They’ve lost my business. And I guess $50 is worth a bad review to you, Mr. district manager.

This place is awesome. I initially stopped here out of curiosity, it was the first 24 hour smoke shop that I’ve seen. I like to stop in on my way to work early in the morning. The overnight employee, Hugh, is the man. That guy is very knowledgeable on just about everything in that store, he’s happy to give me suggestions, and he’s happy to tell you what other customers buy. He learned who I was quickly and we pick up conversations like no time has passed. He even explained the 24 hour model and talked about business at night because of snacks and energy drinks.About two weeks ago I came in and said “well Hugh, my car is broke down so it looks like I’ll be here for a bit”. This man pulled out his phone and had 2-3 tow truck drivers on standby for me, and had me drive around back. Apparently the owner owns or owned a towing company and a tire shop. He comes out back, looked into the engine bay, did a few things, and he had me back on the road within twenty minutes. It wasn’t a permanent fix which he made sure I knew, but it would get me back home. Probably something that was really easy and obvious for him, but for me it wasn’t. The point is he took the time to look at my car and try something, and I was shopping for a vape. It made me feel much more comfortable and much less stressed/anxious, and he didn’t charge me anything.I can’t believe I’m saying this about a smoke shop, but these dudes really do treat you like you’re family. A business is a business, but the employees are what make it. I’ll be leaving the state permanently soon, and when I think about this place it feels like I’m leaving friends.
