Went into the store couple months ago, it was the one place I found that said it was open until 12 then actually was open when I got there. Positive experience, Mo, the friendly face that greeted me late two evenings ago, was spot on. Im happy I stumbled across this establishment. I most definitely will go back

Purchased a vape here on the 7th of this month (Aug). By the 10th it began to malfunction. I took a video of what was happening. I went in on the 11th to show my video; and to show the bank transaction where I had purchased just 3 days earlier. I was told by the individual working there (and I do know his name) that they could not replace it, because they don’t know what happened since my purchase. And that 3 days was too long. I was told that it could have been exposed to extreme heat, blah blah blah. The point is. The vape was with me, and not exposed to anything. It started malfunctioning. It would not stop vaping after I had taken my mouth off the inhaler. I had the proof on video. I had purchased this product before, and never had that issue. I was a loyal customer. Have the stamp card as well to build up to a free purchase. Just one stamp away! BUT WILL NEVER ENTER THIS STORE AGAIN. They do not stand behind their product and that’s an issue.SAVE YOUR RECEIPT, and test the product thoroughly. It just takes one time to show me what you really are about. Don’t let the smiles fool you. They are just out for the money. Not the experience of good customer service and respect to keep your patronage.
