I love y’all’s huge selection and Alyssa helped me today and she was the absolute best. She really took her time to talk to me and help me look at different options for my new setup. She literally taught me so many new things today, so knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate a fabulous customer service interaction because it’s sometimes hard to come by nowadays, she rocks!

Visiting from out of town and I went there not really sure at first what to think. But I must say they’re 100% officially legit! Great service, great products and prices! I look forward to going back!

Super clean shop and great selection.The staff was super helpful with all my questions about e-rigs. They helped me go through each choice and find the device that is best for me. Also most products were quite a bit cheaper than most shops in the area.

This is my favorite smoke shop to go to. They have a vast selection and the most welcoming customer service. I usually get Alyssa, and she is amazing at her job. Shes gone out of her way to check specific products for me. Also, if theyre ever out of stock on an item, she lets me know the best day to come back to get it. Definitely stop by for all your smoking needs

They have the best section of vapes, tbd, delta, and other products. The store products are reasonably priced if not cheaper than other shops. Everyone there is so friendly, chill, and able to knowledgeable to answer my questions. Definitely my go-to smoke shop!

Hands down best shop in south Carolina, yet alone Charleston. Gage a worker there made me feel like I was a regular customer. So knowledgeable, out going. I just moved here and so happy I came here. They have the best biggest selection at very fair prices plus they have great products Ive have not seen except on line. Price was sane but shipping extra 10. They got it down tobs science. Dont waste your time, this is it.

I believe the girl who helped me was Alyssa but I can’t quite remember her name she had black curly hair. Her and all of her co workers in the store are very knowledgeable about their product and very helpful, respectful, polite, and professional. I will surly be going back

My boyfriend and I just came in this afternoon to pickup a few new things and Paige helped us. She was super helpful directing and showing us newer products and trying to help us figure out what was going to best suit our needs. She was also super patient after my boyfriend started to get impatient because he walked in knowing what he wanted and didn’t want to hear about other products but we are glad we did and have some new products to try! Employee mistakenly charged me twice and then wouldn’t give a refund despite admitting their mistake due to their “no refund policy.” Bad business to charge customers due to their own mistake and offer no recourse.

We were visiting Charleston from Greenville. I had a vape mishap in the ocean, ruined my entire box and needed a new box mod. After visiting 5 different vape stores, wasted 2 hours in traffic, learned that none of them carried the box mods, Wild Side Smoke Shop came through for me! They had the box mod, they had the high level nicotine vape salt, they get a 5 star rating from me!! I wish I wouldve visited them first! The store was huge and the service was friendly. Oh and its easy to find and parking isnt a nightmare as it is with some others.

The best shop in charleston. the staff are always so friendly and helpful and lead us to some good deals. Jared was so awesome and helped us pick out a ton of stuff. Lots of shops near where I live but I will drive out of the way any day to come here!!!

Remedy and Moe we’re running the store when I came to visit looking for a piece and on top of being incredibly knowledgeable about their products, they were immensely friendly and gave off really good vibes all around. The shop has a great selection and has great people staffing as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Went in yesterday for a bong, mine had broken 30 minutes before hand, I walked in and instant welcoming and compliments on my shark tooth necklace I made, anyways I explain what had happened 30 mins prior to entering the store, and instantly they gave me 30% any bong I chose. Plus another 50% for an extra bowl piece! I sadly never got the name of the nice man who had helped me but they were all so welcoming and sweet. This store is really good if you’re looking for a bong. Never tried any of their other products but Their bongs are definitely good enough for their prices. Got my bong and 2 bowls for 68$. Good store and people.

My husband had pancreatic cancer and Nick at Wild Side really helped him with holistic pain management. My husband is now cancer free but we will continue to visit both the Charleston and Conway location because both the staff and product are AWESOME!!!

I called ahead to make sure my juice was in stock and the girl said they had 3 bottles of 35% to which I replied I needed juice, not salt, at 3% and she said oh that’s what I meant we have 3 bottles of 3% so I drove from summerville to downtown only to find out they had 0 bottles. I tried finding something else and settled for a bottle of Coastal Clouds Mixed Berries which isn’t bad but when I got home I realized I was given a bottle of Mango Berries which is AWFUL. I’ve since gotten my fave from another store and even changed my coil but that horrid mango flavor is still in my tank. What a waste of my time and money. It would help if the staff knew the difference between juice and nic salts.

Friendly workers and they always help me with a good deal! Definitely the go to place for butane. 2 for $5 for butane or Indian stores charge $3to$5 for butane. Awesome torches too however I bought 2and both broke in one week and I didnt get my receipt so that sucks

I had the experience of a young lady from Myrtle Beach; so beautiful inside and out but didn’t catch her name!! Ive been waiting for a while to have a good smoke shop and they were more than helpful. The gentleman behind the counter answered all of my questions, helping me find a great rig for my CBD. Also Emilee was courteous and offered great service

The store manager sold me a trashed vape pen. Dont trust these guys and they threw away the receipt and failed to make it right.

Went in there at 10am to visit the coin flip atm and the lady attacked us for singing the new drake song she was playing, completely unprofessional, who ever the owner is needs to contact me ASAP. She threatened us, said she was going to get someone to attack us. Said we weren’t about that life, we’re not about that, we just wanted to buy Dogecoin. Couldn’t even finish the transaction. Word spreads fast in Charleston, boycot wildside smoke shop!

Went in last night and got 2 AirBar disposables. They both died within 24 hours. These vapes typically last me a week. Don’t recommend buying from them.

Small over priced shop there are head shops on line with less Square footage but still more glass at better prices. I’d only go here if you’re desperate.
