Wonderful massage by Ana! Just the right amount of pressure while still very relaxing. Tables and rooms are very comfortable. Annual plan makes it easy to schedule a monthly massage or facial. You can mix/match and even add services on. I’ve had different therapist’s and they have all been good. Highly recommend!

I have serious lower back muscle issues (knots) and sciatic issues going on. I work on concrete floor all day every day. My muscles are super tight and multiple knots. Here’s how much I love this place: I don’t even live in Chattanooga, but I purchased a membership anyway!I am in the area frequently for work and always get an evening massage; every therapist I’ve ever had is amazing, and the front desk staff is so warm and friendly. I had the privilege of having Jessica S. as my therapist today and she was incredible! She pretty much put me to sleep, and had the perfect amount of pressure. Her suggestion of essential oils beforehand was top notch as well! Thank you, Jessica S. and Massage Heights for yet another incredible massage!

I come here all the time and this place is fantastic. I love deep tissue and Angie, Sawna, and Sierra always do an amazing job. Danielle and Morgan up front are always accommodating and great about getting me in on a last minute appointment

I love this place. I just moved out of Chattanooga but I still make the drive because the people who work here are fantastic. My two favorites are April and Siara but today I had Chloe and she was equally as great! Everyone here has a positive helpful attitude, and the front desk ladies are wonderful especially Danielle. She goes the extra mile to make sure everyone leaves happy and relaxed. I plan to keep coming here for years to continue managing my stress and my health. I do the monthly membership because it’s the best price. Worth it!!!

I have been using massage heights now for several months now and it has really improved my overall wellness. Lots of different massage therapist work there and I’ve always had a good experience with everyone I’ve had. I normally have Angie and really appreciate her consistency and pressure. Today I had Jessica and she was very professional and friendly and took the time to do some stretching incorporated into the massage. Can’t go wrong with the membership pricing if you need to have regular work done. All the staff is really great.

We (my husband and I) both have a membership at Massage Heights. Ive been a member for several years, and I finally talked him into a couples massage last year and he was hooked. He had Jessica as his therapist on his first massage and he was amazed.Ive never had a bad massage at Massage Heights, all a little different but all very good therapists.This past week I had Shannon. She was called in on her off day because another therapist had called in and Im so glad she did!Shes a fantastic therapist, lots of pressure working out all the knots and kinks.Thank you, Shannon for such a great massage, and coming in on your of day, youre an awesome therapist.

Shannon is your girl if you love a firm pressure massage! I have struggled to find someone to give a deep enough pressure during a massage, but Shannon understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to help loosen up some pretty bad knots in my shoulder! She’s super friendly and has a great personality as well, so I felt very at ease the entire time! Moving forward she’s who I’ll be booking with!

This was my first massage and facial I’ve ever had done. I had such a comfortable and relaxed experience and will definitely do it again! I’m from Benton and I happened to be in the area running a few errands on Saturday (6/22/2024). I’m an athlete by evening, corporate project manager by day so I AM the epitome of someone who likes to destroy their body. I’ve had a pretty bad neck strain for a few weeks that radiated down my shoulder blade and into my lower back. I had just stopped by a chiropractor office to get adjusted but I was severely needing something just a bit more to release the knots and cramps in my muscles. I punched in a quick google search while I was in the parking lot and no appointments were available for weeks across 5 different massage businesses nearby. My gut told me to call Massage Heights down the street to inquire if there were any cancellations or if they would be able to get me in ‘at goodwill’ since I was in a lot of discomfort. Unfortunately I was informed that there were no openings, so pretty discouraged, I let the front desk gal know that I’d call back for a future appointment when I was back down in the area. Literally 5 minutes later, I received a call for Desiree. What an exceptional receptionist she was. I was in luck and there was a cancellation that just came through and she had asked me if I could come down in the next 10 minutes or so. She had wonderful rapport.Starting from first impressions, the office is conveniently located in a shopping center with ample parking and easy access from the main road. You’re greeted at the lobby with a receptionist counter to the right of you with two warm smiling professionals, Desiree and Landhre? (Sorry I may have misspelled your name incorrectly). They welcomed me in, broke the ice with some nice conversation and walked me through a quick new customer intake questionnaire process. There was a nice big couch I was able to sit on while I waited for my turn, a water cooler nearby and several products for purchase that lined the shelves on the walls. Melissa was my massage therapist who shortly greeted me at the double entry doors. I was extremely thankful for the promptness and wonderful customer service by everyone, especially being that it was 11:30am and a busy Saturday. I was led into the first room which was quite spacious, with dim lighting and once again I have to reiterate this…and CLEAN set up. It was the perfect ambiance and environment I had envisioned for a massage/spa type of place.Melissa introduced herself, we got to chat about my reason for visit and she got started on working on my troubled areas. Excellent and well versed in her craft are how I’d describe Melissa’s massage technique and style. She is highly experienced and she knew all the pain points I needed help with. Quite a bit of time went by and I sure thought she was about to wrap up my session but to my surprise, she put a heated blanket on my back, allowing me to relax for a bit and then she went right into completing a full head to toe massage giving me essential oils, massaging my brain, the bottoms of my feet, legs, etc. Impressed would be an understatement. It was the perfect experience I needed and wanted.As I share my testimonial to encourage other new customers to try Massage Heights, I’d like to also relay my review to the Owner. Congratulations on a wonderful business model you’ve created and I truly cannot wait to see this business grow. I was told there was only location at the moment but I’d love to see an office in Hixson, Cleveland and other nearby cities. Shawna is one of the best therapists at the spa. It was a wonderful, relaxing, and personalized massage that left me deeply relaxed. I don’t normally treat myself for any kind of pampering each month but the 1st time I received a massage from him, I got my membership. He is wonderful, he has magic hands! I have had memberships to many massage places...all of the big names. But Massage Heights is by far the best. Its around the same monthly prices as the other places, but you get so much more out of your membership here. They have the best massage therapists, the most high tech facial room, the nicest, cleanest rooms. I honestly cant say enough about how AMAZING the staff is. And the owners are actually present. This isnt just an investment, like many of the other chains. They take pride in the business and often greet me when I walk in. If you are looking for a place to have an amazing massage, atmosphere, and happy calm faces, this is the place!

If I could give a zero I would. My fiance suprised me with a deep tissue massage for my birthday and I left there crying I was so upset that his suprise was a total waste of time. Ive had many massages in the past however this particular therapist had NO idea what she was doing. I would be suprised if she was even qualified. She did more walking around the room and adjusting things than she did massaging. She had no technique (bouncing from head to toe) and didnt focus on my problem areas as discussed. I asked for a manager to call me the next day as they were not in and I never heard from anyone. Very disappointed!

Great staff in the back! We had a decent experience with our couples massage. The up front people did not make it clear over the phone with pricing. My fiancé asked several times about pricing before we came then once we showed it up ended up being 75$ more then originally quoted. Also did not receive the complimentary birthday hot rocks with my massage. This was my first massage in several years and will be my last here. The owner did walk in the waiting room and was very kind and I enjoyed having the family experience there but overall pricing and promising is what pushed me away. Beware to others of these points.

My husband and I went for a 90 minute DEEP tissue couples massage. The ladies at the front desk were very delightful. Then the massage therapists come and get us and the massage starts and to me I can tell you it felt like she was barely applying enough pressure to rub in the lotion/oil. I even asked for her to apply more pressure and she obviously did not. The only good part was the hot stones. When the massage was over and the ladies both leave so my husband and I can get dressed he tells me that he had the same problem. Now I respectfully told the ladies at the front desk the problem we had and I just wanted them to be aware because I had booked for deep tissue massages for us both. The lady at the front desk even said the ladies we were with are the 2 lightest pressure massagers that they have which made no sense since i verbally made the appointment for deep tissue massages. I am only giving it a 2 because the nice young ladies at the front made it right and agreed that it made no sense.

If you want firm pressure, go to Shannon. She really puts the therapy in massage therapy. I left Massage Envy after my massage feeling an inch taller, that’s how well she was able to loosen up my tight muscles!

I’ve been going to Massage Heights for two years and a half and have always had great experiences with the therapists there. I’ve had everything from relaxing Swedish massage to deep tissue massage. I have had facials there as well, but my favorite experience has been with the massage services! I had Nykia tonight for the first time and boy did he put me through it. At first, I thought I was going to pass out from the stretches and the pressure. But after each pass, he would do circulation rubs and make it feel better. I was in a mess and all tied up so his specialty is Rehabilitative Therapy which focuses on circulation and stretching. It was intense, but after it was over, I felt so much better and more relaxed. My entire body felt like the tension had been rolled right out of my body! I highly recommend Nykia! Get ready to have your body experience something like never before. Today was my first massage here. Shawna was my therapist. She did a fantastic job. The entire staff was polite, professional and accommodating. I have RA and came in stiff, hurting and left very relaxed, less tense, and definitely more flexible. The atmosphere was relaxing and that is what I needed. I will be returning. It was very clean and I think with all that’s going on with Covid they took every measure to assure appropriate guidelines were followed for customer safety. I will return for more services.

I went there a couple weeks ago. It was my 2nd visit, my 1st someone gave me a gift card and I really enjoyed it, and it didnt go well at all. I had called that morning to see if there were any availabilities as I had hurt my back at work and just wanted some relief. They were able to get me in for a 30 minute appointment at 130, perfect. I show up a few minutes early and the receptionist lets me know that they are just waiting on the other client to get out of the room. Ok cool. The other client was still in the room and it was now into my appointment time. The receptionist assured me that it was ok and my massage therapist would still be giving me my full time. Great. I finally went back to the room at 140. The massage was good and then all the sudden over and i was told we were all done. It was 157 when I turned around to look at their clock. That wasnt my full time at all. I go to pay and the charge is $69.99 whoa. For a 17 minute massage? When I question the price I was informed thats the non member price. Uh, alright then. She tells me they usually give member pricing when its your first or 2nd visit and I guess after seeing my face she said they could offer me the $34.99 being my 2nd visit. I left the lady a tip and walked out very irritated. I booked a 30 minute massage, was late because of another client, didnt get my full time after being told i would- i only got 17 minutes, and still paid full member price. I wont be going back

I have been coming here since they opened and have always had a great experience. The staff is professional at the desk and they rooms are always clean. Another thing I like is the therapist specifically ask questions on what you are looking for in your session instead of doing the same ole massage every time.

I had a 60-minute massage today, and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Carly found all of my tense spots and was able to use a lot of pressure that I needed to release the tension in my muscles. I almost had to ask to ease up a bit, but I knew that I needed it. We signed up monthly it was so good!

Don’t use the monthly membership they will lie to you not tell you if you have no time left and charge you after the massage. Be warned they have the worst monthly service ever! Also management walked away without even trying to figure out how to fix our problem after telling us it was our fault that they had misinformed us of our accounts hours and even though we double checked in the store for our remaining hours and verified our time twice. They even had us schedule extra massages and extra services because they said we had so many hours on our accounts.

Im so relaxed! Sandy was my massage therapist, and she was great! She knew exactly what she was doing. I will return and ask for her.

The environment is perfect. Warm, relaxing, and professional. My massage therapist did a wonderful job. She did have trouble with having to leave twice with coughing, but that wasnt too big of a deal. To my surprise, the massage ended up being FREE and she was so sweet and so apologetic. I will definitely be returning and I will be making an appointment with the same massage theropist. Despite the minor imperfections, she was wonderful and so was my experience. They really care about their customer service here and I would reccomend to anyone!!

Never again. The massage felt relaxing but she didn’t focus on my area I said I needed help with. I left feeling worse then I came in. I was crying by the time I made it to the car I hurt so bad. And no it wasn’t because of the pressure.I came in with a stiff sore back looking for relief and left with it even more stiff and more pain.I’m leaving this review because the front desk ladies were trying to blame it on me and that was wrong.I wasn’t going to say any about being in more pain but when asked “how was it” I was honest and said the massage felt nice but now I am more stiff and hurt a lot worse then before. That’s when they started acting like doctors thinking they could diagnose me and blame me for hurting more. I just wanted to pay and get out of that place.I will never go back. I hurt so bad still the next day.You can talk nice and pretend to be kind but when you start blaming your client for walking out in pain there’s something wrong on your side. It’s also rude to whisper about a client in the lobby.Anyway. I wasn’t going to do anything about it. About leaving in more pain until they started blaming me and had no empathy or care.

Have gone to Massage Heights off and on for years, great service and price. Have worked with Fawn in the past for great deep tissue work, and now Nakia for deep tissue and mobility work. Both have been fantastic and helped provide relief for a knitted back.

This place is amazing and incredibly clean! I am a Professional Skydiver and my body takes a TON of abuse, today I came in almost not able to move, but Sierra spent 2 hours working on me and using the cups. I walked out WITH ZERO PAIN! I have been here a few times, after today I bought a 6 month membership! Ill probably even upgrade to a year, if you are an athlete or even just need to feel realife, GO HERE! The entire staff if super awesome. One last thing I really enjoyed is they took my temperature, required me to wear a mask and they did as well and I was asked to sanitize my hands before taking 3 steps into the door. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I got a facial from Elizabeth, and it was amazing! Not only is it like a combination facial/massage, but my skin felt super hydrated and refreshed after the treatment. But thats not the best thing. The best thing is that my skin really did seem healthier the next day! Ive gotten facials all over Chattanooga, and many of them make your skin feel nice immediately after, but this is the only one that really made a longstanding, positive impact on my skin. Combine that with a relaxing spa experience, and the facial from Elizabeth at Massage Heights cant be beat!

I had massage yesterday that was a healing! I had issues in my hips and legs. I cannot believe how this massage alleviated my pain. It was a miracle. Front desk and massage therapists were very nice. We got a late couples massage (7:30pm) and we felt that it was cut short because of this. Our 55 min massages were only about 45 mins and didn’t include a few things that we normally get (scalp massage, foot massage).

One word...AWESOME!!! I went in for a one-hour deep tissue massage with Amanda Fox and come out as a member. My first massage was a gift from my wife and after it...BOOM...Im a member. While waiting, the owner greeted myself and everyone there. Good guy running a quality business. If you believe in massages, make a trip to Massage Heights and youll probably come out a member. $$$ well spent and Amanda Fox made me say uncle twice during my deep tissue treatment...shes amazing!

Ive been carrying around a gift card for this place for a year now and finally got the time to go. Arranged childcare. Stopped work on the farm early on our busiest day. Took a shower. Drove 45 min. Arrived early. Filled out paperwork. My husband and I went today for a hour full body massage. We arrived at 2:40 for our 3:00 appointment. We had paper work filled out and everything before 3. They called us back at 3:10. They started at 3:15 and was finished at 3:50. We didnt get the hour we paid for. The massage was HORRIBLE! The massage felt lazy. They did not work the kinks out or do the full body. We will never go back again. It was the worst massage we have ever received. Im giving 2 stars because the employees were friendly and it was clean.

After throwing out my back I had a fantastic massage from William and I was able to get scheduled that same day. William even pointed out some other spots that needed attention, so I plan to go back and see him.

I will be filing a lawsuit against this company Monday. They charged me almost $1000 over the past year and I have had a hard time booking appointments. The owner just told me they are open 12 hours a day Monday through Friday and basically it’s not his problem to make availability. They won’t give me a refund although I haven’t used any of the charged credits.

I had such high hopes after reading all of the wonderful reviews! I booked a 90 minute massage, and was really looking forward to some relaxation and pain relief. My massage therapist came out to the lobby about 15 minutes after my appointment time of 7pm, and at the time, I wasnt concerned, because I assumed that he would just add the 15 minutes on to my time. (That didnt happen). During the first 15 minutes of the massage, the face cradle kept slipping out of place, making it impossible to relax. Finally, at 7:30, he went to get a new face cradle. After getting that situated, he began my massage, which was just a disappointment. It seemed as though he spent a lot of time getting supplies, opening and closing cabinets, completely stopping the massage, etc the ENTIRE time...and having paid for 90 minutes, I felt like he actually only massaged for maybe 40 minutes. At 8:20, he stated that he was out of time. I felt like I wasted so much money, which is a shame, because this is a lovely facility, and the girls at the front desk were friendly and charming.

Nakia did a great job. The therapist that I was schedule went home and I schedule with Nakia. He was very professional and did a great job in relaxing my muscles after a stressful day at work.

I am in shock! Today my significant other and I went for a couples massage. Front office staff and even owner were very polite. We have been here several times and purchased several gift certificates for friends, but after today will be taking our business to Massage Envy. We were refused service because one of us would not use the hand sanitizer. I break out with a rash when I use hand sanitizers. While wearing my mask and abiding by all the other COVID related requests we were refused service. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! SHAWNA GENTLE (one of the therapist) was extremely unprofessional and escalated the situation very quickly with lectures of the “pandemic” and repeatedly telling me that I had an attitude. I have not ever been spoken to like this by a business and I am in shock. I will not be returning and I will make sure to tell everyone of my experience today. If you feel that threatened by the pandemic then maybe you need a different career choice.

I have been going here for a couple of years and have had excellent service. Recently, the therapist I had been using - and loved - left. She gave me a recommendation of another therapist and I have been very happy with him. The facilities are very nice and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Very good! Better massages than other spas Ive been to. This is not a spa, but they gave me a great full body deep tissue massage and face massage!

This establishment always leaves me satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. It is always very clean and smelling wonderful with different scented diffusers. The massages are always fantastic no matter who you get.

I will give this 2 stars simply because my esthetician was really good. But the communication here is lacking tremendously. I wasn’t told about upcharges for certain services and when I saw the bill I almost fell out in the floor. I’m glad this was my first time at the “introductory rate” but I would likely of walked out had it not been at that special rate. I asked to speak to the owner and he did call me. I told him my concerns and was told I’d receive a call back the following day to let me know what they decided to do about the transparency issues and surprise surprise....never got a call. It’s been over a week now and still no call. I’m the type of person that does what I say I’m going to do, especially when it comes to customer service. But I will not be back to this location because I feel my input was blown off as well as myself as a customer.
