Zach is my go-to massage therapist. He truly listens and tailors our sessions accordingly. He understands my physically active lifestyle, which ensures a productive massage every time. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and personable. If youre looking for a massage therapist who really knows their stuff and can deliver firm/deep pressure, Zach is your guy! Hes skilled in cupping too, which is a major bonus for me!!

Austin and Maddie were both excellent. My partner really enjoyed the massage with Maddie that centered around her problem areas - her expertise made the experience worthwhile. While I had Austin who centered in problem areas I didn’t know I had with intention but yet just as peaceful as I could have wanted a massage to be! The staff at the front were great as well.

Patrick did an amazing job! And the girls at the front desk were so nice! Kirsten even directed us to a wonderful restaurant where we had an amazing dinner and met Chef Seth! Wish I lived closer!

Ive had massages at different places before and I think Ariel knows more than they did. She was able to give a deep pressure that gave me real relief to my muscles. I was so relaxed during my appointment I fell asleep and it continued throughout my entire day after my appointment. I highly recommend Ariel!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and it is always a great experience. I’ve tried a few different massage therapists and they were all great. Recently I have been using Caleb and he is amazing. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He listens to my requests and is very attentive. Every time I leave I always feel super relaxed. I will continue using Massage Envy Frazier as long as I’m in Chattanooga.

Austin was very polite and professional. He did an amazing job! Its been a while since I had a massage and there was lots of tension built up in my muscles. Austin focused on problematic areas and applied just the right amount of pressure. I believe I snored a little and even drooled some. Very relaxing and just what I needed!

Catherine gave me the most amazing massage. I’ve traveled to several different states and utilized massage envy while visiting and none of them compare to the massage I received from Catherine in Chattanooga Tenn! Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Catherine was amazing! They listened to my description of my trouble areas and paid special attention to them so that I received the most out of my time. They informed me of after care so I avoided being too sore which I was not aware of so Im so happy for that information.The associates at the desk were very warm and informative of the forms and facilities. Lauren did an excellent job helping me with my first ever facial experience and it definitely wont be my last! Very relaxing and I left moisturized and glowing.

I did a couples massage with my mom. Samantha and Melissa were the best team ever. Samantha was one of the most knowledgeable therapists I have ever encountered and truly listened to ensure my experience was exactly what I needed. Melissa went above and beyond using her Spanish with my mom to communicate and make sure she was comfortable. Highly recommend Samantha for any post partum massage.

I am so tired of this place. I was pulling my hair out by the end of my year membership. I paid to have a massage of mine transferred to my girlfriend for her birthday and added enhancements. They charged her fully when she got her session. I was told I had credits on my account to apply to an enhancement. I got one. Then was charged fully for the additional service. The therapists are fine but the desk staff make the experience unbearable. I also scheduled a massage and drove to the business where I discovered the staff had forgotten to notify me the therapist called out sick

Melissa is great for me because she listens to what I need and want, and is willing to do it without taking my requests as anything personal against what she might normally do for most clients. She is intuitive about pressure, and just does her work well.

I am a ME member in NC and was traveling here. I was so thrilled that I was able to get an appointment here to work on back issues. Everyone was AWESOME. Front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful and Caleb totally helped my back!! Love this location!🥰

I’ve had many many massages and Samantha is one of my favorites! She has great pressure and does an excellent job hitting all points of a full body massage and always taking time on specific areas of concern

The massage was good but the only thing was I thought I had suggested the left side of my shoulder needed some attention. When I ask if she could message it she said my time was up. So maybe next time Beverly could focus on the bad parts of my body. But that being said she was good and we had great conversation.

The staff here have always done an amazing job at making me feel accommodated and left me feeling relaxed! Kelli has been my girl since day 1 and is phenomenal at what she does. I have seen a few others that have been great as well. I really do enjoy having my membership here, all the employees have been so nice.

Greeted at the door with warm smiles and checked in promptly. This was my first massage with Caleb and will definitely not be my last. I had a great 90 minute massage, perfect pressure and Caleb worked on my focus areas we discussed. He checked with me on the pressure several times and it was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had! Caleb was courteous and professional in every way. Looking forward to scheduling my next appt with him!

I had Rikia. She asked my pressure level and I told her medium to deep. All I got was very light pressure and she never asked how her pressure level felt and I even told her twice if she could push harder and never got itShe also used way to much body oil

I arrived to a miserable in mood therapist, who proclaimed after I was undressed she was allergic to an oil I was wearing & would have to leave if it bothered her. I said no I will not be responsible for your allergic reaction. She responded “it’s your choice” I said no, she responded “we could try my face is not numb”. I said no. I asked why is there no disclaimer for your allergy, “you booked online” did not make any sense. I pulled up the Co which is pure, organic no fillers or water & NONE of the allergic oils she mentioned were listed. The front desk was useless had no response but “can we offer you an add on for your next massage?” Owner was supposed to be informed. I’ve been paying monthly massages for a year, at the least offer a free massage for your mistake. Your therapist was in a mood to begin with did not say hello, did not smile. You need a disclaimer if your therapist has allergic reactions in a place that uses oils to massage. My time and money wasted yesterday. Not worth the 1 star but had to submit in order to post.

Ariel is WONDERFUL!If you like deep tissue message like I do- you will be grateful to receive any services from her. Everyone is great at this location.

My last two massages there were terrible. The first one the masseuse talked about being a satan worshiper for nearly the entire 60 min massage, making it difficult to relax. The second, and most likely last massage there, felt like a declawed cat walked on my back for most of what was suppose to be a deep tissue massage. Lastly, they turned a 90 min massage into 45 min like they were performing a magic trick. If you’re serious about a recovery massage, I’d pass on Massage Envy

Had a great massage from Elena- also love that there is a little quiet waiting room with tea and water while you wait for your appointment. Will definitely come back!

Caleb was wonderful during my prenatal massage! The only criticism I have is that the people in the room next to mine were talking loudly so I wasn’t able to fully relax.

It was great! Mariana’s pressure was firm but also relaxing. I scheduled it late and I had the best night’s rest after the massage!

Natalia was beyond knowledgeable, and she really cares about your skin health. We discussed my skincare routine in great detail, and she made some gentle suggestions to fill in any gaps I had, and she did so without any pressure or sales tactics. I could tell she was passionate and just wanted to make sure I was going to get the results I wanted. It is true that a majority of your results are from your home care routine. If you get treatments at the spa, and dont use sunscreen or moisturizer, you wont gain progress. My dermatologist even agrees. I left feeling clean, refreshed, & I felt like I learned some things. I will definitely be scheduling any of my follow ups & future treatments with her!

Massage was scheduled for 10:30 am. Didnt get into room until 10:38. This has happened before, where the therapist ran late. My sessions are for 90 minutes and I am there to get relaxed. I would like to be able to get into a room and have my session within a reasonable time and not have it cut short due to outside circumstances. Please address this issue with the staff. It seems to happen regularly.Massage was good, Beverly did a great job.

I always have a good experience here and this was my first microderminfusion - another great treatment! And Kacey is wonderful!

My therapist didn’t give me any after care or discuss anything after my session.. it also smelled so musty and stinky in the room :( felt pretty good but just felt I was rushed in and out.

Samantha was amazing! 27 week prenatal massage and she made me feel like a new woman.

Austin is calming and can do a gentle relaxing massage but can also go very deep and intense if the muscles need it. Always a great experience.

Love getting monthly massages. It’s a great reminder for self care and to just relax and unwind. The staff is always friendly and I love their membership program. Amanda always knows where those pesky knots are and can even find one I didn’t know existed. I feel so relaxed once I’m done.

I love the staff at Massage Envy Frazier location. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. Due to my schedule, it’s difficult for me to always get in with the same therapist each time, so for that reason I have seen several different therapist at Massage Envy. They have all been great and I have learned that they all have their own techniques so each one brings something a little different to the table which I enjoy. Two of my favorites are Patrick and Zachariah.

All of the massage therapists are wonderful, but my therapist is Beverly G! I like a firm pressure and sessions with her are like she can read your body with her hands knowing exactly what you need and where you need it! She also has a caring and comforting touch with her pressure, and I always leave feeling so grateful for the physical and mental stress relief I feel after every session with her!

Ive been getting a massage from Carla about three years now. Shes attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable with her service. She gives the best medium pressure massage I could ask for and she does pregnancy massages. When I was pregnant she massaged me and always left me with a relaxed feeling.

Have been going here for a few years and have booked with quite a few different people, though I am a bit of a creature of habit and tend to stick with a good massage therapist so long as they dont leave the business. Its always a much welcome hour and a half of relaxation amidst all the chaos, so much so that I occasionally start to doze off after a long day of work. Dani has always been very kind and does a great job focusing on and relieving pain in the more tense spots when they pop up. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and helpful with any questions and easily booking follow-up appointments. 10/10

She always makes sure to ask if I’m having any problem areas that she needs to focus on or if I want just a relaxing full body massage. She will recommend add ons if she feels like it will benefit the type of issues you are having. I’m lucky to have found Carla at Massage Envy.

Had a problem area in my shoulder and back and one session i feel great cant wait for my next session with her...

I always enjoy this location and the extremely friendly staff. However this was the first time I wasn’t satisfied with my massage. Every masseuse isn’t for everybody and this was someone I had never had before. The other massages have always been a 5 out of 5 . I’m still going to go back but use someone different.

The facial itself was amazing and Natalia (I don’t know if I spelled that right ) was so sweet. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because I felt like it was an up sell session instead of just a relaxing hour of getting a facial. I feel like if I was interested in purchasing anything that was being used that I could inquire on my own.

My massage by Rachel at Massage Envy was a relaxing experience, and she worked on my shoulders that were so tense and in pain. She did amazing! I felt so much relief the next day in my shoulders. You wont be disappointed with Rachel as your massage therapist.

I signed up with ME when they first came to town. I have tried both of the other location closer to my house but keep coming to the Frazier location. I am lucky to have found two wonderful masseuses. I am able to alternate according to my schedule and their availability. I visit every other week.Health care is more than taking prescriptions.GSC

Excellent service and extremely clean. The staff and therapist are extremely courteous. The therapist I see is Patrick. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands my needs.

Just an extraordinary experience. We drove from Monteagle to get massages there and was Not disappointed. (1 hour drive 1 way) Located on the North Shore of Chattanooga we felt very safe. This was our 40th wedding anniversary gift to each other.Zach was very personable and attentive. He provided a very firm deep tissue massage just as I had requested. I felt like a new man. I highly recommend him and hope to return again.

I have nothing against the front desk, they all have been wonderful. In the last 6 months my husband and I have paid $130 a month to not be able to use any of our credits. The first 2 massages we received were mediocre at best, but we wanted to keep trying in hopes it would get better. Since then the following has occurred:We showed up for our 3rd appointment to find out it was not scheduled when we thought it was. It was supposed to be in the AM because our previous appointment was in the evening and we didnt enjoy it. We were told it was hours away from when we had arrived. So, we wanted to cancel as we drove 20 mins to get there. We were told we had to leave a tip for our massage therapist in order to not receive a higher charge for cancelling the day of... even though we arrived at the time we know we booked previously.We have been rescheduled and cancelled multiple times. We even tried to schedule at the Hixson location to see if that would be better and guess what!? We were asked to reschedule yet again. I have just asked for a manager to call me to hopefully cancel this membership and get a refund.I would highly NOT recommend this corporation if youre looking for relaxation, as this experience has been anything but that.

The massage therapist I saw was *amazing*, so much so I figured out how to contact them outside of Massage Envy because I refuse to support their business. Firstly, they were very pushy with trying to get us to set up a monthly subscription. But coming from a house with 4 adults, 4 memberships would be absurdly expensive. They wouldnt allow us to share the massages (ie I use a massage credit month, husband the next month). They also require a full year commitment so if something goes awry in 7 months and I cant afford the luxury of monthly massages, Im just out of luck. But the final straw was being literally chased out of the building (I was in the parking garage and they ran after me and yelled) for a tip. 1. I actually dont think massage therapist should be tipped, but more importantly is that I did tip directly to the therapist in cash.

SOLD US TWO GIFT CARDS FOR $100 each AND FOUND OUT THEY WERE BLANK. Charged me then told me I had to pay cash until they found the error despite seeing the charge of $200 purchase.BTW the one hour massage is no longer $75 when I bought them 6 months ago it is $118!!!!!Then my sister had two gift certificates that they WOULD NOT HONOR AFTER 60 days of expiring she explained to them how she could not use them because her son had died unexpectedly and she wasnt capable of using them. NO MERCY NO CONSIDERATION NO UNDERSTANDING. I have seen retail stores honor $10 coupons after expiring but they cant honor $150 PURCHASE!No more!!!!! AWFUL BUSINESS MODEL

Bought a gift card for my fiance - 60 minute deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and exfoliating foot wash/scrub for this morning at the Frazier location - therapist started 15mins late (only 45min massage) asked for special attention to lower back which was the only area the therapist did NOT focus on, foot wash was maybe 5mins, and no aromatherapy at all. Definitely not what expected - dont know if maybe massage therapist was just having an off day? Would not recommend
