Love chatt vapor Co, always reliable, friendly and professional. Ive been coming to this particular shop for just over a year. Just about every time I go in, Im welcomed by Robert and Paul. These guys always have a smile and know what I want before I can even finish explaining it. I recently came in with an issue with my vape and they fixed it in about 30 seconds. The store always has what I need. All this added together equals me never even thinking about going to any other vape shop. This is the one. 100% recommend.

This location was so much better than the location by my house that Im not going to mention. The lady working here was so helpful. As soon as I entered she greeted me very friendly and answered all my questions that I havent been able to get the ones at my local store to do for months. She was so knowledgeable about everything that I felt confident enough to purchase a new device and so far it far exceeds my expectations. I love it! Im so much happier with my new product that I will only be going to this location from now on. Everything looks in order and their gallery is top notch. Highly recommend you check it out!

Brainerd, & Battlefield Parkway - zero complaints to any, theyve all been in recommendations and assistance!). Paul is also an awesome dude!The staff at the North Shore location are amazing -- they go above & beyond in giving the best customer service! The amazing prices, deals, & knowledge they give is unbeatable.100/10 recommend.

Alex & Robbi were 2 of the most knowledgeable people ive met in regard to the world of vaping. I had a mod that i needed a new tank for. They had me up and running really quickly. They also let me know some info about salt nicotine in reference to the mod i was using that helped extend the life of my mod which i really appreciated. Awesome clean store, huge selection, will for sure be back!

Called the Cherokee Blvd location last week at 7:50pm and was told they were closing in ten minutes. I was already on my way and was driving over 30 miles just to come to this location. Robbie and Paul both went above and beyond to help me out and stayed until I got there and didn’t rush me & made sure I was completely taken care of before shutting down and leaving for the day! He took the time to explain to me what I was purchasing, since I’m new to vaping, and answered all my questions before recommending what I needed to get my mod running! They both were so polite and kind, it totally made my day!!

Robby and Alex are awesome. My and husband and I quit smoking four years ago. The only way we could quit smoking was through vaping. We have always used Chattanooga Vape. Their staff have always been so helpful. They have great products. I went in today with a Vape that I just bought a month ago, and washed it in the wash machine. Needless to say it was not working properly after its wash. When I went in expecting to have to buy another one Robbie went the extra mile called his boss, and figured out that the warranty would pay for my new Vape. Thanks so much for all your help Robbie and Alex.

Im a Frugal person along with being indecisive. And that combination can be difficult. But even though it was 5 minutes till close the nice guy there the night of 3/28/19 didnt rush me dolls thats what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and ended up suggesting something that I ended up loving. Not to mention the consistency of their product which can be hard having multiple stores like they do but Ive tried a variety of their house cleanse which are all great and all the same no matter which one of the stores you go to. Thats why if youre new to vaping and maybe apprehensive about the process of choosing the right mod or the right flavor or nicotine level come here I can guarantee you youll walk away with a positive experience

Having worked for these people, I know how they work internally. Theyre sincerely good people and a good company whos first priority is always helping their customer. Be it advice, referring them to a third party or just offering an amazing selection in a clean store.

If you need vape, this is the spot! They have it all, and have the best selection. The guys are super chill and knowledgeable. Will answer any questions you have and advise you in the right direction. This is the only place I can find the best disposable vape I’ve ever used - Novo Bars (which they turned me onto)

I purchased a bottle of 3MG juice (Betty by PINUP VAPORS) the flavor is amazing but I was still having cigarette cravings so I brought the bottle in & they added nicotine to make it a 6MG no charge. The flavor is unchanged & they did a great job mixing it. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. After that experience I have to say that they go above and beyond to make sure their customers get what they are looking for.

Camped out the store to replace my failed mod. Knowledgeable staff, not pushy, gave honest pros and cons of all items. Helped me replace a much older mod and tank with components with similar hit and flavor profiles.

Would not recommend at all! The people seem like they have better things to do than to help a customer. Short, rude, and an overall terrible experience. The store on hwy 153 is about the same.

BEST SHOP in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas! To start, I am NOT a hobbyist, I dont know how to build, and dont stay on top of whats new. I picked up vaping only to help kick the nasty habit of smoking cigarettes. But this massive and continuously growing industry can be a little intimidating and overwhelming for a newbie. Was about to give up when every other vape shop I visited acted like helping someone, who doesnt know their way around, was a nuisance or frustration. Then I found Chattanooga Vapor.Rusty and his team on Cherokee Blvd have always gone above and beyond to guide me in the right direction and help me understand the basics. Personally, I feel that their service has never been about the sale, but more focused on whatever problem I had or helping me find something I was looking for (hardware, juices, etc.). On top of this...Im positive that most of my descriptions were pretty terrible, but they listened and helped me find it (or something very similar) every time.Anyways, this review is already too long, So the moral of the story, I cant say enough great things about this team. This is the only shop I will go to. DEFINITELY check them out, if you havent already.

Very friendly and willing to help. Stick to their word and willing to do anything to make the customer happy. I have had problems with my devices coils burning in 2 days and recently started and they replaced the coils for free and even gave me an extra for my trouble and while there, she dropped my vape and didnt seem to be messed up until i left. I noticed the tank wasnt locking in anymore [due to a clip piece that broke off from impact i assume] so the next day i took it back and explained the story and that I didnt have her replace it because I didnt want to seem like a cheap customer, trying to just get something, anything for free. They still understood and didnt treat me as if i was lying or something and replaced my device. Ive never had such good service as Chatt. Vapes and I mean that whole heartedly

Never rude, and they always willing to answer questions. If you have a budget let them know and they will work with you. They never try to get you to buy the most expensive item.

The employee was like a character in Bill and Teds Excellent Adventure or Fast Fast Times at Ridgemont High. A stoner. Left me to fend for myself and sold me the wrong coils. New to vaping, expected better service. I will not be back!!!!

They have a nice selection of juices, BUT BE WARNED. They charge more for vapes here than they do at competitors stores. The staff is friendly but tend to push the higher priced items. For example, a vape that normally would be set at $70 would be $100 here.

I came in for Bob Weir & The Wolf Brothers & I needed a vape shop to replace the piece I left sit somewhere the night before & Robbie took great care of everything I needed to find my zen once again! 5🤩

Awesome store!!! passing through from Florida, my E-cig had vaped its last vap and I was in a pinch. since I travel alot I know most vap stores do not have what you need, I was worried, but this store has everything you need or want in stock and at a great price. I bought 2 E leaf Isticks after I told them what I wanted in an E-cig and he pointed the istick out, perfect product, great price and the man knows what he is talking about. if you do not know exactly what you want, just tell him what features you are looking for and he will point you in the right direction. if I lived around Chattanooga, this would be the vap store I would use all the time. Thanks for the help in a pinch!

Limited juice and I didnt like what I bought that was recommended. I consider it very expensive since my 30ml was on sale for 24 😑. Very friendly though
