My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage!! The staff was so welcoming and we had minimal wait time! Marilyn and Emily were awesome!! They were both pleasant & courtesyand addressed any/all problem areas bothering us and much more!! We left feeling incredibly relaxed and carefree!! I HIGHLY recommend treating yourself with a trip to the Natural Body Spa! You deserve it!!

I do not like to leave bad public reviews, and so I contacted the spa directly about my experience, but no one ever got back to me from the Chattanooga location.I chose a female therapist weeks in advance, as that’s what I’m more comfortable with, but I got a call minutes before my appointment when I was already on my way to the spa, informing me that my therapist wasn’t available and that it would be another therapist. I did agree to this, and it’s on me to have clarified who it would be, but it’s not something they offered (they just said it would be someone else).I did not enjoy any aspect of my massage with the male therapist they gave me. I discussed with him that I was there for relaxation, and to treat myself, and it was unfortunately simply not enjoyable and certainly not relaxing.I’ve had about 25 massages in my life, and this was probably the most expensive and the least enjoyable.It may be that others enjoy his style of massage, but I found it to be the opposite of relaxing and just simply didn’t feel good. Even after discussing less pressure, and discussing what did not feel good, it was still bad. Pressure and communication were not the problem. Overall just a style that of massage that did not feel good; it felt sometimes a bit clumsy and rough and just not a form of touch that wasn’t enjoyable or relaxing.It also felt clinical at times - began with a 5 minute “lesson”, telling me about the specifics of some anatomy, asking me repeatedly if I understood, etc. Lots of questioning throughout in general- sometimes related to the massage and it always felt like he wanted a specific answer from me, and sometimes questions not related to the massage - but I never got to relax.He was a nice person, and my complaint is not related to the fact that he’s a man, (but that was not my chosen preference in therapist) but I felt that I would be remiss in not passing along that it was not the relaxing treat to myself that I had planned before starting back to work in the new year. And I pretty much feel like I just wasted $$$ to not feel good.

Emily was fantastic! I had expected a relaxing massage but explained where I’d had some recurring shoulder pain. She honed in and provided a therapeutic experience that helped me immediately feel better. I will definitely go back to her. The whole staff was welcoming, definitely a great team.

I love Natural Body’s massages but finally decided to try a facial. I’m very thankful I got Carly for the first time because I immediately became a regular. She was inquisitive about my routine and helped me with my very novice knowledge of skin care. Her product recommendations are intentional, and she’ll also give dupes for high end products if you’re trying something new on a budget. My skin gets complimented for days every time I leave, and they’re reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend

Carly was fantastic. My facial was AMAZING and she went over and beyond. I also had a deep tissue massage by Jackie and my only regret is that I didn’t book her for longer! She was attentive and intentional. I will book both of these women in the future. They truly made my “self care” Saturday one for the books!

Emily was great! She was friendly, professional, and gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had. Im very active and have lots of aches from working on my feet, and Emily knew exactly how to deal with my tense muscles. Ill definitely be back!

Last Wednesday I was not feeling well. Lethargic with sore heavy eyelids. Thought maybe a massage might help as I was feeling stressed as well. I managed to get in 30 minutes later for an hour massage with Jacqueline, and wow! Just her voice was calming. Super professional and the heat therapy along with the lavender aroma therapy was wonderful. As I was walking out of the spa I realized all my ailments were gone! Incredible. True story :)

I went in for a much needed 45 minute deep tissue massage and I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Emily was the masseuse I chose and she was very professional yet personable. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be going back, this place altogether is very nice!

The experience was sooo nice. The dim lighting made it feel like a place where I could just fall in a peaceful sleep. Carly did such an amazing job too! I would recommend her to anyone who wants a refreshing facial.

We got a couples massage today and it was amazing! Our massage therapists were Rupert and Marilyn and they were both very friendly, professional and experienced. The facility was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend them and will definitely go again.

The Good: Jackie gave me a great massage and I left the room feeling refreshed.The Bad: I dont know if it was the linens, the aromatherapy stuff, or the hoop thing you lay your face into, but I had an inflamed eye by the evening of my massage.The Ugly: I went to get a massage because I found a gift card from a Christmas a year or two ago, which I had lost. I planned to purchase more gift cards for various people as last second Christmas gifts. Imagine my surprise to find that my 1 hour massage card ($90) was worth only $20. Per the employee at the counter, they deduct $2-$3 per MONTH that the card goes unused. Ill buy my gift cards elsewhere, thanks.Update: To the owner with the audacity to imply I didnt visit, it was 2 PM on 12/22/22 at your downtown location. I changed this to 1-star review based on your response. I have better things to do than unjustly malign a local business.

Highly recommend Emily at this location - I book with her every time for a deep tissue massage! She’s attentive and really listens to how you’re feeling so she can best utilize the massage time. This location is also very clean, organized and well kept. Staff is very polite as well.

Hot stone massage was excellent. Staff was welcoming and professional. I have never had an experience here that was less than exceptional. Also, great gift shop for anyone on your list who enjoys candles, bath bombs, scrubs, face masks, etc.

I would highly recommend Jacqueline! I’ve seen her a few times and she has been wonderful. On my first visit I was in the middle of IVF and feeling stressed and sensitive, she listened to me and gave me the most caring and gentle massage. I have also seen her for a “normal” massage and her pressure is perfect, so much so that I feel asleep a couple times!

My husband and I had a couples massage. The staff was warm and welcoming, the surroundings clean and relaxing. Roberto - my masseuse- listened and did a stellar job working out my kinks. Jackie similarly- took great care of my husband. Highly recommend these folks.

THE GOODMy wife and I agree that the services we received were probably the best we’ve ever had. Both masseuses were amazing. From the pressure used to their attentiveness. The facials were done with exceptional attention to detail. We will definitely be coming back!THE BADI would have given this place 5 stars, but, They do not have a good place to lounge/locker room like a lot of spas have. There is only one bathroom to rinse off after the body treatments and the waiting room out front can barely fit 2 people. So if you expect a lounge area with robes, locker rooms, and mimosas, this place doesn’t have that.

Great experience! Roberto asked where my tension spots were before we began.He explained everything before he did it and ow it would help relax my neck, shoulders, etc. He constantly adjusted the pressure to my level of comfort. Excellent!

After running a half marathon, I was in dire need of some massage therapy. Emily gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She was conversational, but not in a way that detracted from the relaxation of the massage. She was able to pinpoint trouble spots and work on them in a way that released tension without being painful. Afterward, I utilized the shower so that I wouldn’t have to make the trek back to my vrbo before dinner. Everything was just wonderful!

Absolutely loved signature massage by Emily; by the end I felt like we were old friends! She even gave me an exercise I can do at home to loosen up some tight hamstrings. I came because of a gift card, but will be back because of the excellent service.

While I cant speak for their other services, I recently had my second facial treatment (both from Carly) and they were both absolutely fantastic.As a relatively masculine male, facials were stereotypically not part of my self-care routine nor a consideration as an indulgence. However, after my experiences with Carly at Natural Body and the resulting tranquility and relaxation - not to mention my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized - I am sure that I will continue to incorporate facial treatments into my life on a regular interval.Whether youre new to the process or a regular participant, you will not be disappointed by Carlys expert touch and Id encourage everyone to book treatment without hesitation.

I had the best relaxation massage ever. It was perfect and really did work. The shop itself is full of nice extras to take home. As great as the massage was, the staff was hands down the best part of my visit. They were all so kind and helpful. They really did a fantastic job from the massage to customer interactions. I highly recommend a visit!

Was able to book a facial same day and Carly was a great esthetician. She gave me a full consultation and recommended a peel that worked wonders as well as a serum to use at home. Very knowledgeable, and was a relaxing experience.

Visiting Chattanooga for the weekend and decided to have a massage - for the first time ever. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Emily put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable! SO glad I visited Natural Body Spa! Emily was fantastic, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Everyone at the spa was friendly and welcoming.

I recently went in for a prenatal massage with Emily. The spa is lovely and the front desk girls were very friendly, but I have never had a therapist get irritated or bothered when requesting to go deeper (because the pressure was not good). In fact, most often I am asked the pressure I prefer since I know my body well. It ended up leaving for a very uncomfortable situation during the massage, which is the last thing you want when trying to relax.

Roberto was amazing! Friendly yet professional, and my 90 minute massage was hands down the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

Loved this spa! Roberto did amazing on my massage and I felt better than ever immediately afterwards and Carly did a wonderful facial that left my skin feeling refreshed. All and all it was an amazing experience. I give it a 10 out of 10.

They accommodated me last minute on a Saturday afternoon. Service was top notch. Jacquelyn my massage therapist is a seasoned expert massage therapist with a long background in healthcare. She was fully present and is a skilled masseuse. Great massage!!

I tried to book my services online but the website kept crashing. I called in to book quoted the price I saw online $180 for a couples massage) and was told yes. Then my child started crying and I had to say I would call back and give my card. They held the appt for the hour it took me to call back as I redid Ed texts saying so. Upon calling back in and AFTER I gave my card I confirmed yet again the price and it was now $220, which is $40 more for the same service? I asked why. She said bc both massages are in the same room. I said online it will let me book it for $180. I sent screenshots where I clicked “services in the same room and same service for both client” in two separate spots and they refused to honor the posted price. I don’t mind paying a price if that’s the price but I confirmed TWICE the price was $180 then it went to $220…and I proved online showed $180 and they still refused to honor it and blamed google for the mishap on their own natural body website booking section.

Roberto was amazing! He could what side of the bed I slept on and that I leaned a lot on my elbows just by how tense my muscles were in specific areas. He knows his muscles and although it was a bit painful to get those muscles to let go, the effect of being untense lasted for days and days! It had been a few years since I got a massage. Unfortunately I was on vacation and I told him I was sad that he wasnt in Michigan. The next time Im in Chattanooga hell be at the top of list for places to go :)

My wife and I have been looking for a massage that can keep up with the wear and tear on our bodies. Roberto knocked it out of the park. It felt like a workout when I left. Also the entire location was so nice and everyone was super friendly. 10/10 will be back every time we make it into Chattanooga.

I love massages and travel a ton. Usually I cant get into these places last minute but I was very fortunate today. Pleasant to work with, a bit on the higher side but the beds are great and staff was very pleasant and great to work with.

The whole experience was amazing! We did not have to wait long to be taken back for our appointment. We were well taken care of and encouraged to express our needs and comfort levels. We will definitely be back!

Carly was very nice and explained the products and process of each very well. My skin feels refreshed after my service and I will be booking with her again.

Cancelled our couples massage last minute and only offered to keep one appointment. Very rude and unprofessional.Update-while we understand that COVID prevents people from working after being exposed or showing symptoms it would have been nice if that were communicated to us at the time of cancellation. We were told that it was cancelled, no reason at all or offer to reschedule. Again, very unprofessional.

Roberto has amazing listening skills and insight — understanding what areas that needed core attention. I walked out today feeling more movement with less tightness and restriction from long-standing back and neck issues!

If you are looking for a massage don’t go here. Literally just got rubbed with lotion for an hour and a half. I asked for more pressure and was given the excuse that the table was too high and that’s why she couldn’t apply any more pressure. I have never had a worse massage in my life. I will never come back!

Charging dormancy fees on gift cards during a pandemic seems absurd. I called to schedule an appointment and the location said they would reinstate the charges. When I received my 60 facial that lasted at most 50 minutes, didnt include the services listed in the description, and cost more than the listed price, the charges were not reinstated. I told them I would take it up with corporate who wouldnt refund my card, just offered to send me a gift card.

Had an appointment set at 10am, confirmed it twice and no one even showed up to open the store. We waited from 9:45-10:30 until we finally gave up and left. Such a terrible experience 1 week before our wedding, this was supposed to be a de-stressor but just ended up being a disappointment. Extremely unprofessional!

I booked a massage online as a gift for someone and received an email that my card had paid a deposit for the service and the gift recipient had to pay for the massage once they checked out. Customer service was poor at best

Went today September 30th for a massage and a body wrap honestly loved every minute of it both Racheal did my massage probably one of the best massage I’ve ever had and I have been to many spa I can’t not remember The aesthetician name that did my wrap but she was very nice and new what she was doing made you feel comfortable and relaxed she said she had been doing it for 18 years and you could tell she knew what to do I have no complaints at all probably one of the better spas I’ve been to in my life I recommend anybody to go there they are friendly and even tho spas are high this one is worth there money
