Travis is a great masseuse. Hes very professional. Hes great at what he does. Hes very knowledgeable about what he does. I always leave feeling much better than I did before I came in. Hes overall a great masseuse and I highly recommend him.

The front desk staff are always very friendly and welcome me with a smile. Danielle is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She is very good at what she does, friendly and professional. She always gives me a five star massage. Thanks Danielle for all you do!

The receptionist was super sweet and Informative. It was my first chemical peel and my esthetician Avery made it such a relaxing experience. She has a great touch and explained to me the steps as we went along. My skin looks and feels absolutely amazing, even after just one treatment. I can’t wait to return for my next treatment. Definitely recommend the chemical peel.

I could not get this off my mind having flashbacks so I had to come here to see if I did a review but I don’t see it. I spent so much money with this place and had multiple renewed membership’s but it was around the end of 2015 or the beginning-2016, there was this older guy (maybe 52) there that was my massage therapist. Turns out the guy was a creep because he got a little too touchy feely during the session. I won’t go into details but I don’t believe he works there anymore because I remember asking one of the other technicians. But just keep an open mind going into these sessions and know what your limitations and boundaries are because someone may try you one day and see how far they can go.

From the moment I stepped through the front door throughout my visit, I was impressed with the warm greeting, exceptional service and professionalism of the staff. Avery was particularly thorough by explaining each step and product used, asking important questions about my skincare and skin type and taking time to answer all of my questions.

The service here has been FANTASTIC! From the moment I walk in, Im greeted by smiles. Im new to the area, so I have only tried one therapist here, but let me tell you...Jayla is so amazing at what she does! She listens to my needs and really tries to bring healing to my tired, beat up body. I wont go to anyone else now. Do yourself a favor and book a session with her, you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Avery was Excellent with her hands! She was so gentle relaxing stress free ! She had a wonderful personality ! I would Love for Avery to much do my back facial again !

Literally just walked out of my massage appointment.. Kenny is the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. I used to live in Green Bay WI. My massage therapist there was also the massage therapist for the NFL Green Bay Packer players.. Kenny outdid him. My hips flexors have not felt this good in years! This guy is legit. I have had Sally before a couple of years ago. She did an excellent job. She was attentive to my needs. I am almost 70 and have a lot of chronic pain and knew Sally would come thru for me.

My masseuse was named Jayla, and she was really really good at informing me of the type of massage I would get, the type of treatment that would be needed due to the fact that I have a bad back, and she was very informative on things I need to do after my massage. I would recommend her to anybody🙂

Gigi had the best firm pressure and found the tough spots in a relaxing way. I completely trusted her hands. I will absolutely be back to see her!

Had an appointment at 3:00pm. Received a TEXT 50 min prior to my appt, that I was so looking forward to, that the appt had to be cancelled. Now, its understandable that if the therapist took Ill and had to go home ; however, to receive a text was so unprofessional. Great customer service would have called other Massage Envy establishments to see if they had availability and then give me a phone call and not a text....You dont have to worry about me making another appointment.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went for a 90 minute massage with Abi at the Hamilton Place Mall location. She was fantastic! Abi went over all the areas of concern I had before starting and checked during massage to make sure pressure was to my liking. She did a great job and I liked it so much I booked another session before leaving!

This is a great option for monthly massages when you need relief from a stressful job. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the therapists listen and give strategies for stretching between visits, and the facility is clean and calming. I highly recommend Massage Envy. My therapist Kenny is the absolute best! I’ve tried lots of other people at multiple locations and he is several levels above the rest. If I can could give 0 stars that would be perfect. Terrible experience last time. Evidently now there’s a limit to how many times same guest can go in a year. Long story short I had to pay the full $120 unknowingly. I thought I was only going to pay the $40 for the guest fee.

Ive never had a bad experience here, and Danielle who handled my most recent session was no exception. She focused on exactly what I needed, dialed in the pressure quickly, and targeted each knot she found efficiently.The only reason I might drop the review down a star is that theyre busy! I usually try to go as-and-when I need it rather than booking in advance. Sometimes I get lucky and can find a slot in the next few days but I recommend you plan in advance rather than just hope for the best.

Facial was just ok, would I go back, absolutely not! You’re better off going to a nice day spa, same prices, more customized, and knowledgeable. Felt like I was getting serviced in a beauty school.

Danielle was amazing with my massage. I like it with medium pressure and she is awesome with me and always making sure Im doing good or she will change it. She listens to her clients. I did add Detox to my session and she made sure I liked the smell before she used it on my skin. It was wonderful! I am a member of their monthly membership. I wished they provided me with my contract in writing instead of just telling me. Also, I only go once a month and they have charged me $45. When it should be nothing unless you add extras and of course tip. They need to make sure that members are not charged unless this is their go more than once. Also improve their website accordingly also. So, now I guess I have to tell them that this is my only service I have used that month, so they dont charge me for it! Other than that its awesome and I would highly recommend Danielle as your masseuse.

Miss Danielle did a awesome job. She was very comforting and she was concerned about the pleasure of the overall experience. It was my first time getting a massage. And probably wont be my last. Ill definitely reach back out to Danielle for her services. She was the best. She worked the deep knots out and checked on my to see how I was feeling. She is the first and best experience I ever had.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The environment is quiet and relaxing. Brandon was amazing, and very good at what he does. The only suggestion that I could give, is to give the client the option if they want their massage with oil or lotion. I prefer the oil, my skin is extremely dry, and its a little moisturizing for me as well as relaxing with the massage, is the way to go for me!!Please open a location in Dalton. There is a large community of nurses that would love to have the access to a good massage without having to fight 40 minutes of traffic to go to Chattanooga.

Kenny is in tuned to where my tension is and release it. He is the best massager that Massage Envy has in all of its Chattanooga location. I have been a member for years.

Update: Saw Danielle 12/14 and she did an amazing job. Just the right amount of pressure. The soreness I had in my lower back is gone today.Jared is professional and listens. The place is clean and soothing. I have no complaints. They are busy so make sure to book in advance.

Kacey at the Hamilton location was amazing. I had a facial 2 months at a different locate and still have redness and bumps next to my nose on both side. She used a milder product it felt so good. She had asked if I wanted to purchase anything she used yesterday 8/3. I said Ill wait and see how I react to this skin care. She said that is what she was going suggest. My friend and I go next week for massages so Im sure I would know by then. Definitely recommend.

Danielle is my favorite person to come to! She is always perceptive of how her clients are feeling, and she makes sure that they are okay through the duration of the massage! She uses the perfect pressure, and she makes sure to get out every knot you have!! 10/10 would recommend!

Customer Service was excellent, friendly staff. I rate the customer service five star, but not my overall experience. Now about the massage. I was truly looking for a nice massage while here visiting. I had a lot of pressure points that needed to be worked on, but that did not happen. My massage therapist, Jared, gave me one of the worst massages I ever had. He has no strength, barely touched me. It felt like an old lady was just touching on me. I kept asking for more pressure and he said he does not have pressure. I recommend to only schedule him with the geriatric community. I should have stopped him 5 minutes into the massage and requested someone else, but did not want to hurt his feelings, he seemed very fragile.

This is my favorite massage envy location out of the 4 different ones Ive been to over the years! Rachel, Kenny, and Brandon are my favorites, but Ive also had a great experience with other therapists there as well! You can talk with the people at the front desk about your personal needs regarding the massage, and they do a great job of recommending the right therapist for you if you are having trouble deciding. Highly recommend!

Abi is ALWAYS professional and is knowledgeable regarding focusing on problem areas to relieve pain and stiffness and increase range of motion.

Rachel applied the perfect amount of pressure and was very attentive to my trouble spots. She also possesed a very relaxing voice which in turn relaxed the whole environment.

Kenny does an excellent job working out the tightness in my back, shoulders, and hips. His pressure is just right for me; firm, without going into the deep tissue. He can adjust his pressure throughout as needed and requested. He is my new favorite therapist!

Wasnt familiar with massages and not sure where to go. My experience at massage envy and with Jared has been very pleasant. He is friendly, respectful of modesty, and remembers things from session to session (like pointing out that a certain area which used to be tense no longer is, etc). I do aerials as a hobby and its important to get a massage every now and then to help keep my body in good shape!

I had never had a massage until a few months ago at Massage Envy. The team at Massage Envy Hamilton Place is extremely friendly and courteous. The facility is clean and relaxing. I was a little nervous about getting a massage, but Brandon my massage therapist made me comfortable enough to relax and enjoy my massage. The front desk people are friendly and made me feel welcomed. The place is nice and relaxing as well.

If you get the right therapist its awesome. I would give 5 stars for Kenny but this is not only Kennys review. Also they went up a huge jump for me in price, instead of just small overall jump in price for people that were members a long time, which they could of did a 5 or 6 dollar jump for loyal members and the new members that come in could of paid the 65$ instead of everyone going up 20$ no matter how loyal you were/are.

I love this place so much. I have a monthly subscription. The massage therapist really helped me relax and reduce my muscle strain. I wish I could have booked a longer session when I was there!

Jasmyn was my masseuse and she did a great job. I took my moms massage and she worked with me I went 2 1/2 months post op major shoulder surgery. She did a great job I was complete relaxed. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is super friendly and have a great attitude.

Disappointed in the fact that they advertise it as a 60 minute massage, when I only received 45 minutes worth. If they take off time for getting dressed and whatever else, they need to change their actual massage times and the way that advertise their massage times.

Just wondering how much training or experience your massage therapist are required to have. I would rate my last experience with a 2. It would probably be a good idea for Brandon to cut his fingernails. When massage the neck and shoulders from the back the nails can be very annoying. I love my membership.

I saw Cori. She was excellent massage therapist. I get a lot of massages from different places & she was the only one who did light physical therapy/joint exercises while massaging. It helped a lot. I went here because I had a gift card. If it wasnt an hour drive, I would go more often.

Stephanie has great hands, great forearms, and great elbows….and she used them all to perfection. I came in with some pretty severe sciatic pain and Stephanie all but eliminated the pain.

Brandon is an excellent massage therapist and I highly recommend you book an appointment with him! Hes respectful, listens and adjusts, and is great at massage. Best massages Ive gotten in the area by far.

I have a membership and as you know Covid put a hold on my regular visit But now that I’m back in let me tell you my (masseuse Danielle ) she is the best . If she isn’t there I’m not going! A friend of mine is a member at Massage Envy and gifted me this visit for my birthday. Abi was wonderful. She was professional, personable and gave a great deep tissue massage! I would definitely recommend her.

I gave 1 star because the therapist I had supposedly had a hand injury so she could only use fore arms, and when she was talking to me about everything thats wrong in the world she stopped what she was doing. So in reality my 1 hour massage was probably only about 30 minutes. I repeatedly asked her to work on my neck and upper back because Ive had terrible headaches. But she was more concerned about my legs and feet . I wont be back , very poor service.

Salli is phenomenal and the only reason I have a membership here! This woman just reads the room and focuses on eliminating my pain. Make sure you show your appreciation to the employees that build your facility because I would’ve hired her separately from this business if I could. She is someone that brings value to your establishment

I went to Massage envy for a first time facial. I was impressed with Camille and the level of knowledge and guidance she had for my skin. I ended up doing a light chemical peel and it felt great. I had a brief moment of panic today (day 3 post procedure) when I noticed my chin and upper lip covered in tiny little white bumps so I called Autumn and Brooke and they let me know that it is completely normal which made me feel a ton better! I was thinking I was having an allergic reaction. the services were great, the post-process effects have been rough but Ive been assured that the results will be awesome so that is what Im holding out for!

Hamilton Place Massage Envy is where I went to have my massage I got Abi. She is the absolute best 💯. I went in to have a 💆‍♀️ massage done (twice )by her has great tips and advice and I keep going just for her lol..

We had a couples massage at Hamilton place. My husband had Brandon and he would rate his 3. I had Jared and it was a 1 because there was no zero. I specifically asked for medium pressure to lighten up on theknots. I got petted until the knots, then came the pressure. He also seemed lazy. We will not return.

I have had great experiences there with an excellent massage therapist. I had a 90-minute session to help with recurring headaches. At the end of the session I was relaxed and had relief from my headache. However, when I went to the checkout desk, one of the staff members was eating a pungent meal. The odor immediately triggered a headache rebound.Please instruct employees at the front desk that customers may be triggered by smells and require them to eat away from customers.

I have only been to this location three times, but I am always greeted, almost immediately checked in and allowed to go back to the waiting area, and I have gotten the best massages! Stephanie has given me the last two and she is absolutely SKILLED.

I enjoyed my facial. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The intro price was reasonable but if you dont pay the monthly membership, going back will cost almost double for the facial.

Quite possibly the best, most attentive massage Ive had. Definitely the best Ive had at a Massage Envy. I could tell immediately that he was focused on relieving the pain in my neck, shoulders and back. He also noticed the problem areas before I even pointed them out. He didnt rush and took his time to make sure that my pain was gone. The front desk was not pushy with sales which I truly appreciate because any other massage envy Ive been to really hounds you with their sales pitch. I usually avoid massage envy as they have a reputation of being the Wal-Mart of massage places but I can say that Travis certainly made me feel like this is one that I would come back to. I have been a member for well over a year. Everyone has been great! I have had massages and facials (Kasandra is AMAZING!). I also did not go for a several months, but NO PROBLEM! Those credits stacked up and I have been using them. I hate to read that others have had such bad experiences. Any issues that I have had have been resolved. Upon signing with them I did my own homework, so the company and employees should not be penalized for people not educating themselves or understanding their own finances. I would recommend joining to anyone that can afford to take some ME time.

I’ve had several massages and nobody compares to Jacemyein. She focuses on problematic areas and adjusts the pressure according to what is comfortable for different areas of the body. She is always my first choice when booking a massage.

My massage always improves the spasms in my shoulder. Jacemyein is amazing, she can feel the areas in my back that I am having problems with. I gave up on Physical Therapy, Jacemyein has improved my shoulder issues so much. I highly recommend her, especially for a deep muscle massage. Its so beneficial for my health!

Brandon - He was very professional and pressure was good. I said twice my main areas was shoulders , neck, and head. This is why I came! He left the very end to rub tops of shoulders. (Which was great) No neck or head rub. It would have been nice to at least to give me the last 10 mins to ask if any problem area still and I could have reminded him so I could have a little relief. So in the end I still hurt and no relief in the areas I came in for. I also had a problem when checking out. I had a $150 gift card. I was not happy to find out that if I wanted to come back that same basic massage would almost double in price!! $115 for a basic massage is outrageous. ( also thats all I was offered, no options or info on hot stone or other massages). I was emailed the gift card and I didnt like that it expires after 90 days and I have to screen shot the bar code. Then the hassle of trying to go through 6 months of pictures to find it. So I asked for a written or printed gift card for my remaining balance. I was told that wasnt possible. I argued that I could lose my phone or screenshot and I would lose the gift card and the email expires! Then after many attempts she found something to print off for me with the barcode... only to tell me her printer was out of ink! Instead of replacing the ink and reprinting she gave it to me barely printed. There was no hurry bc I was the only one in the lobby. She was very nice but I left disappointed in the whole experience. The only reason I will come back is to use the rest of my gift card. And again I am very disappointed in the price jump on a basic massage from $65 to $115 unless I join a monthly membership. My boyfriend was unaware of this price jump also when he ordered me the $150 gift card. He expected this to be 2 full massages when he asked the price of a massage when purchasing over the phone. He was also disappointed. Massages are my favorite pampering. I had planned on being a returning customer quite often until this experience. I never give bad reviews and hate to give this one but honestly I was very disappointed. In doing this I hope things are corrected and someone else can really get what they need.

Have been so very happy with this Massage Envy at Hamilton Place! Ive been going there for close to 3 years now. Have had several different therapists and treatments.I can trust that they will complete the treatment as explained, and address issues or concerns I have. Seriously appreciate the consistency!On membership. I started with the membership. I found it to be an investment in my own health and well being. Intentionally, I carve out time on my calendar each month to take care of me. And thats why 3 years later Im still a member.The membership plan may have changed​ with the years. However, my membership has been flexible enough. My plan allowed me to take a break for a season when I needed to reconsider my schedule and finances, it allowed me to share treatments with my friends from time to time, and I dont know if its the same with new memberships, but when I passed my 12 month mark I could cancel at any time. I just never could bring myself to cancel :)My secret is I wont leave without​ scheduling my next session. Even if I have to change the appointment later to fit my schedule, Im worth rescheduling for! And the staff are so nice, making it incredibly easy to do.If youre not sure about the membership side, ask about these flexible points I mentioned, they may still be the same for new members :)And you can always pay a la carte. It may cost more after your first session, but is still worth it if you can make time to go once in a while.

Kenny has been my therapist for a while( I don’t know why i’ve not given a review yet!The first thing he asked was about my needs and was very respectful to ask if there is any places that I didn’t want massaged. He was also very conscious of the pressure of the massage. I needed deep pressure for the back and neck pain and I was very thankful that he understood. I feel much better every time I have a session with him!

Memberships are practically worthless when you can never get an appointment. This used to be a great location and the therapists are fantastic, however it means nothing when you have to book ahead over a month in advance.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. For an entire year I paid my $60 fee every month and Massage Envy had no issues with collecting their money on time. As a single mother, I found that I was not always able to find the time to make an appointment to go in an use one of my accrued massages so at the end of my contract I had 5 massages in bank. I called them in a timely manner to have my account deactivated to avoid additional monthly fees charged to my credit card. This was the first of October 2015. I went in to the location at Hamilton Place on November 7th only to be told that I no longer had any massages available to me because I canceled my membership and failed to use them within 30 days. First problem is this, if a person accrues 5 massages over a 5 month period and does not have the time to use them all, how are they supposed to use them within 30 days?? Secondly, it is of my opinion that when you take money from people and do not provide them with a service, then you are stealing from them. At $60 a month for 5 months, that is $300 that Massage Envy took from me and have failed to deliver the service I paid for. Stealing is stealing, even if you attempt to wrap it up in a pretty little bow called policy. Massage Envy is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever dealt with and will tell anyone who will listen from this point forward to run for the hills before agreeing to let this company charge, I mean steal, from them every month.

EDITED: This was at the Frazier location.We used gift certificates for 90 minute massages yesterday. The ladies were very sweet and kind, BUT...it is the ONLY massage weve ever left feeling like nothing happened, and we just didnt get the enjoyment out of it at all. I felt like it was a fast food massage, but not quite a fast food price! Frankly, Id rather spend a little more for a 60 min massage and leave feeling like something good happened.Also...our massages were 75 minutes tops. We were 5 mins early and handed ipads to fill out and sign. Then as we were being brought to the back one of the receptionist said Your session has already begun in a clearly letting you know tone. Not acceptable...we should have been told to arrive earlier. Then the massage was ended 5 mins before 90 mins from our start time.I debated on writing the review, because I dont usually complain, but this time I felt others need to be aware. I felt the way I did and didnt say a word until my daughter completely confirmed her experience was the same. She was so disappointed. Just kinda stinks that $180 was wasted.

Kacie was awesome! I’ve been getting Microdermabrasion for years and my appt with her was amazing.

It was my first massage and honestly it soured me on the whole thing. My massage therapist was kind of cold, not at all personable. I was nervous and feeling very vulnerable and her demeanor put me on edge. she knew alot about health and fitness but I went for a massage not a lecture on my lifestyle. The massage felt really good so I signed up for their membership thinking Id just request another person. It sounded like such a good deal. Unfortunately I had some unforeseen financial difficulties. When I explained this I was greeted with their asinine cancelation policy. Basically I couldnt cancel it. All I could do was freeze my account and to do that I had to fill out paperwork and go through corporate. To officially cancel I had to have a doctors note or move more than 25 miles away. And I felt downright bullied I was told very condescendingly by the receptionist that I joined for a reason and must have thought I needed it when I explained my financial hardships. Um no. I dont take well to being pressured. Massages are a luxury and I should be allowed to say I no longer want your services without all of this damned hoopla. Rent and groceries are necessities that i cant sacrifice for a stupid massage. I dont think those yuppies know or care about the difference. I got tired of arguing so I put a block on them through my card company. And I bitterly resent being put in a position where I felt like I needed to go that far just to say I no longer can afford the service. Well jokes on those piranhas because theyll never see so much as a penny of my business again and Ill be more than happy to tell people about their unethical as well as predatory business practices
