I had a prenatal massage a week ago with Courtney and I have felt amazing since! I was struggling with sciatica pain and I haven’t felt any discomfort. Definitely book with her if you can!

Stay away from this location and West Loop! The managers avoid you and lie. Always say they’re not there when in fact they are avoiding having to actually confront any issues. The staff isn’t properly trained they don’t know their own policies. They ignore emails and just want to take your money. I came in to cancel 3 weeks before my bill date but I received an email 2 days prior with a cancellation form saying I have to cancel 10 days prior! I will be locating the franchise owners regarding their operations manager Jessica Taylor! I emailed her February 12th and it took me saying I’m physically coming into the location for her to respond and say she wasn’t there; when the assistant manager just told me she was. Her response was she’s not obligated to respond outside of business hours; well I guess she was off work for over 10 days because I gave her ample amount of time to respond!

I went for, much needed, self care: facial. The space was clean and inviting. Friendly staff. A variety of great services offered. They occasionally run good deals.

The customer service is impeccable and my absolute favorite is Courtney! Blessed hands to do what she does!

They need to get it together on all fronts. I have received calls ONE DAY before an appointment telling me that the therapist took vacation…isn’t that something you would know pretty far in advance? Lately they have been calling me telling me an appointment is canceled and then leaving it on the calendar. They have also called me 4 times in the last 2 weeks about ONE appointment all about scheduling issues.The front desk people also clearly don’t leave thorough or accurate notes for each other. One front desk person will have NO idea what I just spoke to someone else about yesterday. When there’s more than one worker, wouldn’t you need to leave notes??The therapist turnover is also pretty bad. I’ve only been going for a year and I’ll ask for my regular therapist only to find out they don’t work there anymore.The only good thing about this location is their therapist Chris.

Looveed lovedd my facials every time I come in, doesnt matter who its with its always an amazing experience! I have no trouble booking for facials, however I understand massages also get booked very quickly as the massage therapists are very talented. So no complaints here! They are very thorough in calling people off the wait list if theres any cancellations.

This was my first professional facial (customized facial) ever and I loved it! The esthetician who worked on me was so sweet and made sure I was fine and guided me throughout the whole process! It was so relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable. I can see a visible difference in my skin and overall my skin just feels better! I’ll be booking my next appointment soon! :)

Angelic has magic hands! I came in with sciatic nerve and low back pain. She gave me a good stretch and massage and I feel 100% today. Because of her, I became a member and will go to her monthly until my body is in optimal condition. I recommend Massage Envy and Angelic.

Late. 60 min facial became less than 40min.

I was so disappointed in this locations service I cancelled my membership. I was told when I signed up for the membership that i would have one year to finish my hours. When I actually cancelled I was told 60 days. So I guess I was lied to to get the sale. I was then told I could transfer the hours I had left to whom ever I liked as long as they used them before Feb 2 my 60 day end period. I called back and now spoke to a new manager and she tells me I have to pay 10 dollars for every person I have to transfer to. The last person I spoke to never mentioned a transfer fee. I asked to speak to the owner of the franchise and all they would give me was a name and an email address. Does nobody believe in phone numbers anymore. Do not sign up for a membership with this location and or company. The managers will not help you and tell you they can only follow policy that they lied to you about in the first place.

Massage Envy located on Delano Court in South Loop, Chicago, was a welcoming respite on a cold day in October! Miriam was excellent! Highly skilled, professional and courteous. Great location to get a quality therapeutic massage!

I really like it here. They have a nice, peaceful waiting room after youve checked in, and the staff is courteous and attentive. It is good to know, however, that an hour massage includes the before and after consultation, so it is closer to 45 minutes.

My friends and I had been planning a spa outing for over a month. And, when our schedules all worked out for 2/29/2020, we were excited to have our girls day. The group was big (there were 6 in the party) and the appointments had to be staggered which was not a problem. The early appointments, (2 in the party ) got there well before their scheduled services, during sign-in there was a mixup in their appointments (it happens) and once they each went in to their services, one friend who was scheduled for the message was told her message would be cut 30 minutes because she went to the bathroom???? She asked to speak to the manager, but was unable too, and was told that if she had her full one hour message someone in the remaining party would not be able to get their full hour message??? She did not get the message.The lack of accommodation was disappointing and, because one of us could not have their service at this Message Envy, none of us opted to take our service. We will all remember how our group was treated at this Message Envy.If negative stars could be given I would give this Message Envy a negative 10 for poor management (THEY MIXED UP THE APPOINTMENT) and a negative 20 for lack of accommodation (A HAPPY CUSTOMER IS THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT)

Jalyssa is an awesome therapist!!! She was so awesome I booked another appointment for the next day before I left. It doesnt end there though. Jalyssa was leaving here shift when I was still checking out and I mentioned Id see her again the next day but for a shorter session, it was the start of her shift. But she offered to come in early the next day to extend my appointment! Beyond her great attitude, she provides a great massage and total body stretch. One of the absolute best massages of my life. She has a strong but gentle touch and really works muscles she feels are tense. Not just with her elbows and forearms too, she really gets into those smaller muscles with her fingers too.Brittone (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely helpful with account questions and concerns. She worked with me to develop a creative solution and her attitude throughout was excellent. I understand theyve undergone new ownership and shes part of the managerial team now, which I glad to hear. I know Ive booked appointments with her over the course of the last few years and Ive never had a negative experience.Ive been a member here for multiple years and have had some less than delightful experiences. But I really get the feeling the ship has been righted and Id urge people to give them a shot or second chance.

Truly disappointed massage treatment received on 7/21/2017 at Delano Court & Roosevelt location in Chicago.The masseuse was brand new, very inexperienced and it was a god awful experience. Have been member since location first opened and will never return.Reported it to front desk but did not feel they relayed it to management.The facial, was great, but due to the ineptness of the massage therapist not only lost 10 minutes of my massage time with him trying to impress me with his so called knowledge, but he had no clue where my facial was going to be. This took 10 minutes from my facial, as it turns out the room for my facial was right across from where my so called massage or lack thereof...location. Felt the Esthetician was trying no to hard-sell me on the products.Although I tipped both, it was due to realization that they do rely on tips. I hindsight, I should have walked out of the massage.Having had massage treatments from major US cities, Canada, Mexico, Europe..for last 25 years am fully able to discern experience from ineptness.Very unhappy camper!!!

Went in for a massage and had Julie as my therapist. She was phenomenal and spent q ton of time working on my very out of whack muscles. Park in the garage here because they validate parking and its a lot less expensive than the street parking at this location. Front desk staff was phenomenal.

Kelsey is AMAZING!! I was in town on business and got a 60 min massage so gentle i didn’t realize I had fallen asleep! I have a small phobia about being touched skin to skin and she was so comforting and kind with easing my mind about it. I Definitely highly recommend her!!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for a couple years, but this was my first experience at the South Loop location. I asked for a 60-minute deep tissue massage for only my back, shoulders, and neck. I got a 45-minute generic, very soft massage. When I expressed that my experience was not satisfactory, they offered me a $10 coupon for my “next” session. Not coming here again.

Today I scheduled an online appointment through the Massage Envy app for the Chicago- South Loop location. I was having some issues confirming both of my apportionments so I called the location to get my confirmations and finalize the second appointment. Everyone I spoke to was polite, proficient, and uber helpful. My same day scheduling worked out for my chemical peel appointment. I arrived to the location today and received a full triage before and after my appointment to ensure I understood all steps of the chemical process. I even received a free post care kit that comes with my treatment. Brenda was my esthetician today. She was thorough, very professional, and highly knowledgeable about skincare especially black skincare. It is so difficult finding estheticians that know how to properly treat black skin. I loved my experience there and I will return tomorrow for my 90 minute massage. Thank you for such a rewarding experience Brenda!!! I have scheduled my three week appointment with you!!!

The massage was great however massage ended at 8:00pm and we didn’t really even start til 8:10 as I sat in waiting area. I paid for an hour and only really got 45-50mins:/Friendly staff, and very clean!

Ive been a member of ME for 5+ years and it has taken me awhile to find a therapist that I actually like. Idk what it is but ME goes through therapists like water, Ive had some decent ones, but Ive also had some crappy ones.....I prefer a deep tissue over the traditional swedish and Tonya is my go-to. She has some strong hands and Im glad shes avail on my days off. So the location is in the roosevelt shopping area on the second floor. They do validate your parking ticket for 90 min. I wish they gave a 2 hour validation so I can actually get a 90 min massage vs an hour to avoid the stress of parking.

It is a misconception here I absolutely enjoy my massage!!! Crianna is a super star on massage. My message is concerning the time for the massage, it was scheduled for 90 mins and I was in the bench only for 70 mins!!! I was there 5pm for the start but therapist did show until 5:07 which not a problem as soon as the lost time is replenished. Then we went to the massage room and we talked about the affected areas, etc. Which is ok I understand thats count as part of massage time. Then she left for my to get undress and ready but another 7 or 8 mins!?!?. Again that shouldnt be a problem if time lost is replenished. Ok then we finished I gave $15 for tip because she does a great job. When they asked me about my experience I told the front desk girls what happened but seems they didnt care, may be they cover up for Crianna?... Dont know but overall experience is 6/10. Hope you guys can improve a lot, I love this facility but if I have to change to another one I will.

Every time I’ve booked here, something happens day of the service. I also think it has been with the same therapist as well. The first time, I found out in the parking lot. The second time, I found out 3 hours before the massage.

Absolutely the most ridiculous, juvenile operation I have ever experienced. I called today and spoke to a gentleman who seemed insanely distracted and confused. Kept repeating questions I had already answered. Told me he scheduled me with Wayne at 4:30 today and then a minute later asked when I wanted to come in and preference of gender of masseuse!!! I go in at 4:30 after having to rush from another appointment and another obligation to discover that he didn’t even schedule me for today!!! Giant waste of time and not the first time. My wife has had this happen to her a couple of times. Also kept asking if I was a member and kept saying yes, would mumble and get distracted and ask again. I actually had to ask him if he was ok because he seemed to not be communicating properly. HORRIFIC scheduling and amateur functionality. Will avoid this place like the plague. Have yet to have good massage here too. Lose lose.

I️ experienced the worst customer service from management!!!!!! Totally unprofessional !The therapist was good.The receptionists were polite but unable to implement policy and procedures .My account was debited in error and managements only remedy was to charge me again for services thatI️ never received . And call the police. Yes that’s right The manager threatened to call the pIce but I️ saved her the trouble and I️ called them fon my behalf for harassment , slander and defamation of character .I️ have experienced multiple issues with major inconsistency’s at this location.Be careful giving them your credit card Innadvance for services not rendered .Buyer beware

Its all about finding the right therapist. Try different people to see who you click with. Im happy to have 2 people who are wonderful at what they do.

Easy to make an appointment! Great value for a monthly membership. Never had a bad service and booked with multiple therapists.

Always love going here for a massage. Theyve usually had pretty attentive therapists that are able to adjust their techniques to your needs.

Dont follow googles walking direction, it will take you an extra 20 min to get there. Navigate to the shops in the area, theyre connected. Otherwise, service was great, definitely recommend a membership

I met a new massge therapist Lynne who is fabulous. This location has free parking for the first 90 minutes and is also easy to access on public transportation
