My husband and his close friend went out the first time coming to this place and we did not expect how this place was going to be. I really liked the atmosphere here definitely a different kind of vibe like futuristic vibe yet had a aesthetic feel to it coming into the front part of the bar especially. A bit more in the younger crowd tho. It is quieter in the front part of the space but going towards the back into the club area is a lot louder and the music is definitely has beats to vibe too. Over all experience was awesome and yet chill.
Its not a bad place. Enjoyed the vibe. Seems like they have a lot of employees in the crowd to just keep an eye on everything and make sure people are enjoying themselves which is nice. However, the temperature gets HOT on the dance floor so you really start to feel like youre in a splash zone after dancing for a little while. Overall, worth a visit. The drinks are definitely overpriced. Two vodka sodas are around $40-$50 which is wild to me.
Overpriced drinks. I like that there are a lot of people of color. Never let you open a tab. I will admit, the dance floor is cool, but they didn’t play a lot of “soulful electronic” like they claimed during Dang! Plus, they never answer the phone and will just be online and leave your messages on read on Instagram.
2 odd interactions threw me off here. Otherwise, its a pretty cool place.I was asked by the bouncer if I had tickets. My friend was the dj that night, so I called him to ask about tickets, only to find out that I didnt need them. Went back to the bouncer, and he acted like he never denied me to begin with and became increasingly angry and aggressive. Once inside, one of the bartenders was very pleasant, but the one time I ordered from the second bartender, he brought over the shots we ordered but not our beers saying I already gave them to you. While pointing to our empty beers and walked away. I explained the situation to the other bartender, and she handled it professionally. Other than that, the atmosphere and vibe were great.
Note: This review is based on a concert experience at the location. Specifically in the club section in the back half of the building.Pros: The drink menu and place itself isnt so bad to be honest. Prices are reasonable and variety of drinks are nice. Staff was cool, the bar in the front half and the use of neon lights throughout the building was what caught my eye.Cons: The main and most important con was the size of the dance floor and the layout of the crowd/venue when the show was under way. Be forewarned. The dance floor is small, like super small! If youre not on the dance floor itself during the show itll be very hard to have a view of whos even playing since the DJ booth is super high up. Once youre past the first roped off vip table in the floor, your vantage point of the space and the audio quality becomes pretty underwhelming unfortunately. At this point in the crowd, conversations going on next to you and people going towards the bathrooms/bar overtake the concert experience. There was an upstairs section with more room and views it seems like, but that was ironically roped off.Overall, it was a meh experience. Given the other superior options we have in the city for concerts and especially EDM based concerts, I dont see myself coming back to this place specifically for a concert/show. Maybe for just a quick drink at the bar in front? If you dont care much for live music this place would be much better suited for your expectations. Otherwise, youre for sure better off going to Radius/Smartbar/Chop Shop/The Point for a more complete concert experience with suitable audio and video equipment.4/10
Came here for a disco night that they advertised (for which they charged $17 per person) - utterly disappointed in the techno I heard for 45 minutes before hearing one song even remotely close to disco. Its really frustrating to get sold on something only to feel bamboozled 30 mins in when you realize theyre only going to play house/techno/EDM (just wasnt what I wanted that night). The venue itself was ok, good vibes but the dance floor is incredibly small and I found the drinks to not be all that cheap (13 per well mixed drink, which included an automatic 20% gratuity).Honestly take that money and go somewhere else - went to Roscoes after and paid $5 to get in (opposed to $17 here) and got well drinks for $6, and the music was way better. So for significantly less money I had a far better experience with actual disco/pop on a *real* dancefloor.
It’s just very small no space hardly, the place is like a small room. They have these different events every month there it feels like and call it different names , but then they won’t even play music that’s on the same theme as the event. They had a 2010s music event but every other song was from that era. It just sucked and it was super dirty in there too.
The best clubs in Lincoln Park. The lounge is perfect for socializing, drinks, and jokes with friends. The main room has artwork of some of the best Chicago DJs, Producers, and nightlife legends that have passed. There is a Funktion 1 sound system, which is a personal favorite, and there is plenty of room to dance.
This place was so fun and the staff are incredible. had the best time here! when leaving I was taking photos of my friend by the entrance bar and this amazing bartender named Jeanette was all supportive and even made a fake drink to help with the aesthetic of the photo. This bar is also LGBTQI+ friendly with great people and good set of DJs playing. Can’t wait to back here with even more friends and again, huge shoutout to Jeanette for ✨serving✨
Purchased tickets for a 420 Music Event that was initially 2pm-8pm. Went on their website to see that it was changed to 1pm-7pm. Showed up at the door at 2:15pm to find no event was scheduled and none of the employees knew about whatever event. Stayed until 5:30pm as a just in case but nothing happened. Waste of time and lack of knowledge from the people there was frustrating. Do not recommend this place.

Never have I ever been here, but man does this place look awesome! The drinks look amazing and are fairly priced, I like that they include gratuity in their final bill so that I don’t have to try and calculate it or add it up after a few drinks, and the owner is hilarious, articulate, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Cheers! 🍻
Bought 4 tickets to an event here, arrived no more than 10mins after buying the tickets and place was basically empty and they told me the event “already ended”. they refused to refund me. when i was getting the info i needed to ask for the refund i see the the event was still marked as “happening now” 2hr after id been told it “already ended”. obviously something went wrong on their end to be selling tickets to an ended show, the very least they could do was refund me but nope. $98 down the drain. first time attempting to attend this club/venue too will obviously never go back.
“Never have I ever” been to an establishment that provided a high quality customer experience from door to door. Great staff, drinks, and music. The split rooms made it great to experience a lounge and a club environment in the same visit.Make sure you check out their burlesque night. There are quite a few inaccurate low star reviews on here….smh.
Atmosphere 5⭐, I would definitely come back, but maybe a night when there isnt much entertainment. I say this fully aware of the risk Im taking when it comes to revealing my age, but it was needlessly loud in here. Not complaining about the dance tracks, just right for our birthday hang! --but the volume: Friends couldnt even hear each other shouting, honestly a bit too close to ears, and Im not even weird about sharing my personal space... I ended up w two shades of sticky lippie on my face. I realized some people were choosing to have their real chats downstairs in the restroom hallway, but it was only marginally quieter there. I feel awful for the bartenders who struggle to take orders but also makes them quite unable to wear earplugs.
I’ve been here twice so far and had a great time each visit. The drinks are well made and the staff is fun. The front is more of a bar and the back is more of a nightclub. There’s different music played on each side, so there’s multiple vibes going on at once. The back area also has an upper level with a third bar. I highly recommend Never Have I Ever for a night out or your next event.
We visited for a quick drink on Saturday. Cocktails are nothing special, music is insanely loud in the bar area (not live). But the reason Im bothering to review is that the payment system is super shady. They dont show a breakdown of cost but they DO add auto gratuity (for 2 people, sitting at the bar). We stared at it for like 5 mins trying to figure out what the hell was happening, then asked the bartender what the mysterious added fee was on top of our total (because we were trying to determine tip). She lied, told us it was the credit card fee ($7 on a $30 tab?? Yeah right) and actively told us there was not gratuity added. We had a receipt emailed to us and surprise, there was auto gratuity added. Bartender for sure lied and the entire set-up seemed designed to be intentionally unclear.
Too small/crowded. They want everyone to pay for sections and only have bar seating. Everyone else just stands in between the bar and reserved seats. The music was just okay and the drinks were priced close to the same as everywhere else.
Such a great spot with incredible vibes. Upfront is more of a bar vibe with ample seating, then in the back and upstairs (yes, there is an upstairs) its a club with a large dance floor. The atmosphere is spot on for a great night out. Oh! And the Watermelon Hibiscus Margaritas are absolutely amazing. Love this place, cant wait to go back.
Decent bar and drinks. Separate Club areas nice. I really like the design of the back separate area with different dj. You can listen to two different kinds of music or have two different events in the same space at the same time. Nothing really amazing or that stood out versus other clubs Ive been to. Nice if you want to stay out really late because it closes later than some of the other clubs in the area and is a good after set spot
Had an incredible experience with one of the bartenders and he was able to completely change the vibe that our group started with. Not only are the drinks phenomenal but the bartenders like Josh really make the whole experience so more enjoyable. This place has the best vibes 10/10 coming back
Had such a great time here on NYE! It was my first time going and won’t be my last! All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful with a special shout-out to Bridget who helped my friends and I get situated/made sure we were always having fun!
My friends and I went for New Years Eve and had an amazing time! Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful we felt so at peace. Bridget especially did such an amazing job making us feel welcome!!
Always a great time supporting Dom in his awesome bar! Been there twice and he really takes care of his guests. Great staff all around!
I was in town recently for a work trip and had some free time in the middle of the week. Reviews looked good so I popped in for happy hour to shake the day off. The bartender Josh was amazing! Was honestly just trying to have a drink and unwind but he made the experience worthy of a review. I usually stick to bourbon but after watching him put on an absolute show making a tequila drink I had to try it. Foxy brown I think. Incredible! Really feels like bartending and amazing service are a lost art post-Covid but he’s definitely keeping the culture alive. 5 out of 5 stars. Josh is a gem.
The worker named Bridget was AMAZING! Really welcomed me to the bar! Made me feel at home! She asked me if I needed anything & I said yes, a drink! AND GUYS! I GOT MY DRINK!! The interior is so coquette it made me blush!
Went for NYE-the ad stated theyd have about 14 DJs yet we only say 2 different DJs from 10-2am. Music was all one genre and the place is just okay. The mixers are expensive for what you get, but the employees are super nice.
Great cocktails, amazing staff, and super fun shows/programming/talent. Also Bridget was super fun and welcoming when we came in and asked us to make a TikTok with her. How fun!
Bidget was phenomenal. She hand crafted the liquor in my cocktail but i was PISSED there was no orange for the garnish. She walked all the way over to target to buy me an orange and oh my was it SCRUMPTIOUS. She was so silly and griddied over to me to deliver the drink lol. Never have I ever? No, I have!
I had a great experience here with my friends this past weekend! The staff was very kind and helpful. Bridget went out of her way to make sure that we felt welcome 😊 We will be back soon!!
My experience at never have i ever was only good because of that manager with red hair…? i think her name was BIGIT. she was gawgous and so helpful and fun and i don’t have a lot of friends so it was nice that she’d talk to me. i hope i can stay friends with her!! the place was so pretty inside. i felt like i was in a barbie dream house, and bigit was the barbie!!!!
Our group had such an amazing time. We went here on a Saturday night to celebrate my brother in laws birthday. Samantha was our bartender. She was wonderful. She took care of our whole group. Highly recommend this place if you want easy access to parking, want to have a great time, and want to party all night. This place is open all night. Closes at 5 am. Never in my life have i been to a place that closes at that time. If you want to avoid a entrance fee show up early, 9 pm or 9:30 the latest. Drinks are good but be aware they are on the pricier side. Our group did not mind the price since we knew way ahead of time what we were going to waste. The music was okay. I spent more time having a laugh with my group than dancing. I still danced but was not too impressed by the music. That is probably the only thing that i would suggest be tweaked.
We met Zsazsa outside and she recommended the jerk chicken tacos, which were AMAZING and the skunks were fantastic! The music was great and the company just as fantastic! Will be coming back asap!
Ahh! This used to be Flash Dance Club, remember that? This is a bar and night club. Also, this is a Tequila bar. The front has been remodeled but the club is the same as Flash. The cocktails average around fourteen dollars which is too high. This is a few blocks from DePaul so college students are not going to pay that much. Hopefully theyll last not like Flash.PS. Brandos # 2 is going to open next month several doors down. Hopefully their cocktails wont be high.
The Bartender was very nice and vibe in the place was ok. Some rap and Latino music very well balanced tonight 03-18-23. However, security ask me $20 for entrance, which they kept for themselves. How do I know this? Once the club closed, the security was kicking us out. I was drinking my shot. And I told the security guy “you can give me 20 seconds to have my drink since I paid for the entrance I shouldn’t have paid for” and he replied “I didn’t receive anything from you” I can show you DOMINIC (name of the security guy) that I Zelle you money to enter to this club. The place was ok, but the fact that i was charged unfairly by security makes really upset
This club felt dead once it hit 12 a.m. everyone left and went home. Im pretty sure it was because the drink special was over. The venue is small and the dance floor is the smallest Ive seen. The DJ is boring. The bartender in the front was cool and made our drinks fast. The cover charge isnt included in the wristband and the wristband costs more due to gratitude.
This place is really cute but the Dancefloor is really small than that. I dont have much to say about this place it was OK.
This place is a joke!!! We paid $65/person + an extra $10 for watered down nasty drinks, empty dance floor, amateur dj, and horrible service. The manager is literally the worst communicator and possibly worst human I’ve encountered. He told the bartenders to stop serving us premium drinks after 2 rounds of (gross) drinks and forced us to upgrade our wristbands. The bartenders in the back seemed to not want to serve us at all. I left early because I wasn’t impressed at all and I don’t like being in spaces were I feel unwelcome. I’m glad I did bc less 15 min later, the staff assaulted my friends after trying to kick them out of a section we paid for. They asked for the manager several times to straighten out the issue and it escalated when racial slurs were used against them. 4 GROWN MEN grabbed 3 petite women and threw one on the floor breaking her nails and pulling out her hair. I thought places like this only existed in the early 1900s
Nice environment, bar tenders are quick, prices are pretty good, security staff is very professional and dont tolerate any misbehaving, they protect the customers very well, djs can be hit or miss. Euphoria nights are always jammed, silent party nights too, just wish the silent party djs played more than hip hop. Other than that, a great place to go, cut loose, relax with friends, and enjoy the vibe
I’ve been here a few times and can’t wait to go back!! Josh at the bar is always a good time with great pours. The Wednesday burlesque shows are can’t miss.
Super cute new bar! The inside is Instagram worthy with great decor. Great dj and really good vibes, will be the new go to spot to have a fun night!
Great spot to kick it with a few friends. The venue has a prime location and a great atmosphere to chill or dance, whatever your style
Bouncers let us in without a pat down (not a good thing here in Chi), and the club was absolutely dead prime time friday night. Flash used to be a fun lowkey club. Hope it improves.
Went around 11-1130 on a Friday night. The dance floor didnt open until 11, and then it was only the one room. (I think there are more upstairs?). The song choices were okay but the DJ wasnt mixing particularly well. The crowd was very young, mostly college kids, and not very diverse. Staff was friendly and didnt give us a hard time. $3 Coat check. Drinks were a tad expensive but nothing crazy. Didnt stay long.
The club is the place to be for some serious dance music. With different rooms and DJs spinning until 4 am, theres always a great setlist available! The staff has been friendly each time weve gone - they know how much fun this bar can truly have if you let it ride freestyle all night long with no limits on your creativity or what kind of moves come out when--just make sure not get too wasted because driving after drinking isnt legal anywhere.
This place is a vibe! Jeanette delivered exceptional service and amazing energy. We felt well taken care of and cared for! Can’t wait to visit again.
Went there for a techno night event and honestly the club bouncers were letting people in without checking people, there were a lot of sketch people coming in and going to the bathroom….. sketch…. Bartender was cool. They were so disorganized bouncers were a severe joke. Lots of men came in with bags unchecked… and they wonder how “things” happen. Step it up Flash you guys are on a very busy nightlife strip.
Chicago is home to many great clubs, but this one has a special place in my heart. Its not just because they have tasty cocktails or that you can dance all night without interruption - it’s also thanks to their GORGEOUS bar staff! Forget about the girls on the dance floor lol The lights are so vibrant here
This place was just one giant bad experience, the bouncers tried to charge $20 to get in and then changed it to $10. They were so high they forgot they took my money and tried to charge me again. Once inside the place was dead af on a Saturday night and the drinks were expensive. Now normally I wont mind getting taxed on the drinks if the place is decent but it aint. Not worth the time or the uber, stay away from this place.
Really cool spot. I am glad someone told me about the bathrooms downstairs, no line and clean. The upstairs section was sexy.
I love this bar! great vibes and great service. everytime i come jeanette is always the best. give this girl a raise !
Over priced liquor. Though Id imagine it would be cheaper if the batenders could pour in the cup instead of on the barOne of the bartenders was really weird. He charged me full price and told me he comped a shot. IDK why, I can do basic math.DJ was mid, laid everything on a techno beat.
Too cool. So dope.
This new venue is DOPE. Be sure to check the social media to see whats happening.
This night club in lincoln park is the bomb! Its got an amazing atmosphere, great drinks and spacious dance floor. All of their little details were well thought out- it really shows how much effort they put into making sure that everyone has a good time at this space. I will say that I was reading the reviews before coming here and its basically all the people who were salty cuz they couldnt get in
This place is horrible. I was there the other night and multiple people were roofied. From what I saw they literally threw them on the corner and left them. And they just change the cover fee for zero reason and no one goes there in the first place. They act like it’s so exclusive to get in and literally no one is ever there. Also drinks are watered down and staff wasn’t kind.
This place has absolute scum working for them. Worst service I have ever seen. If you lose something there, don’t expect to get it back. They claim the back chairs have a gap so, “anything can fall down it,” but you can’t get it back ever. Only open two days out of the week so you will not be able to retrieve it either. You can go to Lions den or Halligans across the street and you’ll have 10x more fun with so much better service.
Chicago’s newest and hottest club in the city. The venue is spacious with 2 separate rooms. Front room serves as a cocktail lounge and you go through an LED light tunnel that brings you to their 2-story club. Good sized dance floor with a DJ overlooking the dance floor. Second floor is for VIPs and bottle service. Many people are dressed in disco attire and their music consists mostly of disco, house and electric dance music (EDM). Soo much fun and amazing cocktails (my favorites are the coconut white russian and their gimme gimme gimlet!)
Great drinks and a great time. New management has taken over and fixed the issues youll see in the other reviews.
Paid $50 for basic alcohol and food coloring pretty much. Music is a 2/10. And weird stares as a black person… giving very much frat party at a pwi. Not worth any of my coins and they have the heat on???
Great Staff and great service along with a beautiful venue!
Wasnt a lot of signage to indicate which areas were restricted, accidentally ended up in a VIP section until one of their security told me a couple hours in that i wasnt allowed there, didnt even know it was a VIP area until he told me
Definitely a must visit for a great night out! It has a amazing atmosphere, great drinks, & spacious dance floor. All the little details were well thought out
Jeanette and Dawn were the highlight of my night. Great music great drinks 10/10 will go again
The Great Nightclub in Lincoln park. This place is unbeatable when it comes to throwing an epic party. With so many rooms, different music per room and friendly bartenders this club will not disappoint any guest!5 out of 5 nightclub. Now to all the people who live in lincoln park, you don’t have to drive to river north any more for a late night place. Open till 5 AM!
Josh is a great bartender. He was funny as hell and good at what he does. He’s the king
Incredible establishment and vibrant atmosphere! A must go to spot that will be a staple in the chicago house music scene
Never Have I Ever has revived an iconic Lincoln Park location with a fresh and delicious concept. On behalf of Lincoln park, we thank you.
I expected the prices for the drinks and they were good for the price but trying charge me for a cup of Chicago tap water to help a friend sober up is pathetic. I would never tell a single person to ever come to this bar where every single thing is a money grab.
Love this inclusive space, Bridget & all the bartenders are so fun and promote a fantastic vibe ❤️
Great place!! Dom and the stuff is very attentive. The place is fun and charamistic. Love it. I will spread the word for ♥️💜💜
Great vibes, great sound, very friendly bartenders, and a great variety of music and events !
Such an interesting place in the best way possible! All the little details in the decor is so well thought out, highly recommend getting bottle service… the presentation is always my favorite part!
I absolutely love this venue! We had the best time here! Make sure you ask for the server by the name of Dallas, she was amazing!!! :)
Maggie Is awesome and the spicy margs are fantastic! Maggie makes the whole place:)
Great spot with great music and drinks. Front room would probably be great for dates, back room for sweaty dance parties.
Great Nightclub in Lincoln park. Unstoppable party so to say. Open till 5 am. Nice choice of different music in different rooms. Very friendly bartenders
Nice size place, drinks were good, staff friendly. Only problem was at the door the price changed to many times within minutes of when my friend arrived.
Always a great time with real Chicago ppl. Great vibes and the Tequila show is awesome
Came here for a cannabis industry event. Very grateful for the people involved and this city for hosting the event.
I highly recommend you visit this nightclub for an amazing night out. The atmosphere is great, the drinks are delicious and they have a huge dance floor!
Super fun and inclusive place with a ton of events to fit everyone’s taste.
Great experience every time I’ve gone! Gracie has always been a huge help with bottle service and guest list!
Make sure Maggie is your bartender. Great experience!
Excellent vibe and rebranding of a previous awesome spot! Go support for house/techno/EDM vibes.
Incredible venue layout and design! The large dance floor makes the environment fun and unique.
Drinks are never cheap anywhere, but I loved this club my first time there. Free parking anywhere you may find outside too
Flash is an awesome Lincoln Park Nightclub. Highly recommend checking the place out! The decor is amazing
We went, they charged $20 cover for an absolutely dead bar on euphoria night. its an actual joke dont go
Amazing vibe and great staff! If you are looking to dance, this is your spot. 100% recommend.
PEOPLE! Don’t drive to downtown if you live in lincoln park! You can just come to flash! It’s just as good as any other place you can think
Always empty, terrible music, expensive watered down drinks, very rude staff. Will absolutely not be coming back.
Awesome place, fantastic communication from staff via social media 👍👍👍
$20 cover for an empty (and dirty) dance floor, expensive drinks and a subpar DJ
Great experience good vibe’s definitely will return!
The best night club ever. So much fun. Friendly people. No guns, no fights. Just fun, and more fun.
$20 cover on a party of 5. Also 80% of these google reviews are from suspended accounts so take that as you will
Good time, good price, and floors that remind you of home 🥺
Horrible place horrible music and bartenders don’t know how to make drinks. I never been to a more worse placeBeing back happys and max bar!!!
It was a very nice atmosphere; with a mixed crowd. I really enjoyed myself.
FLASH WAS SUPER NICE AND HE TAUGHT ME HOW DANCE THANKS FLASH I RECOMMEND ALSO FLASH CAN I HAVE MY CASH BACK WHY YOU EAT IT 🥲🥲😔😔😪😪😪😷😷😷
Reminds me of fun bar scene from 2000s except for way more expensive drinks
The best vibes the city could want 💯🫶
The service here is horrendous and disorganized. I will never return.
The staff is amazing! Love the place.
Fun
Very Beautiful obvious I love the space
Great service and great experience. Love Dallas & Gracie!!! Definitely recommend
The bartenders were incredibly rude, waited at the bar for over an hour and a half and never got served!
Decent little spot, not a lot of places to sit.
Pretty dead when I went but maybe it was a one time thing
Avoid at all cost.
Where House feels like Home!
GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT MUSIC, GREAT SERVICE
Wont be back
Bad experience. Bad personal
Nice place
Cool dance floor, HOT AS SIN. Bartenders wont give out water when there should be a self serve water dispenser in the back of the dance area, theres plenty of room for it too. UNSAFE!! Booo 👎🏼
The bar itself doesnt give out water in an establishment that is so hot. The bar tenders are being filmed to make sure they arent giving out water kinda messed up lol.
Sometimes the music is cool, sometimes like today, its super boring, the DJ really sees that no one is dancing, but... Anyway, its not really for dancing, although the atmosphere is just for drinking, its fine.
What an unpleasant attitude from the staff, the DJ was terrible, the club had a disgusting smell, the experience was horrible. I dont recommend it at all.
