This is the best place for tobacco in Chicago. They always have fresh loose leaf tobacco for rolling that is kept in their humidor room. Never dry. The guys that work here are awesome. Friendly, helpful and chill. Great prices too.

Extremely low if not anything(0) level of customer service. Had previously shopped here due to it being a convenient location and I will never spend another $1 ever. Employee (male) that worked the night of 11/7 is literally on cell phone as you’re approaching door and immediately after your transaction as if you just didn’t spend your money at their establishment. If you’re a woman of color please do not enter here- there is no level of respect for us. I had an horrible event that ended in my partner and I losing money tonight. Please don’t shop here.

This shop is so shady. I only buy one thing and the price of this one thing changes depending on who is working. I buy gummies and it is the same brand every time and they go back and forth between 22 and 25. DO NOT COME HERE. There is another smoke shop on Morse. Not very far from this smoke shop.

Great staff, hes a nice guy but always late. Dont show up at 9 am or youll wait outside. 9:38 am and still closed.

One of the absolute best smoke shops in Chicago, a hidden gem for smokers and tokers. If they dont have it you didnt need it, all of best puffco peaks, deals on smok, yocan, rigs, recyclers, bongs, juice, coils, pods, and more. Very up front sales, real time scales for when they could get something for you, and prices that let you get a few extra things. Ive been coming here for nine years, and its always worth the trip.

Very nice little store. Had everything I needed and it was fairly priced. I asked for some recommendations and I was very happy with the help that I got. I always like it when they dont try to push the most pricey product and help you find what you need. So for that reason I would recommend this shop and I will be back soon.

I have been coming here for 8 months and Maddy takes care of me like no other smoke shop I have ever been too. I bought the Evolve Plus pen for Wax and it is by far the best pen I have ever bought. Maddy also threw in an exclusive new tank for the top completely free and it comes with multiple coils so no need to buy extra at your time of purchase. His is truly an awesome product. I also pieces their glass pipes and have never had any issues with any of their products. Stop by and ask for Maddy he is well informed and a great help when searching for what you need and doesnt try to upswell you or sell you the most expensive thing he truly sells you whats best for your needs like a true salesman.

Always have a great experience when i go to the shop. Maddy the young man who works most of the time is a great guy and always tries to help the best he can and to the best of his knowledge.Everything i have asked him to get for me Maddy will always get it in for me.Its a great neighborhood smoke shop. Friendly people friendly atmosphere.Also if concentrates are your choice.Maddy is updating and getting more rigs, a variety of vape pens for concentrates, also the shop is starting to carry more items for concentrates as well as extraction goods.If they dont have something you need on hand. They normally can have it there Next day. Also if you need something ordered such as vac purges or specialty items they do not have a problem ordering it for you.Its a great shop decent variety as said the shop is constantly updating with new items for dry Tabbaco and concentrates.If you Live in the neighborhood or are in the area worth stopping in. Also great place to get special order items.

Honestly , really great service here at this location. The employees in there are always quite a help and knowledgeable when it comes to their expertise , often making it a pleasing experience. Would highly recommend for anybody in and outside the area of Rogers Park .

Great place, walked in the and the employee is always nice and attentive. Have an injured leg and he remembered. If a product doesnt have a price on it or hes not sure hell double check with you from the owner himself! Great customer service, if he doesnt know the answer hell get it answered, employee gets 5 stars

Really great, well stocked shop. Maddy at the counter is always helpful and quick to help you out with any questions. Very clean and organized with a good selection of vape and tobacco products. I go here often and its always been a good experience.

At a tobacco shop, taste matters a lot! That said, 3 strikes... Im done. The staff is nice and the prices seem fair. My problem is with all of the incense... I buy filter tubes and since theyre not in sealed packages they absorb all of that airborne fragrance and my cigarettes taste like soap and smell like glade. Yuck! Its that way every time I buy filter tubes from there. I use them reluctantly as backup when I run out of tubes bought elsewhere because they just taste horrible no matter which brand I get (tried 3 different brands) and its because theyre stacked next to a bunch of incense or simply because the air in that place is so heavy with fragrance. The result is like freebasing aquanet. I would consider shopping there regularly if they were more mindful of how placement of their products affects the taste and smell of other products.

I have been frequenting this shop since they opened and Ive never received anything but top notch service. I had an issue with my mod, and Maddy gave me a spare part I needed free of charge. Every time I come in I know I will be helped with whatever problems I have, with whatever item. Of the smoke and vape shops in the neighborhood, this one is by far the best in terms of service and selection.

Great service, great products. maddy accommodated my request for items he did not have in store. within a week, what i asked for was available regularly. my go to spot for incense and cigars.

It is a good shop. The customer service is decent. Could use more selection of products. It is hard to locate.

Homie was knowledgeable and engaging in conversation. On this visit I purchased the Special Sauce CBD pre-roll. For me, I felt a great relief in the tension in my feet and muscles after walking all day. I also felt a little tingly, so turn up. He also threw in free matches. Health reasons require I stop smoking and I thought vaping would help. Ive never done it before the guy was very helpful in choosing my first device for a beginner. Im pleased with my purchase. Will be getting a new device and all my supplies here.

Mmm. Its ok. I go here if theres no other options for me. I dont particularly like that they sometimes charge full price and taxes and other times its a flare rate. Inconsistant! But they sell a lot of stuff.

Just know if the business hours are very loose. They might be open at some point between the hours. Ive stopped by about 8 times so far between 10 and 2 and they have always been on break

Had to wait $20 mins to get in, was hoping for a larger rolling paper section and the cbd pre-roll I got claiming to be delta 8 was sus and I smokeable because of how it was rolled.

Over priced as far as hookah flavors are concerned. Alfakher 250gm hookah flavor costs 16$ without taxes where as elsewhere (in Chicago) it is sold for 13 or 14$

Phenomonal smoke shop option. friendly and helpful salesman and good prices. Posh pluss often arent any good elsewhere, here theyre consistently reliable.
