Prices are are steep. I hate to make this, and I’ll try once more but this is two times in a row my experiences in cookies have been sub par to just poor. First time in, received the wrong cartridge after specifically picking and requesting one out for my partner and then had to pay extra i fees and taxes as well for the wrong one, and then today to come in and not have what was on website and just picked something to order, for it to then not come out and be added on order, assuming I didn’t want it. Left without anything and truly, toughest dispensary trips I’ve taken, most expensive prices and if you want COOKIES weed, go to Green Rose where it’s 30% off all the time, plus their deals they run too.

The receptionist is fabulous and the cashier, Amani was really nice.I went in for a specific item because I suffer from daily headaches, migraines, and anxiety. I am trying to stay away from traditional medication. Unfortunately, they didnt have what I originally came in for, and Im not sure the cashier was knowledgeable of the different strains. However, I went into my car, found a different one online to try, and went back in to buy it. I also bought two other strains.The dispensary is beautiful. So clean with a good vibe atmosphere. Didnt get a good vibe from the security guard at all, but thats okay, because my interaction with the individuals mentioned were really kind. I hope the strains I purchased will help greatly with my pain and anxiety. I will be returning soon. Thank you.

I use a currency exchange debit card pretty much and when I went in I shopped browsed a bit then finally asked for what I wanted about to pay only to find out your card machine only reads chips. My debit card doesn’t have that. I don’t get how you can offer cashless options then literally be told the machine won’t accept the swipe.

I have been coming to this place since it’s opened. Had already spent a bunch of money here in the last 2 months. Looked at the online menu and didn’t think walking in at 7:49 would b a problem. I was going to buy all cookies product. I had no questions. Just needed three different products. Would’ve been in and out in 2 minutes. “I was told by my manager to not let anybody else in” ?? It was 11 minutes before close. Turned away a 200 dollar order today and a frequent customer who lives down the street. I will just make the longer walk and go back to the dispensary in river north. They wouldn’t tell me to leave showing up 11 minutes before close…

Upon entry kyle assisted us with little wait , had many different options and tops 3 to try. He also was able to give us an honest opinion about the products .
