My girl Tish knows what she’s doing. I love going to see my masseuse once a month, makes me feel great ,prices are great , atmosphere feels great. I don’t think I can ever give up my massages thanks Tish and massage envy in Eastgate

Do not recommend. I used to recommend not anymore. I had a wellness packet for 3 years. I canceled it today 4/12/24. Because its the 3 rd time autoscheduled me because my regular therapist is out. Only reason I found out is because of text to confirm. They automatically scheduled with a male. You cant tell me with technology you cant see that I have not gone to male massage therapist and when I called they said couldnt tell me when the appointment was changed.

I came in for a 90 minute massage with Aubrey and she was fantastic! I like firm-deep pressure and sometimes it ends up being more medium pressure, but not with Aubrey. She was consistent with her pressure and really did great with my problem areas (neck, back, shoulders). Will definitely be coming back to see her!

Had my fiancé go in for a 90 min massage on a Saturday morning, 10am. The masseuse was 30 min late… so my fiance could only get a 60 min bc they had another appointment at 1130. After taking her back and beginning the massage. Nisha asked for my fiance to play music on her phone… during the massage she could smell alcohol on the lady breath… completely unprofessional and unprofessional and we won’t be back.

I had my first massage at this location earlier today. I have been looking into the idea of getting massages on a regular basis to improve both my physical and mental health. Today, I had the best massage that I have ever had in my life! The staff took all of my concerns and request seriously and I felt very comfortable. Danielle gave me an awesome massage! That was the most relaxing hour that I ever had. She also introduced me to Rapid Tension Release. That hour felt like heaven! The staff was also so kind. I signed up for a membership, and I cannot wait for my next appointment!

I had my first ever facial today by Megan and first massage by Robert. I was extremely anxious about the who thing but was gifted both so I needed to use it. I had an amazing experience and the me time was perfect. I cant thank them enough. Very professional staff ans therapist. Robert and Megan are fabulous!

This location has gone down quite a bit. Booked a couples massage with my wife. The manager/owner asked wife multiple times if she would be interested in working there. Found this extremely unprofessional, my therapist was awful as well. I felt our conversation on target areas was ignored, and the massage itself was by far the worst I have ever had. Would have been better off paying my 9 year old to walk and pound on my back would have been cheaper and probably felt better.

Melanie, thank you for always taking such great care of me. As a pregnant momma, your prenatal massages are so relaxing and relieving. I’ve never stuck with the same therapist until I met her. She is so kind and does a wonderful job. She always listens to my needs, as well. The front desk staff is always pleasant. I used to go to Hyde Park, but my last 4-5 visits have been to Eastgate because their customer service is wonderful!!

This was my first massage ever. I was nervous at first, but Teresa made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The place is a bit expensive when compared to others but it is super nice. Would recommend, ask for Teresa

I’ve had many massages and was new to this location. Janet was by far the absolute best I’ve ever experienced! I felt so comfortable the whole time, super relaxed, and she used AMAZING techniques that really helped. I came in after an anxiety attack, tears and stress.. I left smiling, excited to come back and beyond relaxed! Total mood and body improvement. Thanks Janet!!

I felt that the masseuse that I had was not exhibiting wellness and health. During the massage I felt compromised in the fact that I did not believe he was healthy. And that there was Relaxation. I believe that this person could use a lot more training. And a lot more games in his own health. There were signs of complications in movement and actual delivery of the service. I am a health professional and recognize that this person was not in a healthy state. I recommend that you work on this person. And that you do not set him up for failure.

Sara was really good. She knows what shes doing shes been doing massage for quite a while. I went in there so stiff and Sara massaged out all the knots in my back, shoulders, hips and legs.If youve never had a message like I hadnt until yesterday(9/4/22) then you need to go see Sara @ Message Envy shell fix you up.

I had a 90 min deep tissue massage with Preston. He was absolutely amazing, I will definitely be back because of him! So happy I found him!

I love my massage therapist! She always makes me feel welcome! I’m 51 years old and had never had a massage in my life. She gave me my first one and now I’m a customer for life, AMAZING EXPERIENCE and so RELAXING!!❤️

This was my first massage at Massage Envy. I had a great experience with Melanie. I had a few extra requests that she immediately accommodated. She used the perfect amount of pressure and allowed me to relax and just enjoy the experience. Thank you, Melanie!

Christy did a great job- 5 stars for her!No fault of hers, but the people in the hall and in other rooms were very loud and distracting. She had to bast the music to cover up some of their voices and we could still hear them. I think maybe one of the clients was hard of hearing so the therapist was talking loudly to accommodate, but there was still loud chatter in the hall we could hear.

Ive been seeing Megan for facial treatments for over a year now and shes nothing short of amazing! She knows what shes doing and does it well. Always a very relaxing experience.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for several years. I recently had a massage by Letitia and it was on of the best I’ve ever experienced. She was very attentive to my areas of concern and focused on those. By the following day, the pain I was experiencing prior to her service was gone. I also appreciated how she only engaged in necessary conversation so I could have a peaceful session. She is very skilled and professional.

Teresa was great, what I didnt like was purchasing a 60 minute massage that was actually less than 40 minutes. I feel that the consultation, getting undressed and then dressed shouldnt be included in the purchased massage time.I was at the appointment early, but wasnt greeted in the lounge untl 3:05pm. I afterwards I got dressed, paid my bill and got to my car and it was 4pm.

Melanie is a true professional. She listens to your needs and know just when to go deep and when to back off. My sore lower back is no longer aching! Meagan is incredibly knowledgeable regarding skin care, ingredients and routines. I highly recommend both of these fantastic women for massage and facials.

Teresa will keep you entertained (only if you want it) and will rub those “barnacles” out of your neck as she calls them. Can’t pick anyone better!Update: Massage was great Nisha was patient with me being ticklish and jumpy. My change in review is because I came out to pay, got the sales pitch and said no, so the manager came out of her office to harass me further when I was very obviously annoyed and uninterested. The poor lady at the counter looked as uncomfortable as I was. Desperate and tacky.

Had a full body 60 minute massage that lasted about 40 minutes. Full body minus MOST of my body. When asked a question since I thought this was a qualified individual . She gave me a flippant non answer.

I have been seeing Christy for years. She is good with any level of pressure from light relaxing to a deep muscle release. This time I got an add on service with the percussion massage device for about 10 minutes prior to the hands on portion of the massage. The percussion device was great for gently but deeply releasing the knots in my muscles which made the massage even that much more effective and long lasting. It is 24 hours after the massage and I feel like it happened today.I highly recommend the Jungle Jims location of Massage Envy in Eastgate.

I see Sara regularly and she always remembers to turn off the table warmer for me. I always have a wonderful experience with all therapists and leave feeling 100% better! During pregnancy it’s extremely important for me to find time to get massages!

Missed 2 different days on MOTHERS DAY AND MY MOMS BIRTHDAYS after they were paid A MONTH in advance. Then have the audacity to tell me Im being un reasonable after we drove there twice. And didnt even get a courtesy text to tell us the lady just flat out didnt show up. When I asked what could be done since there re scheduled massages are a weeks later. Wost service ever

I love Eastgate Massage Envy! I even drive 35 minutes to there location because I love their people! Jen is my favorite and I book all my appointments in advance to ensure I always see her. She’s amazing!

Nicole is great at deep tissue massage. I have gone to 5 different places looking for somebody that can give me the massage my body needs as a very active athlete. Nicole is easily the best Ive ever had and I will use her exclusively in the future.I think it is a shame she doesnt get paid extra for the harder work she has to do in order to do the moderate and hard pressure it takes to do a deep tissue massage. Pay her more, lol!

This location deserves the worst possible rating. I scheduled a 60 minute massage appointment last week for my husband and I on 10/27. The morning of 10/26 I received a conformation message for our appointments, then later that afternoon I received a message stating my appointment would have to be rescheduled because my therapist was no longer available. My husband called and was told that there wasn’t another appointment slot available that could accommodate my husband and I until next week. They didn’t try to do anything to rectify the situation. My husband and I was looking forward to this as we both have been in a lot of pain, and arranged our schedules for this appointment so we were extremely frustrated. I called back and spoke to the manager, Jennifer Drew, and expressed my dissatisfaction and asked if there is anything she can do since we were inconvenienced. Jennifer stated the therapist was exposed to COVID which was a great excuse. She did however offer to give my husband and I both a 30 minute upgrade to our session and said she would try to find another therapist to fill in for mine. She called me back later to let me know she did find a therapist and my husband and I could keep our appointment. We arrived at our appointment today and was told by Jennifer that we would get our 30 minute upgrade on our next service and that she was not willing to apply it today. At that point I was extremely upset that I was lied to and for their terrible customer service. I told Jennifer to cancel our appointments and we will go to Hand and Stone instead. Jennifer’s response to me was “okay, goodbye” in a very snarky and arrogant manner. I asked Jennifer for her managers information which she refused and she responded that she is the manager. I insisted for her superiors contact information and she would only provide me her name. She her name down on a post it and said to me “I can’t believe you would be so petty, you have a temper on you”. Jennifer was totally out of line for treating me in the manner that she did. She certainly does not have a manager mentality and she made sure to lose 2 customers today! I hope someone with authority reads this and does something to ensure better customer service from this location. To all consumers reading this- don’t waste your time going here. This location is flakey, scheduling an appointment is always a hassle and they treat there customers like we are disposable! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT WITH MASSAGE ENVY EVER AGAIN!

The front desk staff is very polite, professional, and helpful! The other staff are well trained and great at their job. I got a facial with Megan, and it was amazing! Definitely will be coming back!

I have recently returned from vacation where I enjoyed too much fun in the Florida sun. My body was very dry and flaky. I added the new Cyme hydrating boost to my massage session last night and oh my goodness what a difference!! My skin looks and feels amazing. I love this stuff. Highly highly recommend for anyone with dry sensitive skin. Thumbs up on this product.

Janet is THE BEST. She has helped so much in alleviating my shoulder pain. Make recommendations for maintenance between visits. Very attentive. She explains everything she is doing and does a great job of checking for comfort. I would highly recommend this spa. Staff is always pleasant, professional and so accommodating. The add ons like CyMe and aromatherapy are PURE LUXURY. Well worth a membership. Treat yourself.

Janet is amazing. She has magic hands. I will never see anyone else. Janet is a true asset to Massage envy. I have to make my appointments 3 months ahead to ensure that I get Janet. Thank you for all that you do.

Nicole has decided me a great job relieving my sore muscles. She uses just the right pressure for my deep tissue massage that leaves me relaxed and untwisted for at least a week! She is really intuitive knowing just what is needed to dig out those knots! Thanks Nicole!!

First time going into a massage business and ally was bright and welcoming , Christy is a miracle worker for my first massage I recommend it to anyone wanting to finally jump in on getting a massage

I always feel welcome here at Massage Envy. The safety precautions are followed and help make it relaxing. Sam is a wonderful massage therapist with lots of anatomy knowledge , and very personable. He very much listens to feedback on pressure or important areas to focus on.

Christy was amazing! I have had a knot in my back for weeks and she got that out and I literally felt like a new person when I got up from the massage table. It was a nice feeling waking up today and not have back pain! Highly recommend Christy! 10/10

Melanie did a wonderful job focusing on the tension in my neck and shoulders. She was made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and helped to ease the tight feeling in my muscles that had been contributing to/cuasing many recent headaches. Melanie was very focused on my needs and gave me a great massage with perfect pressure!

Sam is knowledgeable and he was happy to accommodate the use of my oils, due to allergies. He can chat you up or shut up, which ever u prefer, without any attitude. I had no concerns during my 90 min message. Sam is very professional. I gladly recommend Sam to everyone.

The massage was amazing probably the best one I have ever gotten jen was awesome .. however there were so many interruptions too many to count it. Doors slamming in the hallway , people talking it made it very hard to relax and enjoy it .. it totally killed my vibe

I was experiencing a nerve impingement and was in quite a bit of pain. Janet loosened up the surrounding muscles. The pain subsided immediately. Tina at the front desk was friendly and quick to check me in for my appointment. Overall, I had a great experience.

Massage Envy was very clean. The staff was nice. It was my moms first time going but I had been there before. My mom is hard of hearing and with the Masks it made things a little difficult for her but thankfully she had me. My masseuse was HEAVY handed. They should definitely do the neck while on our belly- I’m a bigger person and he had to basically pinch my neck and it wasn’t comfortable at all. I left with a headache and my neck is still hurting today.

Savannah does a great job of accessing what you need with the right enhancements. She takes the time to explain and make suggestions on how to improve your skin! I’ve never looked better!

Jen is an awesome massage therapist! She is professional, courteous, and always focuses on the issues that I bring up at the beginning of our session.

Amazing service, Melanie was kind courteous and took the time to address my mirad of aches and pains. I walked out feeling relieved, refreshed and relaxed. I loved every minute.. Updated 9/1/2021. I had a massage with Robert yesterday. After this service I will most likely not return. He was burping thru the entire service without excusing himself, he was d what I can only describe as dozing off during the service, he didnt do the full exfoliation of the hands and arms as I had paid for and he huff, puffed and sniffiled thru the whole 90 minute time frame. I left feeling more tense and upset than when I walked in. This is NOT what I am used to from massage envy, and I am completely dissatisfied.

Got a membership for my wife and while the service was adequate, she did not feel fulfilled unfortunately. The straw that broke the camels back was an overtalkative associate talking politics while she just wanted to relax and enjoy the massage.

I received advanced skin care with Megan. She was wonderful! She and the front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional. I cant wait until my next appointment.

Fantastic experience at this Massage Envy location. Ive gotten a lot of different massages at a lot of different places, so I can tell you that Jens skills are exceptional. And I always receive excellent service by the rest of the staff. Thank you all! :)

I love my message therapist I see her every two weeks and without her I would definitely struggle with my daily task, working seven days a week and her hours that she works in the evening makes it possible for me to do this Teresa definitely needs to be acknowledged for her professionalism, her skills and devotion, and making my body better.

Just dont come here. The therapists are fine, some of them are even great. However, the front of the house will trick you often if you arent super careful. Management will say there is nothing they can do, and once youre in that contract you are stuck. I have missed appointments because they removed my text and email alerts and the date the girl gave to me was wrong. Meaning I had to pay for an appointment that I couldnt attend. Please, please beware.

Janet is excellent with giving a massage. She is very knowledgeable about the human body. Plus you could not find a nicer person! I highly recommend her!!

Great massage, but the facility needs work. It’s so humid in some of the rooms that the floor in mine was wet, and the linens are damp. This has been going on for several weeks, and they don’t seem to be in a hurry to do anything about it.

Please don’t go here.My husband was born and raised in Cincinnati, we are here to visit his elderly parents. I wanted to have a massage for myself, two daughters and mother-in-law ( her first time ). They called this morning and said they had to cancel one of our massages and schedule for a later time, we needed to come at the time that we scheduled many days ago. The assistant manager said they couldn’t help us at all and that we had to take what they had or leave it.My husband told her that she was being rude and that this was not the way to do business. 30 minutes later the manager calls and says you were rude to my employee and they don’t want you or your family in our establishment . I am very heartbroken, disappointed and surprised at the lack of compassion, kindness and the rude and unprofessionalism coming from a franchise like massage envy.

Burn your money instead.This company will happily sign you up for a membership, schedule your massage and cancel repeatedly at the last minute. You may as well burn your money. Unless you find having your money taken from you in return for no services whatsoever, a membership is not relaxing. Buyer beware.

Never thought Id be alright with regular massage, but it was wonderful. Professional, theraputic and results are apparent. I will be back for sure! I recommend Robert and Darlene!

I literally would not be able to function without my regular 90 minute appointments with Tish and Sam. I have a chronic issue with my legs and they both are so highly aware of how to help alleviate the pain. My angels;)

What ever is ailing me at the time Jennifer focuses on those areas and works it out through massage. She is awesome and she always gets me feeling better.Great therapist !

Worst experience ever. I showed up to am appt at 3 just to get a massage. Sat around until about 3:35 then realized I would need a second massage just for the stress of dealing with these people. Never again. Just pay your spouse to waste your time its the same thing.
