This place is MASSIVE! Hannah helped me choose the perfect product for how I will use it. Could have easily spent an hour in the store looking at everything. I was on a time crunch and she knew and understood and asked the correct questions and found something unique that fit my needs! She wrapped it all up in bubble wrap and in a discreet brown bag. Great vibes, great people. I will definitely be back!

Best shop in the area. Gina and her crew are all super awesome, knowledgeable and friendly. With tons of products to choose from and good prices, you really cant go wrong. If youre a regular, they treat you like family. 10/10

I can’t believe how amazing this Shop is and I drive an hour away just to go to this shop because it’s totally worth the drive. They have the best prices, huge inventory and the most amazing employees. They are the most sweet and helpful people you can imagine. This has become my go to smoke shop. Its absolutely massive and I cant imagine how they wouldnt have something youre looking for. Dylan and Nina have helped me find exactly what Im looking for every time. Definitely recommend this place 👍.

Been coming here ever since they opened. I had bought a vape today that kept firing after I would take a small hit and we sat there and tried one after another of the Mr. Fog switches until we found one that didn’t auto fire. Gina, Nina, and Heman keep the place running like a well oiled machine! Won’t buy a vape or any product they offer at any other store. They have a customer for life

I had purchased a new geekvape there maybe a month prior. The inside of the tank broke, causing it to leak. I hoped they’d at least be willing to help find the replacement piece or replace the POS they sold me. They didn’t care. At least the mean middle aged lady didn’t. Everyone else there had always been super helpful. Not her. Will never go back entirely because of her.

These guys are so awesome! I am a complete noob to edibals now that its legal in Ohio. They have helped me multiple times to find what works best for me based on the information I gave them. They listen to me and dont just want to make a sale. They educate as well with similar experiences. Their prices are good as well. They have a excellent variety of everything you can expect to be in a smoke shop. I travel all the way from Bethel to here just for the customer service they provide. I pass probably 10 smoke shops on my way here and I dont regret it. Shop here!!!! Dylan and Nino have helped me every time!

Great experience and atmosphere. The owner knows a lot about every product that they sell. at the time I was interested on just CBD brand and Himanshu (owner) took the time to give suggestions about additional products. overall, I’m looking forward on going to Eastgate as often as needed

This is my go to vape shop. They typically have bulk deals and are relatively cheap. The staff there are super friendly and helpful. Emma suggested a new flavor for me to try and I LOVE it!!! Thanks Emma!!!

They really have some of the best product availability. Them doubling the store size really took them to the next level. I like not feeling cramped compared to many smoke/vape shops. These guys have turned into my go-to since the remodel.I do agree with some of the other reviews that it could be a little more of a vibe, especially with the new space they have. But it doesn’t bug me at all.

Lots of variety and options with decent pricing. Friendly staff that takes care of their customers. Dylan did a great job referring me to exactly what I was looking for. ✅

Well we loved coming here, again this morning I called an asked specifically about needing new tips for our micro nectar collectors, which i have no clue if it was true but found hard to believe they completely were out of stock 🧐 an again we had just purchased these days prior . I had asked to speak with someone else or a manager an I was told I was rude an got hung up on. They still have yet to answer the phone

Loved the shop so many options LOVED the environment and customer service would recommend dimmer lighting, was very bright and when i’m am under the influence the lighting makes me trip. would love to see some ambiance lighting like purple, orange. again loved this shop very friendly just very bright!

If you’re looking for a great smoke shop with amazing workers, look no longer the Eastgate smoke shop always stays stocked with all kinds of new items for great prices, the workers are very knowledgeable. The blonde guy there I think his name is josh or Zack knows his stuff, I was nervous to keep asking 100 questions and he kept insisting anything I was curious about to ask, which I loved. This is the only smoke shop I will go to and recommend everyone check it out. If you’re like me and didn’t know the shop existed The building is in a little strip area next to subway and the urh rental building across from Lazy boy in eastgate! If you ever have questions don’t be afraid to ask the blonde kid he will make sure you know exactly what you’re getting so you know what you like.
