Gypsy Hookah Lounge

Was pretty good when I was there. The furniture is older but still comfortable. Good selection of flavors. Poor rating because when I went again late today, they had closed off schedule. Very disappointing to get turned away when theyre supposed to be open.

I am really picky when it comes to hookah. It’s hard to find good one but I liked here and I’ll definitely come here again. Mahmoud is a really nice person and makes great hookah.

If you ever wanna smoke the real hookah..this is the placeI been smoking hookah for so many years and never had a better experience..great service and great atmosphere with a very affordable and reasonable prices and amazing staff..keep it up guys

I’m not from around Cincinnati, and it’s always kind of intimidating opening the door to a hookah lounge you’ve never been to before.But the gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile and was clearly happy to help. He explained all the options and quickly got me what I asked for. He came by to change my coals a couple times without me asking. I will say that there were lots of flies! But otherwise it was a great experience. I’ll come again soon.

This was my man and I first time trying a Hookah, this place has a Cool vibe its low key and has smooth music however, the Hookah was too much for the both of us it caused us both a slight headache. We wont be going to anymore hookah bars its just not for us but I would still recommend Gypsy👍

Decent pricing like the atmosphere but the bench seating could have more comfortable but overall a good place to spend hours with friends playing board and card games. Also fantastic flavors and the store next door is very convenient.

My x-boyfriend really likes this place. Its pretty cool and chill. Mostly ages between 20-30 Id say. They play good music. Its a nice spot where you dont have to worry about anything jumpin off crazy. Nice laxed spot.

Great environment! I met with friends there after a great deal of driving from Columbus. Soft lighting cool people. Had a nice conversation or seven blow, the smoke once or twice plus the staff was nice

Great environment to get some fresh hookah. The flavor selection is incredible. The music can be overbearing at times tbh. You get one free refill of coals then its a surcharge each time

This place has done a total 180 since the new owner, Rami, has taken charge. It is not like the gypsy of old- the atmosphere has improved, it is significantly cleaner, and most importantly the hookah has risen above the standards of the surrounding hookah cafes.Take it from someone who has been frequenting to hookah bars in Clifton for 5+ years: Right now gypsy is on top and I dont see that changing any time soon.

First time going to a hookah bar. Told the manager who was at the front it was my first time and he didnt help at all, when asking what was a good on the menu of flavors he didnt answer, gave us a number and sent us on our way. Had to call somone I knew just to see what I was suppose to do. The flavor barely came out of the hookah, and the music was to loud so I could barely hear the staff when talking to me. I left soon after to a better place recommended by my hookah knowledgeable friend.

Small space is an intimate setting for couples or small groups. No alcohol is served which was fine for me. It had a better atmosphere than the nearby lounge.

Okay so this is a Hookah lounge so you better be prepared to be around smoke the guy that works there said you cant smoke cigarettes because it will bother the Hookah smoke.??? I said did you really just say my smoke will bother your smoke lol true story. Thought that was rediculous.

Gypsy has come up a lot since I first started smoking hookah. Theyve renovated and the staff is so sweet and helpful. I love these guys.

I have been coming here for seven years this is the best place to come to great hookah friendly staff i wish i had more time to go but i go as often as i can this place is amazing and so is the owner!!!

The new owners have done a very good job at making this place a lot better than it used to be. I just dont appreciate the coal limit tho.

Great upstairs area for a more formal setting, and a downstairs black light room that is great for groups and music. Also connected to good food that also serves the hookah lounge

They seemed overstaffed for how many customers were there. Great music choices however. Overall I would go back to try it again.

This place has always been one of my favorite lounges to visit, the chill and peaceful vibes during the day, and the upbeat fun loving atmosphere at night!

I havent smoked inside the place because I always buy my tobacco for my hookah at home but the staff is so great. Very personable and great to talk to.

Trash. Filthy af. Just overall gross and a disappointment. Theres an old security officer who harasses young college students and customers, The place is ran down and they charge way too much for way to little.

Very friendly owner and staff, always have a relaxing visit when we come. Try the Obama blend or tangerine dream. yum!

Me and my girlfriends car got broken into so just please make sure you lock your car doors and do not leave anything out in the open in your car or anything worth value in your car just a fair warning it’s not in a very good area . And if your car gets broken into there’s really nothing they can do about it.
