Don’t bother going anywhere else. Sure someone else has a newer flashier store but they don’t have the heart this store has. For years they’ve been treating me well and I won’t go to a competitor. Last time I bought a mod the owner gave me a free battery because of a small and silly miscommunication - I felt bad for taking it but she insisted. Nothing is over priced and there is always an expert there to help. If you’re a fan of Delta-8, 10 and those kinds of devices and such they have them there too - just like the stores you should be passing up to come to one of the original vape shops. No fanfare, good prices, better people. If you have to spend money, feel good about it and spend it here.

Always excellent customer service! Bar none, the BEST vape shop on the West side of town! Great variety and the owner is very knowledgeable.

This has become my favorite vape shop in the area since I began shopping here 6 years ago. Staff has always been super helpful and friendly and even stocks coils and pods for my somewhat obscure Caliburn G pod system which I havent been able to find at any other local shops. It is also nice that they offer coils either sold single or as a whole 4 pack depending on your needs.Prices also seem to be lower than other area shops on juice with many 120ml bottles averaging about $25 or so after tax (such as the noms line) whereas I was paying that much for just 60ml of juice at other shops in the area.Lastly, I enjoy that they keep most of their liquid selection on the counter so you can browse at your leisure and look at your flavour options while other shops keep them far behind the counter and its a game of 20 questions asking what a particular juice in the back is.Will keep coming here for my vaping needs until my taper off nicotine is complete and I quit! Keep up the good work!

Pretty decent smaller shop with a good selection, and good pricing. Their own premium flavors are good and priced super cheap. Many selections from all over the country, and my favorite a fine dessert selection. Only drawback for me was there was one person working and 3 customers. Kind of had to serve myself as far as sampling, but the guy working was still as helpful as he could be. Definitely not a deal breaker, I would visit again, and recommend it.

The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced in retail. The employees act like you are interrupting their day and are very rude, there is only one employee I have had a good experience with and that includes the owner who was not the person I had a good experience with. I have been to several vape shops, this one is closest to my house but will never go there again. I will go out of my way just to avoid this shop and they are literally 5 minutes away from me. They obviously dont care about their customers or they would treat them better. I have spent money in this shop several times but never again will I spend a dime and I will let my friends and anyone else that asks about this place know to avoid it if possible unless they want to be treated like garbage.

A great location as it is close to where i stay at but they do not carry my favorite juice brand ground zero. The staff are nice and ready to assist you in any way that they can. One of the plus things also about the vape store is that theyre open until 10 most nights. So if you need juice and its past 8 you can at least get something to tie you over until you can get your brand if they dont carry your brand Or if you need cotton wire or coils for your tanks they will have them and a selection to choose from

Edit: I have previously reviewed this store as 2 stars because of the unfriendly service. I guess the owners got sick of them too because they have since fired (I assume, I havent seen the same people there) the rude people and brought in new ones. The staff is great and there is a wide selection of juice and mods.

This was my first time in this shop and I absolutely loved it!!! As a Kentucky guy I came here because I heard about it through a friend and Im going to make sure to come back! The juices are great ( and the prices are even better ) the service was above par and the customers coming in are even better! Great Shop!

I just started vaping about a month ago and have already wasted a lot of money on juices that were nasty. This time I lucked out going to Vape It Up in Delhi and dealing with a employee that went above and beyond for me. He said he works on the weekends. Hes pretty young and wears glasses. It was honestly the best customer service I have had in ANY store, not just a vape shop. He took at least a hour to help me find a flavor of e juice that I liked. He was determined to not let me waste my money again. I didnt feel rushed at all. I ended up with the S&M Scoop. I wish I could remember his name. Whoever he is he works Saturday night and was a HUGE help !!! Im making sure if I need a juice I try to go on Saturdays.

No public restroom. Even after I had bought something. Then takes his sweet time to hand me my receipt while I try not to go on myself. It would have been 1 star but he, for the most part sounded like he knew his vapes. Not customer friendly... Would not recommend.

Vape it up unlike a lot of vapor shops when I was living in the Lexington area, they do not find themselves better than you or too snotty or snooty as it were to give you information. They will humble themselves to take the time with you and educate you and give you the details someone would need when getting into vaping. Other shops Ive been to theres almost a culture of snottiness where people are acting like they are Gods gift 2 nicotine induction with their infinite knowledge. You will not encounter those condescending attitudes or out of touch hipster trash here. These are down-to-earth good people. They will tell you what you need to know. If they dont have it they will order it for you. the biggest attribute to this shop though is the friendliness of the people who work here. You always encounter and Out of Touch bum in any service position from time to time, but I have not encountered a single one of those here. These are good people. Go in there clueless, you will come out vaping and vaping in a relevant fashion

One of the worst retail experiences of my life. Zero customer service. Wasnt greeted upon entering (was the only customer other than another customer who was vaping and watching tv). I said hello to the only employee working and got no response. The associate didnt show me around the product selection and didnt ask if I needed help finding anything. Bottom line, this place is terrible, dont waste your time or money here when there are other fine places in the city where the store associates will give you the time of day.

I have been in the store a couple time with the same guy helping me each time and he was kinda short with me and seemed he was not all that interested in answering all my questions since I was new to the vapor world. BUT... I went in again to pick up a vapor flavor I really liked and had a different guy named Joe that helped me and I have to say, he is pretty awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He started giving me all kinds of info and taught me a lot of things about vaping, dripping, and different types of equipment that is out there to meet every vapers satisfaction. Im very happy he was there that day when I went because he payed attention to the types of liquid flavors I liked and hand picked certain ones for me to try and all were just perfect and delicious. I went in with the intention of just buying 2 bottles because I knew what kind of service I was going to get, which was barely any and ended up walking out with 5 different ones all because Joe took his time and cared. Thanks to Joe and his awesome customer service, it was greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back only if Joe is working. The store is very lucky to have this guy to help produce more business. He may be new, but he a vapor rockstar!! :) Go see Joe!

This establishment is one of the best vape stores i have ever been to. Regardless of what everyone says on these reviews cough cough (Arcen Miller) cough cough, the people there are very welcoming, funny, and knowledgeable. I myself have been going there for about two months. The people including the owners and all of the locals have treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. They welcomed me as part of their vaping family and one in particular his real family as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone interested in vaping, starting vaping, or even veterans as well.Expect us.

Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long time.... & that includes walmart.After having read such good reviews about this place, I decided to stop in while in town to the Delhi location for a few of my favorite Ruthless, & Cuttwood juices & some replacement coils for 2 of my tanks. There was only one person tending the juice bar, ... a young lady. Upon inquiring, I was told that they were out of the flavors I wanted & she tried to sell me on some others. When I declined, she motioned over to a table that had some discount juices & told me that those over there started @$5.00, seemingly implying that the premium juice that I came in for were too costly for my budget. Yeah.... Ok. I declined those as well. After informing me that she didnt have any of coils that I needed in stock, she then stated that she wasnt sure what she may have & asked to see my tank. After taking it apart, she informed me that she did not, in fact, have any in stock. Ok.Well, I drove 30 miles just to patronize this place & was dead set on not leaving empty handed, so I browsed around for some juices & asked her opinion on a few that Id selected. She wasnt too knowledgeable about ANY of the products she had because for every juice I inquired about, she had to search for a flavor profile on her smart phone. Ok. I continued to browse around & finally decided on 5 random juices that Id never heard of before but figured were worth a try for 10 bucks a pop, as I did so, I realized that I was being surveilled at every turn. This made me extremely uncomfortable. While there were maybe 9 or so other people in the store, I was the only one that was watched so vehemently. I kindly walked up to the juice bar where her surveillance post was situated, placed my bottles on the counter, & bid her a pleasant evening. Never will I return to such a condescending establishment & Ill be sure to spread the word to friends of mine heavy in the vaping scene to avoid this place at all costs when visiting Cincinnati. First time here, & worst experience ever. Those of you whove had great experiences here.... kudos. I guess I just wasnt welcome here.

I went to purchase coils and vape juices before my roadtrip. I had to stock up because I would be gone for a whole month and I trusted this shop. Every time I go, everyone is super friendly and helpful. But today, I went to have my coil changed and to make my purchase. Russel was very helpful in changing the coil, however when I got home which was about 20-30mins later, my vape wasn’t working. It worked before I went. My tank was loose, juice was oozing out of the vape and the vape read “no atomizer.” I called for advise and Russel instructed me to come back and said it was probably the vape itself. The vape was purchased only a month ago. I’m very upset and probably won’t be returning.

Best vape shop in Cincinnati. Prices are exceptionally good and the customer service outstanding and they carry usa made products. They are open later than all the others and I wouldnt shop anywhere else in this city for vaping. A long term cloud vaper new in town, they are the best!

Amazing customer service. I believe the guys name was josh. Helped me understand my new rda set up and built me 2 sets of coils and made sure I wouldnt blow my face off while vaping. This place kills cinci vapes and all other vape stores!!!

I went to this store looking for a mod that I could charge with a portable battery that I keep for camping in place of my God Mod. This battery can charge virtually any electronic device such as cell phones, laptops, and even jump start a car. They sold me the Jellyfish for $130 because it charges with mini-usb. I got it home and found that it does not use a standard mini-usb connector and must be charged with its own AC adapter. I confirmed this with the manufacturer. I called Vape It Up several times but they would not work with me even though they sold me this device under false pretenses. Basically, I wasted $130 and could have simply bought extra batteries for my other mod. From my experience, they will tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale and once you buy it, youre screwed. Shop elsewhere or BEWARE!Update: This happened over a year ago. Nothing was ever done to remedy the situation and Ive not gone back. Ive been going to Cinci Vapes and theyve always done right by me.

This shop is the best!!! Everybody is so helpful. They have never steered me in the wrong direction!! Great place to just hang out and chat or just sample the huge juice bar!!!

Came in on the weekend, chris was very helpful with picking out a device. got me set up with a nord device and some salt juice. great customer service, will be coming back.

Dude was wackHe showed us a stupid video of vaping contest.Then he couldnt fix our vapeHe said he didnt have any pliers to take the tank apart...What vape store would not have a pair of freaking pliers? Or all tools in the case!!!Dont go!

Very sh*ty service from a wannabe rockstar minus any talent, or intelligence but besides that the price is constantly going up and rarely do they have the coils you need in stock. Overall worst in cincinnati. Go to Cincy vape or kings vapor.

I always heard bad things about this place, but after visiting, I have NO idea what those people are talking about. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and pricing/selection are terrific. Would highly recommend at least one stop here to check it out!

I started vaping for a short time and a guy named Ed helped me figure out what mod and battery I needed and some awesome flavors and I wont go to any other store because he has a lot of knowledge and experience with the fluids and equipment

Stopped by at 6:40 on a Saturday night and they were closed when the sign said open. Sign on door said open till 8pm. That and your going to price yourself out of business.

They got a new dude that works nights an hes the reason i stopped going. Hes disrespectful and dont pay attention to a damn thing
