I scheduled a same day appointment while on vacation and had the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Kerry was my massage therapist, and she was PHENOMENAL. She made sure she targeted the area I was most concerned with, made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage, and did a GREAT job targeting my problem areas. Not only that, she was very nice and a clear communicator. So sad we’re here from of town because I would love to go see her regularly. Definitely recommend.

I recently had a massage session with Andrea, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Andrea is incredibly professional and attentive. She made sure to apply the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session, ensuring a comfortable and effective massage. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated by the end. I highly recommend this place and would definitely suggest booking a session with Andrea for a truly wonderful massage experience. A full hour with her is absolutely worth it!

This place really doesn’t care about people. I was incapacitated and could not make the appointment. They still charged me full price and would not refund me. The manager was very rude and I will make sure I call upper management and complain about this facility.

Absolutely incredible massage! My fiancée had a massage with Layla and said that her muscles just melted away the whole time… I had a massage with Ellen, and had very specific pain points that I wanted to be addressed and she absolutely nailed all of them. Ellen’s incredibly kind, has phenomenal massage technique, and listens to how you react if the pressure is too much or too little. We had wonderful conversation during the massage that made me feel nothing but comfortable. Wish we werent on vacation so we could go back for another!

First timer & now it won’t be my last! I don’t typically do massages, but I wanted to try the lymph node massage for my congestion and overall detox health. I booked my friend and I a massage for her 30th, we showed up 15 min late (gave a heads up) they were very accommodating & polite about it. The massage felt amazing, instantly relaxing and cleared my congestion.Easy place to drive by and not pay attention to - but I definitely recommend going inside and checking them out! My bf and I go here every year while vacationing in Florida. We typically get the couples massage. We’ve been 2 times so far. The first experience was perfect. The second experience they didn’t have both massage therapist so we had to reschedule for the next, I was pretty bummed out but due to their mishap I did receive a discounted price for the massages so they definitely tried to make it right. Most businesses would not even consider losing a dime on their own mistakes but these people took it to the chin and owned it. We went back the next day and received the best treatment. We have officially made this a tradition. Already have our massages scheduled for vacation 2023!

My cousin and I were in town for a girls trip. We had booked a spa package with another business but that business cancelled our appt last minute. I was able to book two massages with reflections the day before for first thing that morning, and Bobby and the other therapist treated my cousin and I like top customers and really listened to what we wanted. They were very accommodating and the massages were great! Will definitely visit again when in town!!!

My husband and I have talked about getting a couples massage for years. We were on vacation and thought this was the perfect time to try it out. the staff was very professional and we felt extremely comfortable with them. Amazing hidden gem here. Went in for a couples massage. Both therapists were kind, thoughtful and very effective at being able to work out the knots in our muscles. I was holding some stress tension in my neck and shoulders and it was completely gone afterwards! My husband said we can go back monthly if I wanted, he was that impressed. I had 2 spine surgeries just last year on my lower back so Im in constant pain. It may well be worth going monthly! This place is awesome.

Im not sure how this place has so many good reviews. I was visiting Clearwater and the resort on the beach was booked for the day. This place offered to do a same day booking. My husband and I arrived about 10 minutes before a scheduled appointment thinking we would have to fill out paperwork and the door was locked, after a few minutes of standing outside a lady opened the door and asked are you trying to come in here? Both of you?When we told her yes, but my husband was the one with the appointment she said to give her a minute and closed the door again, leaving us outside in 109 degree weather for 15 minutes when there were clearly seats in the lobby. Turned off by this interaction we decided to leave and find somewhere else with better customer service. Before getting in our car she swung open the door with a nasty face and asked if we were leaving.Im sad we didnt get to experience the positive reviews of this place but also glad we didnt waste any money on somewhere that provided us with such terrible customer service.

Nicole was amazing! I’ve gone to many, many places for massages before, but this place, and Nicole, have by far topped any place I’ve been at. I work as a server at a theater, and do close to 60 flights of stairs a day. Before the appointment I was able to talk about where I was hurting the most and which places to avoid. During the massage it was like her hands were drawn to exactly where my pain was. She worked out my knots wonderfully. I’ll be coming back monthly! Thank you Nicole!!!

I have had scores of massages in my lifetime but this was one of the best if not THE BEST massage Ive ever had. New review: 10-25-23 I made a first available appt and was paired up with Mishay. I was having a lot of neck, shoulder and upper back pain from work and needed some relief. She gave me the most amazing massage I’ve ever had! She was so knowledgeable and located all of my pain points plus some that weren’t flaired up. Her pressure was perfect and her technique was outstanding! I felt incredible when I left. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back to see her specifically!!

Went in for my first time today. Never really had a professional massage before but man Ive been missing out. Idk if it was beginners luck but I had a great time. James was my masseuse and not only did he explain everything and the science behind it (at my request, I like to understand things) but he made it easily one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. Great atmosphere, and people that care about your experience with them. Thank you, I will be back.

I called many places to try and get a last minute massage today because I really needed it. Everywhere was booked up or closed because it’s Sunday, but I am SO glad that I found this place. Booking online was easy. Layla was FANTASTIC. She really focused on my problem areas and I feel amazing. I’ve seen many different massage therapists and she was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I needed a massage and was able to easily book one last minute with a male therapist. I normally would have waited to book with a female but they were all done for the day. Mine was the last one for the day & I got a masseuse, Adam, who was very skilled. He did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend him.

I was really hurting from ten days of travelling around Italy with a backpack. I Googled massage in my area, and Reflections seemed to have the best ratings and reviews. They are also close to where I live. I called in the morning, and they got me in at 4 p.m. The massage rooms are very attractive and large. Andrea, my therapist, was excellent and very professional. I felt so much better the next day. I completely recommend Reflections.

The first time I went I had a spa finder gift card and I got a athlete massage. I loved it so much, I went back again and did a couples massage. I always feel ten times better after and they are always so nice! Best hidden gem!

The perfect way to start off our weekend away in the Clearwater area! Trying to find appointments for 3 people at the same location at around the same time was a feat, but it was made very easy by a phone call to Reflections. I had made the appointments several days in advance, but our flight was delayed on the day of so I called to let them know we would be late. It was only by 5-10 minutes, but they were very understanding and no changes needed to be made at all. When we got there, we felt welcomed and cared for. The boys went first and I hung out in the waiting area. My appointment wasn’t for another hour after theirs so I thought we’d have to leave and come back, but Rose the masseuse took me right away so we wouldn’t have to. Amazing service and excellent masseuses who listen to you and work on your problem areas and leave you feeling relaxed and all loosened up. Would definitely come again the next time we’re in the area!

Omgoodness! I’m always leery going to a new therapist, because I have a lot of tough issues. I didn’t need to worry this time. Layla was outstanding! She’s extremely talented and definitely working in the right field! She literally just worked every centimeter of my body in the best way!. I’m feeling SO much better already!

I’m new to the area and this was my first time at Reflections. Randomly picked Jerrica and was very pleased. I’m a big guy and she’s small so I was concerned about how deep a massage it would be but she did great! She was very patient and listened to what was going on with me and did a great job addressing the issues. She’s a super massage therapist, I will definitely be back again.

My sister and I received a deep tissue massage from James and Adam. I must say it was one of the best massages I ever had. Both Adam and James are excellent masseurs. This was my 1st time ever getting a professional massage, long overdue since Ive had back and hamstring issues for close to a decade. I explained to Andrea where the problem areas were and my issues and she suggested that I get a sports massage and explained why. During the massage she informed me of everything that was going on and she communicated that if I was uncomfortable at any point (towel too hot, too much pressure, not enough pressure etc.), to let her know and she would adjust accordingly. I am very satisfied with my experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Im becoming a frequent customer to Reflections Therapeutic Massage. My massage therapist Roselee has been fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and customizes the session to what Im looking for. I highly recommend trying her hot stone message treatment. Not only do I feel completely relaxed after, but I also have a noticeable increase in my energy levels for days after. Roselee also experimented with some cupping to further increase the health benefits of the massage, which was great. I recommend trying it out for yourself!

The massage was ok I guess but I think Andrea didnt quite understand what I was asking for; I wanted her to focus on my traps since that is where the soreness and the pain is. Instead, there was a lot of time spent on my lats and my lower to mid back, which isnt really an area of concern for me. I would have liked at least 50% of the time spent on my upper back but it felt more like maybe 2 minutes in all...They have a nice space and friendly staff, just make sure they understand what you want them to work on.

I finally had a deep tissue massage for the first time that Ive been needed to have done for years I feel like a new man ! My muscles feel light , my aches mostly all gone and my range of motion has increased noticably too! Surprised at how well Nicole was at finding aches/knots that I wasnt even aware of myself. Would recommend to anyone who has muscle or joint aches and plan to go back sometime soon!

Had an appointment and fully intended to come to the appointment. I was booked for a prenatal massage. About an hour before the scheduled massage I blacked out and fell in public and the paramedics had to come. I am 15 weeks pregnant. I called as soon as I possibly could which was 10 mins before appointment and explained what happened. They stated they would still be charging my card for cancelling. I explained this was an emergency and I’m on my way to the hospital. Nope still charging my card. Have never been here before and won’t be scheduling in the future now.

Both my husband and I have been receiving massage benefits with reflections and Nicole during the season that we’re here as snowbirds. Nicole is by far the best massage therapist and has provided us the most relief from low back pain and sciatica. We are retired seniors and have tried all the standard medical treatments. Back surgery, physical therapy, injections…nothing worked. Highly recommend Nicole and reflection therapeutics!

I hurt my back volunteering and was searching where to get a massage on Saturday and Refections had an opening. I had a appointment with Layla and she was amazing. I left there without being in pain and totally relaxed. I will definitely be going back.

He listened to my issues and concerns and made sure to work the specific issue areas relieving the pain I have had for several weeks now that Cupping, accupunctre and other massages did not touch! Scheduled a Couples Massage for Friday 10/12/18 @ 10:00am for myself and my girlfriend. Anne & Nicole were our LMTs. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by both Anne and Nicole.Filled out the short paperwork and went in to get our Couples Massage. The room was very clean and inviting, smelled wonderful and the perfect atmosphere for a massage. Our massages exceeded all of our expectations! Anne and Nicole are so thorough and did an excellent job on both of us! I cant thank both of them enough for a wonderful experience and excellent massage! We will back!

I have been having severe constant pain under my shoulder blade for over a week. Icing and taking Tramadol to try to get relief. Decide to try a massage to help relieve some of the pain. Wendy was able to fit me in the same day. She saw it was on the chart and examined my back and posture before starting. She targeted the area that was hurting the most. She had great pressure where she got into the muscle but did not cause pain to area already that is already in constant pain. She was able to find every spot on my body that was also tight. I felt amazing when I left. It was the best I felt all week. I wasn’t expecting miracles but it definitely gave me a couple of hours of relief. I’ll definitely come back to her

Mishay is a great massage therapist. She really caters to your well-being and overall physical structure. You can tell she actually cares and isn’t just going through a scheduled routine or motion.

Absolutely awesome! Willie knows his stuff. He’s knowledgeable, kind, professional, effective, and just an all around decent human being. I have major sciatica down my right leg. So much so that I was in the hospital for three days to figure out what was going on. On their whiteboard they said their goal was to maintain pain. I went home with more pain than I had before I arrive there. In less than an hour Willie had me walk and no pain. Need I say more?

Roselee was so helpful in helping me recover from a back injury that happened while I was on vacation in town. She got me in same day and was thoughtful about how she provided therapy as to not overdue any of the inflamed muscles. I appreciated her communicative approach in discussing what was really hurting and getting me back on my feet.

Wallie was absolutely incredible. I had these killer knots that had been giving me a migraine for two days. He knew exactly where they were without me telling him and I left feeling like a new person. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Eva was professional, explained the process to me and she was so skilled! I felt things shift as she was working on me and it really helped me. Before I knew it, I was crying from the release I felt at some points. My body seemed to align as she worked on me. I also felt relief and a burst of joy at points that I cant explain, like things started flowing that were previously blocked. I booked another appointment because Eva was so excellent! They let you book using their website, then call you the day of your appointment to tell you their system made a mistake and put you in a slot they don’t offer. WTH? Maybe they are the best massage therapists ever, but I guess I’ll never find out, since they can’t even schedule an appointment right.

I have been coming to this spa sporadically for a year. I’ve used this therapist before and i remember i was satisfied the first few times around. This time around, i was not happy. She was using finger tip pressure, on my deep tissue massage, most of the time. Kept going over a exposed area of nervous and veins on the feet and elbow area, that was highly uncomfortable after i asked not to.

Both Ava and Willie are incredible! Super knowledgeable about the different ailments in the body, what kind of work is needed to heal them and they are both just so kind. My boyfriend recommended them to me at first and now the whole family is starting to go with us. Cannot recommend enough!

I was in town on vacation and was seen in the ER for my neck. I was still in a ton of pain. Nicole took me right away, it was the BEST massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! I enjoyed the massage, and my muscles felt relaxed afterwards, perfect for a Sunday afternoon. I run and lift 6 days a week and haven’t been stretching lately so needless to say I’ve been a little tight and sore and this experience was the perfect solution and a wonderful birthday present from a special friend.

I had a massage booked 6 weeks in advance from the date of the appointment and 2 days prior to the appointment they sent me a text message notifying me that my appointment was cancelled. They did not call me to explain this nor did they call to offer another time to reschedule. As a new client, this is offensive and just demonstrates how invaluable my time is to them. Sending a cancelation notice via text with insufficient explanation is so unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would not recommend.

Nicole is an amazing therapist! I have been having regular massage therapy for years, but she has a completely new and unique style! The 60 min deep tissue massage is great!

Adam was my masseuse. Not friendly. Did not ask me if I was having any issues, a certain area I wanted concentrated on etc. and he never had me flip over. Never touched my arms hands or head or the front of my legs. I get massages often Ive never had this happen. Disappointed. I never write reviews with :(.

My mom loved her birthday massage she ranted and raved the entire rest of day. Her leg and hip pains were gone for the rest of our trip. I walked her inside and everyone was pleasant, welcoming and it smelled great just being inside the lobby.

My daughter and I arrived 15 minutes early. Maegen received her paperwork right away. I had to wait for my therapist to give me the paperwork. I finished it went to the restroom and had to wait for her to change sheets. My therapist sees Maegen already in a room and reprimands her therapist for not waiting to start her massage at the same time. My massage was started late and ended at least 10 minutes early. I was also told I smell like garlic. I am wondering how she could smell it. She didnt have her mask over her nose. Therapists are good at what they do. They need less back to back appointments or more help.

I am always a bit skeptical about massage places and I had a Groupon for this location so I decided to give it a try. I was tempted to go somewhere else because there were not many reviews but thought I give it a try. WOW, What a wonderful experience. Booked a deep tissue massage with Reflections Massage and was expecting the same old lame generic back rub that Ive been getting. BUT, this Therapist(NICOLE), is clearly professionally trained and was very informative. Absolutely amazing !!!. The Therapist(NICOLE), took the time to explain why I had the aches and pains I did and gave me helpful tips to avoid them. She worked out knots that I didnt even know I had! I seriously cant even believe the difference only two sessions with her have made in my range of motion and overall flexibility. Nicoles therapeutic talents are incredible and I will be a lifetime client. Awsome. amazing, and invigorating. A thousand Stars !!! Thank you soooo much and have already made future appointments.

I am body builder I went to like 20 massage Theapists no body helped they doing the same way with every patient .I have severe pain for a year I went to Mayo Clinic did 4 mri and bone scan no body help me I called reflection therapeutic massage and I met with Andrea this girl is amazing she knows I am in pain she tried to help me she was so good she relieved part of my pain in one session and she knows exactly where it coming from after Mayo Clinic couldn’t figure it . She is the best by all means . I was in pain so she was trying her best to relief some of my pain not just doing her job to get the money at the end of the day .

She was very professional. Took the time to find out my problem areas and spent the time needed to help them to relax. An hour message IS an hour. Did not short me on prep time or consulting discussion. She did an excellent job with pressure. I would highly recommend them.

I went in on a Friday evening. Ava did the best work, and relieved some of my most recent legs issues. It was obvious she knows her stuff and has great experience. I was so Thankful for her.

I booked my first massage with Willie on a Saturday in the hope that he could relieve my tension and maybe work out a few sore spots and I was immediately taken with his professional and friendly manner. I filled out the paper work and was brought into a beautiful and comfortable room dimly lit with places to hang your clothes. Soft music played throughout my exceptional massage. Willie brought his deliberate and sensitive bodywork technique to the table and literally squeezed the tension out of my achey muscles. This was a intro massage but I will be back as I know he has much more to offer as far as deep tissue and a variety of modalities anyone would benefit from.As an LMT myself I can say Willie is an excellent choice for massage and bodywork.Reflections is a lovely relaxing place for massage.

I came for couple massage for my girl birthday May 11th 2021 I had Nicole D. And my girl had Andrea my girl is a massage therapist and she said andrea was really good and this is my first time having a professional spa setting massage it was really relaxing we will definitely be back

Adam was able to target my problem areas, which are significant, with expertise and knowledge that is not always addressed by other massage therapists. I often like a combination of relaxation and therapeutic massage but found that his technique, although uncomfortable at times, was what I needed to relieve stress in my upper and lower back. I will return.

The massage therapists were very nice. The spa is clean and smells great. James was my massage therapist and he did a wonderful job.

I hesitated getting a message, but wanted to treat myself to something special for my 40th birthday. I googled and found Reflections. The location was easy to find. It looks small, but once you walk thru the door, its as if you stepped into A tranquil oasis . I was immediately greeted by Wendy, who had this calm way about her. She communicated everything needed for the session. I felt like a new person once our time was up. I spent the rest of the day relaxed and was told I had a glow. Reflections was VERY clean, and covid considerate. I was so glad I found this little oasis and will absolutely return.

Adam is a must book...listened to my shoulder related sports/shoulder injuries and subsequent lack of shoulder mobility(shoulder impingement). Adam focused in all the right places, had some interesting techniques specific to my issue, and a day later I was pain free at gym doing upper chest cable crossovers with full range!!!

I didnt feel any different from the time I went in till the time I went out. I said i had headaches which is from neck pain and there wasnt a full minute focused on my neck. I was suppose to get a 60 minute for 60$ but it ended up being 80$
