Went here the evening of Saturday, October 15, 2022 for hard gel extensions. I called ahead to check it wasnt too late for me to come in and get a full set and they said it was ok to come in. By the time I was leaving, I saw the quality of my nails was not good, but I’m not the best at confrontation and held my concerns. I called them the next business morning to explain the situation and try to work with them on a reasonable solution. They offered a partial refund of $35 in cash only, but only if I drive back there. They remembered from our conversation from the day I was there that I live 3 hours away but did not try to be accommodating. $35 would not even cover the cost of the trip there. They told me the only thing I can do is to go in for a partial refund.I admit, it is on me for not saying something while I was there but I did not feel comfortable with the atmosphere created by the employees, one girl was making rude comments about other(s) the entire time I was there and I was trying to be grateful that they let me in near closing time. But they should not have left me with a $115 set that looks like this. This does not show integrity or professionalism. I did not want to come to media about this issue but I do not want others going through what I did, especially after I tried to resolve this issue with them and having them refuse to be accommodating whatsoever.

My first visit was today with Felicia and I am very happy with her work!! She is friendly, creative and skilled in her craft! The environment was clean and welcoming with other services offered that I want to try in the future! Thank you, Felicia! You did an awesome job!

Unfortunately I wouldnt waste your time getting your nails done here. They are very kind, but my gel peeled off three of my fingernails the next day. And they would not return my money. I hate to be that person but $60 for nail polish that peels off the following day, Ill be that person. Go somewhere else.

I personally did not get my service there however, my grandma was there on the 16th of December (her first language is Spanish, thus im vouching for her). She had regular manicure with no gel polish. She felt the polish was old and the lady who provided the service keep layering it. She showed her that the polish is fine and use acetone to correct the issue. It looked all goopy and terrible. She went back the next day and requested a redo, however denied her for a redo because she wanted a different nail polish. She will not return at all. Bad experience for a first time customer.

I have been here twice. The first time I had a good experience and my polish lasted for several weeks. However, on my last visit, I had a 4 pm appointment but did not start my pedicure until 4:45! My polish also was severely chipped after only two days. I’ve never had polish come off so quickly after getting a pedicure. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Never coming back. worst and most uncomfortable manicure ever. Look how messy the gel nails was done. a 5 yrs old kid wouldve done better than this

I had a pedicure with Rachelle and I would highly recommend her services. I was fortunate enough to get a last minute hair cut & color with Tammy Harkins due to a no-show appointment. I am thoroughly impressed with her skills and will be returning to Serenity for future hair appointments!

I wanted to get a simple mani pedi to give my nails a rest from gel. I think I was asked 3-4 times if I wanted to upgrade which I told them repeatedly no and that I understood.Then I had both my mani & pedi done in the pedicure chair which seemed odd and very rushed. I was very disappointed on how rushed and pushed I felt. I will not be returning.

I found my place! Great experience. This is like barber shop meets nail spa. Great conversation with all the girls. I’m super excited and love my results. They’ve made a new customer for sure - I’ll be back! 🥰

My first time at Serenity did not disappoint! Very clean, professional, and just all around great vibes! The two women who did my pedicure and manicure were amazing. I always enjoy funky designs on my nails and they had absolutely no issues. I will definitely be back for micro blading. Thanks again.

Edit: 6/16/22 : I came in with my friend for our nails and Felicia and Rachelle did an amazing job, again. but my experience today was different in terms of environment.. the blonde white lady that does hair was making rude, racist remarks about hispanics saying “if you’re in a America, you should speak English”.. my friend and I both felt very uncomfortable so I confronted the woman and she replies “sorry, we just need help here”. if you need help, take that up with your boss. belittling an entire ethnicity is very unprofessional and displeasing to hear. being a customer, i wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here for their salon services. their nail techs though are very good at what they do and sweet.very friendly and personable staff.. Rachelle was fun to talk with while she did my pedicure & the other pretty chick with dreads (i should’ve asked her name) did my gel acrylics super quick. my nails turned out nice and i want to also add the salon is really clean and nicely decorated. will be back soon!

This was my first time getting my nails done at Serenity nails and I was not disappointed! I did not know exactly what I wanted and my nail tech, Maria, made suggestions and did a wonderful job! And she kept me laughing the whole time! All of the staff were so friendly , I was even offered a warm neck wrap to help me relax! What a wonderful experience...I’m so pleased to have found my new nail salon!

D was amazing! She fixed me up from my last nail job that I got at a different salon and was very sweet. You can feel the family environment and the salon was well put together and clean! It felt more like visiting a friend than going to a salon. I got almond shape and mood changing color, all of it turned out fantastic, thank you ladies so much!

I could not recommend this place enough. I came in one day, completely new to the area as a tourist and asking about what could I get done. I was breaking out and my face wasn’t looking the best. I also had severe back pain because of the flight. The girls Took their time to explain each individual treatment and it’s price. They showed interest, even though I was only inquiring. I came back a week later to get my nails done. Maria is an absolute pro. I always break my acrylic nails (or gel tips) and I was unsure about getting them done. It’s been 10 days and the nails look like they were done yesterday. Thank you so much to all the girls at serenity for their lovely treatment and for caring. It’s hard to find that these days. Definitely be back next time I’m in the area!! ❤️

I just got the most amazing nails I have ever had in my life!!!!!! They are so gorgeous and perfect!!! Anisa did my nails for Halloween and she took her time and really paid attention to every detail!!! Felicia Was amazing also and did the nails for my cousin who is visiting me from Iowa and her nails came out so perfect too!!! These ladies rock and I will make sure I always come back here and highly highly highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a place that is going to actually take the time to make sure they are beautiful!!! Had an acrylic fill. New to the area. Charlie was excellent. Told me it would be a ten minute wait and it was exactly he took his time on my nails even though they were getting busy. I never felt rushed. Did my cuticles and a hand massage as well very reasonable price. 26$ for fill with gel color. Will definitely go back

This salon is awesome. Its very clean and spacious. All of the nail technicians are friendly and helpful. I walked in just wanting to try a new salon and this one in particular had great reviews. I am beyond happy with my nails. I can honestly say that this nail salon is the best one Ive encountered by far. My service was quick and easy and the best part is my nails are beautiful!!!

This place came as a recommendation by my daughters best friend. I’m very particular when it comes to my nails so I was skeptical going. I have to say I love my nails. I have absolutely no complaints. Maria did an awesome job

I really liked the nail tech I had for my pedicure and I know she was having a bad morning, so I want to give the benefit of the doubt. But, I got a regular spa pedicure and I thought everything was fine, but once I got home I realized just how messed up my toes really were, really disappointed because I got gel and I can’t even take it off myself and paid a good amount for it too. Maybe I just got unlucky, but this was my first time going to this spa.

This is hands down the best nail experience I have had in this area! I had gel nails and a pedi done by Maria. Firstly, it was so relaxing, calming and just the stress relief I needed. She was kind enough to make a house call due to me having terminal cancer and not being able toMake it into the spa. Seriously she went above and beyond to make this not just a nail appointment but an amazing experience. You can tell they take pride in attention to detail, and professionalism and my nails look stunning as ever! 5 out of 5 hands down!! This is the PLACE to go, ask for Maria she does it all and is seriously talented in her artistry!

This is my regular nail place and I LOVE IT! They have several options for manicures and pedicures. The staff is always willing to do their best to give me exactly what I ask for and they have so many cool colors and effects. The owner puts so much effort into making this space special and unique and I look forward to nail day all week!

Charlie does my nails! Hes awesome. Finally found someone that can shape my nails the way I want. He also gives great pedicures with a nice long massage. The place is gorgeous as well..very clean and comfortable!

First time there. The people were nice, and the place is gorgeous but the quality of nails is lack luster. Some nails are fat, some are thin, designs are sloppy (I picked an easy design too) I have paint on my feet and toes that she didnt bother cleaning off totally and honestly, I dont have time to sit there and have them correct it. Even if I did, they were pretty much arguing on whose going to do the design on my feet so I sat there and waited for someone to pick whose going to do it. I spent $80 on nails that are not that good. I will continue to make my hour drive for quality nails.

Went there yesterday for my first manicure and pedicure and it was the best experience ever ❤️ They dont judge and are very caring with their service. Had a vision in mind and got exactly what I wanted and more. Sucks I dont live nearby but everytime I visit Clearwater Im going to get my nails done there! 😍 got black cat eye nails with red & glitter undersides. Accent nails were black with red roses and gemstones. Absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommending to others. -Lina G.

I believe it is important to mention names in a review because I never want to give a review that makes a whole establishment look bad when there are still good people who work in the location.  They should be recognized fir the good they do.  With that being said, I was so excited to find a shop less than 10 minutes from work and home that could do polygel nails!  I arrived 15 minutes early for my 3:30 appointment and I did not receive service until 4:10 p.m. because Maria had to have her lunch followed by a smoke break.  Well thanks to Allisons comforting personality🤗, Felicia helping me to choose a bomb color🤩 and Michelle offering to make me the best cup of cappuccino ever😍! I decided to overlook my initial first impression of the shop as a whole.  When I finally got in the chair to get my nails done, Maria did not have the forms needed to do the polygel service the way it should normally be done, so without them it took much longer than it should have🙄. I was ok with that until I was hit with an $85 bill😳! Now I will admit that was my bad for just assuming that it would not cost more than what I was use to paying for my hard gel nails with shellac overlay, no extra colors, no jewelry and no designs🤷‍♀️.  Nevertheless, I humbly paid it while considering the time and work that went into the service.  Even though I know that when polygels are done properly with the plastic forms and in less than 1 hour⏳….there is no shop in the universe that could justify charging that amount of money💰.  Anyway, fast forward 3 days later my index nail is broken off to the finger tip. Now as an ex-nail tech, I could have easily repaired it with the tools that I have at home. But for $85 and a underserved $5 tip for a total of $90 spent...I thought naaawww, just go back to get it repaired.  Well Maria repaired it and then 2 days later I look up and my pinky nail had also broken the same way🥺.  Again, I went back for a repair and this time she instructed Allison to charge me $5.  Now at first my passive personality was just going to🤐 pay it, but then I asked why I was being charged. Maria said because you broke your nail and she also made sure to mention that I had left without paying for the last nail that she fixed.  So I was like..wait, what? 🤔Uh I have had $25 nail sets that were over grown and still lasted up to three weeks with no lifting or chipping. Now Im expected to pay up to $100 and in less than 5 days have 2 of the nails broken off without me so much as hitting or bumping them. Then I get charged for the repair?😡  Now its not at all about the $5 because I got that and if you need it. Well its yours!  For me, Its about customer service and satisfaction.  That is not to much to ask when you expect that your work is worth $85 plus $5 plus $5 and plus $5 more.  Maria tried to make it about the polygel nails but what she didnt know is that Ive been doing my own polygel nails for the last 4 months with no issues, so I know that polygel nails are not a problem process. I can continue to do them myself but I chose to PAY for service and satisfaction when I dont want to do them. Its really disheartening because for a moment I thought I may have found a convenient new spot to do the service I love😃😍.  Its to bad there was only 1 person in the shop that could do polygel nails.  I believe I could have enjoyed working with Felicia, Michelle or Allison🤗🤩😍.  I recently left the last shop I was with for 8 years thanks to the owner making a tasteless joke about eating my dog...especially when it is a natural thing for their culture to EAT DOGS!🤢🤮🤬  Yes, I also expect respect for my loyalty.  I digress...Anyway, I hope that your shop will use the information from reviews to train, re-train and/or staff in areas where it is needed so that the next excited customer can leave just as happy as when they came in the door....  signing off 😔disappointed

I just called to book an appointment for a full set, on their website under nail service it says full set $28+ (I will upload a screenshot) the lady told me it starts at $45+ full set gel. I told her I didnt want gel 3 times before she gave me the price without the gel and stated it was $40+. I then explained what their website says and she stated their prices hasnt changed for 3 years so theyre website was not listing $28+. She argued that this price was not on their website, while I was clearly looking at it. This is FALSE ADVERTISING AND POOR PROFESSIONALISM! Im pretty sure she doesnt know Companies and businesses get sued for this and/or could care less. Not related to language barrier

We have been traveling the USA in our motor-home for two years. Each month I find myself in a new state and a new Nail Salon. This month I found the BEST salon that I have been in over the past two years. This month I found Serenity Nails right down the street from our RV Resort. Charlie, salon owner, did the fill (his wife prepped my nails). He is precise and did them perfectly. Their product is top of the line - CND, a more expensive and high quality product. All of their tools were in sanitized packets. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the business, the quality of products he carries, the upscale pedicure chairs, nail station, and light-station, the sanitation, and friendliness of the stylists. Charlies mother-in-law did a fine pedicure, as well. Wish I could return here each month!

Let me start by saying usually I love this place my nails are always done great BUT my nail lady wasn’t there & the owner had to do mine it took almost 2 hours and my nails are uneven, different sizes, clumpy one even have a dent in it & the polish came out bad I didn’t want to seem rude so I just paid & left my nails were $25 & I kind of wanted to cry I was so upset. It’s sad to sit here writing a bad review of the only salon I usually go to but I’m so disappointed and I won’t be going back again. Today was just aweful i even tipped $5

My kids could have done a better job. I got gel nails. Every one of my nails are uneven and not completely covered on the sides, yet somehow she managed to get the clear product on my skin so it burned every time I put my hand under the light. My toes actually turned out fine after all the nail polish was cleaned off my skin. I won’t be back.

Anna did an EXCELLENT job on my nails! I have been looking for a place that does designs and she even did some free hand 😍 I have been complimented on my nails way more than normal! I will definitely be back!

I just moved back to Clearwater and was out looking for someone skilled to shape my Long nails, everyone do not do Curved nails. I came to Serenity nails and Charlie did my nails better than I expected! The staff and atmosphere is out- of- the box Awesome!!

Just started going here. Very talented women and a fun atmosphere. Nail salons are a dime a dozen and it’s hard to find a good one when you have specific likes and design ideas, and they can deliver.

Just moved here from out of town and found this salon from other reviews. It is wonderful! Charlie does the best pink and white I have ever had and the pedicures are great. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I completely recommend.

My husband and I have been going here on a monthly basis for the past 6 months. Weve had no issues, the ladies are great! They know how to do everything perfectly! We are some very happy customers and would recommend this place to everyone!

I went in and was greeted in an unprofessional manner. During the whole process of getting my nails done it was quiet and uncomfotable. I got acrylic nails and they are uneven and not shaped to my liking. The polish is very streaky and there is parts you can see through it. Will not be going back.

They are so sweet and enjoyable to work with! I came in wanting glittery gold tipped stilettos and these talented ladies gave exactly what I wanted. I love coming here because I can relax knowing they will do a phenomenal job.

Came to get my nails done a few weeks ago they lifted after a week had to keep putting glue on them loved the atmosphere and the nail techs were nice but both of my pinky’s are bruised severely! I have photos of them I have been getting my nails done for 15 years with arcrylic and this is my first time having this happen !! I’m so upset I have to wait until my nails are healed before I can even think about getting them done again I feel as though the nail tech put either to much arcrylic on my pink or when she was buffering she did it to hard it took her about 3 hours to do my nails as well !

This by far is the best nail salon ever! They actually take their time and do quality work. D is awesome and super sweet! I like the atmosphere and feel so comfortable.

I love this spa. The ladies are all professional and they are experts in their field. Anisa and her staff, especially Maria, Mellissa, and Alison are always so friendly and welcoming. They provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I recently moved from NY to Clearwater and after a few changes was happy to find this place. Walked in for a gel polish to try out this place which is next to my favorite thai restaurant. VERY happy with my gel polish. 2 weeks later I came back for a mani/pedi added gel polish on fingernails $45 total (not including tip). Tammy is great. This is an American owned salon and although people of different ethnicities work there you can have a conversation.

First, allow me to say that I am only writing this review because I feel as though I was mislead by the 4.6 rating I saw before visiting this establishment. This review is more about my experience versus the actual service... upon walking in at about 4pm there were no other clients present. I was shocked by this because even in the small town in which I recently moved from the nail salon always has clients. The nail establishment I went to first across the street actually had no availability because they were too full. I was welcomed by a woman with short grey hair, she looked at my nails and asked how I wanted to be serviced. I stated that I wanted a new sns or dip set and a gel polish change on my toes. The woman then looks to a much younger woman with ginger hair stating you can take her. I cringed... I guessed that the younger woman with the ginger hair probably wasnt as experienced as the woman I was greeted by. Whenever I am paying for a service I would like someone who is well experienced and well skilled, especially since nail grooming is ssssssooooooo expensive these days. As I was led to the table to be serviced, the woman with the short grey hair told a young woman with beautiful locs that she could do my polish change on my toes. I wondered why she couldnt service me since she greeted me first. No one else was being serviced at the time. As I sat down and the young woman with the ginger hair gathered her tools, the woman with the short grey hair yells out Im going to take a smoke break! and proceeds out the front door which was open. The young woman with the ginger hair begins to remove my previous sns set, fine... I could smell cigarette from where I was seated. I am a none smoker, to me this was highly unprofessional. After the young woman with the ginger hair gets the foil on all of my nails I am directed to the pedicure bowl. While I am getting comfortable the young woman with the locs asks the young woman with the ginger hair which drill head she should use to remove the gel polish off my toes. (TO BE CONTINUED)

I have nothing but nice this to say about this place. The people are funny and the ambiance is fun and relaxing and you know how important this is after a stressful work day. I always love my nails and get many compliments.

A very clean and friendly environment. The ladies are fun and entertaining. They always give me exactly what I want. They never disappoint. Always up on the newest nail trends. Cant wait for my next appointment

I came to this nail salon to fix one broken acrylic nail and the quality of the nail that was done here and the communication from the staff that worked with me was disappointing. I originally got my nails done at LuxeCares and went to this salon because of convenience of location. Turns out the location was not convenient because I have to get the nail redone again.1) The quality and effort put into this nail was sub-par at the very least.The technician who worked on my nail failed to inspect my set and ask NECESSARY questions about what powder my nails were set with and which kind of iridescent/chrome/hologram finish that was used. As someone who is in charge of making a broken nail look like the rest of the set, this person did not do their job correctly. As you can see in the included photos, the middle nail is poor in comparison to the rest of my set. I had two individuals work on my nail, one cut the acrylic nail into shape and the other did the remaining work. The person who cut my nail cut it too short in comparison to the remainder of my set and they did not shape the nail appropriately. My set of nails were characterized as long, thin coffin nails and the nail that was repaired was not shaped thin enough and was rounded out and bulky at the top unlike the others. The technician who finished my nail off failed to notice and correct this critical mistake. They also failed to clarify exactly what I got for my original nail set, which I had already communicated to the first lady who worked on my nail. This resulted in the nail coming out a shade lighter than my original set. The later nail technician applied way too much powder and I have an excess of hardened nail powder behind my nail that looks sloppy.2) Communication was poor between the nail technicians and the customer.They did not go out of their way to make sure I was getting exactly what I came in to get and did a lazy job. I communicated with the first nail technician EXACTLY what I had: dark pink acrylic powder with iridescent on top (& gel). I saw the first lady tell the second nail technician that I had dark pink under my nail and grabbed a nail polish of the same color (which was incorrect in the first place). The second nail technician didnt even put pink under the iridescent color nor clarify what was used in the other nails. If they had taken the time to look, they could have obviously seen the underside of my nails are PINK. At the end of it, she was wondering why the colors wouldnt match up and I explained they originally used dark pink acrylic powder. She had the audacity to say that I should have said something earlier, which I did not appreciate. First off, I was not given the opportunity to explain/they did not ask like they should have before they started doing their sloppy work on my hand. Secondly, I explained to the first nail technician who even mentioned I had a color underneath to the second nail technician. If she had any confusion or questions about it, she should have CLARIFIED with me before starting! It is not my job to tell you how to do your job, you need to communicate with your customers FIRST AND FOREMOST.In conclusion, I was disappointed in my visit because of the lack of communication and the sloppy job that was done in a rushed manner. The condition of this nail is unacceptable but does the trick until my nail underneath heals enough so I can just get it redone AGAIN. Based off of this experience, I would rather pay they extra $20 for people who care about my experience, have decent communication with their customers, and make sure all expectations are clarified before ANYTHING is started. No one should base their feelings about a place off of one poor experience, though, so I might try this place again but I would only be willing to work with a technician who was actually serious about the job they do. A response from the owner would be appreciated and well received on my end.

Beware of the charges. I went in on a coupon and was charged twice but only received the original agreed on receipt. Thought I would be a repeat customer as the work was good but…Dealing with the bank now.Update. The overcharge was refunded and I was offered a complimentary service.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit!! If youre looking to have high quality nail work/art done AND be relaxed, this is the place to go. And VERY clean!! Will be a client forever ♡

I visited this wonderful nail salon yesterday and although they were so busy they took me in and were soooooo professional and curtious they offer water ,wine and they did a wonderful job on my nails and feet I will definitely be doing there again. Thank you Maria and Alison for a great job😁😁😁😁😁

The words that come to my mind when socializing with Maria, Allison, D, and Anisa are a breath of fresh air. Sorry ladies if I spelled your name wrong. The salon and spa is beautiful inside, clean, organized, and there is no communication barrier. They all have AWESOME SKILLS!

Been to a few nail salons and this is the first one where they listen to the client. They make sure you leave happy with what you asked for! Maria is my nail lady and will be forever. Im recommending everyone I know to this nail salon!!! 🙌🏼

So let’s just start by saying I absolutely love this place and the atmosphere is so comforting and everyone who works there is super nice my pedi was done beautifully by Allison and got my nails that I can’t stop looking at done by Maria I would recommend this place to all my family and friends !

Ive gotten my nails done here for nearly two years and this was the first time Ive ever absolutely hated my nails. I couldnt even stay at the salon long enough to complain because I left crying. The only reason Im writing a review is because I hate my nails so much. I asked for LONG, NARROW nails. Nothing complicated. I didnt even get coffin shape like I normally do, just dont give me fat, short nails. But thats exactly what I got. When the girl who did my nails was beginning to cut the tips, I said long. But she barely budged from the short length she started at. Then I exaggeratedly said LONG to get the point across that I want long, past whatever she thought to be appropriate, long nails. So now, the end result is that I have one very long pointer finger nail and then she proceeded to gradually file my remaining nine fingernails back down to her original long length that I said I did not want. Not a single one of my nails is a similar length. This was the first time (by chance, Im usually a walk-in) that the male, Charlie I believe, did not do my nails and I absolutely regret spending my money (and then tipping her because Im a softie) with woman who did my nails. I cannot express enough how much I do not like them simply because it seemed she did not agree with the length that I would prefer MY NAILS to be done.

It’s my first time here and I super recommend this salon! Alison is very nice and super quick, which is something that I always appreciate, so it’s definitely a plus for me!

Daughter had a Brazilian wax and was out in about 20 minutes!!!! Described it as the most painful experience of her life! (Shes had many before) She mentioned it to the tech and she continued removing hair in large portions instead of smaller pieces to decrease her pain. We both had pedicures and acrylic as well and it was just meh. The pedicures were ok but my nails were unusually thick and wide. I will not return!🤢

I love this place. Every time that I go there they make you feel like you are at your own place. All the girls are friendly and helpful. And the job that they do there is beautiful. I will go there now every time. They will have me as a costumer for life.

The technician added $10 to her tip on my credit card. Im going too call as soon as they open today and let them know. Delux pedi message was blahh and she messed up the polish on a few inn my toes so i gave her$5. Guess she wanted $15.

Was in town for a wedding and looked for a nail place near my hotel. was decent. ac was off and the doors were open. was given a new nail tech and within three days my gel nails started to peel.

Only went for a brow wax, which I had to finish myself once I got back to my hotel. She waxed right at my brow line and left a whole row of hair underneath and didnt do the sides and left a strip in between my brows because only waxed right at edges. Waste of money. Will not be returning or recommending.

Very friendly and nice job on my Nails. The only thing that I saw is a high price for a French Nails. But my nails were fixed so nice.

Staff was unfriendly and rushed through my pedicure. Would not recommend. When I got home you can see the polish needed several more coats.

Their business card says they do FACIALS too!!! I received a gift card for a facial, and when I tried getting a facial, they said they DO NOT do Facials. This is false advertisement and they WILL BE REPORTED.
