See Tyler Burelson’s review about a year before this one.Went here today. Was shown a small glass bubbler. The bole fell seperated at the glass seam where it attached to the stem. The glass bole landed on the counter and smashed. The young lady working was very nice. I told her I don’t want it anymore. I was just going to purchase a more stable brand. The young lady tried to ring up the bubbler and charge me anyway. I told her again that I don’t want it. She called the owner and he told her to make me pay for a new slider. So to avoid a scene, I did.I recently started coming here and have spent in the neighborhood of $400 or more just in the past 2 months here.I have a frequent flyer account with this establishment. While this is not a fortune, it would have been a very long term relationship.So, today I went down the road to the House of Marley and was happy to make a $200+ sale. This is terrible business, terrible customer service, being in a customer facing role is much more than smiling and greeting people, it is a very robust role in most retail environments, with the ability and capability of making good decisions that products, profits, reputation, and brand. Soetimes you have to sacrifice one to achieve the others. Today the wrong choice was made over an amount of money that wouldn’t buy a family lunch at McDonalds. I won’t be back.

I’m visiting from Virginia. I went to the store on Monday and had a long conversation with the owner. Who is very nice! I bought three vapes for $52. Owner didn’t tell me to open them all and try them in the store. Opened one the next day. It was dead. Would not charge. Never took a puff. Went back to get a new one that works. They would not even consider giving me one that works!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! Why not just exchange the vape that doesn’t work how much does it really cost the owner? Maybe $10. And the worker there was arguing with me. Just unbelievable!

Kiley is absolutely thorough with what she does at Straight Pipes. She is not pushy at all. Very efficient as well, with a beautiful personality. I went to look for a nice pipe. I met Kiley and she showed me a lot of stock as well as gave me information and actually gave me some ideas for other types of pipes than I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and over all really had a great vibe and customer service. I will defiantly be going back again and I recommend anyone who needs a pipe or any of the other wide assortment of things that go along with that to try this place 🤗

DO NOT SHOP HERE SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE. I spent 240 dollars here on a rig and a banger. Before ever using the 40+ dollar banger it literally separated in two along a glass joint. (no drop anything). While repackaging it in the bubble wrap to bring it back to show what happened it literally cracked again. It is the cheapest Chinese glass I have ever seen. Literal 10 dollar bangers elsewhere are much much better. They seem to really care about service and google reviews (asking me to leave one so here I am first one ever), but refused to care about a horrible product that literally broke before use, the managers solution was I should buy more stuff there instead of an exchange. And to be nice offered me 15 percent off what I purchase. (a deal they are already running for St. Patricks day; almost laughable he offered me same deal from the day before but for broken product). Horrible quality for any price but especially paying as much as I did there for horrible glass that they refuse to honor or replace is astounding. Please spend your money at a better smoke shop anywhere will treat you better, care, and give you a product actually worth spending on.

So I was in the store it was awesome. There is so much stuff in there. I don’t know how they keep track of it but rayah was there and did an amazing job, so made it all these.

I’m out of town visiting and needed help finding some good Delta disposable along with couple other things and Alivia helped me find everything I needed !She was so kind and patient with me and set me up with some fire Delta products (for bargain too!) Bri greeted me as soon as I came in, and took the time to really explain everything to me, including pros & cons of individual units and a very helpful explanation of “allowed” and “not allowed” terms, lol! Very thankful to Bri for her knowledge and assistance and will certainly be back to buy from her very soon!

Nice little place, first time checking it out. the prices are on par with the other local places. The manager Victoria and the other employee, Zaina, were very helpful. Customer service is excellent, will be coming back. They have a great variety of glass pieces and cbd products to choose from (which is why I went, they sell other stuff too). All in all worth checking out.

Not even a month I bought a couple of things. The torch doesn’t work so I went back because I was told it has warranty. At the time the warranty was position like if they backed up the product. Upon arrival all sales are final. I was offered email or their phone number to start the exchange process. Being a business owner my self. I feel like customer service would of been, grab another torch and you do the warranty process I wasn’t told at the beginning.

Came to buy ejuice Victoria was very helpful at first with helping what juice to get... it wasnt until I got home that I realized it was already open,, i came back in about a hour later to get my cash or store credit something.. when the guy there helping me at this point tells me theres nothing he can do so I asked him to see the same bottle I bought and he did ... the bottle was already cracked open ... let me mention he goes to a different brand juice and checks it ... every other bottle on the shelf was boxed or has a plastic seal or a water bottle seal type deal so f this place maybe if u guys stop being hermits yall will make better sales your going out of business already...

I have only gone here in the event of an emergency since it is near my house, only to find myself paying double than what i find the same exact item online for later which the staff can never explain why the price is so high. Nothing I have purchased there has lasted more than a few weeks, before it stops working properly. I dont mind paying good money for quality products, but in this matter I am throwing away time and money.

Over charged for a Gpen Nova that goes for $35 everywhere else and they charged me $65. On top of that i has purchased another $40 pen from there that broke the next day, i was told id get a 10% discount which was not honored when i purchased the Nova pen. So thats $40 i wasted and $30 was over charged. $70! I’m so sick of getting ripped off, this is the last time i go here. I had been shopping here for years and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, I’ll make sure i don’t waste anymore money here. I only gave the 2 stars because the new employees are very kind which is a change... they used to have terrible customer service.

Great selection and owners are real knowledgeable and friendly been here a couple times and answered all of my questions.

Everything was almost triple the price of any other smoke shop and theyre a dime a dozen. Bought a battery it broke. Came back same day wouldnt exchange it. Told me theyd give me 20% for a 5 star review. Now it all makes sense.

Way overpriced. I bought a Yocan Uni Pro for $50+. At the Yocan site the suggested price is $35. I found the same exact one in Tampa for $24.

BUYERS BEWARE. If I could leave a ZERO stars review I would. You buy something defective and you’re stuck with it. I bought $40 of coils for my vape took them home and the first one was bad. So was the second one. Called and talked to Meg and she played the “our returns policy “ game and told me I would have to go back to the manufacturer for a return. The manufacturer laughed and said that is how the vape shops treat customers. I am a grown man I ran businesses and my wife owned two businesses. This is not how you treat your customers. That was our first and last time at that shop. Meg was great selling you the products but if it does not work, not good at all. Again buyer BEWARE. Unfortunately Florida law doesn’t protect the consumer as long as they have a no refund/exchange sign.
